A great place with a fantastic atmosphere. Bartenders/Singers are amazing! So friendly and the patrons are too! Visiting from Houston and came several times! Thank you to all the performers but Tia, Ann, Mark, Zack and Angela are amazing!

We stopped in at Icons for a little entertainment and few drinks while in Colorado Springs. Its not a big place, but it also has a downstairs and a back patio. The atmosphere was festive and it was a lively crowd. The drinks were reasonably priced and strong. Whats not to like!

The cocktails left something to be desired- maybe it was what we ordered (the creamy variety). Five plus stars in the service, ambiance and talent department! Just absolutely wow all around. Really impressed with the quality of talent - listen to these other reviews. My friend and I were originally seated at the back and the host immediately moved us to the front of the house when there was an opening. Absolutely fabulous restrooms too - both unique! Just trust me - a gem of the springs. Wow.

The decor, the drinks, the dogs!!! Everything about this place is wonderful. Oh and of course the warm and welcoming staff that also sing their faces off for you. Truly a gem here in Colorado Springs, a gem that I treasure and will return to again and again.The cocktails are PERFECT. Im usually kinda picky, especially when it comes to sweetened cocktails. At most places I have to ask for them to add less of whatever the sweet element is, but the Icons cocktails are mixed perfectly.The singing staff is truly VERY talented. No qualifiers necessary. Youre getting actual professional singers, not just people who can carry a tune.Im obsessed with the decor, but obviously you can see that in the pictures so you dont need me to go on and on about that.

I have to say that Icons is absolutely the best Colorado Springs experience. Every single bartender can sing better than most Vegas performances. This is the best experience Ive ever had at a bar. If I could leave a billion stars I would. Colorado Springs has needed an LGBT+ experience this good for so long.

I cannot say enough good things about Icons!! The staff is incredibly talented, kind, and just so wonderful. The drinks are delicious and the charcuterie and hot dogs soooo good. The atmosphere is the best thing about Icons, though. Which is mostly because of the amazing staff! If you come early ish (6-7), even on a weekend, it has a coffee house that serves alcohol kind of vibe. It’s amazing. As it gets dark, it’s so cozy and fun. This is the only bar info to (and I go all the time) and I ADORE every single thing about it. AND! A gay bar in Colorado Springs!! LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!

What a wonderful bar. The bartenders split their shifts, tending bar and singing from musicals. We were sitting near the end of the bar and before he went up to sing asked us our favorite musical. He then went up to sing from Dear Evan Hanson my friends favorite musical.The specialty drink menu are all puns or takes on gay icon names. I had this amazing Manhattan called the Ethel Mermanhattan. It was fantastic.Bathrooms are unisex with themes...the closest one is a Dolly Parton theme...music included.It was just a warm and friendly experience from when we first entered the door. Highly recommend

THE BEST PLACE IN THE SPRINGS!!!! So much talent, delicious drinks and the kindest owners and staff. I cannot express how lovely and beautiful this spot is. It has made our downtown scene feel like a family and also… you should have to pay a lot of money to even watch the singers on stage! They are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!

BE WARNED: When you walk through Icons metallic silver door, you are unwittingly passing through a portal to another dimension, in which all of the very attractive and unbelievably warm-hearted bartenders greet you with hugs and hey baby, were so glad youre here!s, and then get up and perform musical numbers that you should have to pay significant sums of money to enjoy, for the mere price of a delicious cocktail. You can wear whatever you want and dance as wild as your heart desires without any fear of judgment. Everyone you meet will surprise you with how open, kind, loving and frickin cool they are. Even the bathrooms will amaze you. Laughter and dancing are very common side affects. The good vibes may overwhelm your body if youre not used to such intense levels of joy. Once you enter this portal, you may never want to leave.

This place is a gold mine of amazing decor, beverages and food, entertainment, service, and great experiences. We just went last night for my wifes birthday and had an absolutely amazing experience. Its such a warm and welcoming bar with that neighborhood feel. We want to become regulars. We will become regulars. We will be back! Just a perfect night!

Waited literally 15 minutes at the bar before I had to wave someone down just to get a drink! It wasn’t even very busy! Seemed like a super fun bar, one of the bartenders sang a couple songs. Great voice!!! Highlight of the evening. Surprised they reserve seats on a Saturday night! Good mix of boys and girls. A lot of young feminine women and good looking! Great music, well decorated and lighted!

We went for Drag Bingo Brunch.5 stars for entertainment and overall vibe. The decor and atmosphere was so amazing!The food was very pricey and we left hungry. Very small portions and it wasn’t delicious by any means.Huge heads up to parents, drag bingo brunch is listed as family friendly but it is not.The drag queen and our server were so fun and very talented!

