Solid experience with lots of space and places to sit. Fried fish tacos were nice.

Definitely enjoyed the place. Went in on a Friday night around 11 place was pretty full great music playing everyone had a good time just went in for some drinks and some snacks. We will for sure return and hang out again. Great spot! Waitress was very friendly and very helpful as it was our first time in!!

Overall, soo much potential to be good if higher level leadership was held accountable, unfortunately. Staff has potential, with accountability. Would love to be able to go to rhinos sport bar on the reg, but I choose to drive 15 min due to the quality of service provided.I have lived right next to this establishment for 3 years, but they have failed to earn my commitment, due to the employees poor service. I will drive further to be treated fairly.

Dont go in for a bite to eat, youll only be an inconvenience. Went in 5/22 around 6pm.. the older latin looking bartender with long black hair who was wearing a black t shirt must not like her job, because she had a huge attitude for us walking in from start to finish. The two younger girls were nice as we were leaving...

Visited this establishment for the first time, took four score to get waters and menus. Service lacks a lot. It took over an hour and half to start making food orders. Food was fine, came out in a timely manner. Waitress left the table 3 times while we were asking for food or drinks due to the volume of the DJ during an AVS double OT game(they played the game audio until the 3rd period, even going into OT and 2OT no game audio ever came back. Just a loud club like DJ. Very discouraging to try to enjoy a meal and the game. At the end of our meal I noticed I was double charged on my card, I asked about it and after 45mins someone was able to help us. I was given the expectation of the refunds due to the double charge and explained the experience we had and how poor it was, AND an additional refund of the initial meal. Manager contacted and confirmed only 1/2 charges were removed but nothing else. They set unrealistic expectations to make things right.ALSO - this business does have a HIDDEN charge (%) of the bill is applied automatically without authorization. In the end I was offered a beer or shot for the poor experience which I believe is laughable. Every business deserves one chance, but businesses like this don’t deserve a second.

This place has a hometown bar feel. The wings were a nice size and flavors were great. Hot is hot! We stopped by while traveling and this was the kind of place we were looking for. Worth a stop!

Great food, Great service, reasonably priced. Top choice... loaded nachos!! Salads and burgers, great too! Definitely recommended.

The bartender was friendly, and the drink service was quick. Refills were quick as well.Ive had the pretzel bites a few times. They were hot, delicious, and filling!

One of my favorite hangouts. The service is what brings me back. They cater to crazy needs and even named a drink after me. The staff has that special ability to make you feel important.

Food is your basic Sysco or Shamrock supplier food.I went in for a 4th of July special, shouldve gone with their basic menu but decided to try their special. Got a Braut that was boiled then cut down the middle for them to put a sear on. Braut tasted like any parboiled Braut, bland.Food is generic, service is okay, its a bar.Its in walking distance hence the 3 stars, otherwise 2.Staff probably realizes the issues but ownership has a bottom line to meet.

I had a blast being your DJ last Saturday very cool place was my first time in the building nice atmosphere I would recommend updating your loud speakers for sound quality I use qsc speakers just a recommendation thank you again it was nice to not have to haul all my equipment in and out just plug and play!

Great place im from Michigan just visiting both female bar tenders were outstanding very nice and friendly. I had shrimp large portions they were great and a 🍔to go. I would come back again no question about it. Very clean bathrooms as well. 🇺🇸14-Feb-21 1900hrs

Our friends really like this place because some nights they open the floor for dancing, so we went on my birthday. That Saturday night when we arrived (expecting a fun night drinking and dancing), they were packed elbow to elbow for a game or a fight. This place is doing *something* right to have a packed house, but I dont know what it is... or its just not my jam... The bouncer unprofessionally asked for a door fee when our friends, who was been before, had never had to pay one, then he let us go without paying. It REALLY felt like he was trying to make extra cash... It was such a weird vibe. There was nothing special about the drinks. It felt like a small, dark cafeteria where you could watch sports and drink alcohol. The 1st time we tried this place, it was empty on a Sunday evening. Im not sure if its my timing or my tastes in venues, but I dont be back.

