Very expensive! Got these hookah flavour for $7 each/- . Usually i buy at other vape stores for max 4$ each.I wanted to tip the salesmen but they are already taking too much.

I was sold a vape that has a burnt taste and no flavor its not hitting properly I just bought it last night not even 24 hours later and they will not let me return because I was supposed to test it in the store? I will not be returning you sold me a faulty product and will not reimburse me or allow for an exchange. Thanks for stealing my money and selling me a bad product. Im also a new customer and was NEVER told about this policy. Although they said they have signs up, Im not there reading your signs. Im there for good quality products as well as good customer service which SHOULD include informing new customers of said policy!

Ive been there several times now and I was very pleased by the very helpful and extremely friendly staff. There prices are just the same as almost everywhere else. If not much cheaper. Looking forward to going back soon!

Fantastic full service. Helped me change out coils and offered insight into product maintenance. Also they had Air Factory Mystery flavor juice in stock which is discontinued and VERY hard to find. Will come again and exclusively here if I’m in the area.

Bought a CALIBURN X POD SYSTEM. IT DIDNT WORK, IT OVERHEATED. I TRYIED TO REGISTER IT ON LINE AND THE MAIN COMPANY TO FILE FOR THE WARRANTY AND THE SERIAL NUMBER WAS WRONG. SO NO WARRANTY. CALLED THE STORE AND THEY WOULDNT guarantee it. Watch what you buy, Im out a $100.00. I will not be going back to that place.

Happened across this place by mistake and was pleasantly surprised. Large variety of vapes and supplies along with many water pipes and glass pipes. Service was friendly and fast. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