This place is great. The food is well..hot dogs but very fancy hot dogs. I attended on a Friday and the amount of talent on stage was incredible. Highly recommend. It is small so making a reservation is recommended.

Icons is such an amazing bar in town! There is nothing like it and it raises the bar in Colorado Springs! The atmosphere is unbeatable and the decor is absolutely beautiful. My two favorite things are the Dolly Parton bathroom and the talent of each server! Im so stoked to have Icons here in the Springs!

Great place and amazing atmosphere. Ive never been to place where the bar staff are all vocalist so it was a lovely surprise that I enjoyed so much. I ended up going back with mother who had grown up Hollywood and missed places like this.Drag Bingo on Saturdays with Belzin Whistlez is so much fun. She is very witty and entertaining. 100% worth the trip downtown.

Amazing. Showed up on a quiet stormy afternoon with my wife and felt so welcome. Enjoyed a mezcal grapefruit concoction recommended by Leo the bartender. Loved it. Great recommendation.Leo then began to sing for us and I honestly felt we did not deserve the talent that was presented to us.We did not realize the bartenders double as entertainment! He was so gracious and cognizant of our first time at the bar.The feeling was extremely welcoming and we left on a joyous vibe that made our night. 100% will come back again.This was the first time here, but not the last if we’re ever in then downtown area.

Reserved a table for my birthday and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and very well decorated, and the mixed drinks were the best!! Everyone loved the drag show and we will definitely be back again!

Very small venue, not a dance club, but more of an entertainment spot. I recommend reservations. The service recieved was okay, the singers were okay, they like to just belt music so if that is not for you then pick something else. Bring ear plugs if you stay a while, they have the volume way too loud and takes away from the performers/bartenders.

I love going to this bar to just relax and be amongst my peeps. I also love the fact that the bartenders are musically inclined. My most favorite singer is the guy with the dimples. Hey dimples, I need a male best friend😉🔥I went this weekend (9/23/2023) and had a fabulous time. One of the bartenders (sorry, I don’t remember her name) was sooo helpful. She helped me to the bathroom because, well let’s just say, I was a little “light” on my feet. lol! She grabbed my hand and assisted me to the bathroom, more than once. She was very helpful and I felt like she genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Thanks, friend.I will be going back.

This bar is located in downtown Colorado Springs. The bartenders on Saturday night take turns going up to the stage to sing! You get to be entertained by life music while enjoying your cocktail. The prices for the drinks are great considering the portions size and quality of the drinks. I had their version of a Moscow mule. The taste was great and the drink was refreshing.Even though this is a bar, keep in mind that there is a hostesses at the door. The bar is small. Be ready to share your table and make new friends, or arrive early. Specially if you dont want to wait on a table. But the wait is definitely worth it! The vibe at this place is great.All of the bartenders/waiters are incredibly attentive and talented. The place was pretty busy and the staff walked by and checked on us on multiple occasions, to ensure that we were being taken care of. On top of that, boy can the sing! Cant wait to be back!

Came in on a friends recommendation after our wedding to celebrate and just fell in LOVE! Im seriously tempted to move back to the Springs just so I can frequent this bar. First of all, the talent level is just INSAAANE. Youd have to pay serious money to have this entertainment anywhere else. Secondly, the drinks are so good. I wasnt even in the mood to drink but could not resist the Dolly Parton or Lil Nas X on the Beach. Strong, but not too strong, and very tasty. Great atmosphere! Cant wait to come back.

Im working here for summer. Went looking for a Gay Bar (lively music, dancing, drinks & fun) and found this place. 🫤 More like a funeral home having a birthday party. 😔 I was dumbfounded looking in f/sidewalk. Gal at the door misunderstood my shock & thought I was too good for the place. I was actually very disappointed that this is the best place in town at 11pm Sat!*** I went to the burlesque bar 2 blocks away & had A Gay Ole Time dancing til 2am. This is not your average gay bar is an understatement!!

I went in on Sunday night when they have live performances and I was AMAZED. This place has the best singers I have seen anywhere in the springs. I am actually not sure why the signers are not on American Idol. Every time a new person walked up to sing my jaw dropped. The staff is so TALENTED and super nice. The drinks are amazing. The vibes are welcoming and immaculate. We need more LGBTQ friendly businesses like this in the springs.My only regret is not walking through these doors sooner.

