Tarrin was very kind, professional, asked questions and listened to my concerns. She created a wonderful, relaxing environment and atmosphere. I feel she did a very thorough job. I plan to see her again and make it a regular treat due to our time together for my first facial (ever).Carina is my preferred massage therapist. She is professional, caring, listens to my needs, is very thorough, her pressure and technique is just enough to help my aches and get me back on track. Whenever I can book a session that aligns with my schedule- I try to ensure it’s with her.

Carina was excellent. She listened to my needs and worked out all of the knots and stress. I highly recommend her and if I was not on a birthday vacation trip, I most certainly would be returning soon. Great service Always with Carina! This was an excellent service. I was having some issues with my shoulder and neck for some time and Carina listened to my needs. I wanted to cry because I was so happy of the relief I was getting. It was not painful, it was relief of pressure. I am able to move my arm today and actually had a good night’s rest for the first time in awhile since my shoulder and neck has been keeping me up at night.

Grace was amazing! I went in with a stiff neck. She was very knowledgeable and worked on my neck with care. The next morning I woke up and was able to move my neck! Thank you, Grace!

Anthony’s knowledge of the mechanics of the human body is solid. His many years of experience become apparent during the massage as he intuitively works on the many problem areas I have caused my body for decades as a small farmer. His skill as a therapist is awesome.

This franchise location of ME has some of the best massage therapists in its franchise in the US. I have had to travel for long periods of time to almost every state in the US, away from home here in Florida, taking advantage of an ME membership perk at membership prices, for professional massage away was easy. Initially joining in San Diego CA in the early 00’s, and visiting wherever there was an ME in the US. Without a doubt after membership here in FL for several years, this location consistently has a the most professional, pleasant, best in class, experienced, long tenured therapists available. This owner must really take good care of its technicians. I have my favorite here and selfishly did not want to share this therapists name as she is remarkably talented in the delivery of her professionand is often booked months in advance.All of the therapists here are excellent.Spoiler: Karen is one of my favorites here for massage, however you should not walk out of this ME disappointed, whomever you choose

Dean is amazing to explain all the aspects of the muscles hes working on during the session and really makes you feel comfortable. He ensures that the pressure is just what you can handle and focuses on just what you ask for!

The Clermont location is awesome. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Karen, is the best. I look forward to my monthly visits.

Greeted kindly by the front desk staff. Very welcoming and helpful in future scheduling. Greeted by the massage therapist with a smile. The massage was lighter than I normally seek, but it was just right for my first massage in a while. In a word, relaxing. Plus, I received some helpful information for future visits.Consistently being treated by Michele. She is attentive to my areas of concern and provides the requested pressure. Very happy with the results and look forward to more visits in the future.

Lisa really is the best! Ive had 4 different ME facialists and 2 at other facilities. Lisa knows her products and explains them well. I think she genuinely enjoys what she does and that makes it even more enjoyable.

I have a lot of chronic back pain and back issues. Omar always asks me what I have been doing and what needs the most attention. He wants to make sure you leave feeling much better than you walked in. He has a wonderful technique for deep tissue and he always shares about after care such as icing, stretching and yoga. He truly cares about his clients.

Carina was terrific - I’ll definitely be returning - she was responsive to what I needed and provided me with a tension relieving massage … my back feels great too !

I highly recommend booking a massage with Grace! I went for a 90 minute session with her and she was absolutely wonderful! She asked all the right questions and took the time to get to know me and worked on all my problem areas. I loved how she didnt make it feel rushed and took her time. She was so gentle when she needed to be and made me feel so comfortable speaking up about the customization of my massage so it can be a perfect experience for me. Bonus points she is so funny and sweet. 10/10 recommend grace and i already booked my next session with her! She is easily the best masseuse i have had the pleasure of getting worked on by. I’m a member at the Hunters Creek location and came here last year. Tarrin (Aesthetician) and Linda (massage therapist ) are absolutely amazing. I’ve seen Tarrin a few times and she is very knowledgeable and listens to your questions/concerns. She also educates you on what she’s doing, why she’s doing it and offers home suggestions. Linda was very great during my session as well. I normally prefer a deep tissue massage however she offer a great amount of pressure and wonderful techniques. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I Always give Beverly a 5 star. She is an amazing massage therapist. I appreciate that she takes time to ask questions and then gets into proving great support to her clients.

She doesnt try to upsell or pressure you into buying products either, but educates on skin care and products to achieve the resilts youre looking for.

I recently enjoyed a facial with esthetician Tarrin at the Massage Envy in Clermont. Tarrin was pleasant, friendly and, most importantly, very professional. She worked with precision and was very thorough. There was a nice bonus too: a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. I felt wonderful after my facial session. My skin was soft and smooth and my facial pores were minimized. Thanks Tarrin!

Love Linda- she is great. Always book her for 1.5hrs. Good thorough massage and will work with you to tailor the massage to your liking.

My experience with DEAN FINNEY is THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! He is knowledgeable and a REAL PRO with THE BEST BED SIDE MANNERS!

I booked an appointment with a specific provider at the time they were available - only to get there and be told the owner switched my provider with no explanation. I booked one day and got a confirmation, the appointment was switched the next day, and the appointment was the day after that. No call no explanation - I found out when I checked in. The provider I booked was there but seems like someone else got that appointment instead. The provider I got, while very nice, felt like she had just come out of school or still in training as it was a very clunky experience with no benefit and actually made things worse. I was promised a call and explanation from the owner as they were out that day but its been weeks and no word.

Jasmine did exactly what I needed. Because of childhood back surgery, I suffer from chronic pain. For me, she was more therapeutic in her approach like a trainer which relieved a lot muscle tension. If you workout a lot or play sports, Jasmines the therapist for you!

Karen is ELITE! She applied the perfect amount of pressure to work out the stress knots caused by my children. She has the strength and endurance of 1k Spartan soldiers holding back the Persians from that movie 300. I have been going to Massage Envy for about 20 years and this was the first time that I did not leave happy. My therapist came to get me at 2:40, 10 minutes past my appointment time and then we had to discuss my “needs” & so and so forth. He was not gentle while placing my arms and legs where he wanted them and then at the end of the so called hour and a half he abruptly stood up said “well that’s it” as well as a bit of other small talk and left. Typically the therapist waits outside the door and offers water or says thank you- nope he just disappeared. I will return but will not have that therapist.

I have been going here since I moved here 3 years ago. I have been consistent with my facial treatments and my massages and it was feeling good having a place to unwind. It’s hard to be a mom, wife and a healthcare worker. I pay my all my bills on time and I tip when ever I get a service. Today I got my dates mixed up today and I received a call about a no call no show. Today is Labor Day and my child is out of school l. So, I literally thought my appointment was tomorrow 9/6. I explained this to the ME front desk clerk and I asked for a waiver considering it was a mistake. She spoke with her management and they decided that they would only take one of my points. I am upset because I pay monthly and have been a loyal customer despite my original aesthetician and massage therapist leaving. They just lost a valuable customer….Horrible customer service and management tactics= high turn over rate for their employees and now customers. I’d rather drive to winter garden then go back to this office all based on principle.

I have been going to Massage Envy since they opened, and have had many different masseuses. I love my masseuse now. He really knows how to loosen stubborn tight muscles and get me to relax.. I have him booked out through May. His name is Omar and hes amazing!
