I love this vape shop not only is the customer service outstanding, but they have good hours and are open a little bit later than the other vape shops around town. And they also carry limited brands and outstanding glass work. But the customer service exceptional. I love these guys. Anyone traveling from out of town just passing through I highly recommend this smoke shop.

Fuego has been my go to smoke shop for years, we love all the workers. We stopped in today and nico was there to help, along with matt who we had the pleasure of meeting for the first time. Best smoke shop in the area for sure.

Terrible customer service. They used to have knowledgeable, friendly associates. Now they blare loud inappropriate music and are rude to customers. With so many options for this industry in the area. Fuego leaves a lot to be desired. Just because it’s a “vape” shop. Doesn’t mean you have to live the stereotypes and do nothing positive for your own business. The people will vote with their wallets. Business that are brick and mortar, need to give consumers a reason to drive and visit your shop. Really disappointed.

From glass pieces to pendants, anything and everything you can think of. Julie is absolutely amazing, very friendly and super knowledgeable. She is very attentive even when the place is busy. I always walk out a happy gyal with anything I buy from there. I always have a great experience when I come here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their products. They always make sure to answer every question I have and take their time helping me. Today when I came in I was helped by Cam and Dev who were both wonderful, greeted me when I came in, apologized for my short wait, and gladly went into the back to get more edibles options for me to choose from because I had a specific one I was looking for. There’s a great selection of products here so even if I somehow can’t find what I came for there’s always something else cool I could try out. I always have a nice experience here and that’s why I always come back

This shop is my favorite of about ten different shops I have actually been to. Their store isnt huge but they have a good variety of quality products--including some of my favorites--at prices that are the lowest of all the places Ive been to. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and give nice discounts like they did for my firefighter friend. Also, if you buy a product regularly they make sure to actually restock it in a timely manner. I find that not all places do this and its super annoying. Finally, and its pretty standard, but they do offer a rewards program and its always a nice extra. Gotta love getting five bucks off or a percentage off the entire purchase for being a loyal customer! Check this place out, they are great.

Definitely great shop from everyone who works there to their input on products when asked about it. I do sometimes wish they had more variety in some brands but when i ask for it they do try just hard to get things and i understand that.I do go to other shops when looking for specific things, but I always end up coming here first. Cam helped me the last time i went in but ive had interaction with multiple team members each time ive been and all are amazing but Cam definitely hit homerun with my interest in a product i inquired about.

Came here askin whats the best grinder i can get without droppin $100 they give me one for $30 that broke in a week and when I came back in just trying to get it replaced they told me thats tough you can get 10% off a new one tho. I’m good

Staff are amazingly friendly and accessible without being pushy or intrusive. They nearly always have my preferred vape in stock, and if not theyll work with me to find an adequate substitute. And above all, I was looking for good quality wooden pipe for costume/prop purposes and they specifically searched their suppliers to find one at a great price-point! Stellar service every time and in every way!

Normal smoke shop with a good selection and also good at keeping items in stock. Where they excel more than other shops is in customer service. When I went into the shop the first time it felt like they were trying to sell me what’s best for me and not the most money. Employees were very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know the answer they would find out. Also just implemented a great points for rewards loyalty campaign.

First time in this shop, EXCELLENT SERVICE, the staff are very well informed about their products and were extremely helpful spending the extra five minutes getting me exactly the product i needed. Their glass pieces have a wide range of size and style. Absolutely would recommend to a friend 11/10!!

Discovered this gem while on a short getaway from winter weather in MICHIGAN. These guys were excellent. Knew exactly what I was looking for and then waited patiently, during a busy time of the day, while I notified my bank I was out of town in order to pay them for my purchases. Cool products bought a couple pieces from them in the past but last visit couldn’t touch anything under $80 and its was a tiny .prices have doubled. If your looking for designer glass hit them up got some high end stuff just out my price range

This is the second time I’ve gone in and received just wrong information and cost me money. I went in to buy volcano desktop balloon bags because I called and was told they had them. They only had the easy valve with the bags already attached. It was like $80 bucks which is way more than I expected to spend since the bags are normally like $10. He said that although it was the new Valve that it would fit on my old classic volcano. I expressed that I didn’t know if it would since I have the hard valve and he ensured me it would work. Of course when I go home and open it. There is no adapter or anything. Doesn’t work and I call to see if I can get a refund and of course because the box is open I can’t return it. So I’m now stuck with spending $80 dollars on something that doesn’t even work. This is second time an employee has ensured me something would work and hasn’t. I’ve been robbed of over $100 from this place. They have good stuff but unless the owner or someone high up is there, then they’re just not knowledgeable and not willing to clean up their own mess. Don’t go here at all.

