I love J Sterling Spa! My first massage with them was 2 weeks ago. Ashley is the best. She made me feel comfortable and I left there having the best massage I ever received. Candace at the front desk was also very kind. Overall, it was a great experience and I already have my next appointment booked.

This was a great experience and I had nothing but warm professional services. Katt the spa representative was friendly and caring and Rosana my therapist was lights out and I feel like a new man. Recommend J. Sterling highly!

My husband and I BOTH have memberships and the points you accumulate NEVER EXPIRE!!!When you first come in you can meet Baily or maybe Candace at the front deskBaily and that is Baily without an “E” that’s how I remember her. She is the kindest sweetest girl ever. She went through the entire menu of services one by one and explaining each one to me with so much patience and never losing her smile.Then I met Candace on another day. Another kind, and knowledgeable young lady full of information and always willing to offer a recommendation as to what works best for you and your needs. There is no pushy selling and upgrading just pure relaxation and comfortable.Had a great massage from Erika and will continue with her she really know her stuff and trigger points Best massage in years.Going to try a facial from Debra next week and my husband going to take his by weekly massage … this is our forever go to place.

I’ve had 3 visits with Jordan for laser hair removal so far and the results have genuinely been life changing already.She’s lightning fast with my visits averaging about 6 minutes and I’ve gone from having to shave twice a day and still never truly being comfortable to being able to not worry about it for a few days and barely even notice.Baily at the front desk and Jordan were both super welcoming to me on my first visit and were great at quickly putting my mind at ease.The entire experience so far has been wonderful and I would happily recommend this place to anyone seeking laser treatments in the area.Walking into other laser clinics I’ve always felt like they were trying to sell me on something from the moment I came through the door.Not once have I felt that way at J Sterlings Clermont.Having such a clean cut booking process with clear prices is genuinely extremely refreshing.75 dollars for full face is an incredible price for what you’re getting and as someone who got quoted in the thousands for that same thing elsewhere can say I’m extremely glad waited.If you’re someone who’s been hesitant to start laser due to the *insane* pricing models of places like Milan and you need somewhere that’s reputable and affordable, this is the place you’ve been looking for!

I’m on vacation from the Caribbean and decided to treat myself to a spa day.Massage was good. Not so sure about the facial or if I got what I paid for. I paid extra for extractions, but my face is literally still rough with white heads on my chin and nose area. I had to ask the aesthetician if that was it for extractions because it was literally nothing. If it lasted 3 minutes, that’s a long time. (Being generous here) My pores still feel really clogged. Just product being put on my face with probably no real effect as it wasn’t on my face long enough. I feel really terrible about that because I have to multiple each US dollar times 7 of mine so $721 for?

I bought my husband a massage at this spa for Father’s Day, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for him. Unfortunately, his recent session with Rosanna was far from that and turned out to be the worst massage he’s ever had.My husband paid for a deep tissue massage, but what he received was nowhere near that. The therapist seemed to just lather him with oil and aggressively rubbed his skin. He specifically asked to skip his feet due to a recent pedicure, but instead, she skipped his entire lower body.What happened next was bizarre. After drenching him in oil, she put a sheet over his body and started slapping him as if patting something down, which was both odd and ineffective. Then, she proceeded to shake his body from all directions, which made no sense for a deep tissue massage. There was absolutely no deep tissue technique involved, just a series of weird and uncomfortable actions.When the session ended, my husband told her he felt the same as when he walked in. Her response was a simple “oh okay,” and she left the room.We’ve had good experiences with other therapists at this spa in the past, but this session with Rosanna was incredibly disappointing. I can’t believe we paid for such a terrible experience, and to make matters worse, our email complaint about this has gone unanswered.

I must have passed by here a 100 times before I make a point to stop in . I’ve been getting a massage on a semi-regular basis with Rosanna. She is incredible adding the perfect amount of pressure. Front desk staff is always friendly and I love being able to book online. So nice to have such a fantastic spa here in Clermont without having to drive to Orlando !

This is my first time here and I had a superb experience. My therapist Karina was amazing. She was very professional, easy to talk to, spoke my language and was very knowledgeable. I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I have been having terrible neck and shoulder pain and although I knew the massage was going to be uncomfortable, she made it feel much better than expected. The front desk staff was also very nice and professional. I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. Thank u J Sterling spa. 💓

Will my masseuse and Candace the scheduler were awesome. Candace got me right in. She’s so friendly. Will worked all the kinks out and it was so relaxing.

