My favorite selfcare place to be. I have been coming here for years, all my waxing and facials with Alicia of Love Your Face. Our happy place cafe is wonderful food made with so much love and flavor, always a treat. And there is the convince of getting your nails or hair done by so many talented stylists. It is Deffenitly the place to be pampering yourself.

Followed my longtime stylist Ariana here and also got a haircut from Akram. Theyre the best! The place is clean and has tons of cool services. Ill definitely keep coming here.

Got my hair cut by Shahin and was less than satisfied with the result. She failed to ask if how much she was cutting off was okay before cutting it, which led to my bangs being shorter than I hoped they would be. She also failed to put heat protectant in my hair before using the hair dryer on high heat AND after stating I didn’t want my hair curled just my bands styled, used a curling iron right after; which was surprising to me for a hair stylist to do. I don’t absolutely hate my hair, I think Shahin did okay, but I won’t be coming back.

This was my first time to actually visit the salon today 1/27/24. I had an appointment with a family friend who works there. When I went to the reception desk to check in for my appointment with Charmane, the receptionist ,greeted me and was very professional and courteous. She asked me my name and asked me to have a seat there in the reception area and would let her know that I was there. Charmaine came out and greeted me and asked me to follow her, she showed me around the salon a little on our way to her station. We discussed how I would like to have my hair cut.. She then took me to the shampoo station and washed my hair, back at her station we talked about how much I wanted cut off and she did an excellent haircut. It has been over a year since I have had my hair cut and it is perfect. Im definitely going to keep going back to her there at the salon. It is an 80 mile drive one way for me from the HI Desert, but she is definitely worth the drive.

Yvette is just the best hairstylist I’ve ever met in my life! I get so many compliments everywhere I go about my hair. She’s very friendly to talk to and knows her stuff.

I went to Alexanders this past Tuesday (6/11/19) for a full blonde weave. Tracy did my hair and I am completely unsatisfied with the results; the top half of my hair is clearly not blonde. It is more of a gold/copper color. I was charged $225 for this service, and I even tipped her $60. The more I looked at my hair, the more unhappy I became. I contacted Tracy regarding this issue, and she completely shut me down when I requested a refund (wherein I additionally told her to keep the tip money), saying that she would retain the funds for the services rendered. When I responded that I wanted restitution for unsatisfactory work, she did not reply, and she still has not replied. I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this salon, and now I am out $300 that I worked incredibly hard for. I attempted to contact the owner of the salon; the receptionist sounded hesitant over the phone when informing me that the owner was not present. Do not go to this salon for three reasons: 1) lack of quality work, and 2) incredibly poor customer service, and 3) the salon and its respective staff clearly does not care about client satisfaction or client retention. I am including pictures of my desired result, and pictures of the unfortunate color job performed on me. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

This salon is one of a kind! My mom and I have been getting our hair done at this salon for as long as I can remember. We both drive over an hour from LA/San Diego to get our hair done. All the stylists are so talented and passionate about attending to their clients needs/wants. They truly exceed all expectations and want you to achieve the look you want.Before coming to this salon, I had such a hard time trusting anyone with my hair as it’s super thick and long. I truly trust this salon with my hair and I am so happy and grateful that I can always rely on them. These stylists truly take care of me every single time. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend trusting this salon with your hair for everyday and events!

DeAnn gave my mother an excellent cut and style. Appears to have many nice amenities, but we only did hair.

I got my hair done here with Naomi and it turned out amazing! She was very sweet and attentive and made sure to explain the whole process thoroughly. The salon its self was also very clean and nice.

Ive been coming to Yvette for over a year know and she has made a big noticeable difference In my hair journey! She has always worked with my schedule and even taken me in under such short notices. She always been very communicative when it comes to my hair and has always done an amazing job. Shes the sweetest person ever and has such a great personality. Great service and an awesome cut. You pay your stylist individually cash or check only. They have a cafe inside with drinks and food for long days at the salon.

Since moving to Eastvale, heck, California, I have not had much success with finding the RIGHT hair salon. Note that with the pandemic and having a baby, I have NOT done anything with my hair in 3 years. 3 years ! So, my husband was sweet to schedule a mani / hair cut / color appointment for my birthday. This was my first time coming to this location.For one, the place is HUGE ! It has its own cafe inside (Happy Place); which by the way, does NOT disappoint at all.I got my nails done by Connie. Connie is super kind, patient and really focuses on the quality of her work versus anything else. She was honest in what she could do yet assuring that I walk away happy. After some good discussion and grooming, my nails looks pretty ! I normally go for a brighter, more striking look for my nails but decided to go for a more subtle, fall vibe look. I very much love looking at them !!Ruby is doing my hair. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and looking for. She did not question it nor make it difficult. She worked with me and was very excited to do my hair. You have no idea how excited I was especially because it takes a lot to entrust anyone with your hair (especially with the head of hair I have!!) I loved how enthusiastic she was throughout the entire appointment.Needless to say, I am excited to see how it turns out and what the people around me think of this new, bold look. More than anything, my confidence is back in full form !!IF I had to choose one thing I did not like was the bit of confusion there was when I arrived. However, that is understandable with the volume of people they have here. And even then, everyone was pretty accommodating.I will be back ! Thank You !

