Cocoa Beach Spa

I visited the Cocoa Beach Spas Oceans Landing location to have a Lomi Lomi Massage, having only experienced Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Asian (Ling) massages in the past. Jenn A is an accomplished LMT with expertise and good communication skills. She described the massage as flowing, vibrant, and deeply relaxing. And it was! I felt great after an hour and a half on the table. Wonderful service in a cute, clean, and well-appointed spa.

This is a tucked away gem, right off the beach! They were very knowledgeable. I usually only trust hospital trained medical massage therapists, but now I know Im in good hands here too! They were able to help me work through areas Ive had tension for years. If you want to really relax here at the beach get a massage, pedicure, manicure, etc. from these wonderful ladies. Feel free to take a friend. They have 3 pedicure chairs all in a nice corner, and couples massages. Ill be back for another massage ASAP!

Best thing that ever happened to me; me, my brother, and my mom all wanted to get massages while on vacation but since they didnt a room for three my mom (being the awesome mom she is), gets a couples massage for me and my brother. I ride horses, have a rather big chest, and sleep on a floppy hotel pillow so im sore pretty much 24/7. Complements to my brothers person Ms. Stephanie, I cant remember my person though but she did amazing!

My boyfriend and i decided to get a couples massage as part of our vacation. Mary and Staci were both excellent. We both received awesome deep tissue massages. Very professional, relaxing and therapeutic environment! Thank you 😊

This spa is only an 8 minute Uber ride from the cruise port and makes for a wonderful excursion. I made appointments in advance for a facial and massage for my mom and I. The day before our appointment, my dad felt left out, so I emailed the spa and they were able to fit him in for a massage as well.We were worried we might be a bit late for our appointments, depending on when the ship dropped the gang plank and let us off. I emailed the spa to please hold our appointments, even if we arrived a little late and that we understood that itd be cutting into our appointments. They responded promptly and offered to push our appointments back a half hour. Fortunately, we ended up arriving only about 7 minutes after our original time.The massage therapists and the aesthetician that helped us were all professional and excellent at their jobs. The massage rooms were clean and private. We all left feeling boneless, relaxed, and glowing. It ended up being a fabulous excursion off our cruise ship.

Going on a cruise, had to get cruise nails! Abby did a wonderful pedicure. Super nice to conversate with. I chose the most gorgeous nail polish for my toes. Wanted a manicure, they were able to fit me in last minute. Much appreciated!!! Lisa did a beautiful job on my nails [matches my toes]. We had great conversation too. Within walking distance to my hotel which was so great! I hope I get to some day return. Highly recommend!!

Lisa did my mani/pedi today 3/28/24. She was so friendly, professional and did the best mani/pedi I have ever had. I would highly recommend this establishment and the wonderful services Lisa provided to me. Next time I am in Cocoa Beach, I will definitely make an appointment with Lisa. I wish I had enough time for a massage, the ladies I saw after their massage looked so relaxed and commented they felt great. For me this was 15 out of 10 stars!!

Such a relaxing and calming space. The tiki hut is amazing! My daughter and I enjoyed both of the massages we received during our vacation and will definitely come back next time we’re in Cocoa Beach!

Cute little spa in the heart of Coaco Beach. Very welcoming and relaxing. Mary did a wonderful job on deep tissue massage!!! The tiki hut massage room was very relaxing. I was very pleasantly surprise when I saw chocolate macarons and hot tea at the end of the session. Bravo!!!! Will definitely come back next time Im in the area!!!

Absolutely incredible spa experience! The facilities are clean, quiet, and well kept. Cannot say enough positive things about the staff either! I have been seeing Monica for massages over the last year and she is the BEST. Would definitely recommend Cocoa Beach Spa and massages with Monica!

As a Florida local already relaxation is key. Visited Cocoa to just relax and unwind and had a truly wonderful experience here. The staff were extremely welcoming, the massage was excellent, cute gifts, and great location. Had a massage in the tiki hut outside and it was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I absolutely loved it there and would go again. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

The only place to go for a quality massage everytime, there staff is amazing. If you are looking for a couples massage they offer those as well and the tiki hut is a unique to get them!