This is the best this place to get a massage and will not break the bank. Candace upfront is the person that greets you when you come in the door and she’s very helpful and kind and somewhat funny. My therapist, WILL, was great. He had very good pressure and was very kind. I will come back again and I plan to join as a member when my gift cards are finished, great place!!

Katt was super sweet and helpful. She checked us in quickly and was very professional. Rosana was excellent! She was very nice and her massage was relaxing and not rushed at all. Will definitely book her again!

J Sterling Spa is just wonderful! I was greeted by the kindest front desk person, Candace. She was very sweet and made my check in/out seamless. Laura Beth complete my deep tissue massage and she was absolutely fantastic! I didn’t have to say anything and she just knew what to do! I highly recommend this place!

Rosanna is amazing! She knows where the pain is. I have a baby and I have had postpartum pain for over a year not to mention stress! Rosanna always makes me feel brand new! Also Katt the front desk person is so helpful. I had a complicated request for scheduling and she was so patient and kind! It’s not the place it’s the people who make you feel at home!

I received a facial for a birthday gift, and it was my first time here and getting a facial. What an amazing gift. I had such a great experience. I see the difference, my face feels supple. Im so late doing a review and I typically dont bother. I had a long, hard drive back to FL for a visit with minimal breaks along the way. Add an uncomfortable rental and I was done for to the point where I couldnt enjoy my visit. Got a last minute appointment for a massage plus extra services with Chris. Hands down one of my best experiences. I walked away with pep in my step and enjoyed the rest of my visit. I like a more aggressive massage and he accommodated. Front desk (cannot remember her name) was a gem and so helpful. Im coming back again sooner than planned, going to get another booked asap!

Karina was AMAZING!!! Her hands are gifted!! My whole body after felt a release on stress and tension. I stand for very long period of time at work and work out and this massage had me feeling brand now! Highly recommend!!!! She even cracked my neck and back and it felt amazing !

Fern is hands down the best massage therapist Ive ever been to! He asked relevant questions and spent time on the areas I really needed addressed. So many times before, Ive had them ask similar questions and just go through what seems like their usual routine. Katt at the front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. Made a same day appointment for a massage and they did not disappoint! The environment of the spa is relaxing and welcoming and the staff was really friendly. Rosa did a great job with the deep tissue massage and provided the firm pressure needed to reach the deep aches while still being gentle and checking in to ensure it wasn’t painful. She was very friendly and professional and has a welcoming vibe for a service that needs comfort to truly be relaxing. She made sure to spend some extra time on my extra painful areas and helped stretch areas that I mentioned are extra tense. I feel great!

This was our first time visiting a J Sterlings spa. I made an appointment for a couples massage. When we arrived, we were warmly received by Katt at the desk and had a brief wait. Soon after, we were led into a clean, calming room by our masseuses. My masseuse was Yatsel, and he was fantastic! He started by asking about any areas where I was having pain. During the massage, he checked multiple times to make sure I was ok and that the pressure was fine. He found all of the really bad areas on my neck, shoulders, and back. After he was done, I felt like a brand new man! The back pain I was experiencing when I walked in was gone. And my shoulders were no longer up to my ears! We look forward to going back to this location soon.

I understand that the review should be towards the place but I want to express my gratitude to one of the best estheticians I have ever met. MAKENZIE…. this young woman is professional and talented in what she does. Every wax service has been good experiences for me. NEVER a burned spot or allergies on my skin after waxing. My hair is getting thinner and the pain when getting wax is decreasing. In addition, I decided to try a Facial with her and, again, a great experience, my face ended like porcelain…. and ready for the next day Botox session. The entire experience at the spa is good and facilities are pretty and clean, but do yourself a favor and book Makenzie… You will not regret to book this sweet lady.

Booked a spa package here for my wife and she loved it. Candace at the front desk was really welcoming from the moment we walked in and gave us the whole breakdown of everything since it was her first time at a spa. I love this spa. It offers an affordable membership and the full range of services the bigger chains offer. I’ve had sever different massages and facials and all services have been great. The only thing I wish is that the rooms were a little quieter sometimes you can hear the outside noise. But I can live with that for great service and a great price!

