Guess the owner still has some learning to do about the country he lives in.Would be reporting to the BBB, if this establishment was even recognized by them.

I had bought a vape breeze which it was strawberry apple and that taste so bad it tastes like vomit yet I paid $25 I called them he was laughing on the phone call telling me there’s nothing he could do. terrible vape store. I’ve been to another vape store which I also bought a breeze vape for the same price and they handled everything and understood everything with RESPECT!!!!! Here’s the picture of the one that tasted NASTY!!!

This is the smoke shop you need to hit if youre looking for vape accesories . I went to 6 different stores that had no idea what I was talking about when asking for an 18650 charger. This shop not only knew about it but had a selection.

I would suggest this Shop for every one they have every things clean and nice good coustomer service nice price

Theres plenty of other smoke shops, give one of them your business. This place doesnt deserve your money.

Very friendly staff but won’t be buying the “fog it” brand vapes anymore!! I always buy fume brand from another smoke shop on the westside and it’s 3500 puffs and always lasts me At least 4-5 days. I haven’t even had this 4000 puffs Fog It brand vape for more than 24 hours and the light is blinking that it’s empty! That is false advertisement! Lesson learned! Always stick to what you know!!!

Very poor customer service I went in to purchase something didnt realize it was the wrong item went back into the store to return and get a refund my item was $43.20 he said I couldnt get a refund because I used a credit card but proceeded to give me only $40.00 out the register and when I asked for my $3.20 he said that was tax and he kept it then told me not to come back in his store so I went to the smoke shop in north Olmsted and purchased the same item for $20 less
