This place is pretty nice with reasonably priced options. The manager, Jacob, was an absolute pleasure to be around and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. Really great experience! I’ve shopped here a few times before but was getting some things for a friend’s birthday this time, and Lexi was very helpful! I don’t know much about THCa products so she helped me understand what the options were and what my friend might like the most. Ive stopped in a LOT of these shops, but tend to go online as the selection is always so limited and the prices are always 25-50% higher. Employee was an awesome help, and they had a LOT of the Voopoo devices, as well as all the color options.

They have a decent selection of products. Unfortunately they didnt have what I needed (SMOK® IPX80 replacement pod/RPM-2 pod),(CBD Vape juice (250, 500, 1000mg)) nor what my friend needed (SMOK® Nord replacement coil). I found what I needed at another shop. Anyways, in this shop they were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and neat.

When I first moved to this area I went to every vape shop around here but settled on this one because they have a HUGE selection of e-juice, mods, batteries, charges and other accessories. Prices are great and they always have sales, promotions and specials, plus a very useful rewards program. Recently I bought a squank mod there, my first of this kind, and Alex (this very humble supermodel looking girl) to the extra time to help me set up the coils and cotton as I’ve never done it before, she was really great explaining the whole process, all the people that work there are courteous and very knowledgeable..A while after getting this mod I had an issue with the bottle in it (not their fault) and they quickly replaced the whole mod no questions asked..Great customer service, that’s how you create customer loyalty, and even during this pandemic they are still taking care of their customers through quick deliveries and via mail..I will not visit another vape shop as long as these guys are around...Definitely Recommend

While this shop has everything. The owner has hit on my girlfriend multiple times. When confronted about it. He said Well, dont come here. Then went off about how it was all compliments about her name being the same as some designer. Obviously doesnt care that he made her feel uncomfortable.

After a long flight and being up for almost 48 hours, I really needed a little something something. There were plenty of other shops all over the place and this was the furthest from where I was and where I needed to be but I was drawn to this place. Also because they are open earlier than others. Come on yall the early bird gets it worm.I just wanted a simple disposable elf bar in Fuji ice, which no matter what state I am in not many stores carry them but I always like to check every place I go. I met Tina and Border and they were both really nice and friendly. Border the owner is super cute, personable, funny and overly accommodating. He recommended an alternative of a different disposable with the same flavor. My brain with no rest shuts down which I only sleep 2-3 hours a night anyway and when Im not working does not want to critically think anymore and I couldnt comprehend what he was saying for a brief moment. Lol, but I was like ok.....He let me try it out to see if I liked it and it was good.Overall, its really nice and clean and looks really cool inside. You can tell they took a lot of time to design the place. And the golden retriever is one of the sweetest pups Ive ever met. Look no further and come here to get your vapes. Clean and nice well organized shop

I stood outside staring at the blinking Open sign at 7:15, but the door was locked and no one was inside. I called the phone number, no answer, then sat in my car for another 10 minutes hoping an employee would arrive to open the shop and I could make my purchase but no one came.If you advertise an earlier open time than any of the other smoke shops in the area, then you should pay your employees enough so that they show up on time. Im sure its a management issue at the end of the day, but its still aggravating.

When I was there in the beginning of March, I believe it was Crystal, told me that they delivered. But when I just called the gentleman told me that she was wrong. Which I find hard to believe. But whateverIts a great place if you go when she is there! Shes sweet and knowledgeable!

The most Courteous and thoughtful professional people I’ve encountered in my entire two years experience of in and out of different shops here in Clearwater and surrounding areas. They treat everybody the same and they take the time to be thoughtful and really clarify on any of the questions you may have. Very chill and relax environment that’s always organized and clean. They also have a great rewards plan. Great customer experience on a whole.

I would rate -5 stars if I could. The owner of the shop is always on the xanax, he is very rude and very inappropriate. If you want to be ripped off on some knock-off vapes from china then this is your place. The place literally looks like a dump. If you shop here you are a plebian.

They were extremely knowledgeable in their products, very professional, and were able to show me what product was perfect for me based on my needs. They were really patient with me and totally listened to what I wanted. They didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive piece like other vape shops would.The team was extremely cautious as they were all wearing masks, sanitized their hands , and used gloves while they were handling the vapes for me to see.I will definitely be a regular here going forward & highly recommend this shop!!