I cannot recommend Chris, my massage therapist, highly enough. His technique is incredible and the results have been miraculous. I’ve had neck issues for years and have seen several chiropractors without success. Since beginning to work with Chris, literally all of my neck pain has disappeared and I haven’t been back to the chiropractor since. If I could give Chris and J. Sterling even more than 5 stars I would. Very highly recommended!

Had a fantastic deep tissue/sports massage from Ariel today. She found and alleviated tension I didnt even know was there. I will definitely book with her again.

I booked an 80 minute combination relaxation/deep tissue massage. Id like to preface my complaint by sharing that Im not typically one to complain like this, I believe in constructive criticism in unsatisfying situations, but in this case I really feel that Ive received very poor service.When entering the room, the masseuse asked me if I had any focus areas, to which I replied along my scapula. She promptly left, never asking if there were areas that I dont like attention paid to, which typically Im asked prior to a massage. Upon starting the massage I immediately noticed the excessive amount of lotion/oil she was using. In the dozens of massages Ive recieved, Ive never had anyone use so much lotion. It really didnt allow for any friction or depth of pressure to be applied to my muscles. She started on my back and the pressure was light, but I assumed we were just getting warmed up and pressure would increase. When she got to my problem area and I realized she was not doing any deep tissue massage, I requested that she use a firmer pressure. She agreed but the pressure never changed, even with an additional request after that. If I were to describe this massage in 1 sentence, Id say that I spent 80 dollars to be slathered in lotion for 80 minutes. After flipping over, I honestly wondered to myself if she was really truly licensed. There was no real focus on any muscle direction, no use of thumbs or knuckles, just constant flat palmed lotion application. Im used to being stretched and having some releasing techniques done during my massage,but she took my ankles on a few occasions and just strangely pulled my legs from side to side. I left my massage with lower back pain (and unfortunately not the good kind you have after a deep massage, but more of an achy pinching feeling). I didnt even have any pain prior to coming in for the massage, just a tightness in my upper back that needed some attention. I left in pain.Upon leaving, the receptionist asked how my message was, I answered honestly stating it was the worst Ive ever had. I requested managements contact email and asked the name of the masseuse as she never introduced herself upon meeting. At that time I was given a generic email which I reached out to with no reply. I called the next day and was told this location is the smallest so they don’t have a manager and would reach out to someone covering. I never received a call or response. Upon further review on Jsterlings website it turns out that they don’t respond to complaints about their masseuses as they are independent contractors. So even though i tried to address the poor massage with my masseuse twice during the session, there’s ultimately no management customer service that this company can provide.

Loved my massage, Devia was excellent! I had some knotted up muscles in my shoulder and she helped my relax and pain subside. Kat helped book my appointment same day and offered some great options.

Karina was a really nice at massaging, and she a specialist in clients who have pain she honestly when over my expectations and its the first time someone asks me about my concerns and does the best possible for relieving my pain. i recommend her ! Upon arrival Katt greeted my wife and I and was really friendly. Katt helped up check in and had us take a seat. We had a very short wait- almost non-existent and then I was greeted by Fern. Fern was wonderful, professional and understood exactly what I needed. I highly recommend a deep tissue massage here with Fern, Katt and the J Sterling crew!

Started out great, was deep tissue which I have had many of. Been about a month since my last massage. Was in bike accident 4 months before and had muscle damage to left shoulder, which was where I wanted him to focus on. I was moving around during session to relax my back and shoulder muscles because of the popping of my muscles by pulling my elbows and arms outward and stretching legs outward some keeping them close to platform. After about 30 minutes I was told to quit moving or he would have to end the session. I have never in my life be told to quit moving during a massage session. As the intensity of the massage was increasing which I needed, I really needed to move but because of what I was told I did not. Could not handle not moving anymore, told him and left.

Great massage by Fern. Would definitely recommend this location. Front desk staff is friendly, and Fern is a great therapist. Can’t wait for next time.

I had an 80 minute massage with Christophet today. It wad wonderful. I have some issues with edema in my legs and he worked on them to get the swelling down. A good experience.