Such a friendly environment. I got a baylage done by Ruby 100/10 such a talented girl! Definitely recommend coming here. They even have a cafe which is a plus ! I ordered the chicken pasta never had such good pasta! Amazing experience

Hi! I just got a haircut here and I asked for a wolf cut, with provided pictures of course, and it turned out better than I expected! My hair was so soft and voluminous after the cut and my hairdresser did a wonderful job. She was also very nice! I didn’t catch her name but the day she did it, she was wearing a cheetah-print jacket (7-8-21). I highly recommended this place!

I called to make an apt and asked for someone who is good at womens cuts. They put me with someone who is more of a color specialist. She spent about 5 min on my cut and it looks awful. It’s something u would get at a fantastic sams and that’s what I was trying to avoid: I’m super unhappy with what I got especially for the price. Also my stylist was late for the service and it was in morning which means she just was running late getting into work. No apology of course.

Well she did a good job but I didnt tell her how long I wanted my length. Kind of short for my likings. Its shorter then half my back. My hair was about to my waist. Who knows how long it will take to grow back. I paid $150 for a cut and dye. UPDATE so I came back to Alexanders to just dye my hair. Lady who does my hair ( wont mention her name but starts with an S) she dyed my hair black. But what I thought was weird is she stuck me under the hair dryer. At the time I had no idea that opens hair cuticles. Long story short she fried my hair. I will never return to this place.

Went in for a wash and haircut for 2 people, the lady they put us with not only didn’t wash our hair, but made one of us wait 15 extra minutes because she was more focused on another person that was there. ( what was the point of scheduling a time ) Made us pay a full price for wash and cut when all we got was a 5 minute dry cut.

This was my first time going to a hair salon for anything more than a haircut and let me just say that Kyla did an amazing job on my hair! My hair looks so full of life and just everything I wanted!! Definitely recommend.

I came here for the first time and I’m glad I did. It is hard to find someone that can layer your hair. I haven’t gotten a haircut for 1.5 years, because I couldn’t find anyone. Naomi was attentive and nice, I left with exactly what I wanted.

I have been coming to this Salon for 1 year and this is a two part review. Go see my girl Crystal Esparza. I highly recommend her. She has been doing my highlights, cut, and style. I have dry curly hair and Im super picky about who touches it. I’ve had bad experiences before with people cutting too much off or leaving my highlights red/brassy. She has transformed my hair. Not only does she do a great job but she is such a great person to talk to as well. Very personable. She recently did balayage and a deep conditioning treatment on me. My hair looks awesome and feels like silk. I enjoy my hair time with her.Go see Neeru for a facial. My face is glowing and plumping. I have received so many compliments on my skin since going to see Neeru. I received the hydrafacial, dermaplaning, led light therapy and microcurrant. All I have to say is game changer!!! She is very professional and the whole experience was very relaxing.

I booked my appointment with ADILENE GUZMAN almost two months ago and was super excited for my hair transformation…. I drove from LA to Corona, however, was extremely disappointed by her awful attitude. She was rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable. If it wouldn’t had been for the bleaching process she had already started, I would’ve walked out on her 😞 from the moment I arrived she was criticizing my hair regimen, insulting me with unnecessary comments, and was treating my hair harshly (pulling like an angry mom) needless to say, the results didn’t turn out as expected. I could’ve asked her to fix it but instead said “it looks fine,” paid her $300, and left…. I just wanted to drive away and get as far away as possible from this place!

A full-service salon with independent beauticians to meet all your hair, skin, and nail needs. They have a Café with delicious offerings of food and drink. Walk-ins are welcome but its a good idea to find a regular beautician.

Such a good salon for any and all beauty service but most importantly for your hair! Make sure to book your appointment with SHAHIN! Ive given her ideas of the color and/or cut I want, she works her magic and I always walk away happy with my hair!

Love my gal Karah! Although I only get highlights, her tinting and coloring techniques are exceptional! If I ever decide to venture into unconventional color requests, Karah is the only stylist/artist 🎨 I would contact.

