This is my 3rd visit to the store and today was one of the best experiences I have had. Alex and the “Boss Lady were on their game today. I found out more about what the store has and or can get with the help of these guys. The prices are greatOverall experience was very much more then I expected

This vape store will meet all your smoking/vaping needs. They have a good selection of hookah, pipes and disposable vape brands. Their kratom selection is wide too. And if you need something specific, theyll try their best to get it specifically for you. The staff were super nice who greeted me with a smiling face every single time. Their quality price on the products is unmatched. Highly recommend this place to everyone.🙌🏼

I love this store! Everytime I go in they are so nice and helpful! I have bought my vape from them. I buy my kratom from them which is high quality and the cheapest I have found! I get my vape juice and coils there! My girlfriend gets THC products and mushroom gummies from there which are definitely worth it and very fun! I go to the Collinsville and Belliville location every week and they always take care of me! If they dont have the kind of kratom Im looking for they order it for me and always let me know when it comes in! Which doesnt take long! I will be a long time customer and friend of the place and the workers there for sure! Thanks guys for taking care of me I really appreciate all your help and kindness! The world needs more people like you my friends!

Aaron has been such a phenomenal professional worker and person. He has brought so many people inside that store and he has a great character vision and value for your company!

As a consumer customer service is very important to me. I can’t speak highly enough about how great this store is.The store clerk, Aaron, is always friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron always takes his time to educate me on various vapes and new products. Aaron is patient, kind, and always readily shares a smile that brightens my day.I love the Loyalty Program that offers me the opportunity to earn a free vape after 9 vape purchases. The previous store I shopped at did not offer a Loyalty Program.I also met the owner, Sam. Sam is a down to earth guy who made me feel welcome in the store. It was quite apparent that Sam values each of his customers. I was very impressed!As a consumer if you want to shop in a clean store with great customer service, a good selection of inventory, and you want to feel that you business is appreciated, Mr. Tobacco & Vape is the place to go!!

Came in to buy my everything i needed to roll my own cigarettes. Sales associate there was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store and pointed me towards everything I needed. large selection of vape accessories(which he was happy to let me try one), also a great selection of papers, cigar papers, and pipes/hookahs. Also noticed theyre currently building their humidor for more high end cigars. Ill definitely be back when I need more smoking supplies!
