Essential Elements Therapeutic Massage

Been having an intense back pain for awhile and after my visit with Natalie today, I can confidently say I didn’t feel the pain again. She really paid attention to the areas i felt the most pain and applied the right amount of pressure I needed. I felt an instant relief right after the session. Will definitely be booking another session again because I need to completely rid myself from this pain.

Essential Elements is my go to place. Natalie is wonderful and very accommodating with my massage requests. The location is clean and easy to get to. This is the only massage place I use. I recommend that anyone looking for a good deep tissue massage gives her a try.

Natalie focused on all of the specific areas I had indicated I had trouble with and also just gave an overall great massage. She was responsive to any requests to adjust pressure and tailored my massage to my specific needs. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend.

I have so many good things to say about Natalie and Essential Elements Massage! She is in a wonderful location, easy to find and easy parking. Her room is so comforting and warm and inviting. But the BED! Once I got into the massage bed I felt like I was melting into a cloud of warmth amazinginess. So comfortable and the heat is such an added bonus that not all massage places offer. Natalie is so kind and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time and that the pressure is good, which it was, it was perfect! It was truly the best massage I have ever had, and I have had a lot! She hit every sore point I needed and then some. And then ended the massage with a little scalp massager that was a perfect way to end it! She is amazing and I already cant wait to go back!

My first professional massage ever and it was awesome!! Doug did such a good job. The staff is friendly. Clean environment with comfortable tables and it smells good too! He made sure to focus on areas that were hurting me, but he still did my full body, I walked out feeling like a new person. Reasonable pricing for the work done. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Will definitely return again. :)

I was very happy with my experience at this facility. It was welcoming and clean. The rooms were relaxing and the massage table was super comfortable. I was a little nervous at first with this being my first massage but Tina really put my mind at ease. We discussed my problem areas and she assured me that if she was putting too much or too little pressure in those areas that it was ok to let her know. I felt so great at the end of my session. I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere and decor is so classy and serene. The massage tables are cushy, comfortable and warm.I have had massages by several of the therapists and it was a great experience every time.My last two massages were with Liz and she is great at therapeutic massages. Her technique is very effective at getting the knots out. I had immediate relief.I sit at a desk all day which has taken a toll on my body. I am making a commitment to come back regularly to stay loose and limber.I have been to several places locally and on vacation and have received good massages but the atmosphere and comfortable tables at Essential Elements are by far my favorite.

I have been going to Essential Elements for over 10 years, and have never been disappointed. I have 2 spine fusions, rheumatoid arthritis in my hands , feet and shoulders, and I have always come out being the most relaxed and in less pain for a hours afterwards.

Essential Elements Massage provides great services at an affordable price. Natalie is professional and desires her clients to walk out in much better shape than they walked in and it shows. I have been a customer for over six months and will continue to do so.

Natalie is an absolutely angel!!! So warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable as well. After the very first visit you will notice a BIG difference.

Best massage Ive EVER HAD! My boyfriend and I were super sore after running a half marathon, so we decided to book a couples massage here. A little far away from where we live - but let me tell you - totally worth the drive. Lamar gave me the best massage Ive ever had! It was exactly what I needed after such an arduous race. I will definitely be back again!

My husband & I went for a couples massage a few days ago - our massage therapists, Brooke & Lamar, were wonderful & did a great job. The receptionist could be a little friendlier/more customer-service oriented. The rest of the staff was great, though - very friendly. The facility is clean, relaxing, & welcoming.

My husband and I just left. he will probably rave about it for a year! we both LOVED it and they were very accommodating when we asked for a female therapist for my own comfort. with my husbands job and my fibromyalgia, it was a godsend. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. you really wont regret it!

I had recently discovered Essential Elements through Groupon. I love Groupon for what they do, but let me tell you that this was one of the biggest mistakes of my life to deal with this company period. This had all went down in less than 3 days. First off, everything had seemed fine. The sheduling process went smoothly. I had called to schedule the day after I bought the Groupon. I had asked for Friday at 3 pm, since I had off on Friday from work. During work today (Thursday, 03/02/2017), I get a strange text from Trish the sole owner of the studio which stated that she had a sinus infection so she was going to have to reschedule. Ok, cool. Whatever. I told her then I will contact her after work to reschedule. Then I get a voice mail today (Thursday, 03/02/2017), from Essential Elements, stating that it was 3:15 pm and why I wasnt there yet. Automatically, there was a red flag. I called as soon as I got off at 4 pm to figure out what was going on. Oh let me tell you, thats a whole other ball game. I dont know who I was on the phone with, but I was never treated with such disrespect, such an unprofessional and unethical tone and attitude in my entire life. She had kept insisting that she was on the phone with me to confirm with me that my appointment was today (Thursday, 03/02/2017), but which I had NEVER scheduled for. I had scheduled for Friday at 3 pm. She kept repeating her self at least 3 to 4 times stating that fact. Why on Earth would I schedule an appointment period while I was at work until 4 pm?! Excuse me, but at that point she was beginning to irritate me with her attitude. She was acting like I was the stupid one. Then I tried to explain about the text to to see if there was a way I can reschedule. She then stated that there was no Trish there. Um, ok. Sure... you are either lying now or I have no idea who this Trish was. I was absolutely confused at this point and even before I made this phone call. At one point during the conversation I got so fed up at the receptionist repeating and yelling at me that she had confirmed the appointment with me for today at Thursday, 03/02/2017. This conversation was going on for at least a minute before I got irritated by an incompetent receptionist. I probably should of demanded for a manager at that point but I couldnt tolerate being on the phone with this girl any more. At one point I had responded I am going to Groupon to get my full refund back and I hope you are happy with your 1-star review. I went right then to go check my Groupon to start the refund process to only find that this receptionist had already redeemed the Groupon! At that point I was furious! I finally contacted Groupon and that was smooth sail to get back my refund, even if it will take 2-10 days. After I contacted Groupon, they had tried calling again. Apparently it was the manager of the salon trying to apologize. Nope. You need to fire that receptionist before she ruins your business lady. But oh my god. I have no idea what happened to even this minute as I type up this review. Never again. Stay far, far away! It will give you a headache more than anything else!

Great place for massages! Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and the owner and staff are very friendly. Lori always knows what areas need extra attention, even if I dont realize it myself.

I wanted to reserve a date and time for my husband - a fathers day gift--but when I got there at 10 am (as there website said they opened) I stood outside knocking and calling for 15 minutes. I really hope you dont treat you clients like that!! Horrible!
