I switched to this location from the one in Largo. Way better! The staff are professional and kind. I like my therapist! She does a great job! I drive farther just to be able to come to this location. :)

Michele is awesome, she helped me at the front desk and was so accommodating and friendly at the late hour!And Ji, OMJi......lol she is wonderful therapist; a very talented professional. She is very fluid and unhurried in her practice, and it is very calming.

Im a member and go regularly for massages. Ji Ji is a great deep tissue massage therapist. The facility is clean and reception is friendly.

Had my second massage with Tiffany. She was GREAT both times. My husband also went to her last month and he was very pleased as well. Highly recommend her and everyone at front desk nice also.

I made a 10am Saturday morning facial appointment with Emma of which Massage Envy confirmed. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment as instructed, completed the paperwork, then waited. 15 minutes after the appointment should have begun, the front desk let me Emma was not there yet and that she would instead stay late so I could come back at 6pm same day to get my service. I agreed to this. At 5pm I call to confirm my appointment before driving back over there yet again, they tell me Emma has left for the day and I have no 6pm appointment… wildly disappointing experience. So glad I called before letting them waste more of my time. If you’re interested in actually having services rendered and some semblance of management- look elsewhere.

I had 2 therapists at Clearwater, Charles and Leslie. Both are amazing 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 100% recommendations for both.

Massage should be a must for quality of life. Since receiving regular massages I feel 15-20 years younger with dexterity, aches and pains, and energy. I will tell you Charles is by far one of the best therapists I have had the pleasure of having. I booked regularly through the end of the year.

Arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork as asked. Massage didnt start until 15 minutes after it was supposed to and finished on time. This means I paid $70 for a 45 minute massage. My chiropractor office charges way less. Also massage envy pays their therapists less than half of the $70, leaving the customers to tip. not a business model I want to support.

The massage therapist Charles changed my life. I enjoyed the massage and I have a new neck and back. My stress levels are at 0. The location has highly trained professional staff from the initial point of contact. This location is one that will cause me to fly from Chicago to get a retake. Yes!!The massage was a life changer. The therapist is incredible and experienced. The assessment skills to know that type of massage required is incredible.

I wish there was a way I could give zero stars. My husband has 30 credits available and we now live in the Brandon area. I became a member in order to use those credits but apparently the Clearwater office has different rules than other locations. Other locations allow you to share credits between spouses without transfer fees or limits. Yet Clearwater only lets my husband transfer one credit at a time for a $10 fee. Absolutely ridiculous! And we can’t do a transfer, home location form because Brandon is still in the same region. Be wary about joining this location!

Love this location. Staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Nathalie for a couple of years and she does an amazing job. She knows where my issues are, and always asks questions at each appointment to determine what needs her focus. She has kept me mostly pain free for a long time now, and I am grateful for her expertise.

Clearwater massage envy is my new go to for relaxation. The front staff is friendly, the place is clean and the therapists are great. Nathalie worked on me last time and she was so attentive to my needs. I really appreciate someone who actually cares about their clients! I will definitely be back to see her.

Easy to schedule appointments online and able to choose the type of massage, gender of therapist or even specific therapists. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Jessica, is wonderful! It can be hard to find just the right therapist, but Jessica made it easy. She pays attention to my concerns and ailments. I always feel better when I leave!

I had a great experience today for both a massage and a facial.My massage therapist was Donny and he did an amazing job getting at my shoulders & neck which had really been bothering me. He even massaged my scalp because of my migraine. I left feeling like a new person!Emma performed my facial and it was so relaxing and she used all the right products, no itching, sneezing or breakouts.

The only reason this is 2 stars is because both massage therapists I had were outstanding. Thank you Amanda and Haley. However, the customer service from the manager Amy is less than average. They are unwilling to do anything but parrot the company line. Continued to charge my credit card for services every month despite being closed during the pandemic. When I pointed this out, they said they cleared those charges with everyone. I did not receive any communication offering me an option to put a hold on the charges. When I cancelled the membership due to moving out of the area, there were over 3 hours of services on my account. I was able to book an hour and use it, but when I tried to book another, they wouldnt do it without a credit card so they could charge for cancellation or no show. Remember they still have over 2 hours paid they could have deducted from the account. Due to recent identity issues I had cancelled my cards. When I refused to give them a card number they would not allow me to book a massage. Didnt even bother to try to work something out. This is the second Massage Envy that has quoted company policy to justify stealing money from me. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. They wont get a third.