Sky Castle has a great selection of whatever you’re looking for. Isabella is a great help every time I come in. I recommend all friends and family to come here. Since I moved to Florida, it’s been a struggle trying to find a place to get smoke products I can call home. After going to every smoke shop from St Pete to Port Richey, I kept running into people who were rude and mean to me :( but now that I have Sky Castle, I can finally buy smoke products in peace and feel like my move to Florida was completely worth it. Quite a bit overpriced but a good selection.EDIT: after the owners dishonest response I have removed my two stars. lying on the internet to persuade customers into the doors is EXTREMELY foul practice. they will not pricematch. I paid an extra $6 plus tax when I went in. there was 2 associates and I asked both about the prices being so much higher then anyone else and if you did any sort of bundle deals and they practically laughed. after your review response I would give you 0 stars for being dishonest.

I have been going here for a number of years. I recently contacted them on Facebook about a specific dab pen that I was interested in and even though they didn’t carry it they sourced it and had it in a few days. There response was fast employees are always friendly and sociable . Overall I was very pleased. And will continue to get my vape supplies from this shop.

Cheapest coils around. I bought a flavor cause it smelt amazing but after smoking it when I got home I realized I hated it, they understood and offered to give me 20% off my next one. 100% knock off items! Terrible experience. If you want knock off mods then this is your store. Great looking mods but 100% knock off at full retail price! And has zero customer service skills. The guy gets all puffy like he is a tuff guy for no reason, well probably because he knows he is selling knock offs and got caught and called out on it. Or because he feels guilty? Maybe both? But dont waste your time and money on this low class establishment.

They have the best selection of disposable vapes, its honestly probably like 40+ flavors and brands to choose from and many choices of tank vape flavors too, so itll never be a dull visit. I broke the glass on my vape and came in for a new one. They didnt have the glass that fit it so I got whole new atomizer for it. I asked the guy please dont sell me something I wont be able to get coils for. He assured me, we always have these coils in stock! Come today and am told your out of coils and it will be 2 weeks before they come in. So here I am with a vape I cant get coils for. I asked one thing!! If it would be a few days, I understand running out of stock... but 2 weeks. That doesnt work for me. Ill find someone else that sells the coils and switch my business there. Sorry... that is too important of an item to not have for 2 weeks. I wouldve never purchased this item if I knew this would be the case. Unhappy!

I have to say that skycastle vape has been an excellent experience for me. I have been coming since their start up and have seen many positive things. The staff is always very warm and welcoming. Their product selection is second to none and its always changing. They have a good selection of juices and they often have new flavors and brands to offer. Questions are fielded with accuracy and they are very helpful if you need help with your device or rebuilding. The store is comfortable and it is constantly being upgraded. Its been a joy to hang out there and im always well recieved. I will continue my visits now and in the future.

Just moved to Clearwater from Louisiana, my Pyrex bulb on my device shattered when it fell, I ordered a replacement ASAP online.... but due to shipping issues, I still hadn’t received anything from the random site I ordered from 😢 . I googled “ vape shops near me “ and your shop popped up with great reviews, I decided to call and see if i could find anything to use as a replacement... and I’m so thankful for the young lady who answered the phone! She and her co worker, found what I needed, and got it to me right away! BONUS the replacement tank I got was much larger than my broken one! So I called back and got coils to fit it, and a few bottles of my favorite e juice brand that I couldn’t find back home due to it being discontinued! On top of that, these amazing humans threw in a couple guards to protect my precious bulb on my “ robot cigarette “ and while speaking with them about how I was looking for a menthol juice, because the one I’m using is hand mixed and very expensive to get shipped from Louisiana.... the gentleman threw in a small bottle of a brand he thought I might enjoy and even made sure to get it in the mg that I prefer! I can not say enough positive stuff about these two!! So very polite and helpful, I can’t wait til everything is fully opened back up so I can pop in and give them my thanks 😊!

I was gonna let this go but the more I think about it the angrier I get. Im done with this shop. Lil advice tho if youre trying to make good on a mistake toward your customer maybe the employee involved should not try to place blame and be passive aggressive about things when the customer returns, esp since I was honest with what happened the first time. All I wanted was the juice u owed me from a month ago and I wound up almost in a confrontation with the employee and I still didnt get the 2nd bottle I was told was due me. Im not gonna be returning here. Not worth the negitive vibes.

