Im not sure where to start. What a terrible experience.I scheduled a 90 minute massage which I ended at the 60 minute mark for several reasons.1. The massage was terrible. I cant believe the therapist was licensed. It consisted of her digging her knuckles into me and just rubbing me up and down with lotion. I could have done it at home. It was in no way shape or form a professional massage.2. I was so COLD. Ultimately this is why I ended the massage. I told her I just couldnt enjoy it. I could feel her hands were cold and the lotion she was using was cold.3. They do absolutely nothing to manage the noise in the halls so the entire time I can hear these girls yelling and they continue to do so while in the lobby. I have never been to an expensive spa where they do not insist on Quiet.There wasnt a single minute of this massage that I was relaxed.The cherry on top of all of this is that they OVERCHARGED me for a 75 minute massage! Not only should I have received a discount but I DEFINITELY shouldnt have been overcharged.I will never, ever go back there and I recommend that anyone thinking of going there instead consider Spa Habitat in Uptown.

Typically an amazing experience. I’ve been for facials and massages and have no complaints. However, I got the one and only mani pedi yesterday. The service was absolutely to die for but the nail polish I paid an extra $10 for because “it lasts longer” started lifting, on 7/10 nails, less than 24 hours after my service. This is not a cheap spa so I am very disappointed in this outcome. I called this morning and was hung up on and called back twice since, going to voicemail.Updating: Hiatus called me in attempts to rectify the situation but I have not had the time to come in for service.

I had an excellent experience for an intense deep tissue massage. The masseuse Brinna was absolutely phenomenal. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely come back again.

Every time I am at this location, I have a great experience! I have been a hiatus member for almost 5 years and Ive been seeing Andrea for my tailor-made facial several times a year. She is knowledgable, always provides a relaxing experience, and always provides guidance with all of my skincare questions. Ive also loved my mani-pedi experiences, Brittany is so gentle and so precise! Ive never had a better manicure. The monthly membership is worth it! Plus you can visit other locations!

First time here for a late Mother’s Day facial. The spa is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing!! I booked the 90min “Tailor Made” facial with Jessica. I opted for two add-ons at time of service- the energizing scalp treatment and the Gua Sha treatment. Jessica is AMAZING!! Top tier service. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She gave some great recommendations too and I cannot wait to come back and book with her again!!

Provided me an entirely different service than I booked for. When I emailed them providing feedback, they ghosted me entirely. 2 stars because the service itself was good, but paid roughly $120 for a service that wasnt what I wanted.

My first time getting a massage at Hiatus, I heard good things and they weren’t wrong. I got my massage done by Ebony and she was the best! I loved her can’t wait to come back!

Ive been a member at Hiatus for years, and I love their massages! Ive been seeing Jelani for the majority of those years, and he is amazing. Hes always got the right amount of pressure during the massage, and I leave feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. The space at The Hill location is also beautiful with a lovely, calming waiting room to enjoy some extra zen before your service. Highly recommend booking a massage with Hiatus, all of their therapists are wonderful.

I really like Hiatus and I usually visit the Inwood/Lovers location but sometimes its hard to get in touch with them via phone. I wanted to book an Hydrafacial and, being something that cant be book through the app, after few attempts, I opted to call the hill location.They were very nice and accomodating and I was able to book the treatment easily.I was quite pleased with the service! Andrea V. was just fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure I had the results I wanted! I must admit that this Hydrafacial experience far exceeded my last one at the Inwood facility. My skin looks beautiful and glowing, and I am really pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely visit this location again and I am looking forward to working with Andrea again.

I had the 90 minute signature massage today with Ally and the entire experience was so amazing and relaxing. This was my first time and I already want to go back. So much tension and pressure released and the staff are very nice and accommodating as well. I can’t recommend Ally enough, she did a wonderful job and was so sweet. Definitely will be back!

Truly a wonderful experience and great investment as a busy woman!I’m an H-Circle Member, which encourages me to take time out of my busy schedule to take self-care day.I switch between massage and facials -and take advantage of various low cost add-ons, like scalp massages or hot stones. Because I rarely plan ahead (typically book morning of or day before), I’ve always chosen ‘Any Staff,’ and have not been disappointed.Since I’m on the run, I always use the showers and amenities like hair gel in their well stocked locker room. Quick and easy, no fuss. Get the membership!