So happy to find this place upon moving to the Springs! A friendly, welcoming, positive atmosphere, incredibly talented and sweet staff, great decor, tasty drinks, and love the gourmet hotdogs. This bar was amazing! I was in town visiting with two college friends (one of them Lesbian) and we decided to hit this bar on our last night. I’m so glad we did! From the moment we arrived we had a good impression. No cover charge (unheard of!) and the server who helped us was so nice. He seated us downstairs because there was a show going on that required a reservation and told us we could go upstairs when it was done. We made small talk and we found out we had something in common with him (we went to rival colleges). He was so nice! We made our way upstairs and had the best time. All the bartenders who sing are incredible! They had people singing along and getting up and dancing. The vibe was friendly, laid-back and just fun! The drinks I ordered were very good too (a Cosmo and a Barry Manilo). I couldn’t recommend this place more. From the decor to the drinks to the talented and friendly staff, upon leaving we all agreed that if we lived in Colorado Springs we’d go all the time!

So glad this place exists! Its a small venue so make sure to make a reservation. If you are there to see a show or drag show, youll want to reserve upstairs versus the basement and youll pay a small cover charge. Make sure to bring cash to tip the performers! The service is excellent and they really try to accomodate you but since its a tight venue and gets very packed, it gets difficult to maneuver. The drinks are tasty and the food is delish. The performers are fantastic. You would normally pay $20-$50 cover for shows like this in Denver or other places. I hope in the future they are able to move into a bigger space to be able to have a larger performance area.

What a great addition to Colorado Springs and was much needed within the community! The décor is magnificent with an outgoing, friendly staff and Iconic drink menu. On certain evenings you will find spectacular New York Broadway artists performing, challenging trivia contests and celebrity style drag shows. This is a high-end Gay Piano-Martini bar that owners Josh and John thought through every detail. Make your reservation now for a memorable and fun experience!

This place is amazing! The owners, Josh and John, are both super sweet and nice (oh and cute too!). and really know what they are doing. All of the furniture and decor, even the bathrooms are decorated perfectly. The drinks and the food are amazing. The owners and employees occasionally break out in song and even when they’re not singing live the music is also excellent. We would highly recommend this place. I wish there was something like this back in Minnesota where we are from.

My wife and I stumbled upon this bar exploring Colorado Springs on a vacation for our one year anniversary and absolutely fell in love. Every single bar tender was insanely kind and attentive. They all take turns singing throughout their shift and the talent is immaculate. Janae, Finn, Zach, and Ryan were amazing in every way. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who lives in/visits Colorado Springs.

Me and my friends spent Sunday night here and the kind staff, art work, and just overall vibe of this place is completely lovely!I was immediately greeted by one of the owners and he hooked me and my friends up with some cozy seating upstairs where we could watch him and the other owner play piano and sing show tunes.It was a total dream!Our server Zach was a total peach, and he sings like an angel! We were all blown away by him!And Em was also so helpful through out the night and completely charming!There was also another server who helped us but I can’t think of her name, but she was so patient in explaining the food options to all of us which we totally appreciated.They seriously have a top notch crew working there. Definitely felt like family!This is a very judgement free, fun loving, great place to grab a drink if that’s what you’re looking for.Also, the vegan hot dogs are to die for!Best vegan hot dogs I’ve ever had and the drinks are so tasty as well! The Ricky Martini is my favorite!I definitely plan on becoming a regular at this bar!

Icons is without a doubt, a bar that will make you feel welcome, feel loved, feel like a part of a family. The talent of the bartenders (doubling as live singers) is truly beyond anything else you can get expect to find in Colorado Springs. They dont just raise the standard. They establish it. The next time you find yourself in the downtown area, be sure to pay them a visit. The memory you make will truly be Iconic.

My husband and I came in from out of town and stayed at the hotel around the corner. We wanted to have a drink but didnt want to walk far. So we came in, the place wasnt crowded. We had no idea we were walking into the best entertainment bar in the springs! We heard two singers (bartenders) and they were the best singers I have ever heard outside of a professional concert! The drinks were amazing and not weak at all. I even got to request an artist. We havent been to a bar since before covid, but we had an amazing time. Well definitely be coming back!

We received VIP treatment from the start! I went with my mother, who is a senior citizen, so not the typical customer at a bar. We were welcomed with open arms. My mom was there for the singing and was not disappointed. We thought only John and Josh performed, but the entire staff sings as well. They were so friendly and talented. The hotdogs were amazing! I had a great birthday and hope to return next time I am in town.