I love this place. I called to have someone fix my hair and a girl named Holly Uribe took me in even though she was booked with clients and made me feel so welcome. I explained to her what happened and what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked and didnt charge me an arm and leg. She was very knowledgeable about hair and color and has even since then put some extensions in and I love them and havent lost one. I would and have sent everyone to her. The whole place is cool its huge and I could eat and get my eyebrows waxed while there. Go see Holly and I promise u wont be let down.

Yvette Baca has been my stylist for 7 years. She always does a great job with the color and cut. Even when I dont really know what I want, she makes look beautiful.

Booked an appointment with Becca. She is said to be good so i decided to give her a try. I brought in my picture of what i wanted...it’s a Baylage with base color. (And not too far off from what i had to start, just a darker base and retouch the blonde) As she was bleaching my hair i asked about why she didn’t put any dark into it and she said it would appear darker naturally because of the blonde and i believed her. When it was done and dry, i said it didn’t look like the pic at all and she said she could add the dark but would rather wait to basically let my hair settle. When i emailed her back a few days later she basically said she was gonna charge me the whole fee over again to fix it! I just paid her $200 for a color that didn’t look much different than when i walked in! She stated she didn’t charge me for the service i was requesting, she only charged me for a basic baylage with no base, i have my appointment reminder still and it clearly says baylage WITH base AND i specifically asked her about the base while she was doing my hair! So why didn’t i get the service i booked??? Nobody could really tell i had just had my hair done after i just spent so much damn money. I will NEVER go back to her and think her skills all around suck to be honest.

Always clean smells good. Food smells great. Havent tried it yet. Its your one stop shop for hair,nails,brows, massage etc... teresa chicon is an awesome hair dresser I have followed her around for years.

Im sure the Salon is ok but my experience with Yvette B was terrible. She is messy, sloppy and over priced for her work.. I had dye all over my face and when she washed my hair my whole face was wet. She worked so fast i felt like she just rushed . Her customer service is terrible and her station is dirty. The whole time I was in the chair all i heard was Yvette talk about every other stylists lives. The shirt I wore was wet when i left. 2 other people I know went in and were very dissatisfied with her too. Yvette you are very unprofessional and it is messy stylists like you that give the salon a bad name

I wanted to get my hair cut at a nice salon so I thought I would go to Alexanders Salon bc of the great reviews. Crystal Q cut my hair. The conversation was incredibly personal and awkward but she seemed nice so I just let it go even though i was uncomfortable. It took over two hours to cut my hair. All I wanted was a shampoo and trim. I asked for small layers and between the top and bottom layer was almost 6inches. I took me FOREVER to grow my hair long and she ruined it. Along with the horrible layering job, she cut a section in the middle of my hair SUPER short. She admitted that she missed up but said that it was nothing and no one would notice. As soon as she was done, I just wanted to get out of there. A week later my cousin (who lives in San Diego and is also a hairdresser) looked at my hair and was absolutely mortified. She said it was the worst hair cut she has ever seen and that I would have to cut my hair up to the top layer to correct it. I cried. I called the store owner to tell her my experience. I asked for nothing in return but that I just wanted her to know what happened. It took her over a week to get back to me. After I connect with her, I told her that I would email her the pictures of the hair cut. I waited over a week for her reply and when I didnt hear anything I started called the salon again. She told me that she has talked to Crystal and that Crystal said MY HAIR WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT AND SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME! She lied!! and then the manager told me on top of the bad hair cut SHE OVER CHARGED ME as well!!!!! i bet she pocketed the money! The manger said that she didnt know who to believe and offered me a free hair cut. I explained to her that I just got my hair correct and was very hesistant to go back. She didnt offer me my money back OR even offer the difference of what Crystal told me. Crystal is still working there. I was not going to write her name but it wouldnt be fair to the other girls who work there who might actually know how to cut hair. I thought this was a nice salon but not if they employee people like Crystal there who lie and have no idea how to cut hair.

Went for a pedicure that was quoted for 25.00 and ended up costing 45.00$. The gal who did my pedi barley spoke English, but when it was time to tally up the bill she was able to tell me the cost in perfect English. The only extra thing I asked for was nail art on two toes, thats it. The pedi area was very cramped and uncomfortable. I will not go there ever again. I want to trust the people I pay, but I cant trust this salon. They charge upscale prices for crappy service plus they inflate their original quote significantly. Still looking for the right stylist, at the right salon.

I have been going to Alexanders for 5 years or more. I like the ambience, but mostly I love my stylist, Margaret Yuan. I have very curly hair, and she never disappoints. I reccomend Alexanders to everyone.
