I went to the Austin Bluffs location & had a 60 minute massage with Jessica. It was absolutely divine! She listened to what I wanted as I was having chronic tension headaches. The pressure was perfect & she really did a fantastic job hitting all the right spots. I highly recommend Jessica!Thank you for a wonderful massage!

Kellyn was my massage therapist for my birthday massage, and what a gift! She is absolutely a miracle worker with a special gift. It seemed like she had 3 hands throughout the session, swirling, twirling, and working through the stress points.

Farrah is amazing!! Not only is her personality so sweet and genuine but that translates into the care she has for her clients. I have gotten massages at all the big name spas for years and I have never had this high quality of a massage ever. The building is clean and well maintained and the entire atmosphere was comforting. I cannot wait to go back again to see Farrah!

I received a deep tissue massage today from Caitlin. I couldnt be happier, ive been in a lot of pain recently and she loosened my shoulders and neck very well. Ill be making this my new consistent massage therapist. Everything about this place was pretty awesome. But my therapist was amazing, she listened to everything I said and was altogether amazing. Farrah is the absolute best. I got the lymphatic massage and she was gentle and caring. I was very nervous for the massage but she made me so comfortable. I can move so much better than I came in. I already scheduled two more sessions with her.Great place, make sure you choose Farrah!

Ive been here twice now and I recently had Katie, she absolutely helped fix a lot of lingering issues and focused on everything I told her was a problem for me. I already have a couple more trips planned back with Katie and I cant recommend her and the staff in general. They are fantastic and worth every penny.

This massage was the most incredible experience. I felt like she heard me and felt my body and was listening to what my body was saying. She gave me so much relief. Overpriced for inexperienced massage. Paid the up-charge for hot stones, they got used for maybe 15 minutes of the 2 hour massage and they were only ever rubbed on me, they were not used to enhance the experience. The hot stones werent ready when the massage started and the table was angled so the blood was rushing to my head. The massage started with me on my back and ended with me on my stomach. I wouldnt return here.

So I have membership and was trying different massage therapist to see who was the best. Just went to Brian Green on Friday and he is legit the best massage therapist I have worked with. After getting back into the gym recently I need a good deep tissue sport massage and I left feeling incredible. You will not be disappointed

Love this place. Try to go once every six to eight weeks for a 75 min massage. Jessica does a great job every time. Friendly staff.

I can’t stress enough how amazing Jessica is! I plan on making regular appointments with her! I had never done massage therapy or even had a massage, but Jessica made it so comfortable. She’s experience and it shows. She took care of pain I was having in my chest and shoulder in 2 sessions. Plus I just enjoy talking to her! I got My husband to go and he loved his experience with her as well.

My experience was amazing with Cassandra! I have looked for a strong deep tissue massage for years, and Cassandra finally hit the spots that have been begging for attention for years! She is very fun, kind, informative, and easy going to talk too. I will be a regular customer now that I found my masseuse!

Booked a last minute prenatal appointment here and was pleasantly surprised! The online booking was very easy. The massage studio is small, clean, and had a very welcoming front desk staff! The price was extremely affordable and they have packages you can buy which help to save money on future appointments. Only con is that it is located very close to Austin Bluffs so you get a lot of car/road noise during your massage, but if you like white noise it is pretty easy to zone out :)

I had a massage appointment with Yvette and was extremely satisfied. She targeted the areas that I asked her to and did an amazing job at working out some really deep knots and tense muscle. She has a healing touch and a very good sense of how to address problem areas.The experience was definitely worth the price and incredibly relaxing. I feel like a new person! Thank you so much.

I have been in for single massages as well as booked a party for several girls and have had wonderful experiences every time!Update***I just received the Isometrics massage from Kel and it was amazing!! Ive had a migraine for three days and within 45 minutes of this massage it had gone away! I have been to Absolute Body Balance several times and each time is great!

I came in for a scheduled prenatal massage with Jessica and I was in heaven! They had a pillow that accommodated my bump so I could lay down and feel weightless. At 33 weeks, the massage was so good I almost forgot I was pregnant for an entire hour! Jessica communicated very effectively and answered any questions I had, then she just did her thing and didn’t bother with conversation during the massage (something I totally prefer for a relaxing experience). I will definitely try to come back to see her before I give birth. A note about the location: it’s located next to busy Austin Bluffs so you can hear cars passing by, but once I was settled it kind of sounded like ocean waves to me.

