Great massage. Therapist listened to my problem areas and addressed them. She was quiet unless I spoke first. I like a quiet experience. Right amount of pressure. I had a 90 minute session with Himalayan stones added. I’ll be back.

This was my first time at elements. The place felt very clean and inviting upon walk in. The gal at the front desk was welcoming. My massage was with Michelle. She was very nice and offered me a few, but not too many, options to enhance my massage experience. The massage was just what I needed. I signed up to be a member and booked my next appointment. I’m excited to treat myself monthly.

The environment is very important for me, this place is so clean and the staff are polite and respectful. I enjoy the services they provide and their massage therapist Clint is amazing!

Joel is the best. He is always highly attentive and thorough. I can tell him what is stiff or sore and he adjusts the massage accordingly.

For my first proffesional massage, my experience was fantastic! Joels communication throughout the massage was great and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards he offered great tips on how to ease muscle tension with stretches and more. Definitely going back! 100% would recommend.

Do yourself a GIANT favor and go elsewhere! Booked an appt with a specific therapist and received a text a week later letting me know 2 days before my appointment that my 60 minute appt was being extended to 90. I called to inquire about this message and they told me due to the therapist “not getting paid” for 30 minutes I HAD to extend my appointment which would nowcost me $130+ versus the original $89 I signed up for, or reschedule to another day when they could accommodate me. Due to not wanting to pay the higher cost they tried to pin on me, I had no choice but to move my appt to another time with an inexperienced therapist who spent the 60 minutes talking and digging into my back ONLY and then I had to dish out a ridiculous $105 for nothing. No traditional full body massage that I requested at the start of my appointment. I think it’s safe to say this was not only the worst massage I’ve had in my lifetime, but probably the worst business I’ve stepped foot into by making me change my appt with little advance notice so a therapist gets “paid” for 30 minutes. Extremely tacky and poor business. Even received an email asking for my feedback and asked how they can make it right… a week later no response from this business. I will look elsewhere for massages/services and will advise family and friends to do the same!

Great service from the start. Called in for a same day appointment for my husband as first time client, and they were able to get him in for a 90-minute massage. Melinda was his therapist and he said this was the best massage he has ever received. He said she was very knowledgeable of her work, explained different things to help him out that he can do daily, and provided him with info on the monthly membership program.Very affordable prices, with a great new client special from the website. Definitely recommend this location! Thanks for all your help!

Do not sign up! I advised them I would be moving in advance and again on the day of my last massage. New girl didnt know what paperwork needed filled out. I called 6 times to make sure I was no longer being charged. They continued to charge my HSA card for another year. Now they tell me over and over the refund check is in the mail

While I am not a fan of Elements and how their website/contracts work, I do love this location! Joel & Clint are two of the very best massage therapists out there, and all of the front desk people are incredibly nice and do an amazing job.

Love the care and concern for helping me rehab my medical issue for the past 6+ years. Michelle gives great attention to my needs as well as support for my maintenance of managed health issues. She is dedicated to quality service and skill. She creates an individual service based on the needs for each appointment. As a monthly member, the ease of membership fits my budget. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth has a keen sense of what modalities my body needs and her recommendation for the Stone enhancement really accentuated the impact on my muscle soreness and I think reduced my normal recovery time significantly. The staff is very professional, courteous and has excellent customer service. Joel did an excellent job. He made sure to address all of my areas of concern. Also the massages are so relaxing and the environment is very calm and relaxing. Truly Elements is a 5 Star business and I highly recommend it.

Clint’s “deep tissue” is unfortunately a friction burn on your back. NOT a massage. Staff was very friendly though.

Clint is a fabulous therapist. He knows a ton about how the body works and how all the muscles are connected. Also, the ladies at the desk up front have always been extremely kind and helpful to me.

The staff at Elements are very friendly and personable. They make you feel welcome at each visit. I have been seeing Lisa for a few months now and she is amazing! She’s an excellent massage therapist and really takes the time to communicate and personalize the massage experience. She’s wonderful! Absolutely would recommend!

I arrived to my 1 Hour massage appointment 10 minutes early (all paperwork was previously completed online), I just sat there until I was called back to the room at the time of the appointment 11:30. After meeting the massage therapist for a 30 second conversation about concerning areas, I undressed. The massage therapist did not return to the room to begin until 11:42. Although the massage was enjoyable it was rushed and complete by 12:31. I am not sure if they end all appointments exactly 60/90 mins from the time it was scheduled and not the time the massage begins but I will not be returning or recommending your establishment.

