Lava Smoke Shop Clearwater

Bought these today only to find out they were 6 months expired after eating one. Went back to exchange it for something that might not get me sick. They refused, and proceeded to cuss me out and kick me out of the store. Never will return, and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

Clean and well maintained shop. Nice place. Didnt have all of what I was looking for. Very overpriced. Did find one item, normally pay $15-20, but here, it was $30. Took it since Im having trouble finding it other places right now. Staff friendly. Might consider coming back but definitely not my first choice stop.

Went here today for the first time. Great selection and Neil the guys who helped me has excellent customer service skills. He was so helpful and I will definitely be getting stuff from here on a regular basis now cus its a great shop.

This shop now sells toxic knockoff fake cartridges 100% at the customers expense.As they say its not over until the fat lady sings, boy did she sing loudly today!Thanks for forcing me to give another business an opportunity now instead - great business model you have there. Run it right into the ground.PS - There is no way to message you so I guess you will just have to live with it. Nothing is going to change the situation. I have moved onto another shop its absolutely not worth the hassle. Review your CCTV footage and listen to our conversation, I am the guy who left your defective cartridge stuck to your counter because you would not exchange it then walked out. If I was trying to pull one over on you I would not have left you with it and walked out.

I was looking for a specific item so I sent the owner an email. He responded within minutes with prices,info,and pictures of the merchandise. Once I arrived in store, he provided EXCELLENT customer service. The store was very well organized and clean. The products and prices were exceptional and Im very happy with what I got!!! Horrible customer service. Repeat customer Have bought several items here. Bought a new product that was recommended by an employee on a Tuesday. By Thursday it wasn’t working. Would not exchange it because it had been 48 hours since purchase and they won’t exchange after 24 hours. I’ve never heard of a 24 hr only exchange period. But I guess if you’re selling bad products, that would be a great policy for the store. Will never go back.

This place is super cool! They have vapes you can try and silicone mouthpieces you can use for them. Their inventory is nice and and their pieces are super cool too! Tyler helped us and he was super nice, too! Definitely should try

The gentleman working was very easy to talk to and easy to work with! Willing to order things if he didnt have them in stock which is a huge plus! Some places wont do that but he offered right away. 10/10 sticker selection was fun! Got a few for the collection!

The best Smokeshop in Clearwater!! Got a chance to meet the owner and he is super cool which shows on his store. You can find different kinds of Vapes! For all your Vaper lovers, glass products, edibles, and even cool graphic t-shirts. The prices are great as well the other smoke shops around were too high price it this one you for sure going to walk out with a great deal!

I went in to buy a vape pen and battery. They didnt have the usual refillable atomizer I use and sold me a different one that would go with the battery they sold me. They were not compatible. The battery was too small for the atomizer they sold me and gave a communication error. I went back to the shop and they said the atomizer was fine, and although they sold me the battery and atomizer at the same time as a kit, they said no refunds or exchanges. The clerk said she would call her boss and would call me back. No call back. I called back and she said the boss said come in on Tuesday when he is in. Thats not good customer service. I dont have unlimited time to come back on a Tuesday or something. I used to like that place. Also, I dont know what hours they are open, but I went there about 10:30 AM on a Thursday and the guy was in the back of the store and came to the door to open it when he saw me peering in. I guess whatever hours they like.

Sold me a raw 6 shooter, and it was missing parts. Didnt get a receipt when I bought it, and they wont return it.Then, they said, Oh yeah, thats why it was on clearance. If you knew it was on clearance, maybe tell people why before they buy it

Just left here extremely happy, I originally went in to get a disposable but because how quickly I go through those they had suggested a rechargeable vape pen!! The service here is amazing, as soon as I walked I was greeted, they both, the owner, and the worker helped me get what I needed!!! Highly recommend this place!!!! I know I’m going back!

I have been to A LOT of different smoke shops, this one is the best by far ! They have the best prices and deals compared to any of the others Ive been to around here like Marleys or atomic. Same quality products as the bigger name stores but for less $$$. Check them out and tell them the guy next door sent you !

Ive tried to give this shop several tries because of its convenient location, it is however not a shop I would recommend to anyone. Main complaint is service has been lacking every time Ive gone.
