Staff are friendly and really nice, but the quality of their stock is trash, I bought a straw from them and Ive barely used it and it all of a sudden exploded at the tip while being heated and a torch I bought lasted less than a week before it started falling apart and wouldnt fill up anymore. I can say for sure I will never waste my money here again

I always find something cool when I come here. The building decorations are really unique and draw you in. Really a great place to stop if you want to fully enjoy Colorado.

I love this place. They have everything you need and more. People here are so willing to help you and answer any questions needed. They are patient and will let you look at as many pieces as you need. Ask them questions and they will be very educated on it!!

Exception staff every time we go & absolutely love their disposable vape recycle program that even gets you a discount on new vapes. The store is massive & has just about anything you could ever need and more from a headshop. We love visiting this location!

Cool place. I spend tons of money here. Huge variety and probly the biggest head shop... Oh wait no, that one down Colorado ave might be bigger . Maybe not though. Either way this place is my go to when I need anything related to a head shop. No other place (other then that one on Colorado ave) has what I need in one quick stop

Some guy here followed me all around the store like a weirdo.i told him I didn’t need any help and i would let him know if i did.he approached again and i told him he was making me feel uncomfortable following me around the store like a creep and he said i just must be scared of good customer service and i said no I just wanted to look without being harassed and i said fine i will just go elsewhere and then he continued to be rude and ridicule me on how I parked which wasn’t a problem.maybe dude needs to learn how to talk to people and not be so creepy at a store that’s dead and stalk his customers as they come in making it uncomfortable to even look.i will take my business elsewhere for now on and never go here again

Ive been to this shop many times and never had a negative experience! And I am a complainer! The staff knows their stuff and even helped me choose a vape I could fly to the West Indies with. Excellent work!

Does not answer the phone, when I came in I had purchased a 200 dollar bong and nearly 2 weeks later while cleaning it, it broke from the inside (the rock inside had also become dislodged) they sell cheap products at a high price hike. They would not offer me any sort of discount or anything to help ease this, despite me spending almost 1000 last time I had stopped in. Wont be stopping in again and am glad to take my business elsewhere.

Went in looking for a cheap rig the employee definitely either had know idea what he was doing or was purposely misleading me just wanted a cheap riq and he offered me somthing for 80 and I said thats to expensive and he goes oh well we have a small one down here which was $400 Place sells cheap glass for over market price

Friendly staff with some good products. However, their glass pipes are trash. I bought a straw that had some cartoonish characters built around it. After 2 weeks the inside separated and started leaking water. Went back and bought another straw, but a smaller one. It was broken coming out of the box. Very disappointed to throw money away.

Very frustrated & disappointed at this point. I bought a micro NC last night got home assembled all excited about having a glass piece again. I didnt even get the tip even hot enough to where I couldnt handle it with my bare hands before I was quickly reminded why i stopped owning glass because it broke without even getting a first use out of it. I brought it back in today and im leaving very unsatisfied because I was told nothing could be done about it. Even if I dont want a refund just something in its place thats not going to break before it even gets to be used.

They have great options for mainstream glass, that being said you gotta walk in the right day to find That piece.Great low price options for mainstream glass.They also have a ton of smoking accessories. Well worth a visit.

They never have any of the accessories for the products that they sell and carry. They sell the new lookah but not the new glass quartz tip that comes with the product when you buy it and for the past two weeks have failed to order the yo can mini tips that I have been in every week to buy for the last 3 years. This place has gone down when it comes to there merchandise, people are nice but I’m not there to make friends I’m simply just trying to buy the proper accessories for the products they carry

I loved this places because of how close it is to my house. But unfortunately I’ll never be going back the way they think they know everything is very funny to me if you buy a dab pen then it’s used for carts or what ever you need it for. I bought a dab pen before and they work perfectly but this time my batter was having problems so I went back to them and they insisted that I was using it wrong 🤣🤣 the assistant Manager has no idea what she’s talking about I don’t think any of them do save your money and time and go to the bomb head shop way better and they have the 70% off never going back there again.!!

