Several months ago I used your website online portal to report racial and sexual harassment from one of your employees. You never messaged me back, called or followed through to update me on this. Im extremely disappointed in your establishment. I use to be a regular customer.Update: I dont feel comfortable talking to the manager as I dont know how high up the employee was. You should find the email invoice I sent in.

Used to really like this place. I would buy their massive whip. Spent 400 bucks today (Thousands over the last couple months) and one of the tanks was no good. Dude told me to get lost. Said they’re sealed. Like oh really bro that’s why I just told you it was empty. Go to tobacco, vape and glass. It’s not far from here. They have better prices & customer service apparently.

Best place ever. A very kind girl named Sara helped with my purchase. She knows the products and was able to answer every question I had. Plus she was very easy on the eyes and has kind heart.

GreenStar glass is the best place to go to for allllll your needs and Mr carter and Miss Morgan are the BEST to go to. That’s who we go to and they get us set up right. Love these guys and this place!!!!

Best glass/vape shop ive been to in the area. Cheap, reliable, have the best workers & ive never had a single complaint to give. Go spend your money with a smaller business instead of some huge corporation!

Really good people. I only went in there a handful of times. But they were always so nice and me and friends get along with Morgan. She is really sweet. Always giving us candies after our purchases. She is really nice. Really good place to go to.

In a world of poor customer service, the staff at GS Glass are always nice and seemingly wanting to help.

Morgan (156th and maple location) is always so nice and helpful! Shes great at explaining how each product is used and helps provide a super comfortable and fun experience plus she always gives me a couple extra candies with every visit xD

Amazing staff and the thing that surprised me the most is they remembered my name and what I liked by the second visit!!!! The free candy is amazing and products are second to none. If you want quality go to this store you won’t be disappointed

I went in for replacement coils because they have wicked deals and the best staff. I was there on a Saturday and they were very busy. The girl that was working was very cute, friendly and helpful. I ended up buying the Yocan Phaser Ace, the Spaceout Torch and replacement coils. I love this place and will continue to make Greenstar my place to go.

This place is phenomenal. I bought two batteries there and a glass piece . When I got home I realized I didn’t have a charger that fit . I assumed they sold them there so I went back . They didn’t but the sane guy that sold it to me gave me one he had ! Who does that these days ? No one . Then I decided I didn’t like my glass piece and they were very gracious about it . I got a discount on another piece that suited me better .All the employees are exceptionally kind and helpful . The prices are great and I am always greeted when I walk in.Great place , try it . I did and I came from Omaha just because I love this one.

They sell defective merchandise they and not care about their customers. They sold me a defective atomizer at council bluffs store (no atomizer at Omaha store), refused to replace it at the Omaha store and forced me to drive 30 minutes to the council bluffs store to get the replacement. So even though they sold a defective piece they refused to have even sub par customer service and forced me to drive 30 minutes each way to exchange it when an exchange could have been made at the Omaha location. Awful customer service and they wont try to make it right when they sold a defective product. When your business sells something defective you as a business owner should care enough about repeat business and customers to make it right, not inconvenience them to the point where they have to make an hour round trip due to their defective product. Terrible business sense and practices and they treated me like I was the problem...

This shop is nothing short of amazing. I have had some of the best customer service of my life from the staff there. I am so glad to have discovered it! The glass prices are very reasonable and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have never had a bad experience and will probably never go to another shop! If you are looking for a new shop or wanna try one out I would recommend green star to ANYONE. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Went in there for some canisters and was recommended some by the counter sales person. However, when we bought them, we realized that he had given us a $10 discount on some thing that we could have pay less for and so gotten the same amount for.

Good quality selection. I like seeing a store full of quality pieces rather than a bunch of filler. Keaton was a great salesman. He wasnt pushy and was very knowledgable. He found a wonderful piece I was looking to buy for a gift and he found something I liked as well. Will definitely be back next time Im in the area

So I was in the market for some new glass and a friend recommended me here and I must say I will always come back to this location. I came in, I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door and a young lady began to help me by handing me the first piece I wanted to look at. After I was done looking at the first one I asked to see a second one i was interested in, heres where I had a huge accident. As she was handing me the second rig my right hand hit the mouth piece and knocked it over and snapped the nail holder right off the side of the rig. My heart sank I couldnt believe that I just broke a rig worth (roughly $165). I apologized profusely and was more than prepared to pay for the rig I broke and another one to take home. We waited for the Manager/store owner as he was helping another person to see what we were going to do about the situation. After explaining what happened and telling him I was more than willing to pay for it since I broke it he turned and said to me and the girl helping me not to worry about it and accidents do happen. He didnt have me pay for the broken rig but instead helped me decide on another one and all the accessories (nail, torch, ect) and during the whole exchange he had a smile on his face and was nothing but helpful. 10/10 customer service and I will now choose and recommend this store to everyone of my friends.

These guys are the best! They have some of the most artistic hand blown glass I have ever seen! My favorite thing they offer are the CBD dog treats that have completely turned my 8 year old labs life around! Ross and Ryan are EXTREMELY helpful and will absolutely make sure you get exactly what you need and you wont find better prices anywhere around! Thanks guys!

My husband and I have been in the shop twice in the last month. We have been looking to update our glassware and have bought several new pieces and accessories here. Both times we were helped by Travis, whom we found to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We plan to continue updating and expanding our glassware, and Travis is def our man.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people that are very willing to help you know the benefits and best way to use their products. I have been there many time with great customer service. Was in a car wreck last March and the CBD and kratom that I have tried has help way more with pain and relaxation than any drug prescribed by a doctor. Also their pet treats work wonders as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience. I was greeted and felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door. Stopped in looking for something to alleviate my dogs ailments; staff listened, recommended an excellent CBD product that has brought out the pup in her again. I also purchased a 120ml bottle of vape juice and the flavor is delicious. If I could, I would spend all day here because they have a little lounge with couches, and TV. Highly encourage anyone looking for CBD to go see these guys! I got the chewables for my dog for his separation anxiety and they worked wonders. Also have tried the gummies for myself along with the smokables, all are of fantastic quality. The guys are very educated and helpful with any questions I love going! It truly works and is a great relief to anxiety. Highly suggest them!

Go-To place for kratom in the council bluffs area, the quality is heaps higher any other shop around by far. As a matter of fact Im wondering if the other shops are even selling real kratom after comparing effects. Also carry the best energy drink in town. Dont go anywhere else.

By far, the best around the metro. Ross and Ryan are extremely knowledgeable about their products, and always willing to educate. The Kratom they sell here is un-freaking-real, and they carry nootropics! Cutting edge stuff right there.