I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2013 and have been to many locations between Ohio-Florida, none compare to this location and team! While this location is superior, I also found the perfect therapist for me. I have always kind of “shopped” around therapist and never found one that perfected my needs, until now. I have been seeing Donny for months now and don’t find the need to “shop” around anymore. Every session is tailored to my needs, and I always feel like a new person after leaving! I definitely recommend this location. From the front desk, the atmosphere, to the therapists, I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else.

I received a gift card for Christmas from my fiancé for a massage. Since I had time on my hands I got a facial as well. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed both. I had Amanda for my massage and Kayla (hope I’m spelling her name right) for my facial. Amanda really concentrated on the area that I have been having a lot of pain in as well as all other areas. Her hands are very powerful and she’s very excellent and skilled at what she does. She provided me with some exercises to do at home which will be very helpful with the type of work I do. Kayla was very helpful in explaining the process of the facial and what I need to do in order to get and keep my skin nice and healthy. These ladies are on top of their game and know their stuff!! I’m extremely happy with my services today and will definitely be returning very soon. The office has a very positive and relaxing vibe and all the ladies at the front were awesome and very helpful as well. Thank you Massage Envy!

I went for my 12:00 appointment in Clearwater today and showed up at 11:55. I had received a certificate of transfer from a relative as a gift. After completing a lengthy medical questionnaire I was promptly told we had now cut into my 50 minute massage (which is advertised as a 60 minute massage). I was on the table at 12:10 and she finished at 12:50, 40 minutes! The therapist was very good but ran out of time to get to my arms and hands. Then, I was told my certificate had expired on 12/25 which I did not see on the certificate. So the charge for a nonmember is $110!!! The girl at the front desk reactivated the certificate so I did not have to pay extra. The therapist recommended I come back in 4 weeks and I said not for $110 for 40 to 50 minutes. I then received the sales pitch to become a member which I declined...I used to be a member years ago. Now I go to my chiropractor’s office who employs therapists that do ‘cupping’, at $65 for a FULL 60 minutes. One time he went on for 80 minutes with no extra charge. That the the kind of establishment I like to do business with. I think you need to update your pricing to indicate you may only receive 40-50 minutes. Very disappointed.

Maryanne is amazing! Ive never met someone that knows her skin care and beauty needs like her! Not only does she do amazing facials, but she has so much knowledge in the beauty and med spa industry. She is courteous, considerate and listens to your concerns. The office girls are very friendly as well. Just an overall great atomosphere!

I had such an amazing experience! I have lower back problems and after the gym my body has been feel very stiff especially working at a desk job , I knew I had many knots. I went in and Nathalie Restrepo provided me the best service made me feel brand new and feeling wonderful!! The place was clean and felt very relaxing ! Definitely would recommend to everyone !! You should really consider pricing on your website. I buy egift cards for family in the area and have zero clue if I’m gifting enough to cover a massage.

I came in the other day and got the most amazing massage from Nathalie. She has the best techniques for deep tissue, she has definitely relieved ALL of my stress by getting out my knots. I used to get low back pain all of the time, and she knew right where my troubled areas were at! Best massage envy in the area!