The wings are awesome. The 4% non cash payment fee is not. Anywhere that charges their customers fees to pay is robbery. Will avoid this place like a plague

Great scenery, the ladies behind the bar are not only beautiful but they know how to make a stiff drink. Food is good for bar food. Chicken wings, burgers, they also serve breakfast on Sundays for football games. Lots of TVs, 2 pool tables, and a nice patio area for ppl who smoke.

Be warned! The owner is pocketing a 4% fee on every bill. This is a surprise. There is no heads up about it. They just charge it when they run your card. The receipt states that there is a possible administration fee. According to the staff its from the pandemic times. This is ridiculous!!!! It does NOT go to your server, but because people often think it does, the sweet server gets stiffed!! My server confirmed that this sucks!! I still gave a 20% tip and wrote my complaint on the receipt. But be better Rhinos...You are greedy!!!! Your wait staff is great.. They deserve better!!! Be better.

New and clean with somewhat divey decor and feel. Overall good if you want something ultra casual and those kind of vibes.

My experience at Rhinos was OK. My first time there. The chicken wings left a little to be desired, but the customer service was exceptional. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but it was a Friday so it’s to be expected.

Went for a work happy hour. Stood at the bar for a good ten minutes while the girls (4) served everyone else. No hello and no smile. Finally ordered a drink. Same unfriendly demeanor. Went outside and was dilerbertly overlooked again! I will find a different, friendly bar in the future.

Great little sports bar on the NE side of the Springs. Food is typical pub fare that doesnt disappoint. Good beer selection and draft offerings, lot of screens to watch the games. In my experience this spot is often busy but not crowded.

Great service and atmosphere. The volcano wings are hotter than you would expect, I can normally eat BWW blazing wings no problem, but the volcano wings here top them in flavor and heat. THEY ARE FREAKIN HOT

Worst service ever. I waited a couple of weeks before I posted this so I wouldnt be doing it angry.I sat at the bar on a night with a Denver Broncos game playing. Apparently they only serve regulars. Sat there for 25 minutes and was ignored repeatedly. The person to left of me, and the person to the right of me both regulars, got plenty of service. However the bartenders completely and almost aggressively ignored me. Never had that happen before in that way before.When two different bartenders brought food and drinks to the people next to me I made a point of greeting them and introducing myself and they completely ignored me. I looked the patrons on my left and right in the eye. They both Shrugged their shoulders as if they had no idea why the bartenders were deliberately ignoring me. I actually sat around for an extra 10 minutes just to see if they were screwing around or joking. Nope.If you made it this far into the review, then before you completely discount my negative experience, count how many one-star reviews Ive ever given out. These people worked hard and earned it. Cannot stress strongly enough how hard you should work at avoiding this place.

Staying at the hotel nearby, stopped in for a drink and dinner.Great service, incredibly reasonable drink specials, and got some food for back in the room!I definitely plan on visiting one more time before I fly home.10/10

The first time I came here was with a large group of coworkers. We had a great time! They made a large table for us and our waitresses did great with ordering drinks even with a shift change happening.Definitely will come back 🍻

Well they told me the food was bad in here, but I tried it for the 1st time last night. I started with 5 piece wings with there Asian sauce. As I sat at the bar on the kitchen side. I noticed the cooks would bring food out and leave it an area with no heat and not tell anyone. I observed it sitting there burgers wings 5 different baskets were left there with no communication. Then finally it was jumped on and delivered I saw this the whole time I was there. Keeping food warm to the table is not a priority. So now I am watching for my wings to show and getting the bartenders to look every time some basket item came out. So they have a whole page dedicated to their wings. So the 5 showed up I got one wing and four drums. The wings ere rubbery, chewy. First thought frozen to the grease? Maybe then I noticed the bones were dark burnt over cooked could make them rubbery. Also the drums got smaller as I went through the stack so size is not consistent. Again the sauce was great not real happy with the wings. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt and try the jumbo Coconut shrimp with the same sauce. When the previously frozen heavily smashed small heavily breaded shrimp showed up. There was nothing that tasted like coconut in fact there was no shrimp flavor just breading. The sauce was a hit after I finished the deep fried breading of a shrimp imposter. OK then there was the beer incident. The tap was the voodoo ranger beer handle not the double voodoo ranger ipa tap handle. Instead of a voodoo ranger I got a 9% 20 ouncer. I asked for a glass of water to try and wash down the beer. Over all a very busy place with lots of tvs, but the food was not good. Bubbas 33 down Powers a little more has great tvs and the very best food for a sports bar.