Wonderful environment, friendly staff, I went in for a massage with Mark and he was amazing making sure I was comfortable the whole way. First time getting a service and it was amazing. Did request and got charged for a scalp massage but I did not get that service done. Overall cleanliness was 100 satisfactory. I would recommend it just make sure to get all the services your paying for.Update: I came in for a massage and I was in love with my massage technician Ebony. She heard my concerns and was respectful about it. I definitely will be going back next month with her.

The massage was incredible, but once I got out ready to pay I wanted to purchase of couple skin care products, that’s where the problem started.. the guy that was checking out had noooo clue on any of the prices and said his scanner was off, so I asked him well can you turn it on since I need to know how much I’m sending on this products, so he did and I kept asking about a specific product which he faves me 3 or 4 different prices lol he said he had no idea about any of the products (which to me means they need more training) and instead of chitchatting they should maybe learn details and prices of everything they are selling. He proceeded to call another worker (girl) which was soooo rude to me (apparently we were interrupting her lunch break) so I kept asking her questions and completely ignoring me. Unbelievable.. that whole situation was so stressful that basically the calming non stress massage feeling went away lol. I feel so disappointed, I usually go to the location in Inwood which I will no stick to that because this location just sucks. Please offer more training to your workers and let them know they need to be helpful and kind to customers and make the entire experience less stressful since you are coming out of a relaxing massage.

Huge shoutout to Jada at Hiatus’ Hill location. I’ve loved Hiatus for years but her hospitality really stood out to me.

Nice spa, I recommend.Parking is easy and a short walk from the DART station.Online booking available.Women’s locker room had everything you need.There a few product lines to choose from based on your needs.Once you change into your robe, you sit in this dim lit room for warm tea or fruit water.

The pedicures here are a must try! Zero gravity chair, noise cancelling headphones, and an eye mask…it’s truly an experience and so relaxing! Ruby did a great job with my pedicure and Leslie was super warm at checkout. I would recommend to anyone!

I years ago I used to go to Hiatus regularly and over The time of my membership I had a mostly positive experience. Today I went for a single massage with cupping session and was extremely unimpressed. I feel like I paid to waste an hour of my life. The massage itself was not enjoyable and the cupping was worse. The room was cold and it the table coverings were those sticky microfiber sheets. I communicated my concerns to the receptionist and she offered to give me a complementary session and rebook me. That was a nice offer, but ultimately I decided to pay and not rebook.

Today, I had an excellent massage with Ebony! Her level of professionalism, customer service and care was beyond my expectations. Should you need a massage therapist that LISTENS to your needs and accommodations- book Ebony! Thank you, Ebony! I will see you next month!

Youre better off setting money on fire than coming here. I came to Hiatus a few times for the mani pedi thing and had a good experience. But I decided to get a facial and a wax for my graduation coming up and came here. Only giving it 1 star because cant give 0 stars. The front desk staff was very cold and ignored me right after I walked in and I had to wait a solid few minutes before they decided to talk. The lady who did the facial was probably giving her first facial. None of her extractions work but left scars and scabs all over my face. I am ok with redness but parts of my skin were bleeding. I had my face waxed and she couldnot even pull off the wax strips and struggled a lot. After my wax my face still has all of the facial hair. I dont know why I paid over 200 dollars for this tbh. I am never going back here. Incredibly rude and incompetent

First time here and will not be returning.Showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and change as the website recommended.Booked a couple’s massage and we were ready at the exact time the massage was booked for. We sat and waited 20 minutes for masseuses to be available for our scheduled appointment. When our massage started, we both mentioned we wanted deep tissue/ pressured massage. Neither one of us received that. The massages for both of us were a joke. And of course it was cut off abruptly at the end. When we went to pay, it took 15 more minutes of waiting for the receptionist to pull up our bill. She asked us twice if we’d like to leave a tip- but she didn’t tell us how much our service actually cost. My husband had to ask her. Then he told the receptionist the exact amount he wanted to tip, she doubled it without telling us! (Since we booked a couple’s massage). There’s no screen for customers to look at their bill and she didn’t give us a receipt either. We had to drive back to the location to correct this error when we saw it on our card. My husband mentioned to her he literally told her the exact amount he wanted to tip, and if he wanted to double it, he would have specified. He also suggested they start giving guests receipts. We were excited to get massages but they were not good and neither was our experience overall.

