Went in a few weeks ago and got really great suggestions from the staff there. Knowledgeable, approachable, and helped me find the best-fit option for me. Im truly grateful.

I came in around open and the place was already pretty busy, but I mean that in a good way because I was skeptical at first in case there was going to be no one here.The atmosphere is AWESOME! Its bright and open which is nice when there is a lot of vapor flowing around. Most places have a dark and dingy feel which is a total bummer.There is a huge selection of juices and a few bars that you can sample popular flavors. The store is split in half, one side being juices and the other side offering mods, could, ect. Each side is staffed depending on what you need.I was looking for juice and told the associate what flavors I like and within a minute he hooked me up with a 60ml of Far Out by Juice Papa. It for my pallette perfectly.Im very pleased with my experience! This store is a little bit out of my way but I would be willing to make the trip again to be in the clean and open environment!

Pretty much everything there is to be recommended. From their employees who are all extremely respectful, my personal favorite is definitely Jess though 😁. To the absolutely down to earth and humble ownership, I mean you really would never even know the nice couple that owns the store actually owns it if theyre standing out in the lobby with everybody else because they dont act better than anybody. The aesthetics of the store are absolutely appealing and everything is always in order and symmetrically organized on the shelves and in the showcases, they carry all the best brands and if theres a brand there that you want that they dont have chances are is because there is something having to do with that brand that they dont agree with or its not great for the environment or something along those lines. Ive been going to the store for many many years now and I will continue to give business to this company because of the respect always shown towards me and anybody else that ever goes there. I Had to modify my original review. Originally it was a two star review. The first time I was there, I must have gone when a certain employee, who no longer works there, was on staff. I don’t even remember the experience. I have since come to know Top Notch as a true family experience. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely want to help you find the right setup for your budget and experience level. Equipment offered is of the highest caliber. They won’t sell anything without backing up its quality. And juice selection is second to none!

I used to be a regular at Top Notch back in 2017ish, Jamie and co were AMAZING. I would just hang out, he taught me how to build my own RDA coils and everything.I picked back up my old habits and fell off of vaping. Recently I picked back up, and went to the grove city location. I was met with TERRIBLE customer service, by employees that made me feel more like a burden than a customer.I went back to the original location (this one), and was met with good customer service, and helpful knowledgeable people!Jamie, if you are reading this: Please give a peptalk or something to the staff at grove city.

I was having some trouble finding a specific coil, then someone referred me to Top Notch Vapor. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They had 3 different varieties of my tanks coil. In addition they had 2 different varieties of coils for one of my oldest tanks, that have been nearly impossible to find.They have an IMPRESSIVE inventory. So glad I found them. They have rows and rows of juices on the shelf, and their prices are right in line with industry standards. Maybe a bit lower actually.Great experience. Thanks guys! 👍

Prices are about average & large selection of e- juice available. Good customer service and clean store. The one thing I just cant get is why they dont have a rewards system for purchases on e-juice and regular customers. Thats why I wont give them a 5 star rating.it kinda gives me the impression that its bucks over appreciation of customers. Yes I understand that I can go somewhere else &/or Im not going entitled to free or reduced prices but sometimes these things help customers and stores.

Best selection of liquids in the city. The staff know their stuff but they push sales of items you didn’t ask about as well as their own personal items (one guy tried to get me to drop $500 on his own Billet Box mod). They are attentive but need to identify better with their customers. Prices are higher than online but they have a store and staff to pay so I get it. Overall it’s a good store. They just need to make it more like a personal experience and less like a car salesman.

Great place. I popped in for glassware (they don’t carry) but the owner was super helpful and directed me to 3 places in the area and even told me which ones were cheap/high quality. I didn’t even buy anything from him and he was more helpful and friendly than most people I encounter these days. Store is super clean and and professional looking. If you need vape stuff, Go here. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in with very little knowledge and the staff made sure I knew everything I needed to know before starting. They gave expert advice and even helped me get my set together. I worked with Jess specifically. She was so kind and amazing. I have had this great of customer service in a long time.