Easily my favorite head shop in COS. Such a huge variety of smoking and vaping paraphernalia. The glass ranges from basic and inexpensive, to beautiful, elaborate designs that truly belong in glass curio without ever being used. I have one, and have started a glass pipe display, thanks to Myxed Up.For you those that prefer vaping, I suggest a DRY HERB vape for flower, ESPECIALLY for pain. The one I bought from Myxed Up has lasted 3 years and going strong.I highly recommend this place!

So unhappy with my experiences at Myxed up. Before purchasing an item, I asked what the return policy was and was told if defective to return it back. My item was defective and when I went to go return it, apparently I had to do it threw the website. Went threw the website and they told me I had to do it threw the store. They don’t k ow anything about the products they sell nor what their return policies were. If I knew how painful this experience would be, I would have never stepped foot in Myxed up. Warning anymore who is thinking of going. Save your breath and go somewhere else I promise you.

Great place to go! They always great you when you walk in. Raven was very attentive, knowledgeable of the products I was asking about, friendly and helped me find what I needed around the store. Chandler rang me up at the register, he was also very nice and upbeat and made sure my glass was wrapped up securely to ensure it would be safe. I recommend this store to everyone! I have not been to all locations that Myxed Up Creations has but out of the ones I have been to, this is my favorite location. The staff right now are really friendly and helpful, I had great conversation with a sales associate and had an enjoyable time at their store. I was offered help by each associate and all of them were very knowledgeable of the products they had. I love how much space this store has and the layout is perfect. I visit here frequently and definitely suggest it!

Had bad customer service experiences the only 2 times Ive been there. I expected the sales people to help me since I was looking at pieces but they preferred to help people getting in line for papers/tobacco. When a guy in line offered to let me go ahead since I was there before him, the worker told the other customer he should skip ahead of me in line. There was another worker working who could have easily helped the next customer. Theres no need for that. Help the first customer to want service no matter their need. Second visit was on Christmas Eve in their last minutes before closing and one of the girls working rudely rushed me as if I was lollygagging. First off, I didnt know they were closing right then, the open sign was on. Second off, I wasnt even lollygagging or anything. Two stars for having a wide selection and nice parking lot. I will visit more friendly stores for my smoking needs from now on, there are ample to choose from, not to mention Amazon.

Everyone at this place is nice, helpful and has great customer service skills. Whether youre just coming to buy one of their hand crafted candles, some smell good sticks, or any product related to the Purpose of the store, the employees will all have proper knowledge to supply you with, and will put in the time n effort to make sure you get the best possible item for what u need and at the best price that fits your finances. Dealt with Tom, was a new employee and was awesome. Gave us all the info we needed, and was very helpful and friendly with no pressure. They also have anything you could possibly need.Follow up 3 years later. Went back in due to a faulty screw piece, was asking for them to help get the piece our the the charger. The associate looked at it and just replaced the whole unit. Great customer service

Love coming here. The guys that work here are SUPER friendly, put an emphasis on a personalized customer experience every time, and are so helpful when answering questions or explaining things. Come here often for all of my needs. Would highly recommend this place for any gifts, smoking accessories, ext and even cute clothing! They usually have a pretty good variety of tapestries too!!!

Used to love this place but my last experience has left me a little ticked off. Went in to buy a grinder and when I explained what I was looking for, she pull out two for me to view. I ask her which one she would recommended and she tells me. I end up buying that one and two days later it won’t work. The lid gets stuck and it’s impossible to grind anything. For something that in the end almost cost me $50 and lasted TWO days. Not asking for recommendations anymore since clearly someone lied so I would spend money.

Friendly staff n knowledgeable. Allowed me to bring my dog in w me so he wouldnt freak out in car (We had just come from the vets office) as long as he was behaved n on a leash. Patient and resourceful when asked about oils n their benefits and where to do my own research n get honest answers. Some stuff is pricey but at the same time, when you consider whats handmade or whats involved in the process of (cbd items), its understandable.

*** Edit: 6/16/2022 - much of my frustration I didn’t mention in my original review was this employee’s lack of knowledge about anything I had asked him on several occasions going there. Regardless, tonight another young sales person helped me out with purchasing a new puffco atomizer, he was very knowledgeable about it & was able to answer all of my questions about my new puffco peak. This guy & Nate have been helpful to the point I’ve changed my 1 star review to 5 stars.

