This is the best option in the area, hands down. The customer service is always on point, they’re doing laps around other clubs I frequent [I had an issue with my Culture rewards account and the J****a V****y’s customer service is negligible as usual. Refreshingly the employees (esp. the male manager) at this location are always so accommodating]. Good prices and quiet location. No red flags all green flags imo.

This place is an experience! Or at least it was for me lol ! So awesome!!! If you’re looking for fresh flower they have a plethora of options. Each flower you can pick up and smell, has a magnifying glass so you can see the crystals, and such. Culture definitely thought about how to elevate the experience. For example their store is easy to navigate alone with their nifty technological advancements, but their staff was equally as knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Went to this store Saturday February 4 and was sorely disappointed! Very limited products and service was terrible. After picking out what we wanted based on a recommendation from another shopper and no help from the kid serving us, we stood there not sure where to go next. He walked away without saying anything to us and began helping someone else. We stood there not knowing what to do next and after 5 minutes or so, a woman that was sitting out front walked in and started to ring us up. We really threw her for a loop when we asked if we could get another product added to what we already got. Overall this was a poor quality experience being a first time customer at this place. We’ll stick to our normal place that has incredible customer service and a wide variety of products.

Very unprofessional and unsatisfying customer service, arrived early for their opening day and I checked in with the front receptionist while there was a line inside while waiting after check in she says that she can put down my order since I knew what I wanted then tells me to wait in line inside, get to the front after waiting forever and they don’t even have my order, so much miscommunication with the sales associates, they have to redo my order and they tell me to wait again…. A complete mess and unorganized!!!!! This place sucks
