Love the staff! Rachel has always helped me get the best deals and vape recommendations and even went above and beyond to help me sign up with the bonus rewards program! The only place I will shop to get vapes! The girls are great with greeting customers and knowing there customers by name and knowing what they usually like with recommending the new juices that come out!

They have all the same vapes as the other places in town but 2-3 times more expensive. Their selection of smoke shop items other than vapes is almost non existent. Finally the two times Ive been there the staff ignored me but over waited on my friends could have been because I kept telling my friends we can get that same stuff for half the price just up the street but why not I dont get why they think they can charge that much more for the same products. I have a friend that tried to tell me you get points and so many points you get this for free and on your birthday you get something free I was like but otherwise your paying twice as much as a place less than a mile away! I dont get what the draw is other than its the newest smoke shop in town.

I think Ill pass on coming in here again. The place was clean and staff was pretty helpful but prices were absolutely outrageous. $120 for a mod kit I can get down the street for 89, make a quick trip to lincoln and get for 79 or order for 69. Not to mention $8 for a bag of cotton that Ive seen everywhere else for around $5 after seeing the prices marked i just left. No sense in asking about anything else.

Clouds has become my favorite stop for my product and Rachel at the Columbus store has arguably given me the best customer service experiences in my entire life. Highly recommend stopping in.

The guy working was so helpful. Think his name was David? I have redirected anyone I know to shop here and they have all said the same thing. Its great being able to go in not knowing a lot about the products and being able to leave with stuff that you have faith that it is what I need!!!

Very nice place and dam good customer service. Went in just to look at some juice end up with 3 could not beat the price. The guy that works there is very nice and very helpful. Keep it up will be seeing you again for more.

Went in just to get juice and ended up getting a new tank an a charger. Loved the guy that was working! He helped a lot and is very friendly! Will continue to go there. Loved the atmosphere there! Definitely the place to go!

I love the set up. Wide variety of options of mods juice and coils. Its a very feel at home setting. The workers actually know what they are doing unlike alot of vape shops that Ive been to. The workers are very nice and funny. The juice flavors are phenomenal. All around it was a very great experience will definitely be coming back alot and will be referring everyone there.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always patient and ready to help. They are open late so that people who work nights can stop in before work. I love the new location; it is bright and welcoming.

I stopped in the store today and purchased a Kilo ecig and some pods to go with it! I then decided to go to a competitor down the street to see if maybe they had more flavors of the pods! Much to my surprise I paid $29.99 for the kilo mod and $24.99 for the strawberry pods at Chasing Clouds!! Much to my surprise I was ripped off the competition was selling the same kilo mod for $19.99 and the same strawberry pods for $14.99! So by shopping with Chasing Clouds it actually cost me an extra $20.00 what a rip off!! Just make sure you check out the competition before buying!! My husband also purchased a Kilo mod and 2 packages of the pods!! So today we were charged a total of $50.00 higher then what we could have spent at the competition!! Not to mention they offered a discount if I would give them a 5 star google review while I was in the store!! I give reviews based on my experience!

Hippies, and I saw the look on one employees face when another employee opened a box and saw that the thing that was supposed to be in the box was not. I do suspect the worst. Not far from home, but far from my go to vape shop.

Best place in town and in norfolk and yankton these guys are very very knowledgeable and friendly/respectful always willing to go to that limit to please and satisfy the customer need or lack of understanding very decent prices for the fact of come in pick what you want when you want and if they dont have theyll get it for ya.

I was just in the store on Saturday and the gentleman that was there was very helpful made my shopping easy and convenient that really explains that he was amazing.

Best prices for Juul (the real one) pods in town. Loses a star due to pindrop not at the correct spot at time of writing (and a personal conviction that nothing is perfect!)