This place right here was freaking AMAZING!!! I was visiting from Michigan. I got a facial and it was one of the best facials I have ever had! It was so serene in there she made me feel so super comfortable! Yes! 5 stars for this place for sure! Keep up the good work. YES! I recommend this Spa!

I came here because I got a gift certificate for my birthday. I knew it was great but oh man did it surpass my expectations!! I’ve been to many spas in Dallas and other places and i can’t wait to go back to this location of Hiatus! Everything was super clean, new, and beautiful. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and personable -she did a great job!! This spa is very good about personalizing your experience which was refreshing. They are not pushy about products or memberships but I will definitely consider a membership as I truly do think it’s a great deal! I highly recommend this place!!

This Hiatus location is not as luxe as the one on Lovers, but booking this location was very convenient. I met with Ebony for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was phenomenal. I neglected to think about the limited range of motion I had in my right shoulder, so she did not focus on it. Nevertheless, a few days later my shoulder is on the way to recovery after about a year of pain. It hardly hurts anymore and Im so thankful for her expert treatment. I have seen Ebony again for a hot stone and have future treatments lined up. Cant reverse aging, but you can enjoy relief for a tired body!

I’ve tried several massages places in Dallas and this is by far the best experience and massage in the area! Everything from the staff to the locker rooms to the relaxation room to the massage are very high quality and comfortable, whereas some other spas can cut corners or feel cheap in some ways. 35 weeks pregnant and just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Erika. Would highly recommend for regular or prenatal massages to relax and spoil yourself! Worth every cent!

Best mani/pedi in town! My nails last for weeks and the serene ambience is worth my time. Every technician I have had is professional and excellent!

I gave my boyfriend a gift certificate for his birthday - 60 minute deep tissue massage. His appointment was at 4, so he arrived at 4. Did paperwork, changed, and got into the massage room at about 4:20. His “60 minute” massage ended right at 5, only 40 minutes. Not sure if the staff failed to tell him to arrive early or what happened. I don’t think time spent on paperwork and changing clothes should count as massage time.

I signed up for a massage yesterday for today at 1015 am. I came in for my massage, and they tell me that my appointment is at 1215 not 1015. I showed them the email showing my appointment was at 1015. Then they said that masseuse is no longer with them, and had to move to a different time. Shouldn’t they have known that masseuse wasn’t with them when I signed up online the previous day. It’s not like I signed up weeks in advance, it was 1 day before. Then the lady says that they left a vm about the time change which I never got. I don’t understand why they would change the time without me confirming, or atleast call again or text confirming the change since they didn’t get a hold of me the first time. I wasted my time and gas coming to this location. I will not be coming back to this location.

Love everything about Hiatus spa. Ive been to San Antonio, Austin, Plano and The Hill. The Hill is by far my favorite location! Consistency is key and you always know what good service youll receive from the front of the house to all the service providers! Only feedback: please make sure headphones in mani pedi lounge are in working condition and dont have tape holding them together. Also, please always offer the weighted eye masks for the service.

After booking two massage appointments on the same day and getting a confirmation email a month in advance (due to lack of availability), we arrived to find out only one of our appointments was scheduled and confirmed due to a schedule system glitch. Hosts were not helpful to reschedule or remedy the situation and showed no remorse for how long it takes to book a massage in advance as well as the impact to the experience for us as a couple.

Hiatus had been my go to for about 3 years now, my esthetician Italy is the best, saved my skin. Love getting micro needles or a good hydra facial

First time here and I had a great experience. Their signature massage is awesome . The amenities are great and its quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return

This is truly a place to be experienced. If you are coming in from a workout you can take a shower there, then have tea while you wait for massage. Oh they provide you with Robe and slippers!! All I can say is just go and experience

My go-to for deep tissue massages and facials. Andrea is the best for facials. I leave every appointment with dewy, soft and hydrated skin. Highly recommend!

I’ve been an H-Circle member for over a year and absolutely adore this place. I highly recommend Hannah for any type of facial, you will leave with glowing skin and great product recommendations to leave it glowing.

Megan the receptionist is so lovely and professional. She worked so hard to get me in for a hydrafacial. She is always pleasant and courteous !! Y’all are lucky to have a her as staff!

A spa that does not answer their phone is a HUGE red flag. HARD PASS!

I’ve had two facials—love it here and love their skincare products. One of the best places in Dallas to go to for Skinceuticals.