It was a wonderful massage. Very thorough. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut experience. It is noisy due to street noise but they use music to detract. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I took a cruise and one of our stops was Orlando. We decided to treat ourselves to a spa day. It was THE BEST decision!!! I can’t rave enough about the service and staff there!We had Brenda and Jenn for our massages. Let me tell you…I went to school for massage so I have had quite a few…there was hands down the BEST massage I have ever had!!!!Melissa and Mia for our facials. I have never had one before but I can tell you that I will be getting more! So knowledgeable and my face felt awesome afterwards! We were able to purchase the products they used and they are wonderful!!!We ended our spa day with mani/pedi with Beverly and Abbey. They were so great! The conversations were wonderful! I’m going on almost two weeks and there is no chipping on my nails. My husband has very dry sky and his feet are horrible. They were able to get them cleaned up and feeling so soft!If you are in the looking for a great place for dos services I HIGHLY recommend!!! We will be stopping again when we are in the area!!

This is an amazing spa! Not only did they fit me in the same day as a vacationer, I was treated as if I had been going there for years! I had a nail emergency, (or at least in my own mind it was), as I had run out of time before vacation to have my nails done and some were starting to break. I searched the area to see who did Dazzle Dry manicures, and the only results were Cocoa Beach Spa near where I was staying.Btw, if you haven’t tried Dazzle Dry, I highly recommend it as a great alternative to no chip. I’ve been using it 5+ years now. Look it up 😊Beverly and the entire spa staff were amazing and made me feel so welcome! Upon entering, a no cell phone zone, you begin to feel completely relaxed with the aromas of lavender and silence. I was offered beverages and a warm neck pillow to begin my relaxation time.Beverly recommended a different nail file style for me which I haven’t deviated from in years. Guess what? She was right, and my short nails look even better and healthier. She also helped me select a polish combination which accentuated their beauty even more.I know some would say this is basic customer service, but my past years experience has not been this. I wanted to give praise to this salon and recognize them for restoring my faith in customer service.Thank you Beverly and Team! I have not been to heaven, but I am thinking there is a Spa just like this there. My therapist is fabulous. The place smells like a little heaven, the people are fabulous and just about everything here is nothing short of perfect.

Was in town for vacation and wanted to treat myself to some spa services. This little spa was amazing! I was welcomed in by friendly staff, offered beverage of my choice. My facial with Maya was perfect and just what my skin and body needed, then headed over to Lisa for my copper pot pedicure which was also amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the services were just what a needed on my vacation!

I had an early morning appointment for bridal hair and makeup for my elopement wedding. The appointment was made almost a month in advance and confirmed the week before. My stylist (Abbey) did not show up- nobody was there at all. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes for someone to show up or at least return my calls or messages. I finally had to wipe my tears and get myself together to drive back to my airbnb and frantically do my own hair and makeup for my wedding. I got a message back from the salon an hour before the ceremony was supposed to start saying that they were sorry and essentially that they couldn’t do anything. Absolutely horrible experience and a horrible way to start my wedding day.UPDATE 5/24/23:The owner called me and discussed the incident. He apologized profusely and explained that on the morning that the incident occurred he was out of town himself. I do feel that he genuinely feels badly about what happened and wishes that he could make it right. It does seem that this was a completely out of the ordinary incident for this business after reading other reviews and speaking with the owner. Unfortunately I cannot redo my wedding day, but I do appreciate his sincere apology.

My husband and I got a couples massage while we were here on vacation, both massage therapists were great! Wonderful way to start our vacation and put us into the relaxed state of mind.

I visited the spa during my vacation last week. It was the best way to start off my vacation. The way I was treated at this spa almost made me cry tears of joy. This is our preferred spa in Cocoa Beach. The staff is professional, friendly, and provides excellent service. I highly recommend it.