Apparently making reservations means nothing at this establishment. My wife made reservations yesterday for 8pm stage-view seating as we were really looking forward to attending the show. We walked in to find all those seats taken. The server attempted to seat us in the very back, but were told someone had taken those seats as well. We were then informed that judges for the show were in our reserved seats and that the show was sold out. Why would you allow more people in than you are able to accommodate?! If I were the manager I would have had the judges move and stand somewhere so that guests reservations could be honored. This was hugely disappointing as there are such few queer establishments in the Springs, and my wife was looking to treat me to a nice evening out before I have to leave with the military for awhile. We wont be back.

Where do I start! The music is amazing and the singers are world class. The drinks and the ambience was perfect and the downstairs level is way too inviting. My only gripe is we showed up too late for the kitchen to still be open, but another plus for me is they do offer some vegan food options. I will definitely be back if not merely for the music

Awesome environment, Awesome and talented staff and Awesome Drinks. Great entertainment!! We had a blast, fun place even if your straight. The drag show was hilarious! Lots of art on the walls and place is decorated nicely. We made reservations and they got us in on time.

Perfection! From the artistic decor and delicious icon-themed food and beverage menu to the Broadway and beyond-quality musical entertainment, you will love it! Bursting at the seams with music and warmth, you are made to feel like family on your first visit. Even the BATHROOMS are works of art (peek in even if you dont have to go)! The bartenders all sing (and I do mean, REALLY SING), and depending on when you go, there might be classic movies or musicals, trivia and fun drink specials. Ive been all over the world and this is my new favorite place (and Im a conservative, old, straight lady!!!) Youll be happy you came and will want to come back often.

When on Christmas eve plans fell through with another venue we went to ICONS on a whim to rescue the evening! And what a great decision that was. I think we ended up having a nicer evening there than we would have with the previous plans. The drinks were wonderful and the entertainment (singing) even better. I would recommend to make reservations before you go just to make sure you get seats. So excited to have a place like this in town!

This new spot has opened a unique space for members of any background to come together in the Colorado Springs area. The decor of the whole bar is to die for, but wait until you see all the insta-worthy spaces within. The talent of the entire staff will impress you enough to come back, but if somehow live Broadway quality singing isn’t your thing, stick around for the high art murals and cozy outside space. Every employee was diligent in obeying local Covid guidelines and providing a fun, safe environment. I can’t wait to see this space when we can all gather and celebrate life together ‘normally’. If you get a chance swing by you won’t regret it!

Icons is an incredible, and so desperately needed new addition to the LGBTQ+ and Ally community here in Colorado Springs! They showcase not only how tasteful a downtown bar can be, but also how heart-stopping live talent (yes they sing) pairs with a cleverly crafted cocktail, giving this city the authentic culture it has needed! The owners are the most genuine, caring individuals and welcome you into their bar as if youre entering their home for a dinner party ^_^ If youre looking for a safe and inclusive space to call home here in our beautiful community of Colorado Springs, seek no further than Icons!

This is the only bar in all of Colorado that I’ve felt completely welcomed and also is a safe space for the trans, non-binary and queer side the lgbtqia family. They don’t exclusively cater to cis gay men like every bar in Denver. In fact Denver gay bars could learn a thing or two from a place like this. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere go a long way. Keep being amazing and fabulous!

One of my favorite spots in the springs! Owners and staff are some of the friendliest and most talented in the springs. It’s feels like a little piece of New York in Colorado Springs. Live music good drinks and one of the qualities that I appreciate the most is they know their guests and make sure to say hi personally! Any day everyday (except Mondays when they are closed)

I love all the food and drinks that are offered but nothing beats the talents of the piano playing and singing from the friendly staff. This place is a little piece of heaven . I have been twice already and am blown away every time. Not only is the music fantastic, the entire vibe of the place is welcoming and happy. They have adapted to the pandemic flawlessly, the owners make sure that all their clients are safely distanced and once a client leaves the tables and chairs are wiped down immediately sometimes twice just to be sure! Being from New York it warms my heart to have a little piece of Broadway in Colorado Springs!

We got there this evening around 4:15 and the owners Josh & John were there working the bar. The two of them took the time to get our names and welcome us in as it was our first time there. It is a small venue but the energy is just amazing. The cocktails have wonderful names, are delicious, and well priced. I had been craving a sour beer and they have two available currently in cans.I was most excited about hotdogs! I had the Austin which was messy and delicious. As snacks my group had the queso and charcuterie board. By the time we left around 6 pm a crowd was starting to show up.I am looking forward to visiting during one of their many events during the week. I think I found my Cheers

My husband and I checked out Icons with some friends when we were in town visiting, and we were so impressed! We are from FL where there are lots of great LGBTQ+ bars, but now we wish we had Icons where we are! The bartenders are SO friendly, and so talented at singing! We enjoyed the live music, good drinks, and clean space.

