Wow!!! So last week I went in to buy some coils and Jon the manager there, he built me an amazing build! Like the flavor is spot on. I even had some issues with it at first and went back in and he helped me fix it. Im very impressed. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!!!

Ive been here a few times and the last time I was here I had the best experience Ive ever had. He not only helped me sign up for the program, but he was more than punctual. Wish I wouldve got his name. Pretty sure he had blonde hair and a hat on and a deeper voice. I will gladly try and be served by him everytime. Join the rewards program you will save money. I used to go to 16th and 2nd and then they started charging me more.

I always feel welcome and like they are friends I am comfortable talking with, rather than just someone waiting for their shift to be over with or hurry you out. Also, this store has way better prices on EVERYTHING compared to Alohma. Ill never go back to Alohma again. Only here or the Omaha locations of Gen vapes!! Thank you guys keep up the great work 💪

Terrible service. Asked for a recommendation on what juice to get or whats most popular and I was told I dont know, all of them? I then asked for help describing what flavors things were and I got told I dont know once again.

I am new at vaping and they answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable about everything in the store. They also took the time with me to explain everything I needed or wanted to know. I was very happy with the service I received, and I wont go anywhere else.

I dont remember the guy or the girls names that were there but they were really friendly and cool. They helped us pick out a good flavor and a while new models. Theyll be our one and only stop for vaping stuff now.
