I have attended Paloma numerous times - for a signature massage, prenatal massage with my last pregnancy, community event, etc. The space is absolutely stunning and relaxing, but I was a bit off put by my most recent experience. I had booked another prenatal massage for my birthday, nonetheless, and had to cancel the day of due to my child having a fever and me having a sore throat. I felt that morally it didnt make sense to risk spreading anything when you are in such an unavoidable, close proximity! While I very much understand the need for a cancellation policy to be in place, I have to ask, what would the right decision be to avoid an $75+ charge for not being able to attend (something I clearly would have loved to)? The front desk associate was very matter of fact stating that a cancellation within 24 hours is 50% of the service, but definitely left me with a feeling of being punished for doing the right thing. Would have gladly preferred the option to tip the masseuse for the last minute, unknown until the day of, inconvenience, than to be charged a fee I am not sure where it is even going. Cant say I will be back no matter how great the massages are!

My boyfriend and I came to Paloma to start off our baby moon with a couples massage. This was my boyfriend’s very first professional massage (done by Whitney) and he absolutely loved it. I booked the mother to be prenatal massage with Jasmine and she was a delight, her technique was just amazing and she made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, without disrupting my relaxation. Everything about the spa was great, and the ladies at the front were also amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Went today and did a hot stone massage with Akasha, who was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my needs and worked my entire body into goo. I was so relaxed and didnt realize how much tension I was holding and where.The staff was great, polite, and even gave me a little gift for my birthday. Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming.The building itself was gorgeous and loved the decor and whole vibe. Definitely a place that leaves you feeling relaxed and like you made some new friends. Hoping to be back soon!

The best spa experience in Ohio. The staff is beyond professional from the moment you book your appointment until you leave, which you will never want to do. My mom & I had massages and facials and got to experience the crystal pop up. We got so many goodies. No detail is forgotten. The place is absolutely pristine and otherworldly. I cannot wait to be back and it truly made our entire month.

I’ve been getting post operative lymphatic massages here and the staff has been so kind, accommodating and helpful. The place has such a warm energy, smells amazing and is such a cozy atmosphere. I feel very zen after every service. Highly recommend going for a package because you’ll definitely want to keep coming!

This is my third time getting a massage at Palmona. My adult children got me gift card and its what I continue to ask for. Stephanie did my massage this time and she too was amazing. Im hooked and now they sell fragrances and incnest that I love. I cannot wait to go back soon. Its the best in Columbus area if I could give them 7 stars I would ♥️

For me as a facial first timer, I loved that it was a customized experience. Kourtney gave me the option to either relax or for her to go over the process and products during. She suggested the Monsoon for me. I literally felt like my face was bathing in a honey milk bath for what felt like forever. That manuka honey smells and feels so good. For the ultimate hydration, the hydrojelly mask just over exceeded every thought I’ve ever had of what hydrated skin was. Not to mention the deep relaxation of the arm, neck and shoulder massage during the mask almost knocked me out lol. 1000/10 will absolutely recommend to all of my friends. Not to mention the space is gorgeous and the boutique has so many great gifts!

I have thoroughly enjoyed multiple sessions with Ms. Dawn, intuitive extraordinaire. Each session has left me feeling better than before we started, and I can’t begin to adequately express my gratitude for her beautifully non-judgmental open container for healing. She provides wonderful insight as well as practical advice to help get started if it all feels like a bit too much. Highly recommended to get to know this sweet soul.

Went for Aura photography and had a great session. The woman that read our photos was warm and inviting. She explained the technology and even channeled for some clarification. It was a very telling and positive experience. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience, Dell is a magician working months of knots out of my shoulders and legs. My wife and I went for massages at the same time, and both felt like we were floating when we left. Definitely recommend for anyone with muscle tension or soreness to try it.

First time doing an infrared sauna and it was very dreamy and relaxing. You have your own private dressing area and sauna so you can be naked and bearing it all without worries of someone walking in. The whole vibe of the salon is like stepping out of Columbus into a different world. The staff was all very kind, knowledgeable and had good energy.

