1 star might be to nice. The young man that helped me (Dacoda on sales receipt) did NOT make me feel welcomed or even wanted in the store. Will not be back and will be telling others of my experience.

A truly GREAT vape shop!Wonderful environment and stellar attitude. I came just hoping they would carry a part I needed, but I ended up staying for 3 hours, having a delightful time with regulars and employees alike, and leaving with a DELICIOUS juice!Their sample bar and selection are top notch. They know their stuff, AND they’re exceptionally nice.Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They sell faulty merchandise and dont stand by their product. Would not recommend going here.

Staff is great. Matt and Liam are good for conversation and really know what they are talking about when it comes to vape juice and mods. They also are helpful if you are trying to troubleshoot your device. Overall very nice and personable people. The entertainment value is also through the roof if you are looking to hang out.

Stopped by to stock up on my way to Iowa City hospital for a stay with me husband..The fellas that helped me were fantastic!!!! Super friendly, very professional, had every thing I needed.. Helped me stock up and be on my way with professional excellence!!!

If you buy a 2 pack of batteries better check the pack before you leave. I paid $14.95 per battery for a 2 pack and got home and there was only one battery in the pack.

To say Im disappointed with this store is an understatement. It might have just been the employee working that day, but the attitude and behavior exhibited was appalling.I went to this store a while ago and just now have realized what happened. When I walked in and started looking around, the clerk told me I could take off my mask to which I politely replied that Id like to keep it on.Ive ordered all my vape supplies online and am not in Iowa City area regularly, but needed a few new coils before an international trip. I was literally holding my device in my hand and she even took it from me at one point(which I also didnt like tbh, ya know... pandemic, thing I use to vape, her hands, etc). Not the proper way to do it.Then I was pretty sure I had found the right coils in a display, but she got on the phone with her boss telling me the whole time that her boss wasnt gonna like this, but she was gonna call anyway. Was I supposed to thank her for that or something? Then she pulled some coils from underneath her cupboard and told me they were the last ones.I honestly dont know how much they cost, but guess what? Out of the box they were clearly very cheaply made and the wrong size. Maybe it was a real accident and she didnt mean to do it, but to me it sure seemed like she was unhappy with me not taking off my mask or maybe not telling her how much I appreciate her disrupting her boss day off. Either way, now Im in a foreign country without any coils that work in my device. Guess now is as good a time as any to quit.

Aqueous as a company is fantastic. I love all the locations besides this one. Just had issues with staff, but knowledge wise, the know what they are talking about. Still, I rather visit quad cities locations.

I love Aqueous!!! Just used a $50 gift card with my reward points here to get a new mod. Plenty of flavors, tanks & more. Employees are chill & know what they are talking about.

Vapers Experience zero. Customer service experience zero went into the coralville store at to be treated with no good customer service being told to step back even though the person could have just worn a mask. Dont see this place lasting much longer at this rate.

Always really helpful, will blend to fit house juices to correct levels, really nice staff. Always very polite even then theyre super busy.

Great place for vape juice and supplies locally. The juice prices are fair and the employees are super helpful and polite. Whether youre brand new or a veteran vaper, they are eager to help you out.

Worst shop did not explain anything, acted like i was buying vape for a minor because my teenager daughter with me would not recommend this place ever. Never been treated like i was until i came in here. Worst shop ever.

They will not take back what u buy unless its broken which is b to me so I will not be going there again poor service

I am new to vaping. The staff here are really knowledgeable, friendly and can bring it to my level w/o making me feel dumb. They answer every question and offer samples of nearly every flavor

Was a pretty good experiance here had get service and had knowledge of products. Whish there was a better selection of mint or menthol flavors also would be nice if there was a better showing of reward point system

We always stop when were in town. Good selection and great prices. The manager, Ethan, is very knowledgeable and helpful.