I spent a wonderful day at the spa this past Saturday and overall was so happy with my experience, the vibe/atmosphere and I will definitely be back.I started off with a 90 minute massage in the Tiki Hut with Stephanie. She was such an amazing masseuse - such a calm energy, she checked in on pressure often but not too often, she paid attention to the areas I mentioned were affecting me most and I wish I could’ve stayed another 90 minutes. The tiki hut was an extra special treat - something about the fresh & warm air + Mother Nature chimes in with a thunderstorm which was the perfect addition to the experience. So relaxing.Next I had a pedicure with Beverly, she was absolutely fabulous and was so personable and charming while doing my toes. She made sure the water was to my liking and took great care of me.Finally I had a facial with Jackie. Again extremely personable - she asked me about my skin and made suggestions but wasn’t overly salesy about anything. We had some laughs and I felt relaxed the whole time.If you could only do one thing - I’d say splurge on the tiki hut massage, but everything was amazing and I can’t wait to return!!!

Lisa and Lacy did AMAZING. I was here for vacation for the first time in about 5 years and, OF COURSE, I managed to hurt my neck sending a radiating pain down my right side and back. Lacy was a wonderful masseuse. She asked about specific areas that needed help, she kept checking on the pressure she was using and she was calming. After an hour with her working on my neck, back, and shoulders I felt 500% better. I cannot thank her enough. I was finally able to sleep and enjoy my vacation. She also recommended a great chiropractor for me to go to (Walk-In Chiropractic).I also saw Lisa for my pedicure and I went back a few days later for her to give me a facial. She did an excellent job on both! She checked the temperature of my water and was meticulous about shaping my toes and getting my heals soft. My facial was very nice as well. I asked her not to use any type of scrubs or do any extractions since I have very sensitive skin and she complied without any hesitation and soothed my concerns about my skin being irritated after. I was glowwwwwing when I was done.Thank you so much to Cocoa Beach Spa. You were all amazing and if Im ever back in the area I will definitely come here.

Good massages, Bad spaWe were really disappointed with this spa, although the massages themselves were good. My husband and I splurged on a 90-minute couples massage, hoping it would be a relaxing thing to do together. However, the spa just did not seem interested in creating a nice experience. We arrived slightly early, but the receptionist was on the phone and didnt speak to us. We waited for a while until one very friendly and one very quiet and uncertain masseuse took us back to our rooms. They were very surprised we hadnt yet filled out our forms, and had us fill them out in the nearly pitch black massage room. We didnt realize this time was coming out of our massage time. When they came back, they did the massages. My therapist asked a lot of questions about what I wanted but my husbands therapist was frustratingly silent. After a late start, we were surprised they also ended a little early. When we checked out to pay, it was extremely transactional. There was free food for guests (e.g., tea, cookies, mints), but we had to awkwardly ask if we were allowed to consume it as we were leaving. The massage therapists also seemed annoyed by the incompetence of the receptionist. Overall, we were pretty happy with the actual massages, but left feeling kind of ripped off and angry because of administrative issues and the unwelcoming environment.

My daughter and scheduled very last minute foot massages. The team were courteous and very responsive to my request. Our massage therapists were very friendly, polite and professional. And our tired feet felt pampered and pain free afterwards. If you’ve spent too much time at Disney and your feet are sore, I would highly recommend the drive to Cocoa Beach to this serene, ultra clean, comfortable salon. You won’t regret it.

Ill start by saying I never really do these reviews. This place was absolutely amazing! We booked the honeymoon couples massage.The full 9 :champagne, rose petals, aromatherapy, tranquil music, hot steam towels, deep tissue relaxation massage. You can have as much champagne or white wine as you want. Theres snacks, coffee, tea etc upon your arrival. The entire staff is friendly. It is quiet, small, humble, charming, adorable, beautifully decorated and calming. The aromatherapy hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Lets be real if youre a green person like me the foliage welcomes you outside the door. Carolina Is A Healer not just a masseuse! Every one of my chakras was cleansed, cleared, opened and realigned. All of my negative energy was depleted and I was recharged, reverberated, strengthened, renewed. And had a third eye Celestial experience. I saw things and made promises to God, LOL. Needless to say, dont let any of the other reviews scare you off this is where its at. Sidebar, I also work in the industry of health and beauty so I know what Im talking about. Go, book now.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage today with Stacy! It was seriously incredible. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone is so friendly. They offer a huge variety of services. Highly recommend!!

