I’m new to MA and want to say how welcomed we feel with the manager Beverly and also her maintenance team Keith is is amazing we walked into a salon that was ready for us to work! Thank you

Keith does an awesome job at the Mattison he’s very prompt at getting the job done.

I’ve been in this location since June 2022. Renting a salon suite.I am very underwhelmed by this location the owners and my experience in general.Numerous times we have lost electricity with no warning. We were without hot water for over 3 weeks during some of the coldest months at that.Due to power going out mid services I’ve had to turn clients around round and cancel clients due to this issue.As I currently type this we lost water last night while I had a client, and it’s currently back on but now we have no hot water.The dryers constantly are broken and stealing money it’s just a very upsetting situation to be in considering we pay a lot of money to rent in these suites.Management never has real answers or solutions to the issues and they disregard the dissatisfaction of their tenants.I do not recommend this place

Its private suites with various services available. Some tenants are great while others arent. Facility is clean and comfortable.

The vibe is calm and serene. The decor is soothing. Everyone has been polite and professional. I go to this location to see my esthetician. I’m glad she’s at this location.

Suite dove is fabulous! John and Christopher are amazing and I fully recommend! ❤️