This has become my go to spot for my vaping needs. The staff is chill, the environment is nice, and they always have some kind of deal going on. I come in regularly to have them help me fix my coils, and always leave with new juices to try. I would definitely recommend dropping by if youre in the area.

Christina was so helpful. I went into the store to find some different juices for my vape and to buy a couple different Hyde’s. She sat and helped me pick through every juice that would work in my vape! I will keep going to this location and send others there as well!

Sky Castle Vape is clearly one of the superior vape shops in Florida. Ive been to numerous shops but not only was the array of products great, the customer service and pricing were superb. Every time we have to stop in for either coils, vape liquid, tanks or a new electronic cigarette, the guys who work here have been simply amazing. Most vape stores I go to the people behind the counter are usually downers and are relatively unhelpful, **BUT** Alex from Sky castle Vapes was not only Super DUPER helpful, she was fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable, sky castle vapes is my new favorite spot to buy vapes and e-liquid and puff bars and pretty much anything else you could want! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I liked Alex so much I promised to leave her a great review, I highly Recommend this place and I might even see you there!

I am in Clearwater on vacation and after going to multiple vape shops I found this one the employees were AMAZING

These guys rock! Their house line of juices are delicious and they have a large selection of name brands also. The range of mods and batteries they carry is enormous, they are very reasonably priced compared to online prices, and their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all I will continue to use them as my primary source for all things E-cig related.

I drove by and decided to pull in and check out the place. The employees seemed like they were only there to hang out with the employees that were off duty.I asked if they had any deals or discounts on any e juice that they had and the two people that were behind the counter took a long awkward pause and looked at me like I was crazy. The lady finally said in a very rude fashion that they had two 60ml bottles for $40. I asked if I could try the juice and they only let me smell them. I have never been to a vape shop that wouldnt let me try the juice. I dont mind paying a fee to taste the juice, to make sure I dont pay and walk away with something I dont like.I should of walked away, but I decided to take a chance since it was such a good deal.When I chose the two that I wanted and was ready to check out, the man said, Why am I doing all the work? Im not even on the clock. If your not working, then why are you behind the counter having a hangout session with your friends? Like Im supposed to know your not working? Needless to say, I purchased two juices that I didnt like. One was okay and the other was just awful.Horrible customer service, gloomy environment, and bad selection on juice. I will not be returning.

Very cool people they are very nice and accommodating if something is wrong or you have any questions they have no problem answering it and helping you out. They also are the only ones with juicer use in our area and the coils we need.

I have been going here for over a year. They consistently do not carry the flavors I buy, and do not order the things I need. I went in today, and after buying the last of their stock over a week ago of cartomizer filters, they still have yet to bother even ordering anymore. I have brought this store a lot of business with not only myself, but the several other people I have told to go in, and the staff is too lazy to re-order things when they run out. I have decided to buy my supplies online from now on

Came in to buy a vape pen battery about a week ago, the charger fell apart immediately and the pen itself did not work once... even when charged with a separate, compatible charger.This battery was 28 dollars by the way, which is a ripoff to begin with.When I went in to the store to get the pen changed out for a working one, (not even asking for a refund) I was told I would need to pay 10 dollars additionally to get a working battery?Absolutely unacceptable, would not recommend this place.

So I came in hoping to get my vape fixed but wasnt expecting much. The down button on my Snowwolf XFeng was stuck and didnt know if it was possible to fix. I am VERY proud to say that with a lot of hard work, Alex and David were able to fix it with no issues! It works perfectly now and I couldnt be more happy. I have been here several times and never really left a happy customer. First off the menus are completely outdated. They dont have 90% of the stuff on them. Secondly when I do find a flavor that sounds good the staff may allow me to smell it and according to them it is accurate indication on whether on not you will like the flavor. Any serious shop has testers and this place doesnt have any.So putting this all aside I thought id give this place another shot. I called earlier today asking if they had muffin man in stock and the price. They told me they did and it was $65. When I got there they wanted to charge me $75(before tax). After I informed them what I was told over the phone they did lower the price for me. The fact that he told me the wrong price isnt really what made me mad, but what really made me mad was when I got home and noticed the seals were already broken, one of the unicorn bottles that should be included was not, and it the juice didnt appear to completely filled. I spent $65 and they sold me a product that has been tampered with. It was either one of the employees or a customer returned it like that and the staff didnt care. The scary thing is that this vape shop makes their own juice as well. I sure as hell am not trusting any of that seeing as how openly reckless they are, I can only imagine what happens behind the curtains.

