Went in today to buy a rechargeable pen, a refillable tank, and some nic juice.the guy who was there was very nice, and he talked me into getting the RRD Crystal refillable device by kanger Tech. Not 10 minutes after leaving the shop, I took a drag from the device , and it popped on my lip, and the mouth piece broke off. I immediately turned around and went back to Premier Vapes, told the gentleman what happened, and he replaced the device. I noticed that there was some nic juice on the battery piece, and asked him if the new one was leaking. He replied no, and that it was probably from where the first one had broke on me. He cleaned it off, and I returned home. I hadnt been home for even 30 minutes and I noticed that the battery piece was covered with nic juice again. I didnt know where it was coming from, so I got in my truck and headed back to the vape shop. Upon inspection the gentleman noticed a big crack on the side, and asked me if I sat on it or dropped it. I had not done either of those, but could tell that the young man was hesitant to replace the device a second time, so instead I paid the $5 for the replacement piece. I waited in the shop for a few minutes to make sure it wasnt going to leak again. All seemed well, so I returned home which is in a neighboring town called Edroy. All was well for a bit, but when I went to take a drag from it again, I could taste the nic juice, and my hand was covered in the juice. Mind you I was being extra careful with the device this time, but it somehow cracked again. I should have just stuck with the rechargeable pen and refillable tank. Now Im out $20 plus tip. So I do not recommend the RRD Crystal by KangerTech.

I live in San Antonio and I have no problem driving to this vape shop to get my special blend of vape juice. Thank you for the amazing service you provide. 🙌🏻

This place is GREAT! They are the only place I found that still mixes custom juice. I highly recommend them.

In the many years i have been vaping and getting juice from all over the US, this is the best juice I have ever had. I am so glad I found this shop along my route!

HARD PASS on this place for ANY of their house juices. Called in to get pricing on juice, and spoke with Leo. VERY nice guy, I have zero issues with him. Did his best to help, however my issue came when I was told the pricing of their juices. Premiums? Just fine. 25 bucks, thats a good price. House juices is where I was disgusting by the pricing. 40 bucks for a 150ml bottle of house juice. For those wondering what the issue is, as someone that used to work at a vape shop, that 150ml bottle of house juice costs roughly three dollars to make. This is a rip off. Go here for the customer service. Go here for the premium juices. DO NOT support what basically amounts to ripping people off, for their house juice. I used to work at a vape shop, and I know the value of ordering through companies like Capella, Flavor West, The Flavor Apprentice, FlavourArt, Flavorah and LNW Flavor Concentrates. You can buy a gallon of flavoring for 120 retail. Larger companies will spend less due to buying in bulk. PG bottles? You can get a gallon of it for 40 bucks. VG? 35 bucks a gallon. Now, your average juice is 70/80% VG and 15/25% PG and roughly 3% flavoring, and roughly 2% nicotine. REALLY depends on the MG youre using though. Dont be facetious when youre trying to justify your overpriced house juices. Bottles? Retail you can buy the 150ml bottles for roughly 50 cents a piece. All in all, your 40 dollar bottle of juice is a straight up ripoff. You may be fooling your regulars who dont know any better, but I do, and 40 bucks for house juice is a BAD deal. The ONLY reason to buy house juice is when its cheaper than the premium juice. Otherwise, it wouldnt be premium juice.If the pricing is wrong for your 150ml house juice, post it and prove me wrong. Unless you guys have lowered your prices since the person below posted a pic of your price board, then none of what Ive said is wrong. As far as the the pricing on the DIY supplies, I got these prices DIRECTLY off of Flavor Wests website, so these pricings are 100% accurate. May not be the exact same store, but you guys are the same company as the other one. Same terrible pricing.Edit: TO BE CLEAR. This review pertains to your company. PERIOD. The location is irrelevant if your terrible pricing, which basically amounts to theft, is the same in both locations.

New to the vape game and the service here is pretty dang shibby (No, I didn’t mean shi**y). Walked me through the set up for the tank I bought for my mod. Gave me lots of advice and tips. Much appreciated.And plenty of house juices to choose from. The nice prices are the icing on the cake. Definitely my go to shop from this point on.