Had the best experience here. I went with my mom and little sister and we all enjoyed our massages. It was my first time and I got a Deep Tissue Massage. It was amazing and so so so relaxing. They were so professional. The shop is so cute and feels like you are walking into a new world. Love love loved it. Definitely will be returning on our next vacation to the beach!

This is THE top tier spa in the entire region!! Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island, and the surrounding areas are home to no other spas which could compare. When you step through the door you are immediately met with an atmosphere of comfortable, relaxing tranquility. Everything from the professional and experienced staff and the variety and quality of their services, to the thoughtful design of the shop and selection of self care products, to the well-appointed gently lit massage rooms are beyond reproach. I had Stephanie for a 60 minute massage and learned that you can actually get deeply relieving body work done without experiencing any pain. The effects of my poor posture have been undone, and aches I ignored to the point of forgetting have vanished. I now feel limber enough to run directly up a wall if needed, like superstar stuntman and actor-director Jackie Chan in the 1998 hit action/comedy film Rush Hour (also starring Chris Tucker). I booked a massage at the very last minute, with no one in particular. Tara did an INCREDIBLE job-- and I have really high standards 🤣. Literally one of the best massages of my life. Cute little shop/lobby. Deducted one star only for atmosphere. Was hoping for a little more of a spa vibe with robe/slippers, etc. Would definitely go back!

I had the most amazing massage today by Kenyetta at Cocoa Beach Spa @ The Landings! She listened to my issues and concentrated on them. I feel amazing, relaxed and tension free!I also have to commend the business and how customer centric they are…great customer service through the entire process…making the appointment, the receptionist greeting, ambiance of the spa and check out. I love Cocoa Beach Spa! Mellisa gives the best facials. She is great at explaining the process, informing you about the products she is using, and leaving space for questions. I recently tried the HydraFacial 3 in 1 and am hooked. The results are amazing. I sought out this particular facial when I got back home and it wasnt as good as the one I got at Cocoa Beach Spa.

My husband and I booked the Honeymoon Massage. We came to Cocoa Beach for our very late honeymoon and hes never experienced a massage. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with so much kindness and professionalism. We are each given a glass of Champagne (came with the packaged we booked) to drink and relax. After we were done, we went to the room and had rose petals on the tables and both women did such a great job on our massages. After we left, my husband looked at me and said he wants to go back. This was the best experience.

I was in cocoa beach visiting family and decided to treat myself to a last minute gel manicure…the receptionist was kind enough to accommodate us on such short notice so that was much appreciated!Beatrice was my nail tech & she was amazing! I highly recommend the French tip add-ons with her…I’m typically very particular about my nails and so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she was so thorough and definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome! It is rare or impossible that any business is perfect. That being said, I first visited this spa when I was in town last summer. I had a wonderful pedicure in a great big copper pot. Technicians were wonderful. Place Was busy, cute, Boho vibes. Either like it or not. I loved it.They sent emails. Kept in touch so this trip o called right away. Another fabulous well done pedicure Ana manicure.The massage was the best. Therapeutic. Healing. A deep tissue 2 hour massage. She helpedSo Many of my ailments I scheduled a second round with her. I have horrible knees. By the time she was a done releasing the stress and strain in my old legs and bad knees I was walking with very littl pain. Wish i could take her home with me. Jenna. This was a very clean and professional spa! I really enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere was very homelike and comfortable and it didnt feel like a hospital. My therapist was Lynn and she was amazing! She is very good at her job and is very easy to get along with. When I left, I felt very relaxed and wanted to do great things for the world. Pulled something in my back so I went for a massage. I had a great 90 min with Brenda. She was great and helped ease the pain and had suggestions what I can do at home to keep easing pain away. I will go back again and request Brenda.

My boyfriend and I just got a 90 minute deep tissue couples massage and it was fantastic. Katrina was my massage therapist, unfortunately we dont remember the name of the other therapist, but they were both excellent. She was able to take care of the knots in my back and we both feel so relaxed. Would definitely come back!