Im always putting others first. Well, not today. This morning, I had some much needed me time at the spa. The hot stones massage was heavenly. Chris is the best. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I will be back next month. The only small, tiny issue I have is the music. While relaxing, I wish they would let the customer choose what music/sounds they wanted to listen to during their massage. For example, nature sounds, crashing waves, smooth jazz (no words, just music), etc. I love listening to smooth jazz. It just relaxes me. But other than that, this place is awesome.

I was in need of a deep tissue massage and I prefer a male masseur. For whatever reason it’s difficult to come across male therapist so when I saw they had male therapist AND I can book online I was sold. I’ve been wanting to try cupping forever and this was all affordable so I said why not. I absolutely loved it. The best massage experience, I can remember in a very long time and I’m a little bit of a spa and Massage junkie so I get Services very frequently. My therapist Will was absolutely perfect with his pressure and technique but also guiding me with the cupping process. I felt like I was in good hands and I was. Immediately with the cupping, I noticed a difference with tension and pressure. It was surreal how quickly you know it’s difference, and then it was all balanced out with a thorough massage. I’m excited to make this part of my monthly regime. Candace was a pleasure to check out with and informing me more about the spa and services. I will be back for sure.

This may sound weird, but I came here for a job interview.. and let me just say I am very impressed by how beautiful the spa is decorated.The scent upon arrival is so relaxing and reminds me of the days I was a licensed massage therapist... And it made me miss it!The rooms a beautifully decorated and provide a calming atmosphere. I definitely would love to come here for my birthday next year for services. It is so low pressure as they cater more to customer relaxation vs just pushing you into sales. I honestly would pay for the monthly with them because their environment is just that peaceful.Even if I am not employed there, please do give them a try. You will be as impressed as I am.

The deep tissue massage and facial I got yesterday receives the 5 stars. The receptionist was super nice. But don’t go here expecting foo-foo service or atmosphere. Not a place of luxury, the therapists were not overly friendly. However, the actual services were great! Prices can’t be beat!

This place is absolutely amazing. I booked an appointment for my mom and she had a great massage from Will, she said it was the best massage she has ever had. This place is so clean and it smells amazing! Everyone that I seen leave this spa had a smile on their faces. As I waited for my mom Candance at the front desk was so awesome and sweet. This salon is awkward and uncomfortable! The masseuse I had made me feel super rushed, and it was not a comfortable experience at all. The front staff wasn’t very nice, came across snoody. If you go you are asked to tip really high and for me a tip has always been 20% or what I can afford. Not being pressured to tip double what the massage is. There’s definitely other places around here that are better priced and customer service .

This is the second review I have wrote. I did delete the first one. I will explain why.... I took my teenager today for a facial with extractions and light therapy. The environment was very nice. The provider came to the lobby and explained to me what my sons procedure would include. My only complaint is that,while my teen was getting a facial, I was given a business card and told if I go on their website and leave a five-star review we would receive $5 off the service. This card also included the name of the provider that was handling my sons appointment. I did go online and leave a review and I doing so I reviewed details of which I was able to include at that time. Those things included the atmosphere and the lobby and being greeted and told what would be provided during the teen facial experience. When I went to check out I had to show the review. It was then that I was told I needed to edit the review and include the providers name in my response. I declined and explained why and this is what I said. Considering I have not had a chance to talk to my son about how his experience was, I do not feel comfortable including that and Im okay with not getting the $5 off. To me, this is a tacky way to promote yourself. If I had actually been the client that received the service maybe I can understand but I was not and I was not back there with him either.

For my full leg wax, the aesthetician took twice as long as my waxing person in Denver, and she missed entire sections of my leg, especially the left side where she was in more of a hurry. The front desk wouldnt / couldnt schedule a touch-up for TWO weeks, which was much too long.No discount, no effort to make things right. I paid much more for this appointment than for my normal waxing service, and it was a colossal waste of money. I will never go back and never recommend J Sterling to anyone.

I’ve been coming to J Sterling awhile and coming to Chris for deep tissue trigger point massage. He’s the best!! He gets you results if you truly want to be pain free and have better range of motion. It’s intense, but he knows the right pressure to use and when to let up but also still push you to where you get results! Thank you J Sterling and Chris!

Hello Everyone , just wanted to let everyone know that if you have any type of skin disorder I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. My wife went to this spa for the first time actually this is her first time ever going to a spa and the man that was to attend to her massage rejected her due to her keloids/skin disorder. I am furious and I will be posting on every social media account to let everyone know whats going on and how they treat people with skin disorders.

