I came in to the store today in lake mannawa council bluffs and Im not sure the employees name but he was so helpful!!! It was Saturday September 9th 2023 he was so helpful and willing to find me just the right system I needed to do the job! Thanks so much will definitely be back and definitely recommend!!!

I walked in the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Grabbed the item I wanted and went to the counter. I should have been in and out but the one person working there decided he didnt have 15 seconds to spare to get a customer on their way out the door. Instead he helped 3 other people decide on mods and/or juices then check them out before me. Looking for another vape shop that carries my pods so I never have to visit this place again.

Ive never been treated poorly by any employee in the area until this store opened. I was in need of some more coils for my device and simply told the guy the type of vape I had and the model. EVERY other time I have said the type and model I have, the employee knows right away what I need. This time he said You should really know the coil you need, not knowing what coil you need makes it harder for me. Thats not something you tell a customer. It made me really upset that the lack of his knowledge resulted in this type of situation. Ive been looking for new coils for my device for weeks and Im constantly being told We should have it in a couple days. I told him that Ive been looking for weeks and he said Dont listen to them, they just want to get your hopes up, we never know what is going to come in our orders. WHAT? Youre telling me to not listen to what your co-workers say, to make yourself look better? From my experiences before, I have trusted what everyone has said because what Ive always been told has been true. He was constantly talking down about his co-workers and saying that no one was organized and this and that. After that, I said Id like to just have them ordered from another store. He wrote down what I needed, but I doubt he even processed it. He didnt take me through the process of the ordering to confirm that he did it, and was just very rude about this situation. I asked why it seems like the coils Im looking for are so much harder to find now, and he said that it is discontinued but the coils are still available, but hard to get. What I got from that is Id have to basically buy a brand new device because the things I need for it to work are not readily available for weeks. He has ruined my thoughts about Alohma, so Ill just go somewhere else.

Update2: I sent an email with no response after a week. My review stands.Update: I am in contact with the store to see if they can make it right.I’ve been buying coils for my Zeus tank for 1.5 years and never had an issue. I was on a road trip to the council bluffs area and stopped in to get another pack of coils. All 5 were duds! I’ve never had that happen before, I’ve had coils only last a couple of days but all 5 were burnt. Either right away or within 6 hours. I’ve been using the same juice for 7 months and normally my coils last 5-7 days each.I’ve visited many vape stores and ordered from many different places and never had this issue. Unfortunately I was “forced” to use said burnt coils until my next pay check when I could afford another pack. Since I live over 90 minutes away I couldn’t return or try to exchange coils for a different pack. I’m not sure of their return policy and if that would have even been an option.

Every time I go in the employees are super nice, engaging and get me what I need. Was a quick visit. Its nice that we have a proper vale shop on this side of town, saves me a fair bit of driving.Would highly recommend Alohma if youre looking to get into vaping, or if youre a seasoned veteran that needs a restock. Good selection of vape mods, batteries, chargers, tanks, etc.

Was looking for specific coils and the stock was low, the other alohma I went to was waiting on some coils to be delivered and had to drive to this one. I have noticed that as far as prices go for most things alohma is top in its grade for prices... Other shops often have better prices for the exact same thing. Wish that the prices were less marked up and that they kept up on the inventory a little better. Asked three different times about the red light up smoke prince coils and have yet to hear an offer to try and get them in stock. Ill probably go back to ordering on Amazon after all.