My friends and I enjoy coming here. They always have great music, and sports on the tv! Their Food is good but the wings are my favorite, good drinks and a variety of options. Outdoor patio very spacious and heaters with tvs to enjoy.

Brenden and Taylor are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! I have been a regular partin here for at least a few months. I would VERY HIGHLY recomend this establishment to ANYBODY!!!! I would also emphasize the fact that they are goung to want to be waited on by either Brenden and/or Taylor!!

Been going to this bar for about a year now and just went tonight and got a rude awakening, the bartender was so rude she told us that we were her last priority because we never tip when we were trying to and she walked away, never in the whole year we’ve been going we’ve never had a problem with this place untill tonight we don’t recommend the lady with the red hair bartender she was very rude and demanded a tip for a beer on tap, all the rest of the bartenders there were supper nice but that put a bad taste in our mouths, would never go back to this place.

They wanted a $5 cover at 5 pm on a Saturday when the place was empty, would only take cash, and said their ATM was broken. Just left and wont be back, but the other time I was there, the food+drinks were pretty disgusting.

First time here, and will definitely be back! Fantastic service! The food is waaaay more than your average bar fare. Burgers are huge and fresh! Salads are fresh, and the club sandwich is one of the best Ive had. Tall cold beer to top it off.....cant go wrong here.

Came to watch football on a Sunday and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of good sized TVs and tasty drinks. Our server Jake was on it! Great drink suggestions and fantastic service. We will definitely be back!

Bartenders seemed more focused on. There regular customers instead of the new onew. Had to go to the bar every time to get new drinks. A fight broke out which should have been stopped before it even got to the point of feeling uncomfortable and even a lil unsafe. Drinks were good and on point

Went to catch the Florida vs LSU CWS game. Very attentive staff, and really enjoyed the Cheese Curds. Hamburger and grilled chicken very tasty too.

Went on a Friday night. They had good loud music, Dillards and video games to pass the time. The wings are super bomb and for a decent price. I enjoyed the atmosphere, there was a well diverse crowd and mixed age groups. Everyone was super friendly from the security to the bartenders. If your looking for a chill night in town this is defthe spot to be at.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. You pay $5 and get $1 dollar pitcher beers tonight on their signs because it’s ladies night, and we asked what Mexican beers are at that promotion, and they said Dos Equis. End of night our bill was not that. They said “only it’s domestic” we said why didn’t you say that in the first place?? True story. We paid the full amount and walked away. they said yelled as we were walking out ñ, don’t ever come back again!!! Because we were arguing our point. They were wrong.

Love this bar (cue the Toby Keith song). We’ve been coming here for 6 years and love it. Football Sundays are amazing. Saturday nights there’s a DJ who is fabulous. Just an all around good time. Definitely check it out!!!

A really awesome bar, the customer service is amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful with their outdoor fireplace. I highly recommended if you want to just go and get a drink and eat some delicious food and meet really awesome people

All the staff here at rhinos are wonderful and strive to create a great experience for bar patrons. TVs located in all angles so there is not a bad seat in house. Looking forward to football season as it will be my first here in the springs!