It’s my preferred smoke shop. Wish they were keeping the smaller disposable airbars. I’m picky with my flavors and like to switch out often and the bigger devices don’t allow that without them tasting burnt later. But love they do a reward program. It pays to shop there.

So I flew in from utah (vape shops in utah are very limited) and when I came here I was amazed, the massive selection of flavors and the employees where very helpful because I had never seen most of the items they had. They helped me and I chose an aeris plus disposable to get me by until I return to utah. Awesome shop! So cheap compared to utah as well

I recently bought a bottle of vape juice. It is darker than it should be. I was told by a manager over the phone. It can be swapped for a different flavor. I went in to swap it. And the woman offered a different flavor. So while I was waking out. She chased me down and told me I had to buy the bottle she handed me. Then argued with me over it. False information was given to me. Watch out.

Ive been to Fuego a handful of times and each time the vibes were positive. Julie...my girl...you rock freaking socks. She helped me pick out my first little vape, helped me assemble it and gave me great tips. Shes bubbly, makes great conversation and not to mention super funny. The other guy(dont know his name) the blonde... Also super friendly and gave us his opinions on the vapes and such. I love how knowledgable you guys are.

Beware. I bought a Fume vape one night and thought nothing of it. Later opened the vape and it worked fine for the first few pulls. Later that night the vape was harder to draw smoke. I came in the next day and they wouldn’t refund or exchanged it. I was told it had to be used the same day in the shop.... that’s fine, but nobody mentioned that to me the night of purchase. This was my second visit to the store in clermont. Thanks for nothing.......

Went in not knowing much about vaping devices or much about vape juice. Trying to stop tobacco smoking and I was greeted by two young gentlemen and explained what I was looking to do. Both gentlemen knew what to point me towards and helped me every step of the way to purchasing a vaping device and juice that they both felt would work for me. I was impressed with their service and knowledge and the prices for both items I feel was and is money well spent. Thank you to those two young gentlemen who helped me roughly two weeks ago from the date of this review and the device and juice are both working to help me stop tobacco products.

Great high end selection. Some stuff overpriced or can find cheaper at more local shops. Great if you really want local blown glass though but not budget friendly.

Terrible service the employees stole my ID and refused to return it even though I had someone retrieve and validate it, the manager is some small dude in his 30’s with tattoos and a baseball cap Poor mannerisms and very slow, you can immediately tell the dude is on something don’t come here at all they’ll just give you trouble!!!

Never dealt with a store that has a no exchange or refund policy on vape mods that are broken after purchase, so I dont see the point of buying from a local vape store like this seems like they only want your money but will not back up the products they are selling. I will be going to outer limits who will match and beat other local prices. Ive seen them turn down other customers who mods are defective. Not good business especially depending g on local revenue. So after posting my review I received a call from them telling me they will exchange the mod. Thank yiu

Stopped in the other day for first time. Sometimes I feel loyal to the shops I’ve been going to for years but when Fuego Smoke & Vape has an amazing selection of juices and when the staff’s recommends are on point it’s hard not to want to return. I came here to check tomorrow’s hours since it’s Sunday. Surprise they are open 7 days and I literally live 5 minutes away. I think I found my new spot.Stopped in today and got the Drop rda and a couple bottles of juice. Got the hook up on some Cotn threads that are officially my new favorite cotton. Running duel 4 core ni80 claptons and these Wet liquids are some of the best flavors I’ve experienced.

THEIR RAW TIPS IS FAKES. THEY ARE CHINESE FAKES. I got pics to prove it, when you unfold the container the papers come in, you should have a code that RAW uses to verify their products, bought stuff from Fuegos that said Not labeled for sale in US and CAN and although the papers have a chance at being Legit, the tips are most definitely not. Check your product before you walk out of there, and make sure you go on RAWs website to see how to spot fakes.Edit: Their other products are solid, their prices are okay (little better than most smoke shops), but their people know their ish... so 3 stars.

Terrible experience. Over priced. Where you can normally purchase a single item they required me to purchase it as a 2 pack. To use my debit card they charge a nearly 4% service fee. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Its a good shop, but prices are a touch high. Not outrageously high, but service is great and staff are really nice.

The place is always super clean and the staff is always helpful. Make sure you ask for Julie when you visit, she is super knowledgeable and always Eagar to help.

Good product selection. Unfortunately, employees are known to recommend products they know nothing about and you end up with something that quits working in a week.