I’ve been coming to the shop since about February 2020 after moving from another city. They have a great selection And the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I had an issue one time where I went to put juice in my Vape and the top came off and it spilled everywhere so I called them and let them know and they had me come back in and they replaced it for free so that was definitely a plus customer service is great with these guys. They are pretty knowledgeable about their products and I like that they don’t try to push sales on me. I would recommend the shop to people

Best shop in all of Columbus. Love the staff, Love the products, LOVE the prices. Ive been to just about every shop in Columbus and its suburbs and this is by far my favorite. Owners are awesome and are incredibly welcoming. Its nice when a shop remembers your name, what you usually get, and truly cares about the customers. incredibly knowledgeable with all things vaping, from egos to high end mods. I wish i could give this shop more than 5 stars.

Very pleased with the selection, staff, and service. Dan was extremely helpful and took his time to explain the features and limitations of the different systems. Once I decided on one he helped assemble it and educate me about it. Their excellence has earned them a repeat customer.

The people here are great. Friendly and professional. I could have saved money by just going here first instead of the internet.**Follow up** Was in again today and had a great experience. The gentleman helping me sat down and gave me a full on tutorial about rebuilding my tank. Could not be happier. Many times people try to BS their experience, but he full-on knew his stuff. Even invited me back to help me rebuild myself. Oh, and even explained the settings to my device to me!

I stopped in here last night and cant say enough good things. I just started vaping. I went to a different shop to buy my setup and my first bottle of liquid a few weeks ago. I was happy with them. They guided me through the right setup, and did a good job, but I had a hard time finding liquid flavors I liked. Ive tried about 100 flavors and ended up with plain old vanilla. I walked into Top Notch last night and told the guy that greeted me what I liked about the ones Ive tried and what I didnt like. Within 30 seconds of talking to him, and without sampling a single favor, he got out 5 or 6 bottles. I liked them all. It was pretty amazing. He said he figured out my flavor profile just by hearing my likes and dislikes. Other stores have tried to do this, but none have succeeded. This guy batted 1000. On top of knowledgeable, they were friendly, welcoming, and had an incredible selection. I would highly recommend it and will without a doubt be back.

This is the place I tell all my friends to go for all vape needs and questions. All the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.They stay current with the new liquids and tech on the markets. The store always have many regulars hanging out in the center of the store swapping ideas around with tech and coil design. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help out in a pinch if the employees are busy.I have been to many stores all around Columbus and though some might have a new tech before Top notch I dont get the service or the friendliness that I get at Top Notch. Lastly they are one of very few businesses that give a military discount. I cannot say enough good things about this store, the owner, or the awesome staff that work there.Thanks gals/guys

This is my favorite shop in the area. Theyre all super friendly and extremely helpful with my never ending questions and changing my set up every few weeks. Their tasting bar is also superb with a great range of flavors, best one in the area for me.

The owner Jamie is a solid dude that is always happy to help, chat, and make you feel right at home. Their prices are fair and their selection is amazing. The rest of the staff has always been very eager to assist. The only complaint I have is that I always spend far too much there!

Absolutely excellent service. I asked for flavor recommendations and they were spot on with the suggestions. Awesome guys from the second I walked in. I ended up buying a mod as well. On my second visit, I was in a big hurry, and they got me out within minutes. If youre interested in vaping and need supplies, juices, or advice...come to Top Notch. You wont be disappointed!

Great selection and atmosphere! But what sets this place apart is the quality of service. These guys know their stuff and have a passion for what they do! Whether youre an expert or a novice, they make you feel welcome. Honestly, theres no other reason to look for another vape shop, this is it.

BY FAR the BEST Vape shop Ive ever been to and Ive been to A LOT! Lol Everyone is helpful and more than that, they are kind and personable. I can hold a comfortable conversation with all the employees and they dont bullshit you about anything. They dont lie just to get you to buy something. They are honest and tell you if something isnt a good fit for your tank or mod/set up and dont just sell you something for the sake of selling you something. AND they have an awesome selection with individual tanks for you to try all the different juices. Its owned by this couple who really care about what they do and it shows. Top Notch Vapor is most definitely a top notch shop. The best in my opinion. You wont be disappointed. I drive an hour to get there because thats how much better they are from everyone else. If I could rate a 100 I would! Dont bother with any other shop, save yourself some time and just go to Top Notch and be done with it 😀

Staff was all rude. I just moved to the area and needed a particular item but turns out they didnt have the right fit for what I needed Staffer said my setup was garbage but ironically enough Ive had it for 3 years and its great for me. After they found out they dont sell what I needed no one spoke to me again even though I was still wanting to buy liquid.Ill never go back. Id rather drive 10 minutes further to go to another shop.