I’ve been going to Kourtney at Paloma for almost 4 months now and she is beyond exceptional. She is so knowledgeable and truly has an incredible gift. I’d recommend her to any and everyone for the most amazing facial experience! 🩷

Im so glad we have somewhere like Paloma in Ohio! I live in Toledo, but travel to Columbus frequently and have spent the last few years traveling to the west coast for work. Paloma is the only local place Ive gone to that rivals the places Ive been to in Palo Alto, Carmel-by-the-Sea, etc.The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. I recently booked a last minute facial on a busy Saturday and was able to come in, peruse the lobby for a bit and then get my treatment (The Alchemist with dermaplane add-on). Overall, my esthetician was wonderful--asking lots of questions at the top to make sure the treatment I booked was the best for my skin type, communicating clearly between steps and adding some customized things for my very sensitive skin.Their retail section is also amazing. OSEA is such a good brand that can be hard to find locally and they carry the most amazing perfume from St. Rose. You can also grab some relaxing treats like CBD lolipops before your service. Logistics-wise, I havent had have any trouble with parking which I had read was an issue with others before. Theres a lot in the front and the back that seemed to have plenty of space even on a Saturday.All in all, would highly recommend Paloma!

I used to be a huge fan of this establishment. Over time I started to get a bad taste because of the way its ran. They can cancel on you with no punishment, but you cant cancel on them. You can read examples of this in the reviews. At the very least they should offer a service credit for half the service if they cancel just like they charge to customers.I feel the owners are unfriendly and greedy with a snooty vibe. They do not handle any issues professionally. While they did a great job decorating the space, they do not do a good job keeping the atmosphere peaceful.The last few times Ive gone there are always employees taking up the comfy lobby seats, and Ive had more than one employee make comments that made me uncomfortable.I personally have experienced issues being handled unprofessional or completely ignored unless I brought them up again, and I also know of multiple former employees who were treated unfairly.Ultimately I did not feel valued or welcomed as a guest despite referring many people there which they dont recognize or reward. Its too bad they dont care about their customers.

I’ve been to Paloma several times over the last few years and today’s appointment was the best by far! I got a grounding stone massage with Dale and I feel utterly rejuvenated. I told them prior I’ve been experiencing severe back pain for the last year and wanted to focus on that. When I went in my pain was probably a 12, now almost two hours post-massage I’m still sitting at a cool 4 on the pain scale. Love love love Paloma, and thank you so much to Dale! :)

Such a treat for me whenever I get the chance to visit Paloma.I go to Courtney for my facials and she is spectacular. I appreciate her explanations and recommendations during my treatments. She also recommended skincare to help with my dry skin for the winter time. My skin has improved so much since my first visit with Courtney.I go to Akasha for my massages. There’s no words to explain how great it feels to have someone who knows what they are doing. The attention and knowledge that she gave me during my session is very much appreciated.Highly recommend both ladies!

I had The Sculpt facial at PALOMA in December 2020 and couldnt have been happier with my experience. The spa and store itself is a vibe; I immediately felt transported to a new, relaxing dimension upon arrival. The entire spa is taking strict and necessary COVID precautions (though not over-bearing/over-reaching to the point where I couldnt relax). Anna was my healer (esthetician), and she provided such a wonderful experience, which made every penny I spent worth it. She took the time to really study and know my skin, listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She was so kind to as recommend a daily regimen specific to my needs, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. I unfortunately dont live nearby, but Ill definitely be making a point to visit Anna and PALOMA any time Im back in Columbus. I cant wait to see this place take off.

Paloma has been my go to for monthly massage for two years now. The staff are so friendly, they have wonderful crystals and wellness items to purchase in their gift shop and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Monica is literally an angel. When I first saw her I had a horrible migraine and she released my neck and it felt so amazing! She does the best head chest and scalp massage. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond every time. She is not just a massage therapist but also an angel that uplifts everyone’s spirit! This is not a normal spa, this is a place you go to truly heal and be renewed 😊💗

Paloma is my go to spot for the best massages in Columbus. My last two visits i decided to switch it up and do The Burning Man a lymphatic drainage suit. I loved it!! It was relaxing and very effective i noticed way less bloating and water weight after my first session. Staff recommended doing a package of 3. I cant wait for my next visit!!

Honestly felt the need to revise my review from my first visit. Whenever Ive gotten a massage, I ask the masseuse to put a lot of pressure and its rarely the case. But at Paloma, Morgan did an exceptional job; I was shocked at her ability to find my problem areas without me saying a word. The relief I felt when I left had me at a loss of words.

Amazing experience. The interior is a great, relaxing and beautiful space. I got the CBD massage after running a race, the therapist tailored the treatment to my needs, adding in some sports massage stretching and giving me care advice. The lotion smelled great, the gummy was good and I think it helped with soreness. I left feeling so refreshed. It’s not too much pricier than franchise spas, but it’s worth every penny.