Brea is an incredible massage therapist! Her knowledge of muscle groups, where and how they move, and how to actively release knots and tension from said muscle groups was nothing short of divine! Hands down the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Her pressure is perfectly balanced; you can relax while simultaneously feeling those deep knots being thoroughly worked at the same time. Melinda is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I just learned that she is leaving Elements Massage next week and I am so sad. Ive never had a masseuse that was so in tune with the pressure and technique to use in my trouble areas. I dont know that anyone else will measure up! What can be done to convince her to stay!?!? :(

The attention to detail that you guys do for your clients is outstanding.I had a 2 hour massage with Kristi last week and it was wonderful. She listed to my ailments and made them feel so much better, plus she gave me suggestions to do at home following my massage. I felt so good that when I left I booked my next 2 hour massage with her. Your reception staff is very nice too. They go above and beyond and are very courteous.

I used to get a monthly massage here and was a little bit nervous about going back with the covid restrictions. However, they have done an amazing job keeping the studio an oasis of calm and relaxation despite the chaos of the world outside. Front desk staff are always personable and professional and I have had an amazing massage with Will and with Sunnie since they opened back up. Because I never canceled my membership I was rewarded with three free upgrades. The missed massages rolled over (as always), and its great to be back! I always know I am in good hands at this studio, and it continues to be a relaxing experience every time, even now!

I started going to Elements Massage about 6 months ago. I love that they have such good customer service. They are always happy and welcoming when I come in. Grace is my massage therapist and I absolutely love her. I have a lot of back issues do to an injury and she has gotten my muscles to really loosen up. I feel so much better every time I leave. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My teenage son was having back pain and stiffness related to sports. This was his first massage and he was a little anxious about it. Clint was awesome! He took the time to understand the problem area, explained each technique and what it would feel like, and provided aftercare suggestions (stretching). My son is amazed at how great he has felt since!

The front desk was very friendly, they made conversation and were very accommodating while I was waiting for my Massage. Tracy was absolutely fantastic! She let me know that I could basically alter any aspect of the room that I wanted and requested feedback several times without interrupting the massage. I am so thankful that I received a gift card for your services and will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. They lack staffing which makes scheduling difficult. In addition, they try to aggressively up-sell your booked 60 minute appointments by texting and calling a week prior to tell you it is now a 90 minute. I will do the math…that’s more money for them and a huge inconvenience for you. Because now, you have to reschedule your initial appointment. God forbid you miss an appointment through all this mess, you now get charged $45 and lose your session as well. This place is a disaster. Plenty of better options out there folks. Hard pass here, look elsewhere.

Very welcoming professional place! Prices are very reasonable and they have a masseur for every type youd like! Emily was beyond helpful, super upbeat and very friendly :) she helped get me in a time that fit my schedule and loved every minute of my massage. Will definitely be back again with this service

It had been a couple years since my last massage so I was was concerned about doing deep tissue. It was uncomfortable as I had expected :) but well worth it. Highly recommend!

Recently, we took a vacation in Colorado and spent some time in Colorado Springs. We were very fortunate to find the Elements Massage - Briargate. We were treated so well there, and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. While we filled out paper work, we were offered icy bottled water and listened to calming, beautiful music. Both my husband and I enjoyed our massages at Elements, and we definitely recommend it to others. We were treated like royalty, the massages were exactly as requested, and the facility was very clean. I definitely recommend an Elements Massage!

This massage spa is incredibly clean! Friendly, considerate and accomadating to me even when I was running late. My massage therapist Allison, was extremely thorough on considering what I needed during my session. One thing that she nailed that I find hard is to get, is a massage therapist to go deep enough, she was extremely strong and targeted every spot that was an issue.I cant wait for my next appointment! You will be extremely pleased with this business!

So today (Oct 15) I was scheduled for a massage at 10:45 AM. I spoke to Madison on the phone and she was tremendous! When I arrived both of the women greeted me and very friendly. It was a comforting vibe. Kiani “I pray I spelled her name correctly” ahah but she was awesome! She took her time on my tight spots on my back and it was very helpful and relaxing. She had great attention to detail and was fun to talk too! I did the 90 minute with the Himalayan Salt and I recommend it. Overall it was a great experience;looking forward to come back for another one.

