Really nice venue! The spa areas are very bright and clean. I went when the outdoor pool was shaded and on a Dallas August day it was incredibly refreshing.

I went for the first time and I relaxed in the sauna, I sunbathed and by the way I fell asleep for a long time, the jacuzzi and shower were good, the pool was closed, the rooms were too dark, there were mainly very old men, the majority have unprotected sex and when I realized an employee was calling me and said that I had already exceeded the hours that you can stay there (6) And that I had to pay for the extra hour that I spent, the same amount that I paid when I entered, 40 dollars. I didnt like that he escorted me to the door as if I had committed a crime.

I went about nine months ago...everything about that place was FANTASTIC! Please stop bashing the help, they do a FANTASTIC JOB! They work while you play, seems wrong to compare the two...the atmosphere is what you make it gentlemen. Wr are all there to enjoy, no one is paid to provide this for you emotionally. Lighten up, be understanding, and know people come in all sorts...The best advise I can give is to SMILE and let everyone you meet know you ENJOY their company....(rant complete). I am going there again next month for my birthday weekend. Hope to meet YOU there!!!

For my first time there, it was fun, I felt safe, it was sanitary, and protection was provided. I’ll definitely be going back.

Let me give you the real deal. So everyone is going to have a different experience based on when they go, how they act, and more importantly how they look.If you come during the day its hit or miss, at night you have a better chance of finding more suitable matches.Some people come ready to share in the encounters so they open themselves up to new experiences. Being reserved and stand offish is easily detected and makes you look unapproachable. Everyone is trying to test the waters but everyone is afraid to make the first move because to be frank none of us really know how to engage a person the right way in a place like this. Whats comfortable for some might be uncomfortable for others, so look approachable, make eye contact, and smile.The facility itself I dont have much to complain about. I honestly think they should combine both the maze and the other dark dungeon area, because i rarely see people in the back part that leads outside to the smoking section. They could create a fun chill area for those who want to relax before jumping straight into sexual activities. I personally wear sandals throughout the place cuz I dont wanna walk bare foot where people are doing nasty things in public spaces.Now the taboo topic, looks. If youre a model from GQ magazine then you probably wont have much to worry about when it comes to finding people to play with, but for the less than favorable guys, you have to remember that sexual interaction is optional, meaning people will choose you based on whatever fantasy they desire. If you dont find many people to play with or non at all, maybe it wasnt your night, or maybe you look unkept.As for the staff, let that go lol. I get it, they can be off putting sometimes (Ive had a rude experience once before). However, once you pass that stage its over. Its like getting a shot from the doctor, at first it stings but soon you forget about it. Im not condoning the behavior, im just tryna help those who wanna have a good time keep a positive outlook on things and not look at the situation as a half empty cup.Demographic time! I had a fantastic check-in experience at Club Dallas thanks to Jonathan. He consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the club members. Highly recommend Club Dallas along with Jonathan and his exceptional service!

Always empty. Music is very bad. I went to this place 3 times this month including last Saturday. This place had at most 12 people.

Its a train wreck. The showers have no warm water. Place is dirty and stinks like humanity

Love this place went here on Sunday the staff at the front was friendly the middle dungeon/maze was a little dirty, but other than that it was pretty clean. I believe the gentleman Breyden (forgot his name) was aware of his situation when a random guy started acting strange, he was fast to react and got him calmed down. John was kind when I had some questions about the bathhouse as well. I surely will be coming back!!! (P.S. they have Monster yummy!!!)

Clean rooms/areas , friendly staff. The negative reviews are not accurate at all.Prices are clearly posted at the front. They have non-alcoholic beverages/bottle water & personal supplies on sale at counter. Prices were ok. I would bring sandals or water moccasins just for comfort. Free wifi.I did have trouble finding the main front entrance but look for the tinted glass door with white letters private on it.I went over 1 hr on time but staff was kind of enough to do a partial charge $8 instead of full renew rate. If you plan to visit more than 3x in 6 months Get the membership! Well worth it. Will visit again!

The little fellah up front with the blond hair is so rude. Your clients pay to be here and not be treated or accosted by him. Everytime Ive had the unfortunate experience of interacting with him its been a bad experience. Not friendly to most ppl from what I can see.

Honestly, I had a blast. First time experience; went in, didn’t ask any questions, took time to feel it out. I think that was the best approach. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Steam room is steamy. The maze, amazing. Looking forward to my next trip to big D soon. Will definitely be stopping in again.

When it hits it HITS. If you go during slow times it’s your own fault. I recommend getting a room cause they’re not that expensive.