If you are looking for the most beautiful and relaxing getaway in the middle of Columbus, Paloma is the place! I got a Higher Realm (CBD) massage with Akasha and she was AMAZING! She was attentive, gentle and knew exactly what I needed to relax and enjoy my service. Cannot express how much I love this spa! Highly recommend to everyone!

The actual service from my masseuse was amazing, however, the overall ambience of Paloma was not up to par. For a $200 massage, I do not want to hear people laughing and conversing on the other side of the wall; it definitely detracted from the overall experience.

I was so excited to try Paloma and wanted to love it. The interior design/aesthetic is great, but I unfortunately had a bad experience. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage per their website. When I got there, I was expecting a full body massage. Instead, I was put in a suit that contracts your body for an hour. Only half of the suit worked the whole time and it did absolutely nothing for me. I was seriously so disappointed because the service cost almost $300 with tip. They offered me a small discount for the suit not working, but didnt feel like they rectified the situation very well. On a positive note, the staff were generally friendly. I will not be back here nor will I recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of other places in town to choose from with better services for the same amount of money.

Have been coming here for massages for about two years now and am always very impressed by everyone and everything they offer. Lots of great gift ideas for anyone into self-care and relaxation as well. Monica is the best!

It was my first time here, and it didnt disappoint. I had the most amazing massage therapist (cachey) who provided the best 90 min massage of my life!! Then had an eye opening aura reading with Maria that blew my mind. Will definitely be returning!!

I absolutely love it here! I have enjoyed Paloma many times, and every time has been a delight. My favorite facial is The Sculpt, and this time I had Kourtney as my Esthetician and she was amazing! Her movements during the Gua Sha portion of the facial were absolutely divine, and the entire facial was wonderful from beginning to end. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me sound advice for my skin’s after care. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

While I thoroughly enjoyed my Swedish massage with Cashay - she was phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone - I had a few issues with Paloma. I booked a couples massage package for a fun date to ring in the new year, but we were both in separate rooms and went into the rooms ten minutes apart. My expectation with any couples massage package is to be experiencing the massage together for the duration of the appointment. Unfortunately if I had known the “package” was actually just multiple appointments at the same location I probably wouldn’t have booked it for a date. We enjoyed the massages but we enjoyed them separately, which is contrary to the idea of a “couples” experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they did everything they could to ensure my experience was the best.

I had the most amazing sweedish massage (with cupping) from Monica ! I asked if she could focus on neck pain and with a thorough consultation and the perfect amount of pressure she helped to alleviate the pain I’d been feeling for weeks. She’s extremely knowledgeable and had valuable recommendations for follow up/after care ! Would absolutely recommend !!

Paloma has been a game changer for me in the last year! I love going in to get a massage, get a facial, shop their products and take some time for mindfulness. The space is awesome and doesn’t even feel like you are in Columbus - it feels like you are at a mini retreat on the west coast. Every detail is thought through and I absolutely love!Every time I go in the staff is so welcoming and all the therapists are amazing! I have had a range of different therapists and have had a consistently great experience every time. This is a place I go to relax and enjoy some self love time!Paloma has been easy to schedule, the staff have been amazing when I have had to rebook or reschedule it has been really easy and think their terms and conditions are super fair for a small business. Anyone you speak to their delivers a high standard of customer service and care.

I had 2 massages booked for a friend and I for our annual girls weekend for WEEKS. Travelled over 3 hours, got a hotel for the night and everything, just to be told the DAY OF that there were not enough therapists in and our appointments had to be cancelled. We tried asking for shorter services and everything, but no. Luckily, we were able to get in last minute to a darling place called REAL Wellness, otherwise our entire trip wouldve been ruined and all that money wasted.Totally disappointed.

Darius was my massage therapist today and he was so kind and helpful! He noticed my congestion and massaged the muscles around my nasal to help my breathing. His concern for my comfortability during our session was great customer service. I can tell he cares about helping his clients truly feel better.

Get a massage here with Patrick! I booked The Healer session with him, and I found him to be an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled practitioner. Hes especially wonderful at listening to what I needed, and he happily answered any questions I had. I was nervous at first because it was my first time at Paloma, but he was great at easing me into the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have never been more relaxed!! i love the atmosphere of paloma and how welcoming it is. I went for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely wonderful. I felt pain and stiffness that I had for months go away. I had Patrick as my masseuse and couldnt recommend enough! Only thing is I wish there was a seating room for before and after. I like to sit and relax before my massage, and here youre out in the space with everyone.