Customer service was excellent. Expect to have your id checked no one under 21 allowed and they card everyone. I think the prices are overrated but give them props for the amount of product they do carry! I also congratulate them for always having customers and the good location. Eager to see what will happen with their move to tge chinese restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went in earlier today and made a big purchase and were so happy with the service we got, we just went back and made another big purchase! Myles always hooks it up and is our favorite person to see when we go in. Seriously, buy all your glass here. Its effin great.

Staff is very friendly and the store is really clean I will give them that. I went in to get an inexpensive honeystraw. The first product I received didnt even fit together. After returning we found out that every single one of them had the same issue. Is there no quality control being done? Everyone knows you cant rely on factories to do it for you. Also it was quite over priced for the quality of product and the product itself considering the next size up is 20 less across the street at the iguana or down at bomb. I will not be returning as theres no point in wasting money on inflated products.

The staff are super helpful and know exactly what kinds of products you’re shopping for. I came in looking for CBD-inspired/infused products and was offered a wide variety of flower products to hemp cigarettes. They even have a rewards program which I signed up for right away! I’ll definitely be back to browse more of the shop and their incredible inventory.

Ive purchased vape pens from them from a while. Went in looking for an upgrade to my current pen. After talking to the salesman and on his recommendation, I bought a very expensive pen. It stopped working after less than 2 days. I started doing research online and the pen they sold me had all around terrible reviews and it seems that most people who purchased it had the same experience I had with it breaking within a few days of use. When I went back in less than a week later with the pen barely used, they would not give a refund despite their receipt saying they would accept a return within 30 days if defective.I realize that things break and what-not, but the pen they sold me (on their recommendation) was inferior to the much cheaper pen that I already bought off them even before it broke. The two dont even compare. I go to stores like this to get an experts opinion and it betrays customer confidence when they try to offload inferior inventory. It wasnt like I cheaped out either, I was looking at their top of the line stuff and spent about 15 minutes talking with the salesman to make a decision. Ive been going here for a few years now, but Im honestly disappointed and wont be back again. Theyve lost the business of a fairly loyal customer.

Extremely rude cashier closing 6/15...mixed male, when I asked the manager for his name the manager became aggressive and irate that I was putting a review in. I own 3 dispensaries in town and always refer customers here but not after last night. The manager said his name was Nate, he is the worst face for business that place could ask for- in addition to the cashier who lacked even a little bit of personality. The manager also religiously let all the customers know they had 5 minutes to finish shopping cause he had to close. I watched them all walk out after being told it was cash only as well. The manager and cashier literally ran out hundreds of dollars worth of business in 5 minutes lol! Great for profit. After getting in my car, Nate came to the front doors and physically gestured something of harm like he was going to do something to me. I wish, I would be owning the store and he would be the first for turnover.:)

I have visited this store several times in the last few months and I have been overly pleased each time I go. I have spent a little over $1200.00 and now need to go back and price out another bubbler. I hope the prices are still as good as they have been in the past. Perhaps they may have just the pipe and deal I can handle within my budget! They have great suggestions!

This place is awesome. I dont smoke, but my boyfriend does. This place is huge! Plenty of space to walk around and plenty to see. Not being a smoker, its really nice to walk into a place that is clean, has everything you (or the smoker in your life) needs while having friendly but not pushy staff eager to help you. Been in dim lit, smokey, and overall 1970 basement feel type places... very pleased with this establishment!

Good selection of glass but a little expensive

All of the kratom products earn these major points equivalent to ~20% off. Their Kratom is also of a great quality. I recommend the Maeng Da, any kind, especially the white vein or green as second choice… Prices are a relief since I switched Kratom suppliers recently

Customer service was terrible . Item I bought didn’t work . I was told I was SOL . Manager with glasses was very snippy and treated me as if I was a peasant trying to get something for free when money isn’t the issue it’s getting a working product and expecting it to work . I could suggest a place to anyone who wants fair prices and good service .

I heard of this place from a friend of mine so I decided to check it out I kinda dislike the experience getting some glass at alot of places, as soon as I walked in it was huge pipes , bongs, dab rigs you name it. Awesome displays. I was helped by Kenny, he was very knowledgeable on everything I had asked about and very friendly. Same with everyone else. Great spot. Awesome glass!!