We went on 5/22/22 which was a Sunday night. The staff at the front were very nice in explaining generally how it all worked since it was our 1st time. The place was pretty clean, the rooms are small but we didnt spend much time in there. We kinda ended up being the main perfformance for the night and had a good sized crowd around us most of the night. There were a handful of good looking guys there several in thier 20s. The sauna and hot tub were nice especially since the maze, halls, and rooms were cold. The steam room was a bit much for us as we couldnt see through the steam and it was pitch black in there so we didnt go in there. It was to cold that night to use the pool but it looked nice and clean for when its warmer. We will def be back.

Was okay a majority of the people stick to there own click depending upon nationality which is why I stay single and focused on work anyway,To be honest my best experience was at Club Houston now it seems like times have changed people since 2020 but so far between Club Denver and Houston I guess were my best experiences with any place as such...I usually go for the sence of freedom I get and it feels good to swim comfortably.Once you figure out that Im Indigo Embers youll further understand why I personally started staying to myself as I get older.

I had a bad experience rooms dirty . I forgot my new an expensive shoes in the private room that I paid for it. Was driving after 10 mins I left. I called to ask about my shoes and they said You didnt forget anything here when I left the guy (housekeeping) started cleaning the rooms . Im sure he got them.

Scott was an absolute gem of a staff! Place is great. Too much fun and action going on. Came with a friend and we were there from 12.30am to 5am. Boy, were we exhausted.

Visited afternoon of 7-28-2018 and had a great time. The staff was friendly and quick, prices exactly as advertised. Inside, the place is very large with multiple areas to explore. I spent the first 5-10 minutes walking around, changing into my towel, and seeing who was there. On a mid-afternoon Saturday there were about 15-20 there, a good sized crowd of guys. I felt comfortable and welcome.Shower area was clean and its next to the large hot tub which had a couple guys relaxed and talking. Sauna was also clean and it has windows to the hall so people can see how full/empty. On my visit there were about 6 of us in the sauna and a good time was had by all. I did not use the bathroom area but the door was open and it appeared bright and clean.I rented a room and it was as expected, clean and proper locking door w/ key on wristband. Fast wifi. The maze area is behind the rooms and was another spot where several of us gathered. Very hot time.I did not use the pool outdoors but several guys were in there and lounging outside.I will be back again! Great experience.

First time here. Nice check in. Very clean place. Everything was working. Have two maze. Lots of rooms. Steam sauna. Saturday night pretty busy. Average age was 40-60 with a few under 30 but definitely an older crowd.Overall had a nice first time!

My partner and I came here to see what a gay spa would as like. I was just blown away by how rude the staff are. Really disappointed in the visit and although we’re from out of town and likely wiling be back, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend coming unless it’s an event with a lot of people. The facility and staff in and of itself isn’t worth it.

Enjoyed my first experience Labor Day weekend, obviously was a popular spot at this time. Amenities were nice yadda yadda. The focus of this review is going to be on the staff and cleaning service, Id personally like to thank them for their hospitality and friendliness and willingness to help especially on such a busy night. I cannot stress enough how hard-working the cleaning staff were, I greatly appreciate their efforts and definitely well be coming back.

Friendly employees, clean showers, saunas with the temperatures that are just right. The crowd was pretty diverse and pleasant too, I felt very comfortable.

Used to be a great club. Now everything is closed for “renovations”. I get that they are improving upon it but i think you should update your guests. I paid 30 dollars just for whirlpool, steam room, sauna and maze in back. Pool is under construction and not sure what happen to the locker room section where gym used to be. Definitely forward to coming back when there is room to play

Visited first time ever to a place like this Private Club and was not sure what to expect. Place is fabulous snd very well kept clean wow ! Clean yes wow! I will say the staff was very nice acomidating . For my first time found everything ok snd the rooms we amazing. Hot Tub Sauna Pool was all great . People everyone in the club was friendly and no one rude but very nice . I will have to say look forward to going back it’s that good would go a couple times a month very relaxing !

I finally made my first visit to this place after being in Dallas dozens of times in recent decades. I had been to the other bath house last decade and it rocked! I had hoped Club Dallas would be a similar version of that awesome place, but it wasnt. When you arrive and ask for a room, you get a snarky response from them about the availability of getting one when they are full, There is no wait list and dont ask us to hold one for you... So I got my locker and tried to figure out why guys walking in off the street are able to get a room right away, while I hang out on the other side of the inside door awaiting some sort recognition from the staff that Im waiting for a room.