Went for the first time yesterday with my husband and took advantage of the first visit 90 minutes for $79. I had Kel and he had Aleta. We both felt that they were close to the best massages we have ever had! I would highly recommend them for a massage. We already made a return appointment and are looking forward to it!

I feel great!! Went in and took my mom for a massage. I had Rafael and my mom had savanna. Both were great. It hurt so good. Cost $190 for the two of us. I even got a membership which is $65 a month for 60 min and 3 people can also use it with me.

I decided to surprise my daughter with a pamper day and even was able to receive a same day appointment.We had the couple massage with hot stone!!!It was amazing!All ladies were amazing and super nice!We can highly recommend this place!You will come out relaxed and like a new person.Facility was clean too ♡♡♡Highly satisfied!

I just had my third massage at the Austin Bluffs location with my masseuse, Jessica. Like the previous two times, it was perfect. Jessica is friendly, professional, skilled, and patient. She takes her time, my massages never feel rushed. I’ve had a few massages around town, and this is one of the best in COS. I signed up for their monthly membership so I can make sure I fit a massage in with Jessica as much as I can. Thank you for all your help, and taking the time to help me de-stress. You are amazing.

My husband and I booked a couples massage here based on the reviews and we are so glad we did! We both like a very firm massage that works the problem spots. Kel and Megan were excellent and did a good screening of issues beefier starting. They used some techniques that were new to us and worked well. Will definitely go back!

Cassie is AMAZING! My fiancé and I have been going here for a few months now and she’s my go to girl. Always helps me get all my knots out and I feel alive again. Gary is a skilled medical therapist with expertise in lymphatic and cranial that helped my specific needs. Our experience was wonderful, soothing, in a relaxing room and with skilled therapists. I’ve been working out a lot in the gym and I didn’t realize my back was so tight. Ryan gave me the best massage that I’ve had in years!! Also, he’s very quiet so I was able to enjoy the massage thoroughly.

Hubby booked us a couples massage for my birthday, and I was excited to try this place out!The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, check in was quick and easy... all interactions we had with staff were great!But my masseuse Kel went above and beyond! From making me feel relaxed and welcome, to focusing on my body where I needed it the most, he did such a great job.I had never had a massage with CBD oil before, and tried it for the first time today as well. It was incredible! Went here with my mom, I had a prenatal massage that I didnt enjoy. The pillow was uncomfortable. My mom really enjoyed her massage with Kel. Very clean and friendly receptionist. I will be back to have one when Im not pregnant.Update: went back to try a massage, the receptionist was friendly and professional. I saw Elisa for my massage and she was AMAZING. Highly recommend her, I felt like I was a mess and she got out all my knots in my upper body and recommended some things I can try at home.

I have been seeing Matthew S regularly. He introduced me to cupping therapy which has been incredibly helpful for my pain relief and management. I would highly recommend.

Do you want a great massage for a great price? Look no further. This place is AMAZING. Always leave more relaxed. My first massage ever (a 90 minute massage) I was so relaxed I was asked if I would be ok to drive! It was awesome! The new massage gel they are using smells delicious! If I had to recommend a therapist, I would recommend Kel hands down. He goes above and beyond for this clients! I love love love that he starts with you face up and puts a warm towel over your eyes! I have done multiple couple massages here and he is the only one I have noticed does that! Rate is definitely a 5/5. No other place I would want to go.

I had a 60 minute massage with Melanie and it was outstanding. She used the perfect amount of pressure and really worked on all of my tense areas. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. I will definitely be back!

Honestly it was ok. I hate being talked to during my massage, I’m there to relax.... and there was a lot of that. I paid $140 something dollars (including tip) for a 90min massage..... I was scheduled for 6:30pm didnt start until 6:57pm, he stopped at 8:05pm, you do the math (very upset about that)... I could barely feel him, I told him to go deeper.... I won’t be back, very dissatisfied. I paid for 90min got 60, and couldnt even feel it AND I had to pay for aroma. For $125 the aroma should be free!!!

This is our regular spot for a massage. They provide excellent service, everything is very clean, and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend using either of the two locations. I have always been happy with the services we have received with Absolute Body Balance.

Same day appointment for a knotted muscle under my shoulder blade. I was very happy with the massage from Cassandra. She applied just the right amount of pressure. She released the knot without making me feel like I was in Helgas House of Pain. The massage was effective and relaxing.