I lived in Cocoa Beach for two years and am now back to being a snowbird, and love this spa. I have been going to Melissa for facials and eye brows for two years. But yesterday, I really needed a massage for a tweaked back and I got the best massage ever from Amy, who listened to me and worked out the knots. It was rejuvenating and gave me back a weekend. While there, I had a gel pedicure which came out beautiful, done by Dina. The spa is clean, comfortable and the customer service is excellent.

I have had many massages but this one was the best! I had a deep tissue massage by Julie. The pther party with me had a therapeutic massage by Raquel which was great also. Definitely would refer anyone there. Nice aromas. Very knowledgeable masseuses and made sure to focus on areas needed most.

I really want to say these ladies know what they are doing! This place is so nice, and I have seen nice coming from Miami. This spa is so charming and oh man such a relaxing place. My first time doing the body wrap, heaven! And the last minute booked relaxation massage was PERFECT. I went across the street to get my nails done worse mistake, I am going to come here to cocoa beach spa for EVERYTHING! great job to lacy and Lynn for Doing what they do best! I had my wedding make up and hair done here with Amber. She was amazing. Friendly and talented my makeup was so natural and hair exactly as I asked for. Our wedding was on the beach and my hair stayed up and in place through the windy ceremony and after. My husband had a massage while waiting for me. His review is here. Highly recommended

The hot stone massage was excellent! Highly recommend! The mermaid wrap was a nightmare! First the product was quickly put on... then the therapist left the room for 15 minutes. Barely stuck head in the door and declared needed an additional 15 minutes and left. At other spas, the therapist stays with you, and massages your feet, face, scalp... therapist comes back in and hurriedly removed some of the mask. After the therapist claimed I was done it took 2 additional towels to get all the areas missed. Then when I got home, I found more mask all over me! My skin felt dry! Do not get the wrap!!!

I travelled to Cocoa Beach for business and needed a long overdue massage. Jenna was my masseuse. I want to commend her because she listened to what I said hurt and worked it properly. There was minimal talk which I appreciated and she also checked in several times to make sure the pressure was right. Thank you Jenna!

Had the absolute best Brazilian waxing experience with Melissa. The spa itself just makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. Super professional and calming. I was truly surprised when Melissa told me that my Brazilian wax was already done! I could barely even feel it. She went out of her way to provide all the services that I wanted in a limited amount of time and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Will be back again and again. Thank you!

I visited this spa when I was in town with my best friend on our girls weekend before her wedding. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the whole staff seemed focused on making us relax and enjoy our spa day. Joyce gave an amazing massage, working out knots in my shoulders and making sure to focus where I needed. This was followed by a facial with Mia who had a kindness and positive energy that instantly made me like her. Both services were incredible. This was a great end to our weekend.

Abbey did my hair today - Organic foils and a trim/cut - I absolutely love it! Organic foils are supposed to be kinder to your hair. My stylist was ready the minute I walked in the door. Their check in process is so efficient. Abbey was very friendly, fast and knew exactly what I wanted. I love Cocoa Beach Spa and have never been disappointed. Arrived on Sunday night for our honeymoon in Cocoa Beach. Made an appointment with Cocoa Beach Spa the day after we arrived so that we can destress from the wedding and I couldnt get back to where we were staying quick enough to write the review (and I am not someone who typically leaves reviews online.) GO TO THIS PLACE. I have issues with my neck and my lower back and my wife has never been for a massage before in her life and was a little hesitant but we both walked out of the establishment feeling like new people.

I went and had a facial & pedicure done and Anna was great! Very informative and very nice! It was a great experience. My 2nd time here and it wont be my last, Thank you!8/2/2021I came in today for a refresher facial & relaxing massage..I needed it from doing Jiu-jitsu daily it was what I needed for my back and Sarah took care of me and she was amazing! This place is a little gem! Relaxation massage massage with Ashley in the tiki hut was amazing. I have problems with IT band and she did a bit to relieve that tightness as well. Adorable salon with 3 Pedi chairs, lots of cool and cute relaxation products for purchase. Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. We might go again after our cruise!