Ive been coming to this location for over a year now, and Ive honestly never had a bad experience. The associates are always friendly and helpful, and its great to get honest answers to questions instead of getting pushed to buy the most expensive products.

I always shop at this store since it’s the only good smoke store in the springs, but today I came back to exchange a faulty battery they sold me which was completely fine because it is under warranty through them so I came in to exchange it for the same thing. The manager his name is Charlie approached me and asked me what I needed help with so I told him I was having issues with the battery I had bought and it has warranty so I wanted to know if I could either get it fixed or exchanged, he got super agitated and I’ve never met the guy so I asked him why he was so agitated and he said that he was giving me “free shit” so stop arguing with him and leave the store. He is not giving me “FREE STUFF” I paid for a product with warranty that was faulty, like I said I’ve never Met this guy so I don’t know if he was having a bad day or something but he was disrespectful and I recorded his actions so I’ll be speaking to a manager or calling home office because there’s no reason to be disrespectful towards anyone when you’re supposed to offer best customer service to every customer and make them feel comfortable.

Bought a battery i specifically said was for a craft cart. Get home and it doesnt work. Go back up there and told them it doesnt work with the craft carts, work with others but not craft. I get it exchanged for the only other one they had which was cheaper, they threw in a lighter and like 5 joint paper packs to make the difference which okay whatever I just want a working battery. I get home and the pen doesnt work at all, just flashes with any cart attached. Im not going back up there since Ive just wasted my.time and money on their products. Went to the bomb headshop got what I needed at a discount price at that and worked the first time. I wont be going back to this over priced shop.

A pretty decent shop, overall. Theyve got damn near every product RAW has to offer, a wide selection of glass products, including a full section of pieces from local glass artists. The biggest selection of Zong products Ive ever seen in any store. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service.Its a pricey spot but for good reason, just about everything they sell is high end and legit. My only reason for not giving a fifth star was their vape selection. Theyve got the Puffco Peak of course, and a few other options for vaping dry herb or concentrate, I was mostly just surprised at the limited selection there was on vaporizers specifically by comparison of how much selection they had to offer on literally everything else.

They dont do refunds, even tho 8 hours after I purchased a Drag Mod it started leaking profusely, I then had to purchase another bottle of e juice to fill the Mod so I could show the person working, of course with my luck it didnt leak so we chalked it down to me changing altitude and that was the cause of it leaking, but after another 2 days it seems anytime the Mod get warm or changes the slightest elevation or even just randomly sitting there it starts leaking! Extremely dissatisfied with the product,and the fact that I cant return just makes me want to never go to myxed up creations again for anything .

Went in for the first time with my daughter. Nice store until I heard the music playing. Very offended by sexually explicit lyrics and abundance of curse words! It was disgusting! I will never come back and will contact my lawyer!

I really dont think youre going to find a bigger selection of smoking accessories in the Colorado Springs area. Incredibly friendly staff are very attentive to your needs and can even make some helpful suggestions if youre just not sure what would really fit your needs. their primary focus is not just to make the sale, it seems as though they genuinely care that youre buying the product that you need. I will definitely be shopping at Myxed Up Creations again.

The atmosphere and selection are excellent. Not many places with such a large selection. However, we have shopped at this store since they opened and every single vape accessory we buy here breaks almost instantaneously after buying the damn thing. Not to mention when we try to go in and get them fixed or returned they couldnt care less about our problem. It is so obvious how cheap the product is not to mention their awful mark up. This in turn makes you feel like being cool has a far higher priority than product here. If their ego was any larger you could see it from NORAD.

It’s right next to my place so it’s convenient. I wish the staff wasn’t so standoffish and tbh kinda rude. They act like you’ve inconvenienced them by walking in the door. You can’t just browse there, they WILL stare you down and ask you over and over “ WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH” until you feel unwelcome and you just try and get out quick. it’s weird for a smoke shop to be hostile.

The store is clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and willing to help find what you need. Their selection of supplies is excellent, but not over-saturated that you wouldnt know where to start.

