This place is amazing.....yes, you could go to some pop up, corner store shop, but The Joint is on another level. I just found out theyve been around for 30 years and nothing beats the wisdom there staff has...period! plus the owner is there all the time we go in and shes super fun, friendly, and the open convo just flows...love them 🥰

Be careful theyre selling cheap corner store grinders as top name brands such as SharpStone... I bought a supposed sharpstone grinder less than 24 hours ago realized that it was fake i took a quick look at the companys website to confirm took it back and they refused to even give me store credit they used to be pretty honest Dont know what happened too many head shops on High Street spend your money somewhere else

Staff usually knowledgeable about products that are attentive. Great selection. Delta products, etc seem to rotate but more than likely because of short sighted salesman that like to manipulate consumers. Consumers like consistent product lines. Definitely a local go-to.

I love stopping in here whenever I am in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products if I have any questions or need suggestions. Having spent a lot of time in the short north in my early 20s its nice to see how much it has changed over the years while still being a welcoming environment.

This is the only place Ive found, so far, that sells organic rolling tobacco and element papers.

Fantastic shop. Staff is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Prices are very competitive, stock is diverse, and they do lots of promotions. Owners treat you like family. Not only that but I know they participate in all kinds of community outreach and raffles of other local business. Literally the most fascinating establishment I have been in a long time. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answered every question I had. It’s rare to walk into a place of work and actually see people happy to be there. They sell all sorts of products, even some made here in Ohio which I think is pretty cool. They are both locally and woman owned which is spectacular. Wall-to-wall inventory, different colors, sizes, you name it and they probably have it. This place rocks! Will definitely be returning 🙂

I would give them a 10. The owner was companionate enough to donate two huge baskets to my friends fundraiser. I was fortunate enough to win one. I love the Joint store in Carol, oh as well, its not as big but the people who work at the carol one are so so nice. And if your a customer of ascend dispensary next door you get 10% of your purchases, even at the one on high street in the campus area.They are Not as humble and friendly at the store on high st as they are in Carol. I felt like every thing I inquired about just annoyed them so I went to anther shop 2 doors down and paid half the prices for what I needed.

This was my go to for everything I need. TheY have too quality merch and the employees are like family. Before I moved out of the Columbus area this was my favorite spot. At least once a week I’d be in. Skillz was my man he made sure I was alway taken care of and everyone else there never failed to show me the same love. Tbh I haven’t been to a place that has ever lived up to the energy and great service you get at The Joint On High.

Every time I’ve gone to The Joint, it’s been a stellar experience. They are always friendly and educate me, while asking good questions to help me decide which products to buy. Zoe, the owner, is an awesome person and has treated me like royalty when I come in. Same with my friends. Can’t say enough good things about this business.

I have been going here for two years. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Always the best vibes there from the staff. They even have got particular product for me when I have asked. The joint is the absolute best and its always my go to spot for just about anything.

The guy who assisted us was so helpful and nice! I usually feel very intimidated and have experienced staff (not here) that made me feel like I didn’t know what I’m doing/made me feel judged. The guy helping us didn’t make me feel this way at all. He gave his opinion without being overbearing or judgey. I wish I would have gotten his name! Will definitely come back.

The pandemic has hit all retail stores pretty hard with supply chain issues leaving some voids impossible to fill. Unfortunately, not everyone understands this concept like those of us that work in the retail sector. I can say, some companies try harder than others to keep their shelves stocked and they continue to put a smile on their face knowing it might not be the way they want it to be or especially what customers have come to expect, but they still put that smile on. That’s huge to me. Check this place out and their new store on 33. Same great people. Same fun products. Same great service. Choose happiness, it’s nature’s fun contagion.

So love this store completely hands down have been coming here since 2010 love the staff other then this fake black hippy guy with some kind d of hair design I went early one morning was sitting on the stoop same dude as described shows up either drunk and high or just high and tells me Im banned because there was chew spit on the side walk. Will be talking to the owner. Went in yesterday and the same black dudes aid if I dont leave the door way he will taze me .

