I just moved to the area and seen this place had 5 star reviews so I had to check it out for myself. It’s a very calming place when you walk in. The women who were in the front are very nice and inviting. Now, the massage was awesome! Definitely worth the time and money. I’ll definitely be going back as soon as I can!Highly recommend this place!

Me and my significant other went and had a 1.5 hour couple’s massage. We had the pleasure to work with Kim and Jesse. The experience was amazing and will be returning customers. They applied the perfect amount of pressure and was point on with spotting the knots. I left with more flexibility in the stretching near my rotator cuff. You gotta give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Experience, much needed massage. You get So much for the price! The hot rocks were amazing. Not to mention they come free with the massage. I can’t wait to come back !

Very professional space, with friendly and polite employees. Its bran new, so everything is very nice and clean. Just had a massage from Diana, and it was just wonderful. Havent felt this relaxed is a long time. Had a very hard day, so this was a much needed retreat.Its hard to find a place that actually uses the massage techniques how they are supposed to be used. Even when she massaged my forearms, I felt it deep in my muscles, rather than just having someone run through the motions and act like they actually did something. All too often massage places neglect the extremities, and its nice to see a place be so thorough in their massages. Also, her base of the skull and neck massage left me dazed and confused in a very good way. Theres nothing like a real neck massage, and she nailed it.They seem to be keeping busy, so make sure you call to book your appointment.

This place is definitely somewhere I will be returning to!! The service was wonderful, the massage was everything I needed and more. So glad my husband surprised me with the wonderful birthday gift of a massage here and I will be coming back🩷

This is like my 3rd time coming to 7 Day Spa and I am happy to say I found my foot massage spot here in Conroe. Super amazing staff. I worked with cheerrry and Diannna !! They are great !! Super affordable and relaxing ! Definitely a loyal customer.

My husband and I went to 7 Day Spa for the first time today. We both agree that it was one of the best massages we have ever had.The facility is very clean and the masseuses are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to returning soon.

My husband and I got a 60 minute couples massage. The room was very clean. It was very relaxing with the exception of the construction of the build out going on next door, but I understand that was out of their control.

All I can say is WOW. My first time and the massage was transformative. My whole body feels so much better!! Will be visiting here every month and doing an hour massage because it’s so great!!! I recommend! Such a welcoming place. I had Diana and she’s a sweetheart!

I didn’t feel very comfortable for my first massage and had extreme lower back discomfort when I left. I was super excited to get a massage for the first time and had high hopes but unfortunately I am in a lot of pain.

This was such a great experience! New spa and it was so relaxing and very reasonably priced that was a huge plus. Most of the chain massage places are overpriced but this place was perfect. I got the 90 minute combo massage and let me tell you it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received! The staff was so sweet and very accommodating.

Really nice relaxing massage. Only complaint was not their fault but the business next door was doing some construction so it was a little distracting. I would suggest some sound proofing on the walls or louder spa music / white noise to compensate for the thin walls.

Hubby and I were looking for somewhere to work out the kinks in our backs and necks after a few days sleeping on the resort beds. I had Diana and she was amazing. She worked out all the kinks, I was so relaxed when I left. Hubby had Sherri, he said she worked out his knots very well, she was very strong, and did well at focusing on problem areas. The free hot stones were nice as well. Thank you 7 Day Spa!Note: if you don’t want something rubbed during your massage tell them before hand because they will work it all out! 😁

First time getting a massage at this location and it was fantastic. The spa is clean and inviting with beautiful relaxing music. I took my Mom for her birthday and they put us next to each other and gave us both amazing body/foot massages. Friendly staff and great pricing! We will definitely be back soon!

This is a new place, very nice , relaxing atmosphere . I called on a Sunday and they managed to get me in . My neck and right shoulder were painfully tense. Diana skilfully using a tolerable yet firm pressure was able to release the tension. This was a therapeutic massage , healing . Strongly recommend . Will definitely go back

7 day spa reflexology was very accommodating in getting 3 of us in on short notice. The staff were very polite and gave an amazing and much needed back massage. The place was inviting and clean. I will definitely be back!

If I could give a 10, I would, but the system only allows me to give 5! I’ve been a member of a national chain here in Conroe, and never felt satisfied. So I changed to 7 Day Spa, Diana gives the best massage that I have ever had. I had a total hip replacement done, and I credit Diana with assisting me in a quick recovery. I cannot recommend Diana and 7 Day Spa enough!

Me and my wife did the couples 90 minute combo massage it was great.First hour they do combo on mainly your back shoulders arms calf’s.Then you get dressed and go to the foot massage room and it was the best foot massage I’ve ever had.Defintley recommend this place we had dianna and sherry

Just got a massage after a long week of hiking and traveling. I am stiff and feeling some aches. Needless to say I rushed seeing I could get in to try this spot in right away. The scheduling was quick, easy and let me tell you- Kim was AMAZING! He worked out my shoulders and I could feel my stress and tensions fade. Can’t wait to make this my new massage spot!

This establishment provides excellent and relaxing services. Diana is magical! She is extremely professional, pressure is just right, reminds you to relax at just the right times and puts you at ease from the beginning. You are in great hands with her! The business is family owned and operated and they are all very nice and welcoming. The rooms are tastefully outfitted and the music is subtle. And, they hot rocks are amazing. Give them I try… you will not be disappointed.

I really dont remember the last time I had this deep, firm and warm massage. Guys, this experience is to die for !!! I left there more relaxed and my legs and feet feel so soft 🥰. The atmosphere is calm and staff are friendly. Worth the trip 👍👍