If you need a massage, dont go here. The only tolerable part of both of our experiences was the front desk. My wife suffers from chronic migraines, neck pains, as well as anxiety. I schedule a massage with this office because its closer to my home than the one in Palm Harbour.However not half an hour into our massage, the masseuse Latoya, starts pushing hard into my wifes scapula, hurting my wife and causing her to have an anxiety attack from the pain. As were leaving the manager Amy Walsh, schedules us for a 90 minutes massage. The way she spoke to us she made it sound like the whole 90 minutes would be free. 30 minutes because we left early, 60 minutes because my wife had a horrible experience. We were assured that it would be covered and we wouldnt have to pay for it. I thought, good, I dont have to get a refund, this is really good customer service.We were mistaken, we come for our, safely presumably comped, massage today. After the 90 minute massage, I find out that only 30 minutes was comped, 30 minutes by the way was the left over time we had from our previous hour long massage, not the whole 90 minutes as we were led to believe. Essentially I had to pay two times for their mistake. If you need a good massage go to the Massage Envy in Palm Harbour and ask for Donna, she was absolutely WONDERFUL, and made my wife feel comfortable. This establishment is a HUGE blemish on an otherwise good business. We will not be returning to this establishment, and because of this experience we are considering investing our money and time in a different company all together.If I could give this establishment a lower review I would, this is not how you treat your customers, by making them feel like utter trash, and then making them pay twice for your mistake. This establishment is the utter antithesis of customer service and professionalism. Nobody here looks or sounds like they care about their customers, or their job, and that shows in how they treat their customers and clients. Lesson learned.

I had gone to Massage Envy thinking I would get a run of the mill massage. How wrong I was! My massage therapist Jessica was wonderful. I really didnt know how stressed my body was. Jessica has hands of gold. She knew exactly where to massage me and explained all of the points where my stress was built up. I walked out of there feeling wonderful. Thank you Jessica. I had a deep tissue massage with Gi. This was my 1st appointment with her. I usually get a massage once or twice a week, although its been difficult since I bought the membership because of low availability of masseuses and Ive received 5 cancelation texts from Massage Envy from appointments with 5 different masseuses in the past 3 weeks. I asked Gi to give me a deep tissue massage as deep as she could (as Ive been getting deep tissue massages for many many years) Gi massaged my calves and leg muscles in a way that instead of releasing tension and loosing up my muscles, here I am 2 days later with soreness and tightness as Ive never experienced before after a massage.Ive never felt the urge to write a bad review. But I feel this experience needs to be written, so others may avoid a similar experience.

Such an amazing place to relax with an amazing staff. I have the luck to always get treated with Jessica who is a wonderful person. Makes me feel comfortable and gets my body going ready back for training. If you are ever in need of a good massage this is definitely the place.

Ive been going to Jessica at the Clearwater Massage Envy for awhile. Shes AMAZING!!! Her knowledge of facial and massage techniques really make the entire experience a 10!!! Ive had many treatments and the compliments I get on my skin are all due to Jessica!!! I am a very happy customer!!!

I have been to a ton of massage therapists all over the world. Donny is the bomb, very professional. If you want a quiet massage, where he just fixes your problems and you fall asleep, he is your guy. The staff are friendly and this place is clean, on time and very organized. I always return to here because its just the best place and the price is perfect. Get a membership here and you can have endless pampering.

Emily is one of the best FDA’s I have ever encountered at Massage Envy, she does her job with a enthusiasm and drive that i have never seen in a front desk associate. As a former FDA i would say that she has gone above the call of duty to complete her job with quickness and finesse, but also personality. SHE IS THE BOMB. (She doesn’t even work there anymore due to the horrible work conditions, sucks to try to support an old job just to have them not care about you and stab you in the back)

I love coming to Massage Envy every week. My massage therapist, Jason, is fantastic, he works on the areas that need help with the right pressure. The Front Desk are helpful and pleasant. The multi-unit manager is helpful. Trinity the local manager is pleasant and a good problem solver.

Mediocre massages and less than mediocre customer service at this particular site.*BEFORE YOU SIGN UP KNOW THIS* that when you want or need to cancel, they require a 30 day notice- and you will be charged one more month after that- and you have only the next 30 days to use the massages you have already paid for, no matter how many that may be. Also you can only gift on massage a month with a $10 fee. And you cannot cash out your unused massages.In my example I gifted a membership to my dear friend. After her first massage my friend didnt like their service and wanted me to cancel the membership. I spoke to front desk to cancel the monthly membership and I was told that I cannot cancel the membership after 4 months of service. Also that I will be charged for rest of the year (every month for 8 months massages) at $60 a pop and lose out on $480.Does anyone agree with this business model? Since I paid when I signed up and the massages and monthly charges started then, how is it that I have to pay when I want to cancel it?Well I can tell you that I will never sign up with this company again. Nor will they ever see any more of my money.A better deal is going through your insurance and getting massage at the co pay rate. Or network on FB or CL, there are plenty of really good massage therapists out there looking for more work. And then you can truly know that you are getting what you pay for with no contracts.