Ive been visiting the Briargate Elements Massage location twice a month for almost four years now. Kirsten is amazing! No matter what I need worked on, she always uses the right amount of pressure and I leave feeling so much better. The facility is always clean and inviting and the staff is extremely personable and welcoming. In short, I cant imagine going anywhere else!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courteous staff that made me feel comfortable upon arrival. I have had some experience with massage through physical therapy for injuries to my knee and back. I had questions about what to expect and how to follow up the massage to regain strength and mobility. They were very knowledgeable to what would be best for me. The experience was very relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage to all of my friends. Did I mention it has given me another 20 yards on my drives in golf.

I love getting my massages from ELEMENTS! I try hard to engage in good self care---not just for my body, but for my mind---and Elements Massage is an important part of my weekly routine. All the staff and masseurs are professional and welcoming. The rooms are so peaceful and clean, that I am instantly taken to a zen-like state. I needed a massage badly and walked into Elements Massage to find out if they had a walk-in appointment available. They happened to have one available with Jessica. I had an upper body massage to concentrate on my neck and back—it felt sooo good. This was the first massage I’ve had that was relaxing and also beneficial. Jessica had a great touch and asked if the pressure was good. I signed up on their monthly plan and will return for monthly massages (maybe more!). I highly recommend.

So I ordered there new clients only 1-hr massage on there website the lady did not understand what I was speaking of I gave her my order code and I booked my appointment so the day of my appointment I had to cancel I was well aware of the cancellation fee if the spot isn’t filled but there website states for a 1hr massage the fee is $35 and the lady at the front desk said there prices went up so now it’s $45 my thing is if your prices have went up your website needs to reflect that. That’s really unprofessional if your running a business.

My husband and I were really excited for our couples massage today, but unfortunately I had a staff member call this past Thursday to advise there was an error with the booking as the customer service representative didnt complete the booking correctly and they are unable to have our appointment at 7 for a 60 minute couples massage. Theres only availability for a 90 minute massage and they will have to cancel. I understand that mistakes can be made we are all human but they should have just compensized us for a 90 minute massage due to the customer service error as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary with a relaxing day. I did end up calling the second location on Stetson. Hoping to get an available couples massage. They did have availability for this Saturday but when my husband and I walked in the customer service representative advise that the massage was only for me even though I had called and asked for a couples massag to book. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with elements massage. I will definitely not be returning to these locations. And please for anyone who does decide to go to this location or the briargate Make sure you have all the information correct because obviously theyre not paying attention to what you are requesting and they wasted our day and we had to skip our massage as we wanted to celebrate for our anniversary.

Love the ease of scheduling (you have the option of scheduling yourself online), location, quality of service, and atmosphere of massage rooms. There can be some difficulty if you have a membership when it comes to pausing it or otherwise trying to keep massages you’ve accumulated on your account without continuing to pay for more. But overall, happy with this business.

Was never super excited about this place. Signed up to get the discounted service and for the last month they’re trying to charge me $79 instead of $69. I’m not sure why as my account has been on hold for six months due to my massages being subpar. If this was in the contract it was in fine writing because I don’t recall an upcharge being stated. I would highly recommend not signing up for the membership as they’ll try and get you with that, and the facility is not very clean nor professional. Definitely spend your money elsewhere, these guys are very money hungry and I just don’t have the energy to deal with them right now. I had assumed when an account was on hold then I could cancel anytime. They also failed to leave out the fact that you can use your massages for up to 60 days after cancellation, which is why I put it on hold in the first place. Thanks elements, keep your $150 bucks I never want to deal with you again.

I LOVE Elements Massage. They provide the best massage where they customize the massages for each one of their clients. The Himalayan Salt stones is wonderful. They have 84 minerals that are warm that really get into your tissues for an even more amazing experience. The CBD has NO THC and really helps me with my pain. All the staff is friendly and try to go the extra mile for a comforting and pleasant experience.

I have been enjoying massages at the Briargate Elements for a few years now. My therapist is skilled, knowledgeable and manages to loosen the knots in my neck and shoulders so I dont get those tension headaches. I highly recommend Elements. It is very clean, peaceful, private & friendly. I appreciate the appointment reminders on the phone & e-mail.