Gary is amazing... walked in and was so welcomed. I was in the worst pain... walked out after an hr... oh my lord, the difference 😳... Gary knows where your pains at. There was no pain we when I left and still no pain this morning. He is amazing... and BTW, my first professional massage 💆‍♀️ 😌

Went through several therapists for sports injury massage. Their “best, most requested” is “meh”. Another highly recommended was very crass and hurt my back, which she was warned about before, also clear in my chart. Every single therapist, went through 4, complained to me about how little they get paid (sympathy to get a bigger tip)..was even was recruited by one therapist quitting while she slurped a drink in my ear as she massaged me with one had. Membership punishes good customers who have medical emergencies, not worth a negligible discount. Considering the house takes most of the fee and exploits/underpays their staff, Glen can afford to pay his staff a fluke missed visit from a loyal customer without the client having to make up for it with a large extra tip, which I had to offer for any leniency. Rude front desk staff and constant stress having to follow up behind unauthorized charges. I always stayed polite despite getting attitude and resistance when trying to close my account. Not my idea of therapeutic. You can do better for the money, don’t sign the contract.

First & last time here . The front desk lady didn’t schedule me with the right person to do my lymphatic massage. She didn’t want to take responsibility for making the mistake to schedule me for a regular massage. I wasn’t looking for a refund all I was looking for is for her to re schedule me with the person who does the lymphatic massages. But no she decided to still charge me for this session and was being very rude . Pretty much Called me a liar . I will NOT recommend this place to my surgery sisters . No way !!! The lady who massage me doesn’t even do lymphatic massages. Horrible experience. Came back the same way I got there . Nothing got fix . Wasted my money and time !

The wife and I picked this place for a couples massage for our few times a year date night. And let me say Absolute Body Balance was absolutely perfect. They were so friendly and accommodating as we had to travel just to make it there for their last appointment of the night. We WILL be back for sure! Oh yeah it hurt so good!

Had my first experience here today for a deep tissue massage with Josh, he was fantastic! The pressure was great.( im more of a deep firm style ) and i had no issues with the pressure he was spot on, and really knew how to manipulate the area to relax and where to put on the pressure It was a relaxing experience, peaceful. BEST CHOICE EVER!!!I Came from Florida to visit my daughter. I wanted to treat her to her first massage. After several Google and Groupon searches I came across Absolute Body Balance.We had 90 minute massages w foot scrubs.Sara and Amy were FABULOUS. Each catered to our individual needs. Me being a Hairdresser and my daughter a kickboxing instructor.This place is a little treasure. We will Definetly be going back👍

Mackenzie absolutely did the DEEP tissue on my shoulders. Flight through the pain because I knew it was necessary to get the knots out. I haven’t been to get a massage in at least six years. If I lived here, I would come see Mackenzie monthly at least! Great job.

Awesome massage therapists, clean establishment, reasonable prices, and great availability. I am a disabled veteran with a history of chronic pain and tension in my neck and shoulders; and trigger points all over my back. I have tried a variety of treatments (trigger point injections, muscle relaxers, dry needling, acupuncture...etc.) and have also visited other massage locations throughout the city. I have gained the most benefit here. Aleta is by far one of the best massage therapists in the area. Her technique relieves the muscles without excessive manipulation. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best massage of my life. Kels hands are magic. I booked my first visit (2 hour massage) with him based on reviews from here, and was not disappointed. Kel gave me the opportunity to tell him of my major concerns and what I wanted him to focus on. His technique is unlike anything Ive ever experienced with other massage therapists. He put my limbs in positions that really got different parts of the muscles. So relaxing and just amazing. I booked a second massage for only a week later! The place is nice and clean on the inside and its not difficult to find. The only downside is that its right on Austin Bluffs and there is a ton of traffic that you can hear from the inside. That being said, I will continue seeing Kel as often as I can.

Booked a couples massage at the Austin bluffs location. Were greeted and helped promptly. Had some pre screen questions to answer them went back to the room. Location was clean and the massage therapists we had were great. Enjoyed our hour and will likely be back in the future. Kelsey was able to remove tension I had bnb in my back from working on hard concrete surfaces 10 plus hours a day. Thanks all.

I highly recommend a massage with Yvette! I am very picky with massage therapists and she is wonderful! She always knows exactly where my trouble spots are and is great at deep pressure but will adjust to your liking. The front desk staff are always SO friendly and accommodating. My favorite place in the springs!