I will never go back to this bath house ever in my life. After I paid my admission fee, the front desk workers started screaming at me because I was talking to a guy in the lobby area. The front desk worker said if I want to talk to the guy I can leave and he was screaming oh my God. I have no idea what was going on with the guy and the front desk worker before I walked in, but the worker had no right to talk to me that way. I was not even in the mood to stay anymore. I left after 10 minutes.I called after I left and asked was the way the situation was handled was appropriate. I was told by the worker, that talking to that guy violates members privacy. They thought it was appropriate. I was getting the guy number, something that takes seconds and they wouldnt allow that. He said they raised their voice at me because I was ignoring them in the few seconds I was attempting to get the guys number.Ignorance isnt blissed in this situation.1. How was I suppose to know that you all had a random dude in the lobby of the club that I wasnt able to talk to.2.How was I suppose to know getting his phone number would be such a huge deal.3. Giving me 30 seconds to talk to the guy wouldnt hurt anyone.4. Im a business owner. I have over 30 employees, and I you dont allow my managers or employees talk to customers any kind of way no matter what. Even if my customers were wrong, they deserve nothing but respect from my employees.

I visited the club last Friday and I was amazed that they finally decided to have a waiting list for the rooms, very rudimentary (a sheet with a locker number list) but it worked. This is so much better than the old random style (if a room its available when you check in, then you get it). Please keep doing that waiting list and try to figure out a way to improve it, Im sure that customers value that and will be happy of that. Ive been in bath houses like Steamworks where there are screens showing the waiting list and theres even a VIP membership that puts you at the top of the waiting list (or the bottom of other VIPs if any). Regarding the facilities, be patient, the club is being remodeled and feels like a small space, but it seems once its completed it will be huge... I just hope it includes more rooms. The space is clean, but if you see something that need attention go to the front desk and they will take care of it. Overall the staff is courteous and there is a security guy outside watching your car, so feel safe to park and enter.

Out of towner, so first time visit. Good Monday crowd, picked up later in afternoon. Group was mainly 30+ men. Place was clean, except bed sheets could have been tossed as to old to use anymore. Polite staff that kept an eye on things. Would recommend trying it out

The white staff is terrible and racist. No consideration for the people coming in. A place overvalued given the fact that you will be enjoying meager experiences…

A bit underwhelming. Half of the building was deconstructed for what I hope would be an expansion; and the rest of the blg was a bit unkept. Between the odor,& rooms being in need of a revamp, I can’t say this was very exciting. The one main thing that Did catch my eye was the dry room. It was very clean, hardwood, and kept together. As far as the wet room and the pool area as well as the shower section was rather antiquated. I used to work in insulation/refrigeration and there is unfortunately a very strong unpleasant smell that comes from the wet room- like water that has been sitting for too long-practically mildewed.One could only wish for a remodel. Staff is not the most engaging, they’re rather reserved almost like they don’t really care to be there; front desk is about service,& it just wasn’t there for me.

Went there to meet a guy I had talked with online...it was an amazing time! I loved the privacy of the room so he and I could play together. And I lived the other rooms so I could play with other guys while he watches. I will def be going back!!

It has been remodeled so it is not wheelchair accessible anymore!! Only one room is wheelchair accessible. Everything else its too small to use with a wheelchair. Its the not worth the money anymore. It makes me hate myself and go into depression. I how it used to be it was a lot better place.

Ive been to Club Dallas many times over the years and this was my first visit in about 2-3 years. Wow, what a change. I was very disappointed with the renovations and it is really showing its age. I found it to be dirty and with the gym equipment all on the inside of the actual sauna it seems cramped. I probably wont be returning as it just looks old and worn out. I cant believe this is the only gay sauna in Dallas. Im sorry thats all you guys have to choose from. Perhaps one of the worst saunas Ive ever been too. I wish i could give it a better review because Ive had a great time here in the past.

I actually took sick from going in this place over the weekend visiting Dallas. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fernando at the window who was extremely rude. As soon as you get in you realize this was a huge mistake. It is extremely hot and disgusting. Germs live in heat and it was almost unbearable. The floors in the bathroom were gross, sticky, and there was a layer of poo on the floor from people that have been douching. unsanitary. The steam rooms and saunas did not work. They have a maze that was just a dark room full of germs and Heat and smelled like steamed piss and disease. We ended up sitting outside for about 2 hours because we couldnt stand being in there with the heat, smell, quality of the place. I started to get sick. I think I contracted someones common cold from the Heat and germ combo. we ended up leaving after about 2 hours of doing nothing. I will never go back to this place. I would just avoid it altogether if I were you.