Best spa in Brevard! They are the kindest and most relaxing spa and I have ever been to. Every member of The staff is so incredibly caring.My favorite therapist are Payton and Lacey, they give such a wonderful relaxing personality and method I am so happy. My favorite service is a 90 min therapy massage. I am disabled and suffer from Grand Mal seizures this spa helps me recover after every one. Both Peyton when Shes upfront and Lily the receptionists are amazing and I met the owner today who was very kind! Grand Mal seizures cause severe memory loss and I forgot we booked the appointment, Peyton called 30 mins late and was kind enough to reschedule me for 6!Thank you guys!God Bless

If you want an awesome Manicure/pedicure ask for Chad. We are from Michigan and made our appointments prior to a cruise based on reviews. He is 110% in customer service. My sister and I had the same services. She had a different tech and he far exceeded in the services she received.

Nicest people, great environment. Everyone makes you feel welcome! My back was locked up and I walked out of there feeling so much better after seeing two massage therapists, both were so helpful, I remember Amy, which stretched me and gave me so much helpful information. Great atmosphere and great people! Not only do they have great massages but I recently got a haircut and my beard trimmed and couldnt believe how well it came out! After a relaxing, kid free weekend, we decided to have a couples massage in the tiki hut at Cocoa Beach Spa. Jessica and Angie made it an absolutely amazing and relaxing experience. The massage was top notch and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Thank you for helping to end our weekend getaway the best way possible!

Went here for my wifes and my own birthday. Made us feel at home, gave us refreshments which I believe were complimentary (we did choose a couples 90 minute massage so was not sure if this came part of that package) the masseuses were excellent and the entire experience was relaxing

Absolutely perfect. When I pulled up I wasn’t quite sure but after I walked in I realized it was such a cute and unique place and great attention to health itself using amazing products. Amy did my massage and stretching manipulation techniques. She was GREAT! And I have had many massages in all different kind of places. The price was great!Pay did my pedi. She was adorable and did a great pedi! I would defiantly go back there next time I’m in town. Amy even gave me great ideas of places to go on my vaca and took her personal time to write them down for me. This is truly a unique place!

I had a massage 3 days ago by Loretta at this GREAT SPA. She was amazing. Im going back again on my birthday in 2 weeks. The place is very clean, owners Dan & Melissa care for every detail and the value for what you get is awesome.

Abby did mine and my husbands hair, and my make up for our wedding and lemme tell you we looked PERFECT! I had a very long cathedral veil and my hair held it up during the entire ceremony. The veils weight did eventually get the best of me but my hair never wavered 😁 I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist for our big day.

I enjoyed the spa and the massage therapist was great had I not been getting a prenatal massage....I dont know if it was just the therapist or the spa but they had no knowledge of prenatal massage. The pillow advertised online was not complete. There were other pieces that were not utilized and made me lying in a prone position extremely uncomfortable. Pillows or a wedge were not provided for either a side lying position or the supine position. The more research I have done about prenatal massages have only led me to believe my therapist was not qualified or certified to do prenatal massage. As a customer please check for certification before scheduling a pregnancy massage.

Rhesa has been absolutely amazing. She is a skilled and experienced stylist.Understood what I wanted and did a great job with my hair. She looks over my hair, even flat irons before cutting. She is a perfectionist with the color and cut. Explains to me the best way for me to blow dry and style my hair. I am a snowbird and she wrote all the instructions and took pictures so my stylist up north hopefully will be able to do almost as good a job as Rhesa. Highly recommend the salon.