We had a couples massage. The romantic package was disappointing. The chocolates were mini snickers. One. Still in the wrappers. lol...I would have given 2 stars but the masseurs my husband and I had were very sweet and funny. I wasnt able to relax but it was good conversation. We were late to our appointment but they were still kind and welcoming.

Kel is amazing! Like a hero. He does it all. I had the isometrics muscle therapy done and instantly felt euphoric. My flexibility and circulation immediately improved. My range of motion is better than it has been in years. Best experience Ive ever had. He is also a fantastic massage therapist, a jack of all trades. Absolute Body Balance is my favorite spot in n Colorado to relax and mend both my mind and body. Being active duty military, I move often and am constantly trying new locations and services across the world.The first thing that sets this business apart is that they treat you like family and not a ticket. They all share and support each other’s practice so the company grows rather than an understanding individual. Similarly, they take ample time to get know what you really need from your visit rather than just what you expect to get. More than nice I thought things like ‘what on earth is she doing to my arm for so long when I told her to just focus on my back knot’ - I tell you that back knot was a long time reoccurring problem that no one has ever solved so completely in a single session like the educated woman at Absolute Body Balance (ABB) did that day.Secondly, there are many wonderful options when it comes to mind and body restoration yet main stream society locks in on the single notion of kneading our muscles like bread for any problem. I think exploring the types of services offered at ABB would really help people get more from their visits. I personally love the Thai massage. It is unique - like yoga and body positioning being done to you on a matter floor with comfy clothes on. I have been fortunate enough to have it done in Thailand before but this is the only American service I have experienced that has come close to its authenticity and benefit.I do not have personal interest in the company nor any of the workers. I have been going with a membership for less than a year and have tried over 6 other local companies. While not all terrible, Absolute Body Balance stands far and above the others I have experienced and am grateful for their exceptional knowledge and service.

Ive had 3 massages here and was unimpressed with their staff, who dont do a great job listening or delivering what is asked for (chatty when asked for silence, too light of pressure when asked for firm, dont focus on areas requested). I had a massage right after my son died and the room was freezing, I was shaking and crying the whole time, and the massage therapist just kept going without inquiring what was up. I was too emotionally broken at the time to speak up. Ive never gone back.

Had multiple surgeries and this latest one was locking up my shoulder and neck. I was extremely miserable until I had my massage with Kel Strand. Not only did I feel less pain and more mobility with just the first treatment, I had the pleasant surprise of leaving their office with my vision improved and better mental clarity. Kel really knows what he is doing. Looking forward to future massages.

I rarely leave reviews and used to scoff at massage subscription memberships, but after 3 sessions with Brooke I am happily doing both.I have had chronic lower back pain for 6 months, stubbornly alternating between ignoring it, occasional stretching/exercises at home and massages from random places. It kept getting worse until it worked its way up to my neck and shoulder.Brooke determined that most of the problem is related to overly tight psoas muscles and loosened them up. That muscle isnt a fun one to work on and requires special training and skills to treat properly. But, Brooke was definitely up to the task and within 3 sessions I feel much better, can move more easily and the pain is nearly gone.I have had over a hundred massages all around the world from physical therapists, relaxation spas, cruise ships, hotels and New Age specialists. Her precision and ability to pinpoint problems is among the best I have ever experienced.The results were so good that for my next visit I will be doing a couples class, where Brooke will teach a partner and I how to work on each other as the idea of learning to pleasurably heal another sounds like a lot of fun.

Megan (Austin Bluff location) saved the day for me. I have been really suffering from neck and back pain. It got to a tipping point and I needed help. She listened to exactly what I needed and I felt like a new woman when I left. With issues like I have, it can not be completely fixed in one session. But I am further along in my recovery than I have been in four weeks of PT with another provider. Very happy I found Absolute Body Balance, and Megan.

Ive been training for a half marathon and felt like I was on the verge of an injury to my left leg. I scheduled an appointment with Kel and his mix of isometric muscle therapy and massage were just what I needed. After my first appointment my leg felt better. Ive had several appointments with Kel since then and my range of motion and alignment have greatly improved resulting in a noticeable improvement to my running. Ive tried a lot of massage places in Colorado Springs and this is the only one that addressed my issues and the source of pain.