I had my first, but not last, massage today with Molly at Elements in Briargate. I have had many massages over the years, and honestly this was the best Ive ever had. I sit at a desk most of the day, and have been stressed lately, so my shoulders and neck have been tensed up. I would highly recommend Molly and Elements; the girls at the front were fantastic as well. It was a great experience and I have joined their Wellness Program. I plan on a massage at least once a month moving forward.

My massage was excellent! Grace worked on all the areas of pain, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when she finished. The rest of the day I felt like I had 8 hours of sleep. I hope to return for another massage with Grace soon! Great experience!

I could not believe the way i felt after my massage with Rebecca. Definitely a professional, relaxing environment with people who really know what theyre doing. I felt like jello (in the good way) for a few days after, and she was even able to identify issues that continued to bother me and recommend some things to try on my own at home to help! My first time at Elements was wonderful! Everything about their business was very welcoming. I had went in looking for some comfort and relief with tension in my back and neck. The next week or so after was what I had been hoping and looking for in a very long time! I love that I can go there late in the evening with my hectic schedule.

Joshua is hands-down the best massage therapist Ive ever worked with. This is my fourth year with him and I can honestly say his services have improved my quality of life. I suffer from an exceptionally tight back and frequent stress. Joshs technique, knowledge, and stretching exercises put me into a trancelike state for the remainder of the day after the massage. He is the reason I keep coming back!The only reason this isnt a five star review is due to the turnover at the front desk. Im unsure whether these employees are underpaid or just treated poorly, but its noticeable. To their credit, the front desk people are always warm and friendly. Hopefully the business can work on retaining them longer.

Ive had nothing but the best experiences each and every time Ive been to this location. The staff has always been professional and courteous, and have always taken the time to answer any and all questions Ive had about the different services they offer.As for the massage therapists that Ive seen (I think Ive seen 3 or 4 different ones), they have all been wonderful, having been attentive of my needs, asking questions to determine what needs to be addressed on each visit, and then putting that knowledge to use to ensure that I am taken care of.

Former manager that can say that this company is poorly ran by lacking professionals. High employee turn over. Spend your money on private therapists. For the money you spend on your massage (minimum of $99 or $69 if you get their ridiculous membership) the therapist is lucky if they are paid on the higher side of $30/ hour massage. Maybe $32 for a 90 minute session. They get slight commission for upgrades so if they sell you those, its for their benefit. Most MTs, at Elements, are paid closer to $20/ hour session. Private MTs will get the entire session fee directly to them and generally have very amazing private studios or come to your home! Much better than a cookie cutter studio.

Be cautious with booking with them; I booked because they offer a discounted first-time rate through their website, which did not include scheduling the actual massage appointment (I did not discover this until I was charged). I was unable to get an appointment before leaving town, and, because they processed the transaction as a gift card and through a third party, I am now unable to recover my $70 back.

I do love a good massage and that is what is delivered by Elements massage. I have had both Alison and Grace and they are both excellent at listening to my problem areas and helping me with the tissue issues I have in my neck and hip/low back. I was even able to get in last minute which was a plus.

Very Unprofessional her name is Nikki i think she’s apart of management. I walked in and i could immediately feel the vibes were off i overheard her talking about her employees so poorly which is very rude either way if a customer was there or not. She definitely could’ve handled it a better way. She wasn’t welcoming, even though she is higher up it doesn’t mean you’re able to be rude and passive aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend here or if you do go make sure she isn’t here!!!

Friendly staff at counter make start of massage session very nice. All my massages have been great; truly interested in correcting any discomfort I have in my back and neck. Allison is a great massage therapist.

I had such a horrible experience at Elements due to the front desk worker, Chloe. She was so rude to me for no apparent reason. I would not go back to this location because of her.

The receptionist are always friendly and helpful. I love the reminder texts that they send you. My therapist Stephanie is simply Amazing! I have recommended her to multiple people.

Front staff are all kind of young and inexperienced but earnest and friendly. The massage therapist I had was also young and in his first year but skilled and had a natural feel for it. The facilities are clean, modest and offer a nice ambience.

Had a couples massage with Bailey and Alexander and loved it! Highly recommend! Both were very attentive to our individual needs and tailored the massage to us. Very satisfied!

I liked that the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy my massage with Demetrius. He is the best and he caters the massage to the type of massage you are wanting and the preasure you like. He also gives a diagram showing the areas that are tenses and needing the most work with his suggestion of areas to stretch in between my next appt. I highly recommend Elements Massage at Briargate and Massage Therapists Demetrius.