This is the best vape shop in Columbus, Ohio hands down!! Dan and Jess are totally amazing and made me fell like part of their family in reaching my goal to end my addiction to cigarettes. I really feel they provided me the motivation and insight into really quitting smoking. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and understand what it takes to guide the customer on the products and juices to reach their goal of ending the misery of addiction to combustion cigarettes. I was a three pack a day smoker yesterday, thanks to Dan and Jess my cigarettes are in the garbage can today and I am officially a non smoker. Awesome place and people, I would highly recommend Top Notch to anyone who is really serious about quitting cigarettes!!!

Ive been going here for years, through ups and downs, supported the business through the harsh economy as a byproduct to covid, etc etc etc. Until today. Whenever I go, I get the same things, every time. Ive never gotten anything different. Yet the past 3 times, Ive got different subtotals / totals, i confirmed it with the gentleman working, and checked the receipt. Once it was finalized, i double checked the receipt again, crumpled it up and threw it away in my car very disappointed. So. Kinda bummed about that as Ill try online instead. For fairly obvious reasons. But if youre just looking for a good vape shop. Top notch can be that shop. Theyre knowledgeable, and friendly. And, its clean. And they do carry the products that they claim to. Theyre also Houten during their business hours. All... a plus.

Definitely the biggest and best selection of vape mods, tanks, juices, and accessories that Ive found in the Columbus area. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. They can definitely help you get what you need when you walk in here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the juice bar is great to try out new flavors.

Huge selection! More juice than you can shake your vape at. Great customer service and selection. I can get everything I need at one place. Decent pricing.The owner is very nice, and is invested heavily in vaping rights, especially with government regulations and control. He goes out of his way to speak with his customers and makes them feel welcome. Very well run establishment!

The selection here isnt bad but Ohio in general isnt really the best selection. They all try to carry their own lab thats local here whatever but this place would do a lot better if it held better hours. 11 is kind of pathetic. Some people like to get up and get their stuff done early in the morning and you know if I got to wait until 11 on the weekends, Im already busy by then.

I hope the owners/operators check their review page, because they NEED to know how AMAZING their representative is. Jess made my experience at Top Notch SO painless and easy. I had no idea what I wanted, ive never visited a vape shop outside of the local shop close to home and was very reluctant to walk in to Top Notch in the first place. Jess helped me find the PERFECT piece of equipment for what I wanted, AND she helped me find the perfect juice also. Shes SO friendly, so knowledgeable, she was just overall THEBOMB.COM, I give her 6/5 stars. Top Notch gets my business now and its literally all because of JESS.

Top Notch provides the best customer service. They have the best selection of ejuice and gear in Columbus, and probably in the country for that matter. Great owners to boot. Ive been going there since they opened and will continue to support their store.

If you live in the area, then Im very jealous. I drive about an hour to visit this great vape shop. They always have a great selection of products as well as prices. The staff and owners are a pleasure to deal with. Very relaxed atmosphere but also very professional at the same time.

I went in today for a vape as Im trying to quit smoking and the woman that helped me (Jess or Jesse I cant remember) was fabulous. She helped me decide what setup would be the best to help me quit and was wonderful with helping me pick out juices! She talked me through everything I needed to know and really helped me understand everything I needed to know to use my vape! Very happy I went there!

Hands down best shop I have been to. Positive friendly atmosphere. All the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help. Whether you want to come in and just chat about vaping, or you are bringing in someone new to introduce them to vaping, they know exactly what to do to help. The store stocks tons of liquids and tons of mods to choose from. They are always getting in mew gear so the selection mever gets stale. They also sometimes custom order engraved mods you cannot get anywhere else. I will always drive out of my way to come here instead of going somewhere else if I can help it.

This place most defiantly is top notch! Youve got a wide range of juices as well as devices and the staff is beyond knowledgeable! Being greeted or acknowledged when I walk into a store is a big pepive of mine and everytime I walk in Im greeted by at least 1 or more of the employees! This shop is the kind of place you can go into and hang out and BS with everyone for awhile about anything. I always enjoy my visits here. This is my #1 vape shop in town!

