I cant recommend this smoke shop enough! The variety of products is outstanding, and Cortney truly goes above and beyond to assist customers. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a comfortable place to explore and find exactly what youre looking for. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of their products is top-notch. Whether youre a seasoned enthusiast or a newcomer, this smoke shop provides an excellent experience. Friendly service, great selection, and a fantastic ambiance - a definite local gem.

This place is great, they didn’t have the exact bowl i needed but the lady in the shop with the green hair was super nice and really helpful! Unfortunately i didnt catch her name but when i found the exact piece i have at home on their shelf, she tried a couple bowls for me to see if it would work. I went to pretty much every other store today looking for what i needed and she took that extra step to try and help! Otherwise its big store, has a large selection and very tidy. I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

The blonde lady is the best! There was some werid white spec in the opms, we opened two and it looked disgusting. Luckily she was cool about it and we settled on a different brand. 10/10 experience, tbh she needs to find a better place because the owners are stingy mfers. Without her id rate this place 1 star.The prices are not reasonable when compared to other smoke shops. If they’re going to screw the customer, they should at least use a condom beforehand. However, If it’s you only option… its decent

Ive been to every smoke shop in conroe NONE OF THEM compare to this one.. they have everything and the prices are fair And the lowest in conroe. Most importantly their customer service is hands down these best.. the owner is so sweet and the Manager Courtney fulfills all product request shes awesome followed by all the other employees there. If you aren’t going here for your smoke needs START!

Store was completely decked out with halloween decorations, it looked really good. Staff in all is excellent, Larry can absolutely sell you the best things in the shop. Everyone is completely helpful and so nice. 12/10 would recommend.

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN. David is always so nice and welcoming, and his co worker Melissa is a sweetheart. They are always willing to take the time to explain products and have the best deals. Not to mention the funny conversations we have each time I come in to the store. Definitely will keep coming back. I am a bit picky when it comes to glass..most people at other shops rush me to make a choice and get out but David will sit and help me make my choice by asking what I like and what I’m looking for. He’s fantastic and gives great hugs!!!

Definitely my favorite place to go no doubt. I’ve always experienced great customer service. They will answer any and all questions. They truly make the shopping experience fun. No other smoke shop has anything on ez rollers. Their employee Larry is someone they definitely need to keep around , they entertains his customers and makes sure they are always happy with their purchase.

Best overall service Ive had from any smoke shop in a long time. The two guys were funny, professional, and definitely knew their stuff. I would recommend taking a trip here if you get the chance and shout out to Jacob and Kobe they were the 2 that were helping me out. Will be back soon.

Great place and super-friendly staff. Ran in for some metal screens. Purchased (2) packs, get in my vehicle to look at them and had a total of 3 screens all together lol. Most probably fell out of their packs as I turned to walk off. Glad those 3 will probably last me a year. Cant wait to visit again. I need a couple more items 😁

This place came highly recommended by a few friends. Hopped in for some hookah items. I was greeted promptly & they were not only so helpful, but extremely knowledgeable. Enjoyed the variety & selection. The prices surprised me a bit. A little less than what i usually pay elsewhere. Definitely coming back when were in the area.

Dont buy vapes here spent 20 bucks on one vape it worked for 3 days then it wouldnt turn off and burnt out on a fresh vape very disappointed they wont refund waste of money not coming here again nore I will recommend them 0 starts im not happy

I Have been to many tobacco shops and this by far has been the very best. Normally when I walk into a shop like this I am never greeted or asked if I need any help but this Shop and the staff definitely the young lady behind counter was of big help like she knew her stuff. Its always good to speak the customers language all while guiding them in the right direction and thats exactly what she did. I would recommend this place over most shops in the area.

The staff is SO friendly, but before you decide to shop somewhere with no refunds/exchanges, I’d think twice. I bought a juul refill and it’s leaking everywhere. Went back to the store and the employee looked at all of them with me... They’re ALL leaking. Apparently there isn’t a MOD to decide if I can return/exchange a legitimately broken product. Wouldn’t even be mad if it wasn’t almost $30 for one cartridge. Counting my losses and going somewhere else. If you’re buying something that can’t break, go for it. Can’t stress enough how friendly the staff has always been since I moved to this side of town in April!

Visited the shop today to buy a water pipe. The owner was very frustrated with some inventory issue and in turn customer service sucked. SHE was Very rude and rolled her eyes several times when we asked questions about products. GREAT PRICES. SUCKY STAFF.

After posting my review about my treatment of a clearly wrong doing I the store itself and its owner about buying a product not getting the product that I bought and then being told there was nothing to do about it except for if I chose to buy another product they would give me 20% off of it the response to this was that I had already been given a replacement or an exchange that is totally untrue I never was given any kind of f service except for is service of not receiving what I ordered and being rudely told that they couldnt do nothing with it so its much better for a customer to buy something that they didnt want and be stuck with it did it would be for the owner I am sorry that you thought that I was already had an exchange or returned my money but I have never but received the wrong product from you and then told that there is nothing you can do about itI see how this is no different than McDonalds if I ordered a Big Mac and turned around and came back to them with a filet of fish they would not be able to sell the filet fish however they would still replace and give me my Big Mac

GREAT customer service however always check the glass here VERY WELL, before buying. Got home, excited, only to discover a crack hidden underneath the price tag and of course absolutely no return policy.

New to town and came in to replace a nice vape that I had. The young employee walked right over and handed me the C E 4 saying it would be a replacement for mine. Not knowing much about vapes since mine was a gift this was not even close. After two days the button breaks and I go in to tell them I need an exchange not only did I not get the exchange I was told to look at the sign for no refunds. Offered to put the money towards an updated version. I first off never got a receipt so I’m sure the young kid .... . On my way out the person called out you can get a free lighter or water. How condescending can you possibly be? What a joke of a shop. There are so many I will definitely go somewhere else with educated people and true customer service. Go elsewhere!

I have been to so many tobacco shops and I have to say this store carry’s the best products you can ask for. I literally drove around town for specific items I wanted and couldn’t find them anywhere. I stopped at this location and found everything I was looking for. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about all the products. They need to take old product off the shelf and stop selling it to customers. Support the product you sell, offer some kinda support when a customer buy the old stuff off your shelf. Go somewhere else, dont go there!!

This store is over priced and has terrible customer service. The older female manager is rude and unprofessional. She has zero knowledge of the product and the prices are way more expensive than vape texas across the street or that fun CBD shop. There’s way friendly shops with better products.

I get all of my kratom from this shop. The kratom is high quality and they have the best prices i have seen at a shop.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly particularly (Larry ,kirsty ,David,) if you are looking for kratom or vape stuff or other smoke accessories this is the place to go. Update they have some new kratom strains to try a high potency green strain called Hulu kapua. If you are into kratom come by and give this strain a try.