Drinks were good.... If you could get them. Service was horrid. Took 30 minutes to be noticed and a wave to the waitstaff. When we did finally get to order, she brought back half the tables items and forgot the rest.Definitely explains why the place was half dead by 8pm when we left

Decent place. Good selection of food and drinks. Waitress not the best but ended up getting a double tip....be careful as they include the gratuity on your bill. Have never had that happen before at any establishment. They automatically added 18% to my bill, and not realizing this I gave her another $10.00.

Its a sports bar, but I really enjoy the music they tend to play, which is 90s early 2000 R&B hip hop. Bar staff is amazingly friendly.

Such a friendly atmosphere! Also, the bartender is cool. She totally got cool points since my buddy couldnt handle the hot sauce on his tacos. She said she puts them all over her wings. BTW... the tacos are great and the wings are phenomenal. I can handle the heat... but it will destroy most folks if you try to go to the hottest sauce!Btw.... Jake is super cool and made me a sketchy shot I probably wont try again. But I told him to. LOL 😂

I went to Rhinos with a couple friends for free poker night. We played a few games of pool before poker, both of which were very enjoyable. The bartenders, poker dealers, and other staff were all friendly and had positive attitudes. The music selection was pleasant and at a nice volume. Service for drinks and food was fast and accurate. Lots of flat screen TVs with different sports channels playing. I will definitely be back!

Nice bar with a good atmosphere and courteous staff. I mainly went there for the free poker nights which were always fun but did go a couple of times with the guys. Clean restrooms, a good beer selections, nice big screens to watch your favorite game and a decent outdoor area to use when the weather is nice.

I always come here for my wings and fries. It has been few times were after I ask for my wings to be extra crispy it comes pink. Extra crispy should never be pink. The few times that this happens the waitress nicely fix my order. This last time I order my food at the bar. The skiny glasses guy there, he is horrible and rude. After I showed him the pink chicken he told me that, that is how is supose to be. I keep show him how soft the skin and the chicken was, but he told me that it was ok and then he said.... what you want me to do?Horrible service today, I may never go there again.

Called ahead to see if they had ufc. They said yes. I get there and no tvs have it on. I ask if they can put it on before we sit. They said it switched to basketball somehow. They go to ask again after I let them know I called ahead specifically for the fights. They come back and say the fights are over when there were still 3 fights left

Horrible place, the spot its self is good, but I will never go back because of the owner and how disrespectful he is to people that are spending money in his bar. He seems to respect the person walking in the door more than the person that already has paid a $100 tab. Theres no respect for repeat business and only cares about the next dollar walking in the door. He will kick you out for not paying a $5 cover even though youve got a substantial tab because you were in the bar before they started collecting the cover. F**K THIS PLACE. go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Fun and convenient. Unfortunately i will not come back because the bouncers are inappropriate and the waitresses too. The waitresses spend more time catering to the sexual comments of the bouncers than they do serving their customers. If you are a female customer you will be a last priority. Most of the time the waitresses and female bartenders are too busy with the male customers to acknowledge the female clientele.

Definitely a good place to watch a game and play some darts. We only had drinks which were good and our server was super friendly.

Revised* Had 2 dart leagues last night and glad its the last time playing at this bar. The boards are trash and need service. Games that should have been won were lost because the boards are not up to par. Ordered top shelf drinks and were watered down. When you walk out if a bar sober then you know 🙄🙄. So glad wed will be throwing out if a different bar from here in out. Rhinos yall need to do better with the dart boards and the drinks. Definitely not worth spending money in there.

Wing Sunday! $0.70 wings all day. Good beer selection and prices. Tuesday taco night. Wednesday burger specials. The food is great. We usually visit during the day. Great place to watch football.

Well its unfortunate but this was hands down one of the worse experiences I have ever had . My wife has gone to Rhinos and enjoyed their bar and the food because it was amazing. Tonight we decided to order some chicken wings to go from there. I stopped in and placed my order at the bar. The service was great and the food was out in no time. When I got home the wings looked amazing but upon biting into them the were chewy and soft with multiple wings undercooked . It was so gross we couldnt finish our meal. I really dont know if we will ever go back now.

