There’s a little gem in Cleveland , and he work’s at this store ! His name is Joey, and he’s is one of the kindest, most respectful, loving souls I’ve come in contact with in a very long time. It’s not just my interactions with him, he actually treat people well from what I’ve seen while shopping here!!Honestly I bet he contributes to customer’s returning , because while I have shopped here a handful of times over the years, it wasn’t until I met him that I came 2x in a week, and that was because of his good energy 😌. Joey I hope you know how special you are, and you absolutely understand the assignment when being a good person is concerned! Usually I go to a different store. This one is closer and more convenient so I wanted to try it. I didn’t see the product I normally use so I was trying to find something similar. Honestly I have no idea what I’m doing. The lady at the register was more concerned about sitting back at her seat behind the counter and playing on her phone, then to help me and figure out what I was trying to find. I felt that she was just rude and didn’t want to help me whatsoever. Who ever she was texting was more important than the business and helping a customer out. I really did not like my experience here. But they did have ALOT off stuff but to me it was all mixed up. Confusing for me.

The girl that was working in the morning was very rude and was on her phone the entire time. And seemed aggravated, not only with me, but another customer as well, who was asking about products. She seemed like she just wanted us to leave so she could get back to her phone.

The releaf center is a great place to visit they have everything that I needed and everything that Ive ever wanted. I recommend this place highly to everyone whos looking for a place of solitude. Customer service is excellent.

Stopped in on my way home yesterday, staff was SUPER friendly. Clean store layout with a huge selection. Got a small amount of D8 flower and some vape carts, and on the way out, the employee (owner possibly?) grabbed a D8 pre-roll off the shelf and gave it to me at no charge as a thank you for my business, telling me i just had to try it as its a new product and super high quality. Came home and lit up said pre-roll and felt amazing the rest of the night! Cannot recommend this place enough, and i will DEFINITELY be returning. If you live in or near the westside of cleveland, and are looking for some nice priced legal THC or CBD, definitely give this place a go!
