I used to stop here regularly but due to life had not been in area for a year or more. They remembered me and what I purchased!!! Got some items I had not purchased before and they were so knowledgeable and helpful!!! Excellent selection along with superior customer service. My go to place....wish I currently lived in area so I could patronize them more frequently!!!!

If you arnt ordering online wholesale or coming to this shop you are getting ripped off. Best prices in 30 miles and the most helpful staff of any smoke shop I ever gone to. Been coming here for almost 2 years and have not had a single bad experience. Massive and varied stock, a discount when you get a keychain and a personable friendly staff makes this the best smoke shop around.

Well I have to admit they have some pretty neat stuff there but since Im all about the experience mine was poor so I can only give it a 3-star rating. I did buy myself a product there that I thought was pretty nice but the owners attitude was just hurry up and buy something when I asked him questions. He was very impatient with me and gave very little information on the products. My enthusiasm died as an effect of his attitude shortly after I entered the store. Slightly overpriced and a little bit of an attitude but hes the only game within a decent drive so I imagine he will do well.

Awesome selection, quality products, and unlike like every other smoke shop in the area, the staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Dont waste your time going anywhere else this is your one-stop-shop. A gentleman named Dan helped me when I came in, I was unsure what I wanted initially but his expertise gave me confidence with my purchase...will be back for sure! Almost forgot to mention, he was a pretty good looking guy too ;)

Stopped in to have a look around. Dan was super helpful, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Great prices and an endless verity of items for anything youd need. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

Coming from the east side of town, I was absolutely blown away by the great prices for the same products you would pay almost double for elsewhere. I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge of the associates who helped me and with the products I took home on their recommendations. I will definitely return for any of my smoking needs.

I am a big fan of this place. The selection is incredible and the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The prices are a little bit above what youd pay online but its worth it to support the local business; plus, I like to actually feel build quality before I purchase an expensive glass piece. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience at this store. My gf just bought me a hookah set and we got home added water to the base and the base cracked into pieces. The base was brand new never used and it just cracked and broke like that?!We contacted the store representative and although they are great salespeople they sure don’t know how to handle this issue. Pretty much we got dealt with a defective item and they are not willing to do anything.If your gut feeling is telling you not to go inside this store you better listen to it. This hole in the wall deserve none of your hard earned money.

I went there a few days ago and it was my first time there they guy behind the counter looks like he hated his job poor attitude no people skills. I truly regret going to that store to spend my money. I will never go back. If you are having a bad day i suggest you stay home because you are hurting your business with bad attitude..word of mouth is the biggest advertisement and its free. I have told my buying experience to my co-worker at work and they suggested me to write a poor review. Fix your issues within yourself, Just be polite to your buying customer..I thought about buying some cigars but I will not go there to buy them anymore...

After going to this place the guy behind the counter wasnt as friendly as I think he shouldve been but Ill give this place another try as his prices are nice. If I get the same personality as I got before, Ill REVISE my review. But Ive been assured that I will get great service.

Ideally located off of Highway 50 W colonial drive plenty of parking. The owner single mom and employees are very friendly & knowledgeable. Quality products and reasonable prices.

Some of the glassware is a little expensive but other than that its pretty great place... They dont hound you in there which is good I like to look around and not be bothered

Well its a normal smoke shop fairly good variety of products.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could rate lower than one star I would. Purchased several items on 1/17/20 totaling $75, including what was supposed to be an 18mm female bowl piece. Upon getting home, I discovered that it wasnt 18mm or 14mm, and doesnt fit in any of my glass. Obviously a manufacturing issue. I returned today (1/31) and explained the situation to the guy working (neither employees today were there on the 17th). When we went and looked at the same bowls, they all had the same issue. I didnt have a receipt because I wasnt given one and didnt think twice as its a smoke shop. However, I did have bank statement proof of my $75 purchase on the 17th as well as the EXACT SAME DEFECTIVE BOWL THEY HAVE A DOZEN MORE OF, ALL OF WHICH HAD THE SAME WEIRD ISSUE. Instead of offering me the requested exchange, I was told by the other worker that I would have to return when the guy that sold me the piece was working, despite me clearly having proof that I purchased a defective item from their store. I live an hour away and only stopped there both times because I was working in the area. I guess they think its reasonable that Im supposed to drive 2 hours to remedy their screw up on a $15 bowl.On a separate note, over priced Chinese glass seems to be their thing. Like 35 cent DHgate spoons for $35. If youre a real head looking for quality/local glass go elsewhere, if youre looking for cheap glass, go elsewhere to find it for much cheaper.