Bought a product Wednesday, broken by Saturday. Went in Sunday was rudely told my face covering wasn’t a “real” mask and was turned away. Been going here for years since before I even lived in Columbus and I’ve watched it go downhill through out that time. I will be taking my business two doors down from now on. They are half the price and seem to be more friendly anymore.

The dudes and dudets are awesome, knowledgeable and chill. Store hours are flexible for even the late nighters as well. They got a huge selection of just about everything in here and prices are in reasonable.

I was disappointed in my visit to this store. I see pictures on Instagram all the time and it makes the shop look nice and neat with a lot of items in the store. There was a lot of empty room in the store and no organization. There was stuff everywhere. They only had a few quality glass piece items. Their bowls were over priced and not that good looking or of quality. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. It was easy to find the store. Parking is a pain. Overall it was an ok visit, but not impressed.

Kim is an older African - American lady who handled me and my wife and daughter with so much rudeness. Jackie a worker there didnt even want to be in the same part of the store with her. This lady is so disrespectful I am going to know next time to take my business elsewhere. Whats really weird is that the most racist and humiliating thing that ever happened to me came from a woman of color in a store that is owned by women. I left an email and want to see if they care enough about their customers to email me back...I come back to say they have handled the situation way better than I thought and I will for ever be a customer of theirs thanks to Krista and Zoe

This will be our new smoke shop. I asked a Staff member a question.Two Staff members standing side-by-side both answered me. Then, one called the Owner over to see if I could be answered even better. I was. Very pleased.

I have to say that the experiance I have here is always good. The customer service has never been a problem. They always answer your questions and if they run out of what you need (which doesnt often happen..maybe once in the years I went there.)but it also seems like the employees love their job to. If i could give this place a ten i would but five being the highest i will give it a 5.

The kind of place where the price for an item depends on who is working. Ive been buying the exact same item in there for 4 years now, and the price changes everytime. usually it is around 12 dollars but sometimes 5, but today it was 23.99. when I pressed them on the price increase, they literally just stared at me and didnt respond. local definitely, but all the worst parts about being a townie store, none of the good parts.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are a huge put off, everything there is sold at ridiculously high prices, as if you were shopping for stuff at a mall. They have all sorts of different off beat items consolidated into one place but it feels more like shopping at a tourist trap. There are plenty of places nearby with just as great staff and much cheaper prices.

This place is super professional, discreet and well stocked with many items you never knew you needed. Id recommend this for all your smoke related needs.

The Joint is the best place in town to find locally supported glass artist work. The joint has just about any piece of glass you need and just about any device you could need instead of a glass piece. Not to mention the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. When the store had amazing service it was worth the up charge on products and I just don’t feel that is the case now and though I like The vast majority of the employees ... I’ve met 2 who I simply would never go back in because of their rudeness ... I used to feel good going into the joint and spending even if at a premium ... now I can just go just about anywhere and get a better price and have a better experience.

Have been coming here for all my needs since 2009 Always a pleasure visiting,Thoe the New Crew they have working could use some customer Service training,Old crew 2014-2016 took time to get to know the needs of the customer and treated them like family!I would also like to see a better Juice selection for the Ecigs as well as better training on the mods,coils,assembly etc!

I bought a quartz silicone sand filled banger here and it was not silicone sand nor quartz because the same melted and the glass cracked. Not because of how I treat it. I treat my current one the same way and Ive had it 3 months now.

Killer head shop but they have no idea that their Kratom sucks. Ive tried to tell them but...Ill still go there for pipes and other things but I feel very ripped off by the kratom. Sorry guys. You didnt even offer a replacement.

Absolutely outrageous kratom prices. Dude is cool but I cant justify paying that much more for kratom when you literally can buy it 50% cheaper from other retail establishments. Club 13 Kratom helped me get off every medication my doctor had me on for my scoliosis! I can easily not take it and feel fine or can take it when needed and it makes me feel full relief from the effects of my back discomfort!