Very knowledgeable, helped from the first moment I walked in the door. Bought a terrific grinder called Chromium Crusher that they recommended, it works fantastically. This place is top-notch customer service.

Poor customer service, twice! Making customers feel they are in the wrong. Sad.Sales are final, like at the register.They dont honor the warranty of their products. Im in the service industry, and if our product (we just installed it) fails, we pay for a new product and give them the labor of install free! All retail has to do is send the defective product back for their money.

Friendly and super knowledgeable staff. This has by far the best collection of glass, apparel, and vape products Ive seen out of any headshop. Whether youre looking for clean scientific glass or crazy one-of-a-kind works of art, this shop has it all.

Very high markups on prices. Kratom quality is also very below par. Have bought a nectar collector, dab pen and various attachments and am offended by how much cheaper I xan get them at other places.

Walked 15 min in snow to closed doors during business hours. But they mopped already so I guess thats it walking home empty handed.Edit: to the owners response, the severe weather alert was over early on that day. Like I said, I walked there. Even checked Google to make sure I didnt walk there for nothing and closing time was still posted for 9pm. Yet you blame the severe weather for closing 15 minutes early...insulting and misleading.

I visited this shop while visiting my parents in the Springs from Texas! Super friendly and welcoming when you walk in. I tried the Kratom and was some of the best I’ve had. Wondering if they would ship to Tx?!

My brother and I call Myxed Up Wal-Mart for smokers, but with a personal friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and want to stay. This is the only shop we use for everything. Definitely emphasis on the friendly staff, I have not been disappointed once.

Fun place to look around and nice quality of product and great service

I went here a few weeks ago and purchased a small 6 inch tall bubbler. Not only was it overpriced/$30/ but its really cheap glass,BEWARE!!!! After just two weeks I was cleaning out the bubblers bowl with a toothpick/With a Toothpick/and the entire bowl and stem cracked and fell into the bubbler. Super cheap glass, dont waste your money here!!!

Just moving to Colorado springs and stopped in to myxed up. All the staff were super friendly from right off the bat! Went in to buy a nice lighter & found exactly what I wanted! Vector makes a torch w/ a lifetime warranty,just mail it in for a replacement. No receipt necessary, a lot like the Craftsman warranty at Sears!

Ive had problems with a lot of pieces Ive purchased from here. Both my Go-pen and my Pax-2 from here came out of the box with issues, and they refused to do anything about it because of the no returns policy. Neither piece had been used.Also, generally overpriced. There are two other stores by the austin bluff/academy area that are much cheaper, but with a slightly smaller selection.

Customer service is very poorly. The so called manager that works at this place needs to learn how to talk and treat his customers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that I know. Theres plenty of smoke shops to go to and not have to worry about poor management.

Weird place overall. They practically trip over themselves to check your ID when you come in the door. This is pretty obnoxious when the customer is a grandmother, and obviously NOT under 18. I left the first time I was accosted at the door. They were not quite as aggressive the second time, but still...

As a previous employee of Myxed Up Creations... Ill tell ya that they erase all their bad reviews to make themselves look good. They are dishonest.. Rude at times. And ALL THEIR GLASS IS 100% MARKED UP! NOOOOOOT RECCOMENDED. terrible customer service at times and terrible HR.

I bought a wooden pipe and when I got home the bowl was detached from the base. I called and spoke to a manager and she told me that I have 48 hours to exchange it. I told her I am going out or town tomorrow and wont be back until the weekend, but she was unwilling to work with me. Thanks for allowing me to throw $30 down the drain. I wont be returning here. The quality of these pipes are garbage and their unwillingness to work with their paying customers makes me feel like I was completely ripped off. Thanks again for wasting my time and money. Shop with caution.

Edit from 2 years ago: 5 to 1 star. Will never shop here again. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I need to make a quick stop for some hookah coals that cost $2. I pull out my DEBIT card to pay and the person in charge comes up and says theres a $5 minimum on all card payments. While this is true for a credit card that minimums are allowed for credit cards, its against the Visa payment agreement to impose such policies for a debit card. (I work in finance.) Very rude and disrespectful. I recommend a number of other headshops than this one. And yes myxed up, I called visa and they took my report for violating the terms of accepting debit cards.Great selection. Good prices. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great selection of pipes, clothes, cbd products etc. Service was great 👍 the lady who helped us showed us a couple different pipes both well made and decently priced. Employees actually know about their products and will help you find what youre looking for.

