Lake Conroe Smoke & Vaporizer Shop

I started going to this shop when it first opened. I found myself just hanging out with the staff because they are so friendly and welcoming. They have great prices and I never have to worry about quality. Im grateful for places like this.

I am a loooong time customer and there has been a few change overs with staff - but I have to say; Adding Austin to the payroll was a GREAT decision! Phoebe knows best and is a great manager as well!

Everytime I come to Lake Conroe Smoke & Vape Austin is working and he knows just how to greet you to make you feel welcomed and at home. I would t go anywheres but here. If they don’t have it they will get it. On bad days I will stop in just to see Austin’s smile. He is all around a great kid and good for business by far.

Visited this smoke shop yesterday night, Austin offered me great customer service. My first time buying a vape and he was able to provide me with some basic info on maintenance for my vape and the different pods.

Oh my goodness this is the best smoke shop I’ve actually had help! The cashier Austin was so knowledgeable of the different vapes and I finally got the kind I needed! Such a respectful guy too totally 5 star customer service right there!

Love this place, great selection of Vapes. Austin is great!

They have the least expensive kratom in town. And if youre someone that needs it for medical reasons thats a good thing. Personally I have 7 herniated discs in my spine and I use it rather than Hydrocodone which I took for about 14 years. I find that green mandga has the highest amount of alkaloids in is the best for pain management and even gives you lots of energy. Personally I can sleep on it despite the energy boost.The one complaint I do have is that they close at 9:55 and their sign says they close at 10:00. I dont understand sacrificing customers and turning people away 5 minutes before 10:00 p.m.. if I was the owner I would just insist that they stay 5 minutes more. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I showed up there after about a 30 minute drive from Montgomery and the girl working there told me Im sorry were closed it was 1056 and I said the sign says 10:00 p.m. and she said we always close 5 minutes before 10:00. Thats a pretty bad policy especially when your sign says open until 10:00 and its definitely bad customer service. There was another guy right behind me so they missed two sales over staying open an extra 3 or 4 minutes. And 10:00 p.m. is pretty early to close a smoke shop anyway. I bet they lose tons of sales because of that? I mean theres at least a half a dozen smoke shops on FM 105 and once someone goes somewhere else they may not come back. Small businesses rely on repeat business for 85% of their income after all.

Ive been going to the Lake Conroe Smoke Shop for many months now and I always have a great time there! David is a very respectful, incredibly professional salesman, and a genuine person. David always makes me laugh and puts me in a good mood when Im not having a great day. He can always answer any of my questions and he is really intelligent. I live on the other side of Montgomery, but I often go out of my way to shop at this location! The store is always clean and orderly, with a good selection of products, and a friendly environment.

So many of my friends choose to go here just because of himThere may be some places cheaper in the area but I have purchased stuff through them(the cheaper places) and it was wrong and I was left with pieces so didn’t need and put money.When I go here I know David will make sure I’m taking home the right thing. To the owners DO NOT LOSE THIS GUY, he will take so many customers with him. I truly hope they know how much of a gem this guy is ! Let me begin with the customer service, wow. I love walking into a place & getting greeted by happy faces promptly...kudos! This place was total eye candy! Entertainment for my eyeballs at its finest lol Throughly enjoyed the vast selection of everything & anything. The prices on some items were pretty competitive, which I appreciated. Definitely stopping by on my next visit.

The selection is pretty standard for a smoke shop, and I am not a picky shopper looking for any specific items; but the customer service is top notch. Friendly service and offered a free water and lighter on the way out. The little things, right?I will return next time I need anything if I’m in the area.

This store is right next to my house but of the 4 times I’ve tried to go there, there’s been a sign in the window saying they’ll be back soon. Both times well within their business hours. I’ve given up.

Always a pleasant experience here! The store is always clean and the employees are consistent and helpful. They offer very good prices compared to other smoke/vape shops. The store has a good variety of products and I have never been disappointed.

Such a hidden gem! Not just a vape sop . This place is totally a head shop tucked away by the old Wedgwood golf course. The selection is amazing and the staff is completely unassuming and personable! Will definitely make this my go to smoke shop.

Clean environment.nice change of pace compared to most smoke shops. Nice selection for what I was looking for. Friendly staff. Seemed knowledgeable.

Not really a vape shop the selection is very limited more for pot heads, CBD, and tweakers. Not impressed AT ALL that they sell crack pipes! But the kid did set me up with a great device. I wont be going back.