Had a much needed massage recently from Jessica D. Her work was amazing to say the very least. My shoulders and neck went from boulders to butter! Jessica advised me to drink plenty of water after the massage, which l’m glad l listened. If you need a massage (and we all do) please book an appointment with Jessica and prepare to be a new person!

Great staff they understood what type of massage I needed having Bell’s palsy. Nathalie was excellent and addressed my issues. She is really great! I felt so much better after the massage!

I go to massage envy every 2 weeks for a massage focused on my neck and shoulders as I work in front of a computer all day. I was getting almost daily headaches due to the tension in my neck and shoulders prior to starting regular massage therapy sessions. I have been seeing the same massage therapist for 3 years and I rarely get a tension headache anymore. The front desk staff seems to rotate frequently, but the massage therapist is really the person I spend my time with and that has been consistent. I find the prices at massage envy to be very reasonable when you purchase a membership. The location is very convenient and the massage rooms are clean and pleasant with table heaters, variable lighting and low volume, relaxing music. I am a regular customer and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering reliable and affordable massage therapy.

This place is wonderful! Very clean, relaxing, and wonderful staff. The best staff member is by far, Donny Podrasky. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business and what separates him from the other staff is that he goes above and beyond to educate the client about holistic health and to improve their everyday living. I always feel like I walk away knowing something more to improve my health. All of this in addition to being the best massage therapist Ive ever seen. Prior to my experience at Massage Envy, I was going to a smaller locally owned business in DTSP. I had a preferred therapist, Donny, who then moved on to ME. When I was able to track Donny to ME, I was so relieved to finally go back to someone who I was already comfortable with and knew my areas that needed work. The experience at ME was so relaxing and more focused on my pain and where pressure was needing to be relieved. I didn’t set up a second appointment as I go on a as-needed basis, but they called me 2 months later to follow up!

Why 5 stars? Because this was one of the best massages Ive had in a while.Jason worked on my back , neck, hands . He is very knowledgeable. I have never felt better after. I would highly recommend him to do your massage. Thank you very much Jason!!!!

I have been to this particular Massage Envy several times. The first time the massage therapist told me that if I used her services personally it would be less expensive and that I should consider not coming to Massage Envy. The second visit, (several years later), was professional and well done. Recently I had had a discussion with my daughter, (who has been a member there for some time), and had decided that I would finally join myself. Today my daughter is very sick and unable to go to her appointment. When she called to cancel due to being sick she was told that she would still be charged if a replacement could not be found. She asked me to go and I gladly said yes. Now they told her there would be a replacement fee. (I could not get an explanation as to what their cost was that caused them to loose the money they now need to replace.) Long story short: it is unfortunate that people get sick. I strongly recommend anyone who does get sick NOT cancel their appointment. For whatever reason, this company would prefer you come in sick rather than not get a replacement. Massage Envy must be desperate. Under NO circumstances would I now consider joining. There are enough other companies out there who know how to demonstrate more consideration for their clients.

If you are in Clearwater go see Jessica D.! Not only do I leave feeling totally relaxed and repaired, I always feel like Iessica is giving her best service. She listens to my issues, and regularly has recommendations for me to do at home. She has been so helpful with both my my muscle tension and my dry face! Shes the BEST!!!

I have been a member of ME for over 8 years. The only reason Ive given 3 stars is because I absolutely LOVE my therapist and she has kept me in great shape. However, there have been so many changes that does not benefit the customer. Office practices have become very shady, unprofessional and illegal (according to their own terms & conditions).1. They stopped giving you 1 bottle of water after the massage.2. They stopped the therapists from being allowed to use warm towels unless you pay extra.3. Lastly, but the absolute worst-My monthly fees were increased but I was given NO notice (but I should have been given 30 days WRITTEN notice)!Had enough and canceled, no one bothered to even ask why! Speaks volumes.