This place is the best. Forget any other vape shop. I’ve gone in for problems with my vapes not working, suggestions on juices, help on purchasing a new mod and I’ve received the best advice. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help you out in the best way they know possible the minute you walk in the door. They really take pride in their customer service. Name drop; Jess is my favorite and helps me out whenever I need her. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

I was really excited about this place when I first walked it. It was nice and clean, dude was nice. I take my vape with me because I’m never 100% sure what coils I need. I tell the guy my mod type, I buy a box of coils. Get home, coils don’t work they’re very visibly too small. I call and they tell me to come in they’ll fix it. I get there, then they say they won’t exchange one of the 5 because it was opened ( it was the wrong coil how is that my fault? But fine I’ll deal) I took the old coil out of my mod, brought it to the guy to clear up any issues. Physically HANDED HIM THE OLD COIL. He hands me 4 coils that look like the one I gave him. I get home and clean and set up my mod. It fits but doesn’t work. HE GAVE ME THE WRONG COILS AGAIN. They look the same but the wattage was wrong. I’m told again that I’ll have to come BACK TO THE SHOP to exchange them for the right ones. Once I get there he hands my husband 3 coils and explains he won’t replace or refund this coil EITHER! I have to eat the cost of TWO COILS BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG ONES TWICE!? Not only do I not understand having to drive up there 3 times, but the fact that I was not even given the replacements for the coils that I was incorrectly given in the first place baffles me. Horrible customer service, super bummed to because I’ve been looking for a new shop. Oh whale🐳

I LOVE this place. Never had a bad experience here. They have a HUGE selection of flavors, and they frequently get new flavors in to try. They also have a huge selection of not just high-end set-ups, but set-ups for beginners and vapers who dont have time to build coils.Everything is reasonably priced, similar to what youd find if you tried to buy online - which is awesome because I hate waiting on vape mail! And I have seen so many vape shops take advantage of new vapers who dont know their prices and charge up to double what youd find online. Not here!All of the staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Best customer service Ive ever had in any store, vaping-related or not. Whether youre a new vaper, or just wanting to check out a different vape store from what you usually go to - I cant recommend this place enough! Wish theyd get a location closer to central Columbus, but well worth the drive :)

Probably one of the best experiences Ive had with a vape shop. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and Jamie helped me find the perfect juice for my palate. They have a great spread of equipment and juices, and if you havent checked it out, I would highly recommend a visit.

The staff is friendly and helpful and never pushes you to buy stuff you dont want or need.Its a shame the new laws prohibit building coils for their customers, because the build they made for my vape I bought from them has been going strong for eight months now.Also my friend works here. ROFL at all of the people here who are obviously from the store itself giving this place 5 stars. Nearly every account that reviewed this store only has ONE SINGLE REVIEW they have ever written. And of course its about this place.This place isnt worth even looking at when you drive pass it on 161. Another vapor store saturating the market. They make it the worst ride of your life if you need to redeem a warranty (in my case I was within the warranty period and their own return period). It took several trips to finally get a refund. Very poor customer service. The place is filled with huge amounts of vapor and it makes the environment unappealing to be in. Sure its a vapor store but this is like a fog and the odor is really gross. It started making me visualize and think of all the bacteria that was being exhaled into the air.

Good vape store with very friendly people. The owners are very active in the vaping community and preserving our right to vape without harmful fda guidelines that destroy small businesses. Huge selection of flavors and equipment that is priced very fairly. Very often theyll have good sales on things.

Stopped in at Top Notch Vapor at the recommendation of a friend last week. I had been vaping off and on for a few months with a pen setup but hadnt completely made the switch to vapor from cigarettes. Steve, the manager on site, took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a new setup and walk me through the process from battery to tank to juice selection. I was impressed with the quality and quantity of hardware and juices that Top Notch has, and more impressed with Steves knowledge and thoroughness in explaining proper setup from priming coils, battery maintenance, and even VG/PG ratios I should use with my new tank. Thanks to my new setup Ive been tobacco free for a week and Ill be headed back to Top Notch soon with friends and family that want some guidance in quitting tobacco. After frequenting more than a few shops around Columbus, Im convinced Ive found the best of the best at Top Notch!

Top Notch has become my go to vape store because of the huge selection of mods, tanks, juices, and most importantly awesome customer service and knowledge. I usually get helped from Jamie or Ryan who spend as much time as needed to give me the information I am looking for. I will continue to spend my money here and I recommend Top Notch to both beginner and seasoned vapors.

Best vape shop in northern Columbus. Always knowledgeable staff that will walk customers through every step of the purchasing process. Especially when trying to navigate what someone wants to pay, comparative to what they want from their vape experience or needs. The staff is never trying to oversell pricy items, and is clear and honest throughout.Heavily recommended for any and all vaping needs!