One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received. Very grateful to have found this peaceful oasis in Columbus, and that they offer a waitlist for potential massage cancellations. Paloma certainly has a new return client and I look forward to recommending this location to many of my friends and family.Update: Have continued to get massages here every other month, all the providers have been phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Loved the vibe & the staff was incredibly nice. Parking is very limited so get there early. I got a 60 minute massage and didn’t get started until around 5:15ish (scheduled at 5). My therapist was nice, the pressure could’ve been deeper as it was a deep tissue massage. She ended the massage and I was getting dressed at 5:55. I’ll likely be sticking to Woodhouse for the price/service.

Tiera is the best and I’ve never had a better massage from anyone else! Not only does she have technique and strength, but she has the ability to provide such a healing and relaxing experience. She listens to what areas you may want to focus on but has the ability to zero in on what your body actually needs! I hesitated writing this review, because I’m slightly scared her schedule will be even MORE booked up now, but I have to sing her praises and express how transformative and healing my experience has been with her!

I’ve been here probably 3-4 times now and I cannot give this place enough stars. Every time I walk through those doors, the staff is so kind and friendly. The vibes are incredible and you will feel total relaxation as soon as you walk in. My most recent therapist, Akasha, was truly the best. I have never had a better massage and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I told her places to avoid due to severe sensitivity and she executed perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about her and will be requesting her each and every time I return. I would also recommend the CBD gummies that they offer! It makes the experience that much greater. You are so in tune with whatever service you are receiving and it quiets your mind to enjoy every second of your time there. Would highly highly highly recommend Paloma!

My 60 Minute massage was about 45 minutes. I arrived at 12:30, spent a few minutes on an intake form, went to the bathroom, got undressed, had a massage with a add-on foot wrap. When the masseuse wrapped up I thought it seemed like a very short time so I checked my phone when I got up to get dressed and it was 1:24. Even if I was supposed to arrive 10 minutes early for my 12:30 appointment, I should have ended no sooner than 1:30. I asked about the time at the front desk and one of the ladies who also was a masseuse said that the 60 Minutes sessions are normally 50 minutes or 55 minutes. I really enjoyed my massage however at these prices, Im going to search for a 60-minute massage that lasts 60 Minutes. I dont recommend the foot wrap, especially when it cuts into your massage time.

The ambience was very cool but overall I wasn’t impressed with my massage experience. I received the higher realm Swedish massage specifically because I have chronic pain in my neck/shoulder (the site advertises this massage as good for pain), but did not feel any relief whatsoever after the massage. Pressure was very light, the room was frigid and I got chills every time the blanket was removed. There were no aromatic smells, and at times I didn’t feel like the masseuse was applying oil because his hands felt dry on my skin. Not to mention he was chewing gum the whole time so I kept getting whiffs of it throughout the experience. I also arrived right on time due to the parking situation, and my 60 min massage was cut to 45 - I had already filled out the paperwork online so felt this was extreme when I paid $128. The one upside was their CBD edibles that were included with this particular massage and available for purchase in the lobby. I would maybe try a deep tissue massage next time but will likely go elsewhere altogether.

Paloma is amazing. Ive been coming here for a while now for facials and recently had a 30 minute second skin facial with Mariah and I cannot say enough good things. She took the time to evaluate my skin concerns and adjust the facial to meet those needs. She also recommended me products to help with my skin concerns (she recommended products that were offered at the spa and products I could purchase online which I appreciate. It didnt feel like she was trying to sell). My skin is glowing!The decor and ambience of Paloma is very relaxing and their services are exceptional!

What a lovely experience I had! I went in with completely tight and painful shoulders and neck. Add lower back pain to that and I was miserable. The massage I had (with hot rocks) took all the stiffness away. My muscles were relaxed, pain free. I have never felt that good after a massage. I will continue to use Paloma’s services. Great experience, incredibly wonderful staff.

I had a massage with Patrick, he is skilled and intentional. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and the spa is very nice. Only thing that I questioned is that their “vibe” is western Native American-ish, I hope the business aspect of the spa honors native culture and anything they sell should honor that culture as well, great experience.