Try to avoid coming here whenever I can customer service needs work. Almost everytime I go in theres 5 people waiting to make a quick purchase in my case usually just a coil but have to wait 20 30 or more minutes for these people to chit chat about mods and trying juices and this and that. Is it to hard to simply ask if somebody needs something real quick to take care of them in between your 30 minute sales pitches? I usually come on my lunch break and I dont have time for that...

This is the best place in Pinellas county to get any e-cig related items. They have great prices, staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. Been coming here since day one and will keep coming back. ALSO great selection of juices that keeps expanding!! Would recommend to anyone.

Super cool owner had a issue with my smok rpm product I bought. And as we all know smoks control is not the greatest and my unit was on and off charging not charging at all charging super rapidly and he replaced my mod with very little effort and also gave me a rubber cover to protect the new mod from any type of damage to compensate me for my time driving there and such very good definitely recommended

They have my favorite juice. Always have the good deals and pricing. The only issue I have is that if you try to go in the morning they never seem to open on time. Supposed to open at 10 still waiting at 1045. Now I have to leave for work and got no juice.

I used to really like coming here. The staff was always so pleasant. Recently, i went and the unprofessional staff cursed after every word while speaking to me. I am no prude, but still, its just tasteless and tacky. And there was a child there with another customer. Not sure what happened here but i no longer like it.

I am going to start and say I have given this store 5 chances now. Each time I have gone there, I have had no good experiences and after these last 2, I am taking the time to write a review in hopes they improve.The 5 times I have gone there, the staff although courteous, would rather just let other employees who are off duty just hang out and talk to them. I only know they are employees because they tell me they work there but they are off the clock.The last time I was there, they let a shirtless man just walk around asking to try everyones vape. That alone just shows the supervision of the store is not what it should be. The pricing is the same as any vape store only they do not have a large selection of kits. Its mostly all one or 2 companies.The juice is not really that great. Its high VG and no selection of Pg/VG. They are all mostly the same. I was told and promised that a flavor would taste just as the label suggested but instead it just tasted like buttered popcorn. Not a doughnut. When asked to try a sample, the gentlemen just let me sniff the product.I have been there 3 times where I have seen a group of gentlemen walk in and interupt me and just be rude and talk about how they are upset with the management of the place, and these are employees. I feel like the shop is ran by children not adults.As a customer I expect to be treated with respect and shown to have knowledge but only 1 time out of 5 have I met someone that knew what they were talking about.Even though they are close to where I live, i rather drive farther for a better selection, a better store, and a better experience.In hopes that the company does better, i hope my review helps improve your store. If you just brush it off, then that would be very sad.

This place is probably the best vape shop in Clearwater. However, they do not have a taste testing bar for a tasting of vape juice flavors. The staff is very knowledgeable, but like all businesses, they up-sale very hard based on biased opinions. If you have a question about any products or need help, just call the store rather than going in. I was waiting for another customer to finish since only one employee was working. Once the person in front of me left the store, someone called on the phone, and he left me standing there for 10-15 minutes before assisting me.

I went in because my I couldnt open the base of my zeus geek vape tank to change my cotton. This is probably the least equipped vape store I have ever been in and I dont know if its because Ive been spoiled by my local store or what. I was there for atleast an hour and it ended up being another customer that came in and got it to come apart. While the young man I talked to was nice and patient the store itself is eh. The shelves are cluttered and there seemed to be alot of junk shoved places. If this is what clearwater has to offer as the best vape store, I am concerned.

Sky Castle is the only vape shop that I consistently go to, because they always carry what Im looking for. Whether I have a new mod and need coils, or if Im just craving a new juice. They always have something, and the staff is nice.

Every time I go in there, there is at least 4-5 people who are just hanging out and getting in the way of people who are trying to actually buy things. None of them offer to move so that I could see anything behind the counter. The place used to have a good selection of juices, now they just carry whatever they feel like. It seems that they are catering more to the new scene of drippers than they are the people who are doing this to quit smoking. Their prices are super high compared to other vape shops Ive been to, and the customer service is basically none existent if you arent a friend of theirs. I seriously will not go back.