Had a scheduled an appointment with a female massage therapist and when I showed up for my appointment a male walked out and said he was ready for my massage. They did not have a female available at the time and so I had to leave and go home in pain. Called today to give them a chance again and had an appointment scheduled for a deep tissue with a female at 5:30pm. Coordinated things on my side and moved a couple of events on my calendar to accommodate their schedule. Shortly after I received a call from the receptionist saying there was an error on their side with the calendar and they actually didn’t have an appointment available for me at 5:30 nor did they have another available time. Highly disappointed and will not be visiting this location again. Run.

I have a lot of back pain from being in the military for so long and I went and got a massage from Nathalie at massage envy. I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I highly recommend her to anyone. I came out feeling so much better then I’ve felt in a long time.

Hands down best massage ever with this company. Used to be apart of another location but glad I came here. The therapist took his time and understood my needs and always made sure I wasn’t in any pain whatsoever.

Julie is the best therapist! She has helped me deal with my nerve pain, which radiates daily down my leg, for a couple years now. I know without her monthly (sometimes bimonthly) help that pain would become unmanageable. I highly recommend this location.

While the massage at Massage Envy - Clearwater, was decent. I signed up for a contract because I figured it would benefit the young lady that was soliciting me (working as a marketing coordinator for a resort company, I understand this).I had the membership for 5-6 months, in which during that time period I did not utilize, so I decided to cancel because I was going to be traveling for work. Upon cancellation, I paid the $60+ membership fee for each month, and accrued credits to come in and receive a massage. Upon trying to redeem the credits (that are still useable up to 60 days after cancellation), I was told that my significant other and I could not utilize those credits together, as since they are in my name, I cannot transfer them a credit due to me cancelling. INITIALLY, upon signing up for the membership, I was told I would be able to transfer credits for others to use, if I was unable to use them. They never stating the cancelling would not allow me to transfer those. I am not going to use 5-6 credits on my own within a 60 day period, and that was never disclosed. The customer service on this has honestly been poor, and I would not recommend this to any friends. Nor will I be returning, I only canceled due to travel purposes, and intended resubbing once I got settled back down, but if this is the way members are handled, no longer will I recommend this business to friends, family, or even my clientele at my resort properties.

This is a wonderful location with friendly front desk staff and incredibly talented massage therapists! I highly recommend Kyle, because his deep tissue work is incredible and he’s highly knowledgeable and helpful. After one massage with him, I will never go to anyone else!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. SKIP THIS LOCATION AND GO TO THE ONE ON ULMERTON. I was on vacation/new to the area and was 10 minutes late to my appointment. They wanted to charge me a full hour massage but said after everything was set up Id only receive a half hour. Without my consent they charged the full price of the massage to my giftcard as a cancellation fee. Even the owner refused to acknowledge that this was wrong and was extremely rude saying what do you want me to do? A mediocre massage is not worth the headache of this location

This place this place wow…. I’m still in shock. On my last appointment I really had to make myself get out of bed upon arrival I called and they said ma’am you canceled your appointment yesterday. And then I said no and they said you gave your appointment to some Meaghan. I replied don’t know her. I need to see the manager ma’am don’t come inside there’s absolutely nothing I can do for you. We will call you. I’m still waiting for that call no manager no let me see what we can do both to get this situation solved. No we can’t see you and we can’t do anything for you wow. I will take this matter further be careful that they don’t do your membership like that, and just give to random ppl.

If it were not for Jason, I would not be able to work or live pain free. I am an accountant and suffer from 30 years of computer work. Jason makes me able to live a quality life. He has been assisting me with expert massages for 12 years at this location. I am so thankful. I walk in broken and walk out relieved. At 62, I do not want to slow down. Jason will help me become old. I couldnt do this without him.