Had Scheduling issues twice booking appointments. The owner reached out to me listened to my the interactions Ive had thus far. Very understanding and explaned to me best way to confirm appointments from now on. I Suggested to include additional ways to contact potential clients. Stay away.Almost every single time I’ve gotten my hair colored or treated, I’ve had to come back and have it redone. Understanding getting used to a stylist takes time, I’ve let a lot go because the people at the spa were nice and always tried to correct the error.I’ve spent a ton of money there on hair, nails, and massages. The massages are never really deep tissue like you pay for, despite asking the therapist to adjust. The gel manicure I got lasted a week, so I would go to a proper nail establishment. $300 keratin treatments are never done right, with the next wash leaving your hair frizzy and poofy. Highlights come out streaky and trashy looking. Despite all of this, 20% tips were always left, because I’m clearly too nice.The straw that broke the camel’s back was today. I called to push out my haircut and style (which the stylist told me I had an hour for) 30 min. My stylist, Rehsa, was “fully booked”, which I understand. I requested to alter the service to just a dry cut, no shampoo, no style.... the front desk woman “could not move me” even though that would take literally 20 minutes. She refused to let me speak with the owners (who are always there) or the stylist directly to explain I just wanted a dry cut.When you spend thousands of dollars in an establishment and consistently come back despite how they have messed up your hair time and time again, it’s beyond infuriating the owners or stylist “couldn’t talk to you” or make time for your 30 min service, despite you booking an hour.Stay far away from this spa- it will only end in a headache and lots of money down the drain.

Cocoa Beach Spa is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough! I have had many types of services here and I am always completely happy with my experience. Not only are their spa services top notch, they have an incredible stylist named Abbey who does amazing work! If you’re local, this is a must try spot :)

Have been going here since moving to Cocoa Beach and losing my former hair stylist. Rhesa is awesome. I love the text and email reminder system they have in place to make certain you keep track of appointment times and dates. Salon is quaint clean and very well designed.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage while on vacation and it was wonderful. The staff was incredibly professional, yet created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. if we come to cocoa beach again, we will be stopping here again for sure!!!

What a wonderful surprise this place was ! Ive had many massages in my lifetime, including and up to the Ritz Carlton and this one I would have to rate the very best yet ! Joyce Thompson took care of my therapeutic massage and 30 minute dry brush treatment and it was fabulous ! She focused especially on my lower back which is always sore because of ostheoporosis and used peppermint and lavender essential oils as well as hot towels to enhance the experience. She even took the time to show me stretches afterwards to help my back !

I’ve been getting the Hydrafacial with Melissa for 4 months now and not only is the Hydrafacial the BEST facial I’ve ever gotten, but Melissa is a very knowledgeable and talented aesthetician. I have sensitive, problem skin and she always takes the time to address my concerns and clear the problems. Within a few days my skin is glowing and I can’t wait for my next appointment. The atmosphere of the spa is boutique style, very cute, clean and relaxing. Perfect for Cocoa Beach.

I was looking for a massage and did my research before going to the Cocoa Beach Spa. The reviews were all glowing! I get back pain when I dont keep my quads and hamstrings stretched out. So I was looking for a sports massage. They set me up the same day with Lacy. Lacy really knows her stuff, I wish I was going to be here long enough to go see her again. While I was in there my wife got a hydro-facial, and she looks younger.This place is Legit-

I had Brittany for a 60 min massage. The environment is welcoming. The staff was very polite and inviting. The massage itself was the best. I will definitely recommend their services.

The technicians that helped us were wonderful. The pricing and communication of said pricing, not so much. Please make sure that the prices that are given match what is actually charged. If a 20% gratuity is going to be added to the services this needs to be to disclosed at the beginning of services or posted within the pricing brochures.Edit (9/15/19)After reaching out with questions as instructed by the response I was given horrible customer service when I tried to discuss what my concerns were.If a location is going to offer a bridal party services then a private room is probably a good idea if you are going to ask those in the party to remain quiet or keep at a whisper level when speaking with each other. When speaking to the person on the phone I was told that one of my services was $25, but I was charged $35. When I asked about a service that I thought was a combination they told me that it wasn’t. Instead of allowing me to question the misunderstanding they proceeded to go into detail of what the other service is. So what was a two star review is now a one star. Customer service training is highly recommended.Side note: Of course we were happy when we were leaving, a friend was getting married and it was a special day. The services given where not in question. The technicians were amazing. The communication and customer service outside of our technicians were what was in question. My call today just confirmed it.

After recently relocating from Los Angeles, it was wonderful to find Coco Beach Spa!I went in for a cut and a new shade of color and came out looking like I just left a salon in Beverly Hills. I know what a great cut entails and thats what I got.Bethany rocks! Next time Im adding a facial to my visit, I know Im in good hands.