Its a little hidden so I have to pay attention real close or ill miss it when going there. But theyre cheaper than ordering online and always have my pods in stock ! Thankfully. Also they have hundredssss of flavors to choose from and mix them right in front of you. The guy thats usually there knows some recipes by heart lol.

Ive been a customer at Premier for the past few years and wont have to go anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Weekdays you can find Rick there to answer ANY vaping related questions. The guy just knows it all. Great prices, great flavors.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING customer service. My wife and I came in as Vape virgins, looking into it as an avenue to quit smoking cigarettes. Rick made us feel completely comfortable right away. He took the time to explain several different options for us to get started with, and thoroughly explained all the features of each option. We both left feeling confident in our choices. I really like going here.They have good customer service, every one is funny, they know their stuff, and its great to have a local vape shop like this one. They also make your juice in front of you so you can have a custom unique flavor, you can also pick a flavor from the menu, or they have certain flavors from an e-juice company. Pricing is alright, they have a happy hour around lunchtime.

The juice is great. Ive had a few premium juices that I loved that Premier was able to replicate or come extremely close and the best part is you dont have to pay that premium price for a juice thats just as good. I understand that theyve changed their juice size availability, but theyve also made the prices lower. 12 bucks for a 30ml is extremely fair compared to lot of shops. Their rewards is also substantially better than most. Once you buy five 30+mL bottles of juice you get a free 50ml; most other shops Ive been to usually offer only 20-30ml of free juice and usually its only after youve spent $100. Every employee Ive encountered has been kind and fast, and the busier hours arent so bad anymore now that theyve been at this newer location (not as awkwardly claustrophobic) lol.

The place is awesome and great service but the house liquids I bought are extremely weak like no flavor....but 5 stars for customer service and yeah

Ok where do I start?? The girl is awesome and knowledgeable about all the Vapes they have. She was patient and willing to help answer any question I had. I am knew with this vape thing so I had a ton of questions. The guy is pretty funny. They offer a card for savings so if you buy juices there they will stamp your card and you can apply that to future juices. I enjoy the atmosphere in there. I will go back on Mondays and Tuesdays😂🤣

We like Premier Vapes based solely on their ability to blend. It is the only thing that sets them apart from the other local competitor in the area. Painfully apparent that customer service (attitudes are contagious) was the least of their concerns.

I didnt catch the mans name but he was awesome very knowledgeable mix my vape juice while telling jokes, made us laugh and told is about the mailing service they have. 5 stars for sure!

This is by far the best vape shop in Texas. Ricky and Brittany are both awesome. They have great customer service. Great personalities. The prices are the best. They dropped the prices recently and Im lovin it. Oh and dont let me forget to mention cactus jack. It is the best and you can only get it at premier vape. Youve got to try cactus jack. Once you go jack youll never go back. Hands down best vape juice EVER. So I give premier vape 5 stars. Youve got to buy from premier.

3/3/19 : went in around 7:15p.m. wasnt greeted girl with glasses was real rude,constantly sighing after every question I asked.my last vaping experience some years ago was with monster vape those guys were anxious to answer any questions I had.maybe she had a bad day dont know ,but making me feel very uncomfortable about me being there.finally when it came to swiping my card I asked her where I needed to sign,again sighing like Im bothering her.i just blew it off and told her thank you and good night....her response nothing.dont know who owns this business but being rude like that will make me think twice about coming back....3/15/19 update :went back this time real cool guy didnt get his name but very professional and knows his stuff about vaping.you get my business.

There is nothing premier about this place. Small, congested and low variety of equipment/liquid. Staff would rather tend to his sign shop rather than assist, greet or otherwise even recognize the enterance of customers.

My favorite vape shop! Different flavors to try all the time. Staff pretty chill and funny lol but if your tired of the same things from like monster vape or any other ones Defenitly give this place a try and im sure youll probably love this place as well