Went here for the first time last Saturday since they were the closest vape store that was open past 6pm. After that experience they have become my go to place for everything vapor. Cant do better. Great hours, best staff, not intimidating atmosphere. You really feel like they are there to help you. Ive only been vaping for a month and wanted to move up from an evod to a mod. They answered every question without feeling like i was bothering them. They didnt try and wax me on cost. They could have told me that i needed all the most expensive gear but they didnt. Their advice and suggestions were genuine they actually care about helping the customer. They even stayed a half hour after closing time to build my mod and show me how to do it. Probably the best experience ive ever had customer service wise. I have no problem supporting this independent store with all of my vaping purchases.

This place is the best vape shop I have found in Ohio. Im from California, the vaping centre of America, and this shop reminded me of the amazing shops in Cali. Amazing juices and great quality mods. Also, the owner, Jamie, was very nice and helpful. The clone mods are made from reliable companies and the authentic mods are beautiful. The name is spot on because it is a truly top notch vapor shop.

Came in before close, somewhat expecting them to rush me out. I’m totally new to vaping, it’s basically embarrassing. Mind BLOWN! Prior to finding this little gem I had recieved horrible service at 2 other local vape shops. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed, everyone said hi! The guy that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, patient and effin hilarious! I chose an all black device & he found the perfect tip for me so I wouldnt lose it in the black hole I call my purse. By the time i left i had my new kit, a bottle of juice and i knew how to operate my device. I was told the dos & donts of vaping. I feel like I was well informed and im extremely pleased with my purchase. I will be seeing all of you lovely folks here in the near future!

I went to this store a few days ago. Everyone was extremely helpful, not pushy at all, and answered more questions than I knew to ask. Before coming here, I smoked almost 2 packs of cigarettes a day. Ive had less than a pack total in the last 4 days. 10/10

Unfortunatley someone broke into my car and stole my wallet and vape in the covered console. Went to buy a vape from this establishment and they wouldnt sell me anything without an id. I found the exact same $75 mod online for $49 and also same $30 juice online for $12. I understand they have a business to run and emplyees to pay, but 3x higher for juice? I made up for cost of stolen vape and ID by getting turned away and buying online! Nice

Great place. They are knowledgeable and take their time to teach you. I ended walking out with 2 vapors and 3 bottles. Great price this is my go to place and worth the extra drive

I always come here for all of my vape needs. They always have a juice that Im going to like and vape all day. Not to mention that Im always greeted by name and asked if I need anything a few times during my stay. The staff is always helpful and checks on everyone even if theyre slammed, which they are frequently busy because its a great store. That being said, its ALWAYS worth the wait if you need to wait. I definitely recommend Top Notch to everyone who uses an E-cig or Vape.

The employees are very unhelpful and seem like they could care less if they get business or not. They were all very rude! Also cleaning yourself is a thing to your employees kinda smell. It’s honestly crazy how you can smell and employee through the amount of vapor that goes through that building. People don’t go here there are better places and cheaper

Top Notch is THE BEST Vape store around, Jamie the Owner/Proprietor is very knowledgeable and is all about fitting you with the right needs rather than trying to just make a buck. I travel from 15 miles away to Top Notch knowing there are at least 10 other Vape locations within in 5 mins of my house.

Easily one of the best vape shops in town. Id be there much more often if it wasnt so far out of my way. Great knowledgable staff, and excellent selection of hardware and juice. Easy fulfillment of all your vaping needs.

This place is exactly what you would expect from from the name. They have a plethora of juices and hardware along with all of the accessories you would need to rewick and rebuild. There is a variety of charging devices, prebuilt coils and everything else youd need to quit smoking. Knowledgeable and friendly staff with great hours of operation!

Horrible experience here!!!! Went in to buy a new vape! Got home and the vape was severely leaking! Watched some videos on YouTube to see if I was doing something wrong or something. Called the shop they asked me to bring it in so I did. He told me there was nothing he could do about it but put thicker vape juice in it, he told me I need to purchase thicker vape juice, that’s exactly what I did and it still leaked. Called them back, they did nothing! Terrible customer service!

I was a very particular brand and location loyal customer to another vape shop before I tried Top Notch on a friend and coworkers advice. Now I am equally shop loyal if not more so due to location to Jamie and Top Notch.
