Briquitte did my lashes and they looked so beautiful and natural 😍 looking forward to going back to get them filled! She also has the most calming voice too so it was actually a very relaxing experience! I also got a facial and she is so knowledgeable on her products and the science behind each thing as well. Im not a relaxed person but ya girl fell asleep! 10/10 recommended

I went for a spray tan. They were very professional and got the exact color I wanted. I looked absolutely amazing on our family vacation! Even with going to the beach and getting in the hot tub this week it has lasted 11 days and looks like it is going to last a little longer. I was really impressed with the quality and the staff. I will use them again, definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend! My lashes look beautiful. Long and full but natural looking. Just what I wanted. I had been looking for a new place to get them done since the girl I used to go to stopped doing them. Definitely will go back from now on and will probably get my brows done as well!

This was my first visit to this business. It was clean and well organized. I was greeted when i walked in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Emma, was customer centric and let me know what she was going to do and asked about any trouble spots. She was thorough and had a good touch on my muscles. Recommended

My first visit to Plush and Heather did a PHENOMENAL job! It was the best facial I have gotten! She listened to my concerns about my skin and provided some recommendations to add to my current skin care routine. The experience was relaxing and my skin was GLOWING after she worked her magic!

The place is super clean and aesthetically appealing. The ladies are so nice. I got my lashes done by Cheyanne, she is so sweet and easy to talk to. She gives you exactly what you want. I definitely will be back!

Stephany did a great job! She was friendly and made me feel comfortable about my first experience. She’s very knowledgeable in her craft. I plan to go back. I purchased through Groupon $34 for luminary manicure which didn’t feel like I saved too much money because I was told at the end of service there was a $3 tax charge and I still tipped for services. Upon booking that could have been said. Overall not a terrible experience. I would go back.

Got a full body spray tan for the first time yesterday. It looks so good and is so even!! Mariah was so nice and made the experience really comfortable!! The receptionist was great too. Inviting and relaxing environment.

Heather has done an amazing job with my permanent eyeliner. She is taking her time and has had a lot of patience due to my ice sensitivity.

I received a consultation for eyebrow tinting. Chayann was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. However, I was NOT informed there was a fee at the time of booking the consultation. Professional financal-business etiquette is imperative!

The brow stain was not as I excpected I thought it will be better than brow tint but was not , it’s 40$ but It’s not worth it my brows still the same . Overall the esthetician and front desk was very nice and very helpful .I think the product it’s no good .

This was my sixth DMK session in the series and my skin feels and looks amazing! Kara worked wonders on on me and gave me back the resilient, glowing skin I hadn’t seen in years.Plush Beauty Salons are the best and I’ll keep coming back for other great services.

Spend your money with someone who actually wants your business!Alyssa is, hands down, the most horrible person Ive ever attempted to book an appointment with!WOW, shes just absolutely vile!So basically struggling companies like this who are trying to get new customers in the door, go onto the site called Groupon (weve all heard of that) and offer deals they do not, I repeat, DO NOT want you to USE, nor will they make it easy for you to book anything!Ive already purchased a brazilian wax on groupon but when booking the appointment they want to charge my card for that service, just in case I dont show up.You know I was fine with that, sure take my credit card number, do what you got to do to schedule my appointment. But apparently the woman on the phone is having a bad day and when she asked me three times to repeat my expiration date on my credit card she told me I was yelling at her because she didnt hear me the first two times and told me she couldnt make my appointment, because Im yelling at her, which by the way did not happen. I am new to Columbus Ohio, but I have a large friend pool, I guarantee you anyone I meet will know NOT to go here!I will also have Groupon refund me all my money back and they can go and literally fly a kite.If anybody would like to hear the recording I have from that phone call Id be more than happy to send it to you! Im going to try and see if Google will let me upload it directly to this.For somebody with multiple sclerosis who has a hard time talking on the phone anyways having a woman like this degrade me and take me from booking an appointment with them as a new customer to refusing to book an appointment because she didnt like my tone of my voice is absolutely ridiculous.Do not book here, do not book Groupons at this place I would not give them any of your business! It really was a 0/10.Dear Management:I recently booked a 3:15pm appointment through your website this morning and left a note requesting a 3:30pm time slot. Upon arrival, I was informed that my service would be cut short due to your closing time at 5pm, potentially affecting the quality of the experience. Initially, it didn’t dawn on me to read between the lines so I proceeded with filling out the consent form and waited for Mariah.Mariah’s lack of greeting and poor customer service added to the disappointment. When I questioned the situation, Mariah’s expressed confusion about my booking and availability, leaving me feeling rushed and undervalued as a customer. I quote that she said, “Yeah, I don’t even know why I let you book. We close at 5. I’m available tomorrow or Tuesday though. Extensions take about 2 hours. I’m sorry”.So, as a first-time customer(no pre-existing rapport), I was about to pay full price for a job that wasn’t going to be finished that day and trust/accept that my extensions could be finished another day? I’m not a slave and desperate for any service. This could’ve easily been resolved with a simple call ( 30 minutes out) letting me know the appointment time would not be suitable for the requested service due to time constraints.I got up from the lash table and headed to the reception desk. Despite attempts by reception staff to rectify the situation and offer accommodations, I chose to cancel my appointment. I expected better communication regarding scheduling constraints and a more welcoming atmosphere, especially in a beauty establishment where customer satisfaction is PARAMOUNT. Just like any paying customer, I work hard to provide myself with certain luxuries (I.e., lash extensions).This experience fell far below my expectations (0/10) . As a consumer, its essential for businesses to prioritize customer service and uphold their commitments. I will not be returning to this shop and will not recommend it to others.