I can’t rave enough about this location! I’ve o lay seen two massage therapists this far, but each one has been beyond wonderful. The front desk representatives are super nice and welcoming!

Massages are fine, no complaints, nothing special. Do not buy a membership! The minute you do, all of a sudden they only have appointments 3 weeks out and half the time they make “scheduling mistakes” and have nothing else available for weeks. They are really great at withdrawing membership charges from your bank account every month. Too bad your “membership” is worthless.

They have great customer service, and everyone is so friendly!! My massage was great, and she kept checking to make sure the pressure was good! They gave me a bottle of water afterwards too! Definitely recommend going there!

The staff was very friendly and the massage therapist did a good job of communicating with me to find out what was working for me. Based on pricing and my experience there, I recommend Elements Massage. I also like that they have two locations and can schedule me for either one.

When is google going to allow 1/2 star rating? Or, better yet no star rating? The lack of professionalism at this studio is appalling. I have gone to Elements for years. However, after my recent interaction with this studio I am canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. If competence matters to you, avoid Elements Massage at Briargate!

I went to Elements Massage in pain. My back, shoulders and neck were in knots from driving a long distance the prior day. Eric worked with me using massage techniques I had never experienced in the past. It turns out he was using the precise massage for my situation. I walked away a pain free and very happy lady.

Demitrius was by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced! The staff was super friendly and professional. I had a deep tissue and Demitri did not disappoint! Highly recommend

I did not have a great experience at this particular location, but I have a ton of faith in the business. The owner personally contacted me to apologize when I did not enjoy my massage, and gave me two free sessions at the other location in town (which I LOVE) to make amends. Your mileage may vary, but the owner is very committed to quality and making sure you are happy with your service.

I booked a 60 minute massage online. I was called and told actually the time slow is a 90 minutes massage and there is a problem with their scheduling system. I spoke with Chelsea, a manager, and requested a refund and was told they couldnt give me a refund. Poor communication and poor quality.

Daniella is very intuitive with pressure and pace. She accurately senses the physiological nature of my smaller frame and applies and adjusts pressure according to tightness in my muscles or healing I may need. While we always discuss on a general level what activity Ive participated in that may require her to target or avoid certain areas, it is nice that I dont have to communicate too many specifics due to her natural intuition and skill.

Had Lindsey give a deep tissue massage. Being a combat vet thats disabled she was able to relieve pain that I have had little relief from. I will return to see her just for the truly amazing job she did to relieve my pain

I have been a member for a few years and after the rates went up and no more money was given to the massuse, I thought about leaving. I stayed for my health but after such a huge miscommunication yesterday and how my guest was treated, I will not stay. They have high turnover at the desk and no one knows how to handle or fix issues. Why should I or my guest be inconvenienced because of your mistake? When you dont care about me, you will not have my business.

Worst massage I have ever had and I have had many in 60 years. There is a reason the massage therapists dont have their own place. The owner Cadee Condit is rude and fake as they come. I was over charged on my c/c to add insult to injury. Dont believe all the 5* ratings, the rating on Aug 31, 2011 at the bottom is the Owner herself. lol

As a massage therapist myself, I couldnt be more happy with the experience I had. Kirstie was an amazing therapist and next time will definitely try to see her again!

This place was absolutely fantastic! As I walked in I already felt at home. The staff was very friendly and my therapist, Scott was astonishing at his job! I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to get pampered!

The reason for the 2 stars is only because of their price. I have zero compliments about the staff or my masseuse. However, Ive paid less aboard a cruise ship or at a spa. If money is not a concern, than this is a wonderful place.

Friendly staff good massage but would not go here for sports therapy, I have a different massage therapist I go to for that, but this place has great deep tissue massages. There is something for everyone here, except athletes

Jessica is a wonderful therapist who listens to your needs and then tailors the massage to address them. Also very good at suggesting stretches and other exercises to augment the massage therapy.

Their staff and know-how and how to do the deep massage work great. My favorite massage therapist is Demetrius.... Actually the only one Ive used but he is awesome.

Horrible customer service, online booking made appointment for 11 am today received an email acknowledging my appointment telling me it could be delayed by 15 to 30 minutes, I just got here to check in and was told I don’t have an appointment what a waste of my time plus the person I was on the phone with was less than professional