Such a relaxing experience each time I have made a visit to Cocoa Beach Spa. From the time you walk into the door you feel as if you have entered a special spot away from it all. Mellisa is an excellent Esthetician and very knowledgeable about skin care. She also did such an excellent job on my eye brows that I looked 10 years younger!If you want a wonderful massage ask for Joyce she is the best in Brevard and really cares about her clients and gives a fabulous massage.

I had Nicole foil my hair. She did not speak to me until right at the end. She foiled my long hair faster than someone who was also getting foils, but has short hair. I told her I wanted platinum blond. She rinsed my hair out as soon as she got done foiling. It didn’t even have time to process. I left there with my hair looking the exact same as when I got there. It didn’t look like she even touched my roots. Disappointed to say the least.

After reading so many positive reviews, I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding from their company but I’ve had a NIGHTMARE with this company to even have a decent conservation with them. Peyton and Savannah have zero communication skills, unprofessional, and horrible attitudes that should be working at McDonalds and not a higher end salon. I’ve had trouble with this salon since Day 1 so I shouldn’t be this surprised. I had to beg for communication, when I called the salon to speak with Peyton I got attitudes asking if it was even her who I was speaking with and even a bigger one when I told her what I wanted. I explained thoroughly I didn’t have a huge wedding party and wasn’t going to dump thousands of dollars in her salon when it was just me getting my hair and makeup done and she was shocked that it was just me! Sometimes people have small weddings and not prepared to spend thousands of dollars when I rather have a better honeymoon.. I just want them to know you lost a valuable customer all because whatever you guys were doing every time I called or wanted an email response who acted like you didn’t care about me. I wasn’t important enough and that’s why you lost my business and I’ll make sure this gets posted on every single page!

I had a fairly severe back and neck tweak and was so uncomfortable I had to do something about it. I called the spa and they fit me right in. Super clean and welcoming environment with friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely go back....in fact, just thinking about how great I felt afterward, I may just book an appointment now...

Jackie is a miracle worker!! I was afraid I had damaged my rotator cuff and shes helping me work it out. I cant say enough good things about her and the spa. Go see her!

They get every stay there is. I called from California and they gave my beautiful grandmother a lovely manicure in the comfort of her own home. I would give 10 stars if I could- thank you Cocoa Beach Spa, for giving her nails to show up.

Was traveling in the area and needed a pedicure . Was thrilled with the quality, professional care, quiet, aroma and attention to detail . Hot and cold beverages, snacks and a warm neck wrap too. I will definitely be back next year when we are in the area again. 👍

This is our favorite place for a massage and facial in Brevard. Its an old home on the beach converted to a spa so its welcoming and not intimidating. Melissa gives such great facials and always makes my skin feel amazing.

For massages, waxing and pedicures they are one of the best you can get! Great staff! Place looks small from the outside, dont be fooled. Inside there is more than enough room. Wonderfully relaxing.

No showers or changing rooms like Ive come to expect at spas, but the people were very nice, the treatment room was relaxing, and I got a sun burn treatment which I enjoyed very much and included scalp and foot massage.

Abbey gave my hair the GK Taming treatment (think Brazillian blowout but easier on your hair) AND I LOVE IT. I couldnt be happier with the results and Abbey is a master at her craft.

Got a spa pedicure. Honestly, its the worst Ive ever experienced. My feet are still covered in dry, dead, rough skin. Theres nail polish all over the tips and sides of my toes. Theyre way overpriced for what theyre offering.

Had an amazing experience here. Dont be fooled by the exterior of the building which looks a bit run down. The inside was clean and welcoming, as was the staff.The deep tissue and hot stone massages were out of this world and the place is very reasonably priced!

This place gives the best facial ever received in my life , most massages are very good as well . Staff is very nice . Im not sure about how I feel about the salon portion as I felt I was charged for a service I was not crazy about but I didnt complain because my other visits have been mostly amazing .

They never called me to confirm the appointment or sent me a reminder and I was charged $73 for a service that I did not receive. Very Disappointing! Never Going back!

Place is older and small. Good atmosphere but if you are looking for that place with the extra spa treatments like a sauna, it does not have that. The staff is very good and friendly!