Management at this location only cares to get you to sign up as a member. Once you are in they can care less about you. This location is good at charging people for no shows or late cancelation but has no problem canceling your appointments because they don’t seem to be able to keep their therapists. In two instances I have had issues with the customer service. The most recent one took me over the edge. Called their location multiple occasions and no one answered the phone. Left a voice message asking for a call back and that never happened. As result of the lack of follow through, my appointment was never cancelled as requested on my voice message. Upon landing from a delayed business trip, I got a reminder on my phone. Again, called and no one answered. I proceeded to drive there and asked for management but no one was available. I got a very poor answer to my claim from a desk person that needs to learn problem resolution and customer service if her manager is never around. Since my appointment was never cancelled on their end and I was there, I decided to go thru with my session. Upon completing it, I am told by the said desk person that she couldn’t get ahold of her manager, I was not surprised, sure she didn’t even try. However, she said to me that she left a note for her manager to call me. She did say I should expect a call by Tuesday since it was the weekend. Well, two weeks have gone by and no manager has reached out. No wonder their employees party around instead of answering the phones. While I was asking for manager prior to my session, the phone did ring and she ignored it vs answering and asking the caller to please hold. The only good thing at this location is Mike who is a great massage therapist. However, the management and reception team lack of professionalism business etiquette. If at all possible avoid the Clearwater site.

They’re “coupon” for a free massage after signing up for their membership. However it doesn’t say anything about waiting until after their billing cycle to use it. Also just an FYI they’re stating you can’t cancel a membership until after you get your first bill. Not 100% sure how accurate / legal that is.As far as the massage...it is good. Just don’t need to be subjected to the shady business practices.Needless to say I’ll be canceling my membership asap.

My massage therapist Nathalie is the best. I have had chronic back pain for years, and Nat always knows how to get me some relief. Since moving to the Tampa Bay area, Ive only gotten massages from her!

The massage therapists are great, but the company will find any way it can to scam you out of your money. You start up a month to month membership and they promise you that you can cancel it any time, but there is no way to cancel online and when I called in they said I had to come in in person and sign a form. I had had several unexpected expenses come up in the week and couldnt afford my membership that was about to renew. When I went in to cancel, they informed me that since it was within 10 business days of when I was supposed to renew my monthly membership, they were going to be charging me for NEXT month anyway. I will not be renewing any sort of membership again because of this.

When I came to Massage Envy in the clearwater area, I had no idea what I was getting myself into!! I was having a stressful couple of months and just really needed a day to myself just to unwind and relax, so my very thoughtful fiance booked me a massage session with a very sweet, TALENTED massage therapist named Nathalie. Let me tell you.... that day was one of the best experiences/days of my life (and I had just recently gotten engaged ... Shh!! Hehe!! I highly highly recommend Massage Envy to anyone!! Nathalie was the best! She made me feel completely comfortable and got rid of all my unwanted knots and strains. She found all my trouble spots and I left feeling so relaxed and happy!! Thank you so much you all have made me one happy future bride!! Def will be back soon!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Nathalie as your massage therapist! I have been going to her for several years and there is NOBODY better than her in this area! She not only gives an excellent massage, but is very kind and caring!

Liars, cheaters, thieves. Was a good customer for 3 years. Tried to end my membership. Was lied to by the staff about the last charge and had to drive 25 miles to find out. Instead of thanking me for being a loyal customer they waved a contract at me and told me it was just like a gym membership. Yep, just like those scams. Same thing. I was lied to about when the final charge was, they tried to cheat me out of $100 at the end and I agree with previous posters they regularly stole minutes from me. Massages regularly started 5-10 even 20 minutes late with no reduction in charges. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disreputable place. There are plenty of good, less expensive, local massage professionals.

The issue I have here is not with the staff or the quality of the massage. The problem is with the structure of the Corporations monthly payments system and the availability to schedule a massage.Once you start the monthly payments begin it is very difficult to cancel and not lose the massages that are due to you. You have to use any and all massages due to you in a short time frame or they expire.

I had my account in palm harbor and when I tried to book in Clearwater area, the front desk was clueless and rude and want to charge me more than my session until I intervened and i stayed for 15 minute sessions explaining the situation. However, the massage session was great. Palm harbor location is much more better and has more friendly staff. But be aware of you go to the Clearwater one.