I had the most amazing time at Paloma! From the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment, everyone was so attentive and I felt more pampered than I have in years. Anna made my skin glow like never before and everyone up front was so kind and helpful (especially Annmarie 😉)! I love massages! I get them every 3 weeks and had been wanting to try PALOMAs CBD massage. I got a deep tissue 90 Minute. I didnt get either of those. My massage was cut short and I asked twice for deeper pressure /more attention in my neck and even said something again on the table. My muscles are still in discomfort. It was a nice massage and the therapist was nice, but I needed more work than relaxation. Speaking of relaxation I was scared from my relaxed state from a loud bell that they ring at the end?¿??¿ For me its not worth the price. Also come early so you can find parking! Other than that beautiful spot and unique retail.

From the greeting to the massage and the goodbye, everyone that works there is helpful and wants to provide and amazing experience.Akasha was amazing! The only reason this review isnt getting 5 stars is because theres no relaxation lounge before or after massage. That would be a game changer for this spa. I give the overall spa experience 3/5 but the massage a 5/5I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with akasha and it was hands down one of the best massages ive received. I would compare it to the four seasons surf club in Miami. Akasha is so talented and usually a deep tissue massage is painful for me, but her technique made it absolutely painless. Her massage felt more like an art. I also had the hot stone add on along with the foot treatment. I would highly recommend getting the CBD gummy before your procedure. It relaxed me and I slept like a baby when I came home.

The massage therapists are all so highly skilled, it was truly a spiritual and unique experience. Every detail of the space is so beautiful, we could’ve spent hours just taking in the space. They also offer aura photography which is a really cool add on- and we highly recommend the CBD gummies to take your relaxation during the massage to the next level. 12/10, we will be back! This place transports you to another place. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by their kind staff. They offer you a glass of refreshing strawberry-cucumber water. The facility is incredibly clean, which as a local restaurant owner I really pay attention to. I got my first facial ever by Anna and it was one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. I cant recommend Paloma anymore. Dont think about it, make an appointment now!

Ive been to Paloma twice now for different services and am always blown away by how kind Stephanie is at the front desk, and how incredible my massages are! Ive had a massage by both Fabian and Akasha and loved them both. Akasha was able to tell me during my massage what was causing my tension and was so knowledgeable on how to relieve the issues with product recommendations, yoga, and natural supplements. Absolutely LOVED our conversation!

Theres nothing really that I can add that hasnt been said by other reviewers. I will just say that this is the most relaxing place I have ever been and everyone on staff is so kind and accommodating. I have been nervous to go to a spa with COVID going on, but decided to take a chance after I received my vaccine. It was a safe experience from start to finish and the staff is wonderful about wearing masks, hand sanitizing, and keeping the whole space clean and comfortable.

I had an incredible experience at Paloma - absolutely immersive. The staff is very friendly and super accommodating to a first time spa goer like myself. The meditation was so relaxing and calming, and that DOME! Can’t wait to get back!

The building and space is amazing. I did arrive just in time because I did not realize the parking is tricky. It is in the back and not well communicated, but not a bad thing unless time gets taken out of your treatment time.The unfortunate part was my massage therapist. I requested a deep tissue massage and do not feel I received that. I would know since I get a deep tissue massage regularly and this was not one. It was rough to put it mildly. I know where I have tension and knots and nothing was addressed properly. I felt like the therapist rushed and was extremely rough. In fact I felt beat up but not in a wonderful therapeutic way. My back was rubbed raw but not a muscle was taken care of. My collar bones were pushed on so hard that I had bruises. This was unfortunate and I am wondering the amount of experience the therapist has. I hope that other people do not have the same experience. I went with a friend and she did not, so I will say it is all who you get.

There is no other place like this in Columbus. From the minute you walk in, the staff is attentive and makes you feel relaxed. I had the hot stone massage and have now have made this into a monthly visit. Best massages hands down. Must try if you haven’t been. Also great spot for gifts.

What a magical space! Everyone here always treats me so warmly and is ready to do anything to make my visit the most relaxing experience. Loved my beautiful aura photo and my facial from Anna was a dream!! (I was also able to do a sound bath in between services - SO relaxing!) Cant wait for my next visit!

The most amazing space, staff and services! I went for a little early birthday gift to myself and from the moment I walked in it was the best experience! I got the Paloma massage with the CBD add-on, probiotic facial and ear seeding. My masseuse was so down to earth and personable and gave me lots of tips to work on the tension in my body and just becoming a better person in genera. I got the probiotic facial with Anna and she gave me so much good information and products for MY skin. I can’t wait to start using my new products. Before I left I got my ear seeding done and They even gave me a glass of Kombucha and a little gift for my bday! Cannot wait to come back and try all the other services and experiences they offer (especially the Friday night aura reading!)