I went here for a powder brow one year touch up and Cheyanne was fantastic. I’m a challenging client when it comes to my face, I get very nervous about things going wrong or being unbalanced. However, Cheyanne was not only amazing at her craft, she was so incredibly patient and kind. I personally feel like my brows have never looked better. Don’t bother going anywhere else, just make the appointment with Cheyanne.

This was my first time visiting Plush after one of my close friends recommended them. So cute inside, all the people who spoke and helped me were SO nice. Cheyanne was so enjoyable to work with and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to come back for more services :)

Update: Unfortunately I had a reaction to either the lash glue or the sealant and had to stop getting lash extensions here. I’d paid for a subscription, and they were great about stopping the subscription. Bummed because I loved how the lashes looked.Previous Review:I went in for a Natural Full Set of lashes and had a great experience - they look gorgeous, exactly what I was looking for!

Cheyenne did a perfect job applying permanent makeup to my brows. They are exactly the right color. My only complaint is charging me $7 for the aftercare bag, which is a half inch square piece of soap and a small envelope of suave. After paying over $500 for the treatment, including tax and tip, the aftercare kit should be included. Also, I do notbthink I was given credit for the consultation that I paid for.

Mariah was very sweet, gentle, and she did an excellent job! I even brought my daughter with me to get her brows done for the first time, and Mariah did excellent on my baby! Again, great atmosphere, great staff, and excellent customer service. I will be returning again in the near future.Pretty spa, well decorated. Friendly staff with smiling faces. Fair prices on their services. They offer an abundance of different services and products. Very professional too. I was very satisfied with my visit with them and I will be returning for more in the future!

Katie is AMAZING! I used to hop around from nail tech to nail tech and once I met her, all of that changed. I always enjoy my appointments with her (which usually include bouts of laughter) and I’m able to show her my nail inspo Pinterest board and let her choose my design! Something I could never do with another nail tech. For me as the client, it’s effortless and I never fail to leave with the cutest and trendiest nails that I always get compliments on. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Very clean cozy and nice place. I had a facial and it was done very nicely, but was told I could have a hydration mask for extra cost. I was given the price in the room but when I went to check out price given to me was more. I thought they should have honored the price given to me in the room but they did not. Just said the people doing the services don’t know the costs. Ended up paying 30$ more than expected.

I highly recommend Cheyanne for facials,lash lifts and tints and Katie for Luminary manicures. Sienna is the receptionist, Kara is the manager and I adore them, too! It just makes me happy when I walk into this peaceful, beautifully appointed purple salon! I have been on the hunt for a place such as this for 2 years!! I finally found it!!

I have been getting facials at Plush since last spring and I am hooked! The staff is so caring and attentive. The DMK facials are phenomenal and make my skin look radiant and my tone even. Learned about them through groupon. The girls are nice but aren’t skilled at doing lashes. A waste of time, I’ll stick with the master technicians at Deka lash.

I was a Groupon first time client coming from out of town. From booking to service the customer service was excellent. I had two changing circumstances. 1) I wanted an earlier appt then what I booked for. They didnt have anything but the receptionist Said she would call me if they had something open up. They did and she got me booked in.2) I had some lashes that came out way faster than Im use to. It was immediately the next day. Continued For 3 days. I wasnt sure if I was gonna call to complain bc I was not going to be intown long. And I dont believe in leaving poor reviews if u dont give buisness a chance to fix. I decided to call, it was Sunday of all days no lash tech on but they decided get somone in to fix my issues. Cheyenne( very personal) and Heather were my techs. And Heather was so detailed at asking my routine for my lash care to determine what caused the problem. For their service alone I would 100% go back to them. Highly reccomened. Excellent communication from receptionist and techs.

Loved my spray tan I got a week ago at the Bexley location! It was my husband and I s anniversary weekend so I wanted an extra bronze look and they definitely delivered! Emma was great, and went over the additives to tailor the service to my needs and achieve the tan/results I was looking for. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking to get a spray tan!

I’ve been getting facials with Kara for a while now. She has been so helpful for my acne prone skin and any other concerns I have. She is the absolute best as a person and at her job. The salon is wonderful. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. This is the place to be for any skin related needs!!

For the price point I expected an experienced technician, she mentionedshe was learning. Ive been getting my lashes done at the same place for 3 years and they were always full and stayed on at least 3 weeks. At Plush they were not as full and the lashes also immediately started shedding which Ive never had happen. My lashes normally take an hour, it was an hour and forty minutes at Plush.

My lash tech was absolutely amazing but I did have an issue with the extionsions falling off too fast but they got me in for a refill to fix it they run their business amazingly theres no garentee in business that with every person their will be no problems but their very understanding and will work with you to fix it