Man their food is amaz-balls! The service was good too! All in all Ill be back . Its hard to get calamari right but theirs was on point!

We visited Rhinos while on vacation and we were VERY impressed with the food, the atmosphere and the great service we received. They also had every game playing on the TVs as well, so no matter who you come to watch, they have it playing. If we come back to this area in the future, we will most definitely be back! I highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sports bar! Too bad they dont have one where we live lol.

Great drinks, food, and atmosphere. Been coming here for years and will never stop! Jake took amazing care of us and made the entire time there even more enjoyable. If you’re not coming to Rhinos then you’re wrong.

Gotta say that I used to go here 2-3 times a month. However staffing and customer service has taken a downward turn. Last 2 visits were not good. Waited for 10+ mins for service and then more to get check and pay. Beer ran dry and refills were only done after walking to the bar and requesting it. And on last visit after Beer was gone, food was eaten I waiting 20 mins for the check but had to walk to the bar to get it and pay. Food was good but it appears they are short staffed for the amount of customers or I may just not be a regular.

Some watch bar this is for the Florida fans went to watch the game had to ask to get it put on the tv. Then by the end of the 3 quarter they had it on one tv. And on top of all this the service sucked it took 30 min to get my first drink and there was maybe 20 people in the bar

Only took my 12 years to finally stop in here for lunch on 10/10/2022. It was quiet just before the 12 Oclock hour, bartender was awesome, courteous and the burger and curds were really good. Thanks!!

The food was good. The drinks I received (2 in two hours) were good. The service however is absolutely outrageous. My drink has been empty for 30+ mins and the waitress is MIA. 1/5 ☆

Stopped here yesterday for o grab a small bite to eat and have a couple drinks. Steve our bar tender/waiter was great with his customer service. I ordered a breakfast dish they call the hangover, my fiancé had a Ruben sandwich and we shared a small side of biscuits and gravy. Food and service was amazing. Thank you Steve

This is the only sports bar I go to after checking out countless others since moving here 5 years ago. Great selection of beer and liquor and pretty good food.Check out the Rhino Red on tap and there house green chili is wonderful. Lots of room and plenty of tvs including a giant screen that actually has a decent picture.

This place used to be a good fun safe place to hang out have a couple drinks. But the last few times I came in here you guys definitely are accepting a lot of the rougher crowds and it definitely does not feel safe. Your reaction time is a little slow when it comes to breaking up fights I understand that what goes on inside your bar youre supposed to break up. But when you hear the bouncers tell a guy what happens outside happens out side is not acceptable or looking out for customers that you have in your parking lot. I do security and I am currently a security officer and when you have a whole bunch of bouncers just grouped together standing around talking to each other and not paying attention to the environment it is not safe at all. I would definitely recommend that you as a business owner should definitely step up your security and awareness of whats going on around rather than trying to be the cool Security guard.your security is the authority in your building and instead of worrying about what other people think if youre going to be an a hole rules need to be followed. After all safety and well-being of your customers is what is most important.

Good drinks. First time I was here was a 5☆ because of the poours and serice. 4th time is a 3☆. They werent super curdius and kicked us out at 1:51 even though they close at 2 am and had already tossed out my water and bevrage (beverage was a shot of jamo and gingerale). Even though we saw the bouncer take me drinks he told me and my friends he didnt. Even more gross, we saw him drink my water. After all this idk if Ill be back. If I am it will only be at the bar for one of the female bartenders as they are the only ones who seem to understand customer service

Comfortable place to grab lunch, great menu variety! Friendly staff and a great place to blow off steam after a long work week, karaoke, ufc/boxing ppv, football weekends even pool tables and other sports based arcade games. Definitely recommend

The wings are amazing honestly, but getting a drink is damn near impossible. I waited for 30 minutes to have to ask someone at the bar for service. Then when I did get a server she only came by 3 times over 2 and a half hours so I could barely get a drink. I wouldnt really call it a sports bar more of a sad hangout.I wanted to get wrecked like a Rhino on a Friday night but was leaving like a sad sloth with no buzz by the end of it.