Great staff with a lot of product knowledge. These guys know the ins and outs of what theyre selling, and the prices are lower than anywhere else I go. I go here usually for their O.P.M.S liquid kratom and its 5-6 dollars less than it costs at the smoke shops closer to my house. 5/5 Great prices, great people.

My boyfriend, friends, and even parents can all agree we like Just Smoke the best out of the many smoke shops we’ve gone into. Personally speaking, the 3 main gentlemen I always see there are always so nice and super helpful with anything I need. The price and quality of the pieces and materials in there are smoother than my grape eon vape pod packs. ;) thanks for being so rad guys!

Sitting here in the parking lot during open hours, locked door, no answer on the phone. Been going here for years. Time for a new shop that actually opens on time to the public.

I went in. Got exactly what i needed. The customer service was great, the emplyees are very informational. Plus they have a wide variety of everything you could ever need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

No help and overpriced... Save your money... BTW making fun of your customer for posting a review is tasteless. If you took the time to read all of them you would see they all fall in line with the next one. I received the same treatment as the rest of them. Por service, un informed and bad attitude. After spending $300 I immediately regretted it as I walked out the door. What sealed the deal was after I got home I still wasnt able to use my vape because I was told I could charge it from a walk adapter but found out I needed a charging station. Went to tobacco corner on Hiawassee and Old Winter Garden and found same kit and charging station for half the price with a smile...

Bought a whole new piece the rig is fine but the downstem i had had holes in em and very weak glass also tried to go back and resolve for a while with a pen and even then the prn looked like nobody had review see if its faulty seems like they dont care too much about customers satisfaction

Stay away from this shop. There is an Indian or Pakistani guy who might be the owner, he is all about the money, no customer satisfaction whatsoever, he is very rude, arrogant, and untrustworthy...he will sell overpriced E-cigs, vape pens etc and he´ll treat you as an idiot...When I was starting with this whole vape experience 4 months ago, he sold me a way overpriced vape pen, and crap batteries btw, which later I realized it was cheaper in other stores, and it is an old product so I can´t find parts of it anywhere. I came back for a part that was damaged and he told me that I should throw the whole vape-pen away and buy a new one. Went to another store, fixed the problem and saved +$150-200! if I would have listened to him. Customer is always right? Not for this guy

Its always a great experiance going into just smoke. The manager is always attentive and helpful with every purchase i make. Calm environment and overall id say excellent customer service!

I have been here multiple times, i have spent lots of money here and i appreciate the staff and even when theres multiple people in the store they always get to you quickly, i would reccommend this shop to others.

Only gave one star cause I cant give zero. Everything Ive bought here breaks in a week. The owner does nothing to help, and the rest of the staff is just as useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

For a shop that is a bit out of the way, the staff wasnt that friendly. There were 2 gentleman working at the time and one completely ignored me. The other kind of just started and asked a single question. The store itself was clean but their stock was lacking - I didnt manage to find the product listed - even after calling to confirm.

Workers there are rude and act bothered anytime you come in, they raise their voices and talk down To you like your stupid when asking questions. So many other shops in town, they are snobbiest, most expensive, and just don’t wanna give customer service, wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back

I left and one hour later it was leaking all over the place and I came back and he told me theres nothing he could do!!,... thats a manufacturer problem,!! Lmmfao!!! this guy is a joke!!!! This store is always rotating selection and trying to stay relevant and updated with what people are currently smoking, not just selling old merchandise from ten years ago like many places in the area do.

Dont go here if you want a cigar. Poor selection and the cigars were stale. Also the guy running the register didnt have anything to cut the cigar with.

I bought weekly here until one day I bought a $120 Vape, it came damaged and they told me that they couldnt fix it or replace it with another one until that day was my last time. I dont recommend them to anyone. They have to be more aware of the people who feed them I went weekly but thats why I dont come back
