Forgot my vape stick at home- stopped in this shop and was pleasantly surprised at the pricing- and the informed salesperson- saved me from a trip back to STL- bought a new Vapopresso- and 3 liquid juices ...

Always a great experience! They go above and beyond to help their customers! Because I have an older tank they’re starting to do away with the coils. They do have a great assortment of tanks available so I will definitely be upgrading soon! I also get a nicotine level 12 which they don’t have many flavors for that in larger sizes. Because I’m a truck driver and on the road all the time, I need those larger bottles. They went in the back and made me the flavor I wanted for the size bottle I needed. Get their rewards punch card. They give a punch for every 30mls bottle of e liquid and double punches on Sunday! When it’s full of punches you can get $10 off premium juice or a 35ml of house fluid.

This is the only vape store that is friendly every time I go in there. They also are the only store that will make it right if the vape doesn’t work. All of the workers are very laid back and great! Even the owner is very nice! If you expand keep your prices the same and put one in Troy, IL all the vape shops here are $25/each for a Hyde 🤣 I’d rather spend $22 at mystic and get a punch card. Highly recommend Mystic Vape!

I have been going to this store for a few months now. And I will continue to be a customer. The staff is always so helpful. I usually only get waited on by one guy in particular I guess cause usually when I go its in the evenings. But today the guy that waited on me was very nice and helpful. Also recommended an elfbar that I absolutely love the flavor of! So thank you for that!!! You guys are amazing and an awesome selection of products!!

I would love to give 5 stars as Ive been patronizing all locations for some time now and have always had a wonderful experience and found the staff to be not only patient and helpful, but genuinely friendly as well. Love this place and the owners. Really care about their customers. They definitely listen to their customers wants and do their best to facilitate. They also sell dog CBD treats. My dog has a slipped disk in her back so they really help. Owner has pets with similar problems and really walked me through how they help. It was a life changer. Thank you guys!

Small store, has a military discount and punchcard system. Card transactions are super fast. In and out in 2 minutes or less if you know what you need. -1 star because the parking lot sucks

I love all of their stores, the people there are so wonderful and caring. They try to find what you need and make good suggestions, I have been going there for at least eight years or more. Never had any problems With my devices or my juices

They seem like nice and helpful people. I had a good experience my second time in. The guy was very helpful and set everything up. I am, however, disappointed with the fact that return policies are unclear. The emailed receipt just says I have 30 days. Now I have a product that won’t work for me and I can’t resell it anywhere. As a newbie, I put a lot of trust into their opinions, but wasn’t entirely informed.

This is the best vape shop in the general area and I highly recommend them if you are into vaping. They are usually well stocked on the juice and coils I need. They are friendly and will take the time to answer any questions you have. They are just friendly down to earth people. After months of buying there and being treated with nothing but respect and kindness, and them doing thier best to remain well stocked I told them this Sunday that they had a 5 star review coming. Here you go freinds, you have earned it.

They take advantage of new customers if issue.They are happy and friendly to sell you anything. But watch out they WILL NOT let you return anything and will deny telling you that you have a 30 day return policy. All of the sudden its for defective devices only which was not expressed the night before when purchase was made.Excuse. How were we able to know he would return it shady business and snooty owners n employees.

Came in for coils, juice and batteries. Left with that plus a new mod lol. Very helpful and good selection. Live in Granite City but will make the drive any day to come back to this store. Thank you so much for your patience and help!!!

I’ve been going to Mystic every other week for 3 years. The shop is clean, inviting; an undeniably professional establishment. While you’re there, grab a punch card for vape juice purchases & receive double punches and half off the “Juice of the Week” every Sunday. I’m able to use the card for free juice every time I visit. Within the 1st few months I had to dedicate an entire bookshelf to my “Mystic Vapes stockpile”, all for around $30 a month.The employees and owners are super humble, welcoming, customer-oriented, and always happy to answer questions or help you out ANY way they can.Mystic isn’t only my #1 choice for customer service, quality products, variety, and thrifty deals. They go well out of their way to make genuine connections, offer trusted advice, and have a low turnover from what I’ve witnessed. I assume the employees are as happy as the customers (that’s something extraordinary).This is THE go-to place for newbies as well. Great shop. Been shopping there for about five years. Very knowledgeable staff. You cannot ask a stupid question they would not look at you like you are crazy. They love to explain and show you all the new stuff mods and such. Oh yeah if you havent tried there King Custard vape juice i highly recommend it!

Staff very knowledgeable and ask questions to set you up with the right mod and tank that you prefer not what they want to just sell. Logan helped me finally pick a mod that I totally enjoy. Mike is outstanding when it comes to me finding a flavor that lasted longer and not burn me out on the flavor before I finished the bottle. Owners Jill and Jody very supportive in getting me to kick the bad habit. Since Im much older and slower to pick up on whats right and wrong, staff doesnt hesitate and very patient in helping me. Cant say enough about all there staff. Of the four vape shops Ive been to they are more reasonable and dont push to sell you something you dont need. Just feel like family when I go. Try them, you wont regret it.