Came here yesterday on 9/19/21 to watch the game.This place over serves alcohol to its customers, regardless of how loud belligerent someone is acting!Our waitress, forget her name , black glasses, black hair -young girl. Taking shots right in front of us with other customers! After that , the entire time, she was sitting down at another table just chatting away🙄Clearly this place is out of control and has no management!

A bar that in my opinion doesn’t fully meet the mark for the square footage available. The staff has always be very nice and courteous but it’s more the crowds that come into this establishment that leaves me leaving the 2* along with the pool tables and darts.The crowds are often that of a melting pot of military and thugs. Every time I’m in someone’s getting kicked out or about to get in a fight.As far as the pool tables and darts, the equipment is old and the spacing in between the two tables are ridiculously close. If they were to open them up and get rid of the chairs and tables by the pool tables and darts, it would be a lot more welcoming and I’d consider making this a spot I frequent but until then it’s a no go for me.

Been coming here for years but bar service has slacked off noticeably. Pretty much dont leave your seat at any point for any reason. Your drink gets poured out or someone else grabs your chair and the bar tenders couldnt care less as long as there is paying customer in the seat.

Sat here for an hour. No service. Had to ask for a waitress. Calamari over done. Unfortunately bad experience. About 10 waitresses and they all walked pass in middle of this small establishment.

This is a one-stop-hsve-all kind of place. Fantastic and varying food, lots of activities with pool tables, darts, punch machine, even an area for dancing. Seriously, it has something for everyone! Average price for alcohol, so it was even better with everything you get.

Listen for a little bar they are wonderful! Their food is good, the staff is kind and the atmosphere is fun. My husband and I enjoy going there to watch the ufc fights.

Service was excellent. Cherry coke, rubin and fries all perfect! Lots of entertainment on TV screens and volume low enough at lunch to actually have a conversation!

Jake is best dang bartender in Colorado Springs…the food is great, the beer is good but the staff are the real talk of this place…highly recommend for your weekend visits, they also host UFC events so it’s a great time for that as well…overall a great experience

Went to watch the fight last night and had a great experience. I havent been to a place in a long time that had staff that was so attentive and nice! Exceptional service seriously...even when they were slammed because of the fight. Thanks for a great time!

Ive been going to OC for Broncos games and let me tell you, I regret not finding this place sooner. This is HOME!! Love the wings, love the atmosphere, love the vibe! I even won a Jersey my second time there! If you love football come on down on Sunday, and have yourself a blast!

The atmosphere is cool, I like that they have billiards there and that they show the UFC fights! Plus our server was super nice and definitely knew what she was doing!

The womens bathroom has two stalls, however, only the handicap stall has a door. At least add a curtain for some privacy, please?

Great atmosphere, drinks were good and not expensive. Bartenders were also pretty good. Great mixed crowd, dance floor a bit small but not a bad place to unwind at all

Very interesting experience here. Came here after having a meal across the street. Upon arrival, I was told it was ladies night with $1wells and wines. My husband and I went to the bar and ordered a vodka cranberry and a beer. The GM told us that it was not $1 wines and wells and that it was only a $1off. Upon watching the GM fix the drink we noticed that he was underpouring everything as he splashed the vodka in the cup and covered it with cranberry. The vodka was not a half or quarter shot. It was literally a swig of vodka. The drink was horrible and i immediately told them I was willing to pay regular price for a vodka cranberry made the correct way. A lady bartender came and resolved the situation also saying that ladies night is $1wells and wines and after 11pm it would be $1 off. When we ordered it was 1030pm. At this point, it was 1055pm when we decided to order another drink from the lady bartender. She told us that it switched to $1off drinks since it was after 11pm bar time. She pointed to a clock that was 15 mins faster than real time. We paid the tab and left. This bar was a joke. Its sad because it is actually a nice place with nice tvs, pool tables and the DJ was pretty cool. Whats the point of having specials that you cant truly honor? And 15 min ahead clock... really?

