It was my wife’s birthday and I purchased an Aura massage packaged ( forgot which one it was). After Elizabeth worked her magical healing powers on her, my wife told me it was the most powerful and best massage she has ever had. So in return my wife purchased a Reiki class for me to experience. I was so excited because I was always curious about Reiki but always talked myself out on doing it. So the time came and Elizabeth was so knowledgeable and kind to the point you felt like you were home talking to your sister. She has a beautiful and magical gift with connecting with people. I am beyond grateful with what Elizabeth has shared with me and can’t wait to take Reiki II. Thank you again Elizabeth!!

WOW! As soon as you open the door the energy is just so peaceful. I love this spa and it is definitely on the top of my list for places where I need to recharge and reset. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a fantastic shop with all kinds of herbs and crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you to select just the right items for you. I’ve been going to Liz for Reiki for a few years now. She protects the space, allowing me to feel safe and at ease during each session. Afterwards, she sets time to debrief any blockages sensed. She’s always on point and offers advice to assist. Whether I leave feeling tired or blissful, I always feel more aligned. I’ve respected the process so much that I’ve been certified in Reiki 1 with Liz! She’s very knowledgeable in this work. I’m grateful for her and her practice.

I had a facial done and it was the best I have had 🫶🏻 Liz was so sweet and her presence felt very calm. Her technique made my skin felt so good and relieved from all the tension. I love that the skincare she uses is of high quality and so good for the skin (completely non-toxic). Her holistic approach made the experience even better and my skin was glowing at the end!

This was my first Reiki session ever. I have been researching it for the past year and reached out to another practitioner, but I didnt feel a connection and did not schedule. While searching just three days ago, I came across Lizs business. I called Liz and asked her for her recommendation based on my symptoms. She recommended the Holy Fire Reiki and scheduled me for the next day.Going in, I was very nervous. As soon as I walked in through the doors, I felt a sense of peace that calmed my nervousness. We started with the voice analysis. It was spot on everything I was feeling and the symptoms that were coming up. She was able to identify which energies were off balance. She provided me with a sheet that explained the emotional impact and what foods, teas, music, and essential oils would aid in elevating those depleting energies.The Reiki part was not only blissful but highly healing. Lizs spiritual intuitiveness in playing the sound bowls is heavenly. I felt tremendous energy moving through my entire body; the emotional baggage and heaviness I had walking in were completely gone. The physical pain went from my usual seven to a one. As I write this, I have tears in my eyes because I havent felt this good. If you are drawn to Reiki and hear an inner voice telling you to try it, I would say listen to that inner voice; that is Gods voice guiding you. From a person who is very reserved about who I let into my spiritual realm, I felt very comfortable and had complete trust in Liz. This place is unbelievably good! Elizabeth, the owner, is a genuine soul who exudes love and healing. I have attended several Sound Bowl Healings, which have been super relaxing on a deep level. I visited Au Naturale Spa & Wellness and received the Divine Attunement Wellness Package. This is the most unique facial and energy work experience. My skin feels healthy and brought back to life.I have received Reiki many times and was so interested in this treatment. It was beyond any expectations. I feel light and free. I took a Sound Healing class with the owner, Liz. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about my healing. The class and the space are amazing! At the beginning of the session, her voice leading us into the experience was calm and soothing. During the session I could feel healing taking place. Everything was really great, Elizabeth seemed really knowledgeable on what has been going on with my inner health without me giving that information, but rather by the sound procedures. It was relaxing and best of all i felt much better leaving. Definitely will be back.

I was amazed at my 1st ever Reiki session. From the moment I arrived I was greeting with kindness and care. I was educated on how the experience was to take place and closed out with actionable ways to care for myself post session. Since completing my session I have felt more grounded and intentional. The facility is beautiful and clean.

I had an amazing experience with Liz. Her whole place was warm and inviting. The place was clean and she made you feel comfortable. I had never experienced Reiki and had questions that she answered. Its hard to articulate the experience. I felt refreshed and renewed. My energy was replenished. I felt like this guided me back to my path. I was on it but I got distracted and this session helped. I highly recommend for people who feel stuck, who feel like theyre spirit is dull or something lacking. If youre gray this will get get back to a colorful state. That is the best I can decsribe. You have to experience to understand.