I scheduled a massage for my mom and I as a gift for Mothers day. It was my first time in and I scheduled an appointment with Brandon Longcrier and it was the best massage I have ever received. Very relaxingand helped relax my extremely tense back! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is the 2nd time and love it. Best message I ever had. My husband joined their membership for $85 a month. The first time before we joined it was almost $200 for both of us. This time it was $60 for us both. 90 minute messages both times. So relaxing I actually fell asleep! Go see them its amazing!

I received a massage from Lauren this past weekend and I couldnt be more pleased! She was AMAZING and has impeccable technique. The Austin Bluffs location is a quaint, friendly environment and is also fully equipped. The therapy rooms are quiet and relaxing. There’s a wide variety of services offered along with your massage like - foot and hand scrubs, steam treatments, aromatherapy and more.

Best massage in town, and Angela is the best masseuse Ive visited. Angela doesnt stop at just giving the best massage though. She provides tips for you to take home to help stretch out the areas she worked, suggestions for things you can do differently to prevent knots and kinks from reforming, and in my case, homework - stretches to do before my next massage, so she can really dig into my IT band and hip flexors.

I AM so amazed at how I feel after receiving a message/(Isometric) from Kel. My lower back pain was the reason why I chose to give Kel a try and see if he could help with relieving some of my pain. I must admit and advise that I was a bit skeptical but after my first appointment with him my pain is almost non-existent. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. This place literally EARNED my business. I called them after I had been cancelled on the day of my massage by another spa in the area. It was date night and the only chance we had to get this massage done. We were looking for a couples massage during a certain window. He let me know he didnt have anything but he would see what he could do. I was not expecting a call back and then he calls me and says he has one person and to give him some time to find the second person. 10 minutes later he calls again and has two people for us that volunteered to take us both! They went completely out of their way to accommodate our request and I couldnt be happier with that.

I called in the begining because they had an immediate opening. I signed up for the monthly membership. My lower back spasmed a week ago (Saturday) but luckily I already had a massage set up with Kel for Sunday. I walked out of that massage with little to no pain. And it lasted for about 4 days. I highly recommend absolute body balance for massage needs and Kel to heal and help get rid of pain.

Aleta is a fantastic massage therapist. I have always been impressed by how personable and warm everyone is when I enter. They seem to remember me, even when I havent been around for a while. Convenient location for me, as well.

I needed a message for my aching back because of the type of work I do. It was relaxing but I have had much better massages in the past where when you get up, you are actually so relaxed and dizzy when you sit up and can feel the difference. They do offer a program of purchasing a family package which can save you money but I want to see what is also out here in Colorado Springs before committing, I want a actual deep message. Did not feel it with this place.

Absolute Body Balance is great!! I have sciatic/piriformis pain and decided to try a massage one night to see if it would help with the tightness and pain. Immediately and a while after it felt improved. I walked out of there feeling really great, and much more relaxed than when I walked in. Kel did my massage and he did an amazing job; he is very professional and knowledgable. I was really happy to have someone listen to what was going on, make sure I was comfortable, and be able to help. I will definitely be going back to him. Im typically wary of massage places with multiple therapists, but Absolute Body Balance has been amazing! The plus side to multiple therapists is many techniques to choose from and you can find someone who fits your needs. I see Kel on a monthly basis and would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially if you have chronic pain. He uses isometrics, which actually helps you fix your problems versus temporarily reducing pain. Another plus is that they have membership options which make it more affordable to go often. Go see Kel! You wont regret it.

I have Aleta. Aleta has her hands full with me. Lol. So far she has been great. Its been several months since I have had a massage due to moving to Colorado in December. I have been having massages every two weeks since 2005. Aleta still has alot to work on but so far she has been great!!!

I hurt my back and was I was desperate for pain relief ! I called Absolute Body, I found their website on the internet and thought Id try them .They where able to get a me appointment that day at 515 and said your massage will be with a guy is that okay and I said yes. I made it to my appointment barely able to move hardly able to stand with the worst back ache ever! My massage therapist came out and introduced himself , HIS name was KEL. Kel explained what was going on with my back and how he was going to help . He explained everything every step of the way which made me feel very comfortable. After my treatment I had almost zero pain left ! I actually bent down and could touch my toes ! Ladies if your uncomfortable with a guy doing your massage you need to think of it as medical treatment, which it is . Kel was very professional and it was the best massage Ive had . Please give him a try you wont regret it !