This smoke shop is huge, they have a large variety of pipes, dab rigs, water pipes, vape supplies and merch like shirts, etc. The service is great, all three people i encountered were very nice and happy to assist and explain things. Prices werent bad. got a nice dab rig for $70 and a 15 milliliter bottle of vape liquid for $11.

The owner/ manager will completely ignore you if he doesnt think you are going to buy anything expensive... In other words, the incense is grounds for poor treatment. After multiple times trying to get his attention, I just walked out and ordered the incense on Amazon, which is a lot cheaper.As you can tell by the other reviews, theyre either friendly when you have money, or rude and make up excuses when you dont plan on dropping >$1k.

Ive been going to myxed up Colorado Springs since they were located in b street and Ive never left unhappy. Tom, I saw for the first time today and my experience only got better, props to the store and their people! I only wish the laws were a little more loose so I could break in the awesome piece Tom helped me with. I see him going places at that store, unlike the much more rude lady that works there. Its cool if you come here from out of state and are looking for a smoke shop. Ive been here multiple times and the staff have little to no knowledge on there products besides the name of the manufacturer. Super over priced compared to every store within a 20 minute drive. Save your money and go to a smaller shop that knows what they are talking about.

Sells China glass with cheap welds. It didn’t break the welds weren’t strong enough and the bottom popped off my terp slurper. “All sales final” I’d understand if like I dropped it or bumped it and it shattered but it’s 2 pieces because it was made improperly.

As soon as we walked through the door, the environment was vibing! Charlie greeted us, educated us, and bonded with us. This store is a gem for CBD products and cannabis accessories. The vape section was stacked, interesting glass pieces, hip backpacks, variety of stimulants. The staff knows their inventory which is EXTREMELY necessary. Theyre happy to come to you if you seem interested in anything behind the glass. What a fun spot to just come in and browse. We easily spent $75 and had to leave before I asked for a cart. (They dont really have carts)

Not entirely sure why Mixed Up Creations has such high reviews this place does not deserve High reviews the people who work here are nice and legit or whatever and its their job but the glass itself is way too expensive I got to drop down at the bomb head shop for $8 compared to 20 here at myxed Up Creations save some money look around dont pay out the ass for your glass

Ive had a pretty negative experience with a faulty product I purchased on saturday, bad enough that the staff member, noticing the product was faulty, removed pieces from another instead of just giving me the undamaged product. a vape pen that now, two days later, tastes like nothing but burning rubber, is a pretty serious issue. this feedback will either increase or decrease depending on how they handle the situation.

The shop took care of my warrantied 250.00 vape, and were very friendly and efficient. Have bought many products there. Always excellent quality and service!!

I assume thats due to exorbitant prices and abrasive staff.Jvapes across the street sells the same vape products for like 1/3 the cost of anything at Myxed Up. I do not, nor have I ever, worked for either company.This is as a regular customer of both shops.Seems this company got Myxed Up with corporate greed.

What a great place to get all the supplies for flower! The staff are the friendliest people around who have no problems explaining every item in the store, and will act as personal shoppers for you.

While the actual products they sell are good, the prices are 50% above the MSRP. That’s horrible. I’ll be ordering my products on amazon next time. The Puffco Plus retails at 100$ msrp yet they want to sell it for 150$. I bought a vape that I took the time to look at reviews and buy. It was supposed to be under 100$ considering it is offered that price on the vapes website and everywhere else I saw the prices advertised but Myxed Up wants to sell it for 145$ Get real. Never shopping there again now that I know they rob people.

Complete nightmare of an experience. Started off very well, I bought a can vaporizer spent over $250 for a product that did not work. Took it back got a different one still didnt work. The manager with braids was very rude and essentially telling me I didnt know how to use a vaporizer. Called the can distributor this morning he was beyond rude, and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. I tried 3 times to by the can and now im out 25 bucks because I had to buy an extra whip. Manager was VERY rude implying that I was stupid.