I hardly ever leave reviews, but it looks like the cooks at Rhinos were out to P!$$ me off. I ordered the nachos with no onions, and it came out to the table with onions. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes. We took a chance and politely told the waitress, could we please get this with no onions ... nachos came back with MOST of the onions PICKED OUT and an extra layer of lettuce to cover everything up. Pretty Fed up for sure, so we just cancelled our order and ate somewhere else ... because we all know what happens when you send food back a second time. Definitely not happy AT ALL with this place.

Its a nice place. Very loud. Tho I dont mind it sets a nice atmosphere. Drinks were good allmkinds of people of all.kinds of ages. (Except children of course.)Very diverse.

Fun place. Clean. Security at the door. Great karaoke on Wednesday nights. I had fun!

Got my bill, saw that it was wrong, told waitress and she said I can cancel it but it will still charge you for tonight and wont give you your money back for about 3 days, so I said okay thats fine lets do that and she repeated herself and so did I, and she just repeated herself again... After that I just decided screw it she wont refund my money back to me. They really dont want to refund your money back even if they were in the wrong.

Been a longtime patron, solid food, and really like the house red beer. Tonight, however, really ticked me off. I called ahead to ask about being able to specifically smoke a cigar outside on the patio while watching the game in regard to the states recent Covid related sanctions as I frequently smoke cigars on the patio as recent as last week; its the reason I go to Rhinos. Whoever answered the phone assured me that yes, their patio was open and I could smoke. Upon arrival, stating that I had called and was headed to the patio to enjoy a cigar by the fire, order a beer, paid, and walked to an open table. Before lighting up, I even checked the patio doors for a sign stating anything regarding smoking, there was none. Not even 10 minutes had gone by when I was informed that due to the recent Covid sanctions that smoking on the patio was not permitted but that we could go outside to the non-heated, non-covered portion to smoke in which I explained the aforementioned. All I got was sorry in return. Not to mention that, where I was sitting (my usual spot) the smoke immediately drifts out towards the stairwell, in opposite direction of center of the seating area and away from the patio doors. I promptly finished my beer and left with my compadre, very frustrated and dissapointed with the lack of communication among the staff that comes off as dishonesty in this matter. Covid is no excuse for lackluster, pisspoor customer service and I shall not be returning in the forseeable future. Fellow smokers and BOTL, beware.

After ordering a scotch on the rocks,must have used the smallest shot glass available!And for a mere 10 dollars!!The standard $25 bottle is now worth $250.Everyone deserves to make a living,but come on .

I am very disappointed in this establishment. I’ve been coming here for close to two years and today August25th 2019, Wanted to come in to purchase their chicken wings that they have for my brother who is in the Air Force and had surgery on his knee. They refused the order because I asked for it to go, I mean I wish we go but we couldn’t obviously.Now only that,I have talk to the owner or manager and they say they are very supportive for the military. Well this was not support what so ever, more like leaving a man behindYou lost two customers and you should loose more honestlyEveryone should be treated the same when your a willing customer to pay for the order.Instead I supported chipotle! We used to love stopping at this bar. We realize in light in recent events security precautions are being taken. However, my husband a law abiding citizen with a concealed carry permit was told he had to put his gun in his car. There are no signs that say no carry on the way in. In a crisis situation a concealed carry citizen could not only protect himself and his family but also every other inoccent person in the building. Im sad to say we wont be returning to this bar and we will spread the word.

Great sports bar with some of the better wings in town. Sports shown on the many screen, pool, darts and holdem poker on scheduled nights. Music changes from country - rock and hip hop later at night with a DJ when weve been there that late.

Tiffany killed it tonight as our server as I could tell they were slammed and understaffed. Everything was great, can’t ever complain about food and drinks at RHINOS!Thanks Tiffany and rest of crew tonight, you guys are best.

Love going to Rhinos on Sunday. Not only for the discounted wing special they offer, but for the free Texas Holdem tournaments they have starting at 7 pm. Its a full day activity. They have every football game playing (GO BILLS) Staff is super nice. And they have raffles! Also Kid friendly!