First timer at J Sterlings Spa. I will definitely be back. I got the massage and facial package. I requested Sian for my facial per the reviews and she did NOT disappoint. She is very knowledgeable. She tells you about everything she puts on your face and its benefits or what it does for your skin. She asked how I was feeling a few times during the session and made sure I was comfortable. Great conversation, too! Even recommended me products to use but in no means pressured me into buying any of their products or pressured me into coming back to get this or that. Just recommended how often to get a facial. You wont regret it!

Chris Dye is the reason. A massage therapy that give you great advice about your body and what to work on. There are many reason why one should to go at least 3 to 4 times a year. I had a 50 minute facial with Sian and she is fantastic! She was super relaxing and friendly. She is great at her job. This was exactly what I needed after a long semester of college and she left me absolutely glowing.

Updating my review: I’ve been coming here for a few years and have gotten dozens of massages in my life. My most recent massage with Rosanna was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never felt worse leaving a massage.I paid for a deep tissue. Not only did I not get a deep tissue, I felt like the massage therapist lathered me up with oil and just aggressively rubbed my skin… I asked to skip my feet because I just had a pedicure. Instead she skipped my entire lower body. The craziness was the next part. After I was completely drenched with oil, she put the sheet over my body and began slapping my body like you’re tryna pat something down. Not sure where that fits into a deep tissue… but it was weird and did absolutely nothing. The craziness continues when she would then start shaking my body. From all four directions she would walk around and just wiggle and shake my body. What the living hell… there was zero deep tissue massaging. Just a 100% horrible experience. After the massage was done she asked how I felt and I told her I felt the same as I walked in. She said oh okay, and she walked out.There are good therapists here as I’ve gone many times. But Rosanna was the worst! My goodness, I can’t believe I paid for that.

My husband got me a gift card for Christmas and for some reason I waited 2 years to use it. I finally made an appointment for a massage and facial and it was amazing! Katt was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival and helped set the tone for the appointment. Alberto was so nice during the massage and truly made me feel relaxed. Makenzie was my aesthetician and had my face feeling so hydrated while I left along with a list of products to buy to continue to improve my skin. I can’t wait to be back. 😊

The location is convenient and inviting. The front staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice, very relaxing and the massage table I was on had heath. My massage therapist Brittany was amazing, her hands are truly healing and she was able to work tough spots without making it painful. The cost is very affordable and their membership packages are easy to use. Overall a 10/10. Already planning my next massage!

My initial appt with this salon should have been my red flag but I gave it another chance. My first appt I gave in depth detail over the phone and had an appt set. I was so excited about it, I get there and they don’t have me in the system! She’s like “You can come back at 2” I’m like uh no? Lol. So they set me up with a different person, a man when I requested a woman. I agreed only because I was so sore and needed it bad. Chris was my masseuse and he ended up being really good. So I re booked with him because he was so good with trigger point. But the second time I go he wasn’t as nice, the vibe was off. I specifically asked for my knees and feet and he specifically avoided those areas then at the end says “there’s nothing you can really do about pain in the knees but hot compress and places insanely hot towels on them which hurt so bad and then says the massage is over. Which was really weird. I’m laying there with hot towels on my knees and I’m like “What do you want me to do with them?” He’s like, “Throw them on the ground.” As he walks out he says “oh and idk if you knew this last time but there’s a gratuity sheet on the door. Please check it before you leave.” I was so taken back, how rude is that?? I look at this sheet and it rates the masseuse good to great. Ranging from 25$-80$ for a tip! Such a scam and such a rude way to ask for a tip. This salon has all over bad vibes, I will never return. I’m bummed because I really thought I found a good massage therapist. The front staff sucks and is also super rude