Unfortunately, my Experience was not the same as other reviews here. My therapist was late, rushed, seemed flustered. The room was so cold, the lotions were so cold, and I was really disappointed. Part of my booked service was just left off. The girls up front were just wonderful though and it’s a beautiful place! Maybe I just had someone on an off day.

What an experience from start to first! Went in for a lymphatic drainage session, after 3 sessions I was down a pant size. The space is so dreamy & relaxing, I can’t wait to go back!

PALOMA is such a magical place!! I received The Higher Realm massage from Patrick and it was absolutely amazing. Patrick was able to identify my problem areas and helped me to feel revived. My body feels mended. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, stress free and happy. And the sculpt facial with Annie BEST facial every. From nyc, to la hands down this was the best and Anna is the sweetest and best facial. I have had. I had Dale, he was soooooo great. He really listened and had good suggestions when I didnt know. I had an injury and he used the perfect amount of touch. Hes a real artist. If you get him, you should feel very lucky.

I have only viewed their website, but I belive them to be an excellent place to go to for services and to shop. After viewing the services provided and the prices I definitely plan on making an appointment in the near future.

I booked an appointment for a massage online the other evening and unfortunately woke up to an emergency at work that I was called in to handle. I attempted to contact this establishment that morning to reschedule as soon as I could but did not get in contact until after they opened at 10:11.I believe I spoke with Keisha who began helping me get rescheduled and then mentioned that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee even though I was rescheduling. I replied and said that I would not be rebooking if I was going to pay for a service that I did not receive. Keisha put me on a brief hold to ask the manager for an exception due to the emergent circumstances. I was called back later and told that the 50% would be charged and I asked to speak with the manager that called me back over an hour later.Stephanie operated in a very specific tone that came across as extremely demeaning. I called to share my experience and to discuss how this policy unfairly treats clients. Stephanie continued to reiterate the same few points, including:- I agreed to the terms online when booking~If the terms and conditions satisfied me I wouldn’t have asked to speak to the manager- They developed this policy in response of being taken advantage of in the early months of their opening~This doesn’t apply to me, while I can be empathetic that people cancelled their appointments I truly had an emergency and was looking forward to rescheduling for the very next day.- To take care of their therapists lost income~This is commendable, but a business should be obligated to take care of their employees - transferring the blame to the customer is not a way to provide an excellent experience.While all of these points Stephanie continually reiterated during our conversation were true, she failed to understand my true concern and was unwilling to grasp that the rigidity of this policy alienates potentially loyal clients and offers a terrible customer experience. After several minutes Stephanie only regurgitated the same information, followed by empty apologies that failed to understand why I called to speak with them.The reality is that this industry faced severe impact during the pandemic, but my 1 star review goes out to the owners, that chose to develop a policy that operates under the guise of “taking care of their therapists,” when it simply passes the responsibility to the customer. A place of employment should take care of it’s employees, that is the key to a successful business. In the event that procedures are being, “taken advantage of,” it is the businesses responsibility to ensure their employees do not lose out on income.This place does not have any interest in customer satisfaction and if they did, instead of charging customers to compensate their therapists for lost time and wages they should work harder to understand customer needs and to procure loyal, long term, and generous clientele.The unwillingness to compromise, the terrible and condescending conversation with Stephanie has solidified my decision to never experience Paloma. It’s disappointing that a small, local business has decided to put profits over people.Good luck to anyone that books in the future and I hope your experience is amazing, but be willing to pay a price if a sudden emergency comes up the day of your appointment.

The most beautiful place with the kindest souls. I’ve had my aura taken, facials done and spent time in their infrared sauna. I enjoyed it all and will continue to go back!

Amazing spa treatments, upscale, professional, clean and zen. Although a tad woo-woo (ear seeding?). Building is redone and impressive. Parking in back is mininal. Its relatively new and staff were a bit off kilter. For instance, I had 2 treatments and waited in a corner area for a long time until I went to front; they had forgotten to come get me hehe. Overall I recommend this.

Had an incredible Swedish massage from Tiarra (I may have misspelled). She was extremely professional, kind and as a parent of two kids under three- I was able to relax and felt a lot less tension in my back/shoulders and neck. I will definitely be back

The ambiance is great, however Ive had 2 massages here by different therapist and both werent worth the time, experience, and definitely not the price.

This place is AMAZING. The staff radiates positive energy and the service is unmatched. The Mountain Massage is great for athletes looking to properly recover from any strenuous activity. Couldn’t recommend more!