10 out of 10!!! Friendly staff, wonderful amenities and kept very clean! Definitely a body positive environment, I felt very comfortable and accepted. Will Definitely be coming back and getting a membership 😁

I could not get in since my ID was expired, but I did show my passport and working permit through the phone. And the employees didn’t even take it because he need it physically. (3 different documents show the same thing)The name and the year were matched, so what’s the problem? Just because I’m Asian (who brought covid to the US!?). It’s just hard to renew ID these days due to the covid. Fyi, it was a black guy who has a little attitude

Not a good time to visit CDallas. Not sure if its because of Covid or other things. But you are required to pay for a room if you are older than 24. Even if two people are sharing a room each of you have to pay same price for that one room. Lockers not available unless you are 18-24 years old. Also, no bags allowed, so getting dressed with your basic necessities like deodorant, toothbrush, comb, etc. essentially arent allowed. Also, showers are closed, and you are limited to 4 hours maximum stay per visit. Room cost per person for 4 hours is about 40 bucks.

Its alright most of the time I usually get a good workouts inside swimming relaxing I love the cookouts on the weekends and special events and along with most of the peoples friends and fun for some place to go having really intense and fun work out with other guys fun workout

If you had been here before Reno, you can tell the current bad layout definitely looks so much smaller than what it used to be. Not many cubicles anymore as they want you to pay for room to play.

Be careful! The staff will steal your credit information and abuse it! 5 mins after I used my credit card to buy a bottle of water, I received alert about 5 unauthorized online transactions! Be careful guys!

For the gents that had issues with employees.Please understand that this is a special kind of club.We need to act accordingly.If you act like a tool in there....expect a thorough wrenching on different levels.Not only by the employees but by patrons as well.This is the kind of ShangriLa where you must not have ANY ENEMIES.

This is a really nice place to go and the staff are very nice. but after 8 am there is a guy called nacho, white, tall, black hair, which has the worst attitude ever he talk to the customers if he has and issue and I don’t understand how some with that attitude can work on customer service.

Very fun and relaxing place best time to go is the weekend and evenings .fun place to play with other guys .or just destress they have a lot of cool stuff . clothing is optional and in the summer thats the best thing ever lol .lots to do you can spend hours there and not be bored .also if your hungry they have snacks .staff is friendly and its clean

Nice interior, hot tub can get unbearably hot sometimes. Other than that it has a good atmosphere and its a great place to relax.

I went for the 1st time last weekend. I was a bit nervous at first, but once inside I relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed what he club had to offer. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be visiting again.

I have been two Friday nights in a row, and I am impressed with how the clientele has gotten much younger and better looking than for several years past. As a forty-something straightish soccer dad with an obvious gym membership, I tend to be luckier than most of the guys there when it comes to getting what I want from decent-looking, younger guys, who are mostly BB bottoms on PReP. The remodeled maze area seems to be atttracting a more frisky crowd. The first Friday night I arrived at one and immediately watched two muscle bears going at it bareback in the sling for half an hour. The large audience was extremely tactile, and they didnt object. Spent two hours with a very nice ripped bodybuilder, then watched another couple for awhile. Last week connected with several young guys, in rooms and the maze, and performed before an appreciative audience. All in all, the Club seems to be on a definite upward trajectory, thanks to Truvada, good staff, and the new layout.

As always a fun and wonderful time. I swear, every time I go insee more and more hotties walking around. Fun place to be on a Friday night.

After driving from Atlanta I was told to throw away my food my friend was tired and needed a room so We checked in I got him settled and I took a shower and went to go get food as I was starving, when I come back they wouldn’t let me in Without paying again!? I told them I was from out of town no one told me. He yelled at me. i sat outside on the street all night rather than pay again after that. Awful time.

I have no clue why there is any badd reviews this place is awesome. the pool is amazing the new club with the new sana new Steam Room new hot tub with LEDs hands down one of the better ones out there now keep up the good work club Dallas. Thank you for everything you do for the LGBTQ community.

Change is not always a good thing midtown spa is gone so had to come here prices were ok after years I need relaxation and came here was disappointed with the guys there the maze was smaller than before. They need more spas in Dallas

The price on the website is not real. I just came and they told 28 when the website says 17 but once here the tell you that the members price, something not even said on the web. They know and still they dont change it to make more people come. A completely dishonest business

Just waste of time. Guys are standing around. Guys are rude and stuck up. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