My husband, and I were visiting our daughter in the Springs area and decided, that we would like a massage. We called Massage Envy and they said, that even though we were members, that they did not have spots open for three people.My daughter found Absolute Body Balance on the net, and I ended up talking with Aleta She told us to come on in, and even though, it was her day off, (and it was late at night). she said, that she would be there to make sure, that we got our massages. Kel was also there.Aleta and Kel, went above and beyond any massages, that weve ever experienced. We will be going to them from now on, when we visit the Springs area. Not only did we get the best massages ever, Kel even recommended a Pizza Place where we could get take out pizzas, because Aleta and Kel stayed extra late at night, just to make sure that we all got our massages. (oh and by the way Kel, the pizza rocked!) =)Thank you Aleta, and Kel. You guys are AWESOME!

Great place! Quiet, calming, and conveniently located. Ive been working with Angel and shes been great. She employs many different techniques and subscribes to the whole body concept in her assessments. For my issues, she suggested a slower myofascia (sp?) technique. So some patience is required, as it is more deliberate and slower paced. But the slower pace does have a sustained stretching effect/feel since the flow of movements are held through positions for a longer period. Over time the benefits are definitely there. I noticed a greater range of motion and improvement in physical activities. Recently, I managed a return to the weight room and noticed smoother movements. Add to that, she is also a really nice and genuine person, which helps calm the mind after a long, busy day. Highly recommend!

Great massage. Masseuse took time to ensure my kinks and tight muscles were worked out before moving on to next muscle group. She used hot towels to loosen up tight areas.Will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Kel is A++! He gave me an hour long massage today and I couldnt be more pleased. Im traveling and am out of state so wasnt sure what to do when I woke up so out of alignment this morning-numb fingers, twisted hip, and piched neck. I decided to try a massage and am very glad I did. Kel was very kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was able to gently move things back into place and basically saved my vacation. Highly recommend. Great massage therapy. If you just want to relax, they have nice bed warmers, music and aromatherapy. If you use massage as therapy for old injuries, Laura is the best. I always feel amazing when I leave, and the membership is a great deal.

I enjoyed the 90 minute hot stone message at Absolute Body Balance. Elisa was professional and accommodating to my request for a firm message to help work out some serious knots due to poor fitness, and work-life balance. I would highly recommend ABB and Elisa!

Big thanks to Kel! I feel so much better after experiencing his isometric massage. I recently had a fall and hurt my neck, back and ankle, as a result I had limited motion in those areas. After 90 minutes with Kel I now have back my range of motion and I feel so much better. I highly recommend Kel and this wonderful healing center!

You absolutely get what you pay for at ABB and they have a program similar to Massage Envy with BETTER benefits. Come here in pain and youll leave feeling relief!

A wonderful facility with excellent staff and a wide range of treatments. We got a couples 1hr massage but would like to try the Cranio-Sacral and hot stone treatments soon. Ask about the membership program if you have a good visit.

Isometrics with Kel is simply magic! Amazing! One month of his work helped get back range of motion, reduce back spasms & headaches from unresolved issues fom a car accident 38 years ago. Then back to square 1 when I got into a recent accident. Im confident Kel will use his wonderful knowledge of muscle manipulation to restore my motion once again.A Benifit was mentioning an off center jaw from a mishap 40 years prior. Kel went right to work and my jaw is straight. I cant wait to freak out my dentist at my next appointment. She always picks on me for my strange bite.

For 1 1/2 months I had been suffering from non-stop headaches, migraines, post-migraine recovery. Meds were not helping. Not until I starting working with Kel did I get any relief. Kel used isometric massage (a gentle technique based on resistance and stretching) on the muscles in my jaw, neck and shoulders, followed up by more traditional massage on the muscles on the rest of my body. After just one session, 90% of of the suffering I had been experiencing eased. And now, after a 4th session, I feel like my pre-headache/migraine self. I have worked with many massage therapists over 35 years to work on various physical challenges, and Kel is one of the best.

I pre paid for my wife to get 90 minutes and hot stones. The place tried to charge my wife again and put her with someone not qualified to do hot stones.

For the past couple of months been suffering with sciatica pain on m left side hip and leg and chronic pain in my body, been seen a chiropractor for the past couple of months with no relief. This was my third massage of my entire life. Im not an expert on receiving them, but I enjoyed what Kel did for me. He did what I asked for, and he helped with the exact areas I told him I was having trouble with. I did not leave feeling like I was an old road being demolished and repaved. Thats a win in my book.