ICONS is absolutely one of my favorite spots of all time! From the beautiful decor, which features local artists...to the owners and staff, who are all friendly, talented, and provide top notch service—ICONS has consistently delivered a positive, memorable, and enjoyable experience on every visit! The singing performances are AMAZING...the themed drink menu is fun and provides tasty options...and the food menu puts a creative spin on hot dogs and snack items. When I visit ICONS, I see smiling, happy patrons. Check them out!!!

This place breaks the mold of what an LGBT bar feels like. It’s more of a talent bar that happens to be LGBT. I traveled and found myself lucky to have found this gem. I only wish for more to follow this business model. It feels like every member of this establishment was carefully chosen for their talent! Congratulations for breaking the mold… Thank you!!!!

This was a great bar! The drink menue is fun and well thought out. The hot dog is outstanding and I loved the themed dolly batroom. They also had live music right as we were leaving that was good.

Not only is this beautiful establishment loaded with talented musicians, it is also overflowing with passion, love, fun and amazing eats.The layout is beautiful and I always recommend that my friends and family visit when they are looking for a great time. Met a friend for happy hour right when they opened, and was blown way by the talent! Leo single-handedly served drinks, sang beautifully, and got our food from the kitchen. Cant wait to return!

This new hotspot doesnt disappoint with its funky vibe, wacky wiener dog menu and drag-u-licious drinks. To top it all off, an eclectic group of vivacious and friendly staff mesmerize the clientele with their angelic voices and superb service! A MUST to check out whether you are a long time local or a first time visitor. Icons is TRULY ICONIC!

Icons hosted my amazing, socially distant, Mardi Gras themed surprise party. Entertainment was provided by the wickedly talented staff while we drank exquisite cocktails. Every moment was perfection. Icons is a desperately needed gem in Colorado Springs; a place where you can escape the hum drum monotony of every day life. As you enter, you are welcomed by Mother Monster, Lady Gaga. Your ears are delighted with velvety smooth vocals from the staff. Food is served on antique relish trays while the bathrooms feature RuPaul and Dolly Parton respectively. Downstairs pays homage to icons and queens of stage, screen, and even politics. Make sure to check out the incredible Golden Girls mural on the patio.

Everything great! Definitely some workers still learning but thats expected coming out of covid. One thing this place really needs to do better at: I am cisgender female. My husband is a trans man who I think presents quite masculine but I guess in a queer environment may be confusing. However waiter said to us hi gals, what can I get you. There are a lot of genders, identities, etc in this community...Id say staff should work on not gendering anyone at all. Thats the way to go if you wanna be fully inclusive. We understand its a journey and takes really thoughtful effort, but someone else may be offended and not come back. Just food for thought on how to truly be the inclusive spot of the springs. We will definitely be back and so glad to have a safe space to be ourselves without worry! Xo

As far as I’m concerned, this is the best bar in all of Colorado Springs! Both the Saturday brunch bingo and Sunday night singalong are a phenomenal time.

This place does not require reservations but by the time you get there they say every seat has been reserved because it’s so small it fills up quickly so people make reservations prior to coming to this bar.

Not much about gayness here in Colorado Springs...but self...me...so I get around and as a downtown rat...I observed the opening of ICONS ..little twinkly little lights...curious...not really a drinker...and a Rocker is not going to find love there...the concept of a Piano Bar not of my cut...but cool...you folks handle it...whatever....loved the story of the guys coming from New York..showguys...but still didnt get why ???? or the concept...just look at Hide and Seek...the community center here in the Springs history and well truthfully at 1st...I gave ICONS a nod, chuckle and passby...I got my own show...Colorado Springs has a fat ass gay kiss coming...and at ICONS... I now see they get one...I finally set my prejudge aside...I do crave just to be in the warmth of my own..so I investigated...The Voices...They are beautiful...The ICON slaves...Crazy little ship of fools...Thank you...my 2nd return was my birthday...just me and a glass of white...I didnt want for anything...Then my gift...That voice...That person...Zack...Thanx bud....You kinda do seriously give John Legend a run...I recommend everyone that wants a Classy night and a stunning audio experience...# 3 Bijou Street....the glow is expanding....

Entertainment is good but the staff are awful. I made sure not to tip and the waiter gave himself a tip which I will be contacting my bank about.