I love mystic vapes but you need to fix your website. Placed a order at noon. Got no email also said I placed a duplicate order cause it never said my first order was placed. Now Im not sure if my order is pending or if it never went thought. The layout of the website could use some work its hard to find what your looking for. Just my opinion

Cant remember what 2 guys was in when I was there but they hooked me up, fixed my box (which is old as dirt) without any questions, also helped me pick out a set up for my wife. Guys were very knowledgeable about the products they sell and which products would suit your needs, and the best part is after a few questions and answers they recommended a product that WASNT the most expensive on the shelf. Will definitely be making this my vape shop.

My favorite shop by far. Mike at the collinsville shop is awesome. Hes working almost every time Ive come in and caters to my needs. He has great knowledge of all the devices and atomizers available and is a juice snob. If you ever want to know what juice tastes the best, give him a flavor profile you like and hell know exactly whats the best and what isnt worth your money. Highly recommend this shop to anybody from beginners to experienced vapers. Theyve got what you need and an excellent staff.

I have spent over $500 here and will continue to go, spend money and help this business. The house juice Dripper Line is phenomenal and rivals most premium juices on the market. I have purchased lots of products here and all have met or exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful without being to In your face they will let you just browse and look around while vaping and the best part of all of it is they have a reward system that makes shopping with them that much better.

In February of 2016 I gave Mystic Vapes a 1 star review. Now, in September of 2019 I am doing something I seldom do, reevaluating my review. Let me by saying in May my dog slipped a disc in her back. Her medication was not helping/made her miserable. We learned that CBD treats have been known to help without the severe side effects of muscle relaxers. We searched tirelessly for somewhere that would have CBD treats and had no success until finding out Mystic sold them. I was reluctant to even check it out due to my experience years before, but my old pup was in pain and I was going to avoid them if they had something that could help. When we got there and told the owner our story, she was so sympathetic to our problem (she is very much a dog lover) and was beyond helpful in the situation. We had been so stressed about everything, and she was so knowledgeable of our plight. It was the first time we felt relief in the situation. It was such a great experience I decided to give them another shot for my vape needs. Fast forward to today, I was needing juice and just moved to the area. I decided to swing by there rather than drive over to my usual vape shop. The guys there were nice and very helpful. I often try new flavors and told them a few things I look for. They suggested something I wouldnt have even been looking for (lemonade flavor, I usually go for fruit flavors). I was surprised by the price (lower than what I was expecting) and talked to them about their selection of dog CBD treats. All and all a great experience, Im happy I decided to give them another try, and will be back in the future.

Ive only been vaping for about 4 months and the staff at Mystic keep my habit going. With great staff who are both friendly and highly knowledgeable, this is a wonderful place whether youre new to vaping or a hardcore veteran. They have a large selection of mods and tanks, and an even bigger selection of E Juices. I will no doubt keep shopping here as long as I am vaping.

Absolutely phenomenal service, and if they dont have what youre looking for theyll actually take the time to pick up their phone and call around FOR you.The BEST part about this place is that you can try PREMIUM juices before buying them. Now I will say that the test tanks they use do NOT reflect the flavor youll actually get from your device, but on the flip side; They encourage people to bring THEIR OWN RDAs in and drip the juices STRAIGHT from the bottle. TALK ABOUT FIRST CLASS!!They have a great selection of mod kits and sub-ohm tanks, while stocking a common selection of the most popular RDAs/RTAs. If youre a coil builder, I cant say they have the best selection, but nobody else does.They also have batteries that MOST people would need (Common 18650s in 20A and 25A continuous discharge rates).Fyi- I am in no way affiliated with this company, and I did NOT receive ANY incentive to post this review. I have never been a partner, or done any contract work for them. This is just a non-biased opinion from a person that started vaping in 2013 to quit The Stinks.

I am in Rock Springs from out of town, went in for a new coil on my vape. The cashier was not very nice or helpful. Got to my destination to put the coil in and found it busted before I got it out of the package. Not satisfied to say the least.

This store has good prices on hardware and juices. However when I picked up some of their Mountains of Dew e-juice it would not vape out of my Aspire BDC. This liquid was so thin that the coil would flood every time. I called the store to see if anyone else had this problem, but the store said that my coil was likely bad. I switched back to my other juice and the coil performed perfectly, and with a great vape. This might have been a bad batch, but just a word of warning when buying these juices.

Bar-none the best shop in the area. Dont even bother going to other places you will be disappointed. Great selection on everything and reasonably priced all-around. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly staff, and GREAT service, BUT... I think that they dilute there juice to make it stretch further. The last bottle of Blueberry E-Juice i got from them was so think and basically clear that it wouldnt even get absorbed by my atomizer (iClear30). Also Ive heard about them diluting there E-Juices from 3 separate people during separate times. IDK maybe Im wrong, but I really think they do dilute the E-Juice. Otherwise its a great vape shop if you need advice o\r got any questions because like I said. There all EXTREMELY friendly