I’m so extremely disappointed. If I can return this gift card I purchased I would! I purchased a two gift cards in May. Over the 400 hundred plus between the two. One for my mother and one for me bc just had a two baby back to back. Needless to say I was very excited to be able to use these. When I call yesterday I asked for facial, no biggie last min, i’m not irrational person. She says well I can check another location. she advised me Altamonte could be able to do the facial. Great got excited! I provided all information necessary to book the appointment including my credit card. Only to be told, I dont know why it’s not letting me!” I guess they don’t do those type of facials at that location. So OKOK so no big deal I get it. So, I decided to go back to Clermont it for in the evening for a different procedure for a massage. Massage is OK. I’ve had better but no biggie I just needed to get out the house and do something for myself. After massage, I spoke with the receptionist regarding scheduling my specialist facial derma. She advised that she had a schedule for tomorrow Sunday. I clearly advised that I would not be able to do it in the morning and wanted to play safe because I go to church. We scheduled for 3 PM today. I go in for my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule. I looked at the schedule I looked at my confirmation give it to her and she says we are on the schedule for tomorrow I said well that’s impossible I would never do that because I have kids that I need to pick up from school. It’s a Beal deal to schedule a baby sitter for 5 month old, 16 month and 9 &11 year old. She then proceeds to tell me what I can get you in at four an hour later and then advised. I said no, I arrivedArranged my day around this. I have responsibilities that I have planned this accordingly hence as to the time I scheduled it for. This is very upsetting considering the extra long call yesterday before and the mission I had to do and go through to schedule and arrange my day HOWEVER, Her attitude was no big deal as if well that’s all I can do. To bad forYou, (she didn’t literally say that but my body language sure did) Understand basic on their mistake someone was already scheduled but this was not my mistake I was very clear yesterday. She just kept repeating well it’s scheduled for 3 PM and all I can do is 4. Furthermore, it was suppose to be a 90 min and she said well just do a 60 mins? 1. I’m wanted. 90 min so why should Inconvenience my self on what I want because you guys messed up. So I can run hecticly around afterwards. Then what’s baffling is at no point was there an apology nor any type of compensation or anything else other than well it is what it is type of attitude. To me considering my lifestyle and how important self-care is to me that I just be able to become and take advantage of as my schedule permits this is a huge no-no considering the arrangements, between work and kids. Communication, customer service and accountability is important to which was not the case. here sucks so if you have to go through a mission to schedule your life around and only to proceed with a no big deal with a careless attitude. I want nothing to do with you. Very sad because I was looking forward to make this a regular place

I went to J Sterlings in Clermont for the first time today but it definitely wont be my last time! My massage and foot scrub from Flo was outstanding and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The facial I received from Sian was perhaps the best Ive ever had. She analyzed my skin and used a variety of product to meet my specific needs. I enjoyed her energy and expertise. My next appointment will be with Flo and Sian! I highly recommend them.

Disappointed is an understatement. I left with a number of small cuts on my face after a dermaplanning facial I spent about 150 after a number of add ons that I am not sure I received.The technician lacked professionalism, social skills but more importantly the technical skills required of a aesthetician. Literally paid tipped even walked out and cried in my car with my face bleeding.

I was recommended J Sterling by a co-worker because of the masseuse Nadara. What go me right away was the customer service I got from the front staff. I noticed their smiles as soon as I walked in, they knew my name and didnt just ask how I was doing but were actually interested in my day. Candace at the front helped me and made sure I was comfort before my appointment, especially since I never had a Deep Tissue massage. She told me what I should expect and that it will change my self and relieve a lot of my back & neck pain. At that time Nadara (my scheduled masseuse) arrive and lead me to the room where I got the best massage ever. As a current Triathlete this massage brought me back to life and now I can continue training for my next race in November. I had a an great experience here, both Nadara and Candace were amazing and Ive already schedule my next appointment!!

Im giving 5 stars because Chris is incredible. Ive seen some other massage therapists there that are pretty good, but Chris is incredible. He has techniques that Ive never see before and Ive seen close to a dozen massage therapists. There is a small discount for going during the week versus the weekend and I was quite fond of going on a week night after work, getting a nice massage then going home, soaking in a hot tub, and crawling into bed. Chris is the man! Highly recommend. There are other services offered at j Sterling, but I havent utlized them as I prefer to just get a massage.

This is probably the best massage place I’ve been to. Staff is really friendly Candace is always cheerful and nice. If you ever need a good trigger point massage I recommend Chris I’ve been coming here for about 1 year now and it’s by far the best experience I’ve had.

I drove by J Sterling and decided to stop in and check out their services. I’ve been having some back pain and saw they offered a wide variety of treatments. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. It was a wonderful experience from Ari at the front desk to my massage therapist Flo. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.I walked out feeling great, it was so relaxing!