My massage therapist was great but the other factors were horrid. If I could give this location a - 10 I would do it. The owner Scott is a completely unprofessional, lying, rude, inconsiderate, self centered, (and a few more choice words!!) Owner of a business that I have EVER, EVER, EVER come in contact with. He does NOT give a FLIP!! about his employees nor the members. I have permanently cancelled all ties to massage envy mainly due to the fact that the owner and management of this location are absolutely horrid and the sink that I transfer there because the Palm Harbor location was an absolute cluster to be polite. I am just over it I have found a private massage therapist through my pain management doctor and I go there now theres no drama theres no people screwing up my appointments charging my credit card twice and its wonderful. I literally as a customer service based individual know what its like to deal with customers and I have to say that the ownership in the management of the countryside Massage Envy is the absolute wars that Ive ever seen in my life and they will literally tell you things thinking that they can just do it to shut you up and Ive been lied to and enough is enough and Ive been a member probably 7 or 8 years so Im done Im absolutely done and I will never refer anyone there again and the people that I did refer to massage Envy have left and cancelled their memberships also due to the fact that theyve had problems and I contacted all of them told them about all the problems I had and then they told me about the problems they were having so its not just me and anyone who joins and becomes a member, may the force be with you!!

Drive 10 minutes down the road to Palm Harbor! Just went to use my gift certificate. I normally do 3 and 6 pack prepaid. So, they told me they do not do this (different location) so I had to pay the non-member rate. Just more of Hey, thats tough but we dont care type of customer service. My STRONG advice is to head to Palm Harbor. Your investment will be secure and you can expect honest customer service.

Kind and pleasant staff, the atmosphere is peaceful. Nathalie is great, she gives a personalized attention to the different issues that I have with my body in that precise moment. Great for my entire wellbeing.

I was down in Florida for a conference, and a friend recommended a massage parlor because I was too tense, apparently. The knots in my neck are now nonexistent, thanks to Donny Podrasky.. I wish I could go back every week. Too bad I live in new jersey. I wish New Jersey had the same therapist avaialble. Donny was great.

I have been to several massage places in my past. Massage Envy is always consistent and has great therapists. Great value and always focused on customer experience and safety.

My wife and I signed up last year for a years massages. After 3 months I underwent a cervical fusion, then 7 months last had next level down done as well. We have over 8 hrs each to use. Just when I was ready to start using sessions that weve already paid for, I was informed we had to start paying a maintenance fee for us to still use them. Why do we need to jump through hoops to use what weve already paid for. BAD PRACTICE!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

This was my first time getting a massage and it was totally worth it. Jessica did an amazing job. I felt totally relaxed both during and afterward. Would absolute recomend to anyone.

Although the massage was great, the guy who answered phone didnt properly quote me, and I ended up paying am extra, unexpected $45. All they did was apologize and then proceeded to have the audacity to ask if I wanted to book another appointment.

OK Massage but ruined by hard sell membership push. Join today or it will cost $40 in the future. If you don't join each massage costs 50% more It's like a gym membership. Also my hours have 60 minutes theirs have fewer. Paid and was out the door in 53 minutes.

I got a gift certificate from my boyfriend to get a massage there. i wish i would have asked for another massage therapist, she managed to not even get ONE knot out. she just pretty much slapped and patted my body.. dont remember her name but she was short with a medium build. wish i could have gotten a certificate from another massage place.

Nathalie worked on me and help me with my work out knots that have been in my neck for weeks. I 100% recommend her if you want a great massage.

Member since palm harbor club before it opened The therapists are wonderful but management and front desk is unprofessional and rude. Had a 3pm scheduled with Coryat the safety harbor spa.. When i got there Amara told me they put me with another therapist because cory ran late.. I found out it was a admin. mistake. I got moved with no notification or call to 3:30with Cory. I found amara to be non professional and had a strong rude impatient undertone. I just read of sex complaints there too. I need the owner Scott to contact me. By the way Cory is visually challenged and was led off course by the front desk.

Horrible customer service ! I had booked my mother a massage and we truly forgot. I called after I saw they had charged my card and they refused to refund or even refund half. All they talked about was their policy. I work for a big bank if we ever spoke like that . It would be bad. Massage evny does not so what is right for the customer !