It was such a great atmosphere! I will definitely be going back, we won a raffle they were they were having and the owner is awesome!

The male bartender short counted my drink. I ordered a double. He said it was a 5 count. If I didnt bartend already I wouldnt​ know. But the dude tried charging me for a double when it was a single. I called him out. He cut me off... Who runs a business like this? Geez

I ordered food and drinks from a table. I played some pool while I drank beer. After 2 beers, I watched the waitress ask the security to watch me, that I dont walk out on my tab. She literally pointed right at me. Then she asked me for a debit card to hold. I gave it to her. I felt like she was labeling me. Because Im Mexican I guess I was going to walk out on a 50 dollar fkn tab. I still tipped her even though I was extremely pissed she would think I would steal. I didnt see her ask anyone else sitting near me for their card, I guess cause they were white.

I’ve been coming to Rhinos for UFC fights for close to a decade and so I’ve been here many times. Sadly I have to say that my last two visits have me now looking for a new place to watch UFC. Tonight I ordered 10 wings....45 minutes later my server was still apologizing for their absence. 45 minutes for 10 wings is pretty pitiful, but it has become the norm on my visits to Rhinos. Servers are chronically short staffed. They used to have 2-3 folks working the UFC/pool table area...now it’s usually just one overworked person. Seems like management may want to look at staffing issues.

Food Quality is less than Arbys. Cooks dont use gloves and either drink in the bathroom,or go outside and smoke what ever drugs they have on hand. Bar tenders have distinction problems on their drinks. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place. There are better spots on the EastSide.

They have the best wings and sundays for football is fun!! Steve gives away jerseys, pitchers of beer trips to Vegas, Jamaica, and Cabo and other stuff. Fun day Sundays!!!

I came here on a Friday night and this place was bumpin. Our server was great, the food was good and the atmosphere was fun. This was my first time and Id come back again.

Went here last night. They charge way too much for a “double” that was more of a shot. Saw a customer grinding her ass all over the bouncers dick, while the other bouncer looked at his face four feet away.

I went here for a Halloween karaoke contest. KJ Diablo was extremely rude. He wagged his finger in my face while insisting there were no avalible slots for singers to sign up, but he sang along with every single singer all night long. There was no room for us because the KJ sang every song leaving no room for anyone to be added to the rotation. Ive never seen anything like it. The bar was ok but I wont go back to sing because my friends and I were made to feel so unwelcome, very unprofessional.

Always friendly staff and good atmosphere. Lots of tvs for sporting events, especially hopping during football. Highly recommend!

For a bar it isnt bad at all. For a mini club its ok. The djs are hit or miss so not many people dance. The food is actually pretty good. Worth a shot

Not too bad dive bar. Drinks not great. Game area too cramped. But overall if youre expectations arent too high, its ok.

The wings were good. Not really the place to have fun and go if youre under 21 so just be aware of that when youre picking a spot. Really good for groups!

They had karaoke so that was cool nice little outside area and it even had some heat so it wasnt too cold

I lived in Colorado Springs from 2010 to the end of 2012. When I was The new guy in town I found Rhinos and their staff to be very welcoming. It was my favorite place to go, and they made me feel right at home. I miss the place.

GREAT ENVIRONMENT and quick friendly majority female waitstaff, pretty hot! Good place for darts (plastic) and billiards and a handful of video games...would bring a friend!

They made our Vegas Bombs with monster because the owner said its cheaper. My father was drinking redbull and vodka and they switched to monster halfway thru. He sent the drinks back multiple times. Eventually they asked him to leave. Very disappointed.

Never know when theyll decide to close down. Governor says 10... why not 9? Dont feel like posting anything either? Why would I waste my time driving here just for it to be closed?

Could not tell you if the food was good. Was turned away at 730 on a Friday by the door man telling me no minors after 9. We took our business elsewhere. Sad thing is it is right around the corner from my home. Will not be going back.
