She took the small bit of info I provided at the outset and hit every problem area with perfect pressure and giving each area enough time to REALLY feel the difference. I only wish time slowed down when I was on the table! Thank you so much, Mia, for one of the best massages I’ve ever had!

I visited the NOW for the first time today and it exceeded expectations. It is different than some other spas in that there are curtained off areas rather than rooms, but the environment was extremely peaceful, clean, and professional. My massage therapist was wonderful. She listened very well, was very professional and was intuitive. Would highly recommend.

I am a massage addict and have been getting weekly massages for 20+ years. I have been going to the NOW Massage at Preston Forest for the past couple of years They have many great massage therapists and a lovely, restful atmosphere. My new favorite massage therapist is Krystal. She listens carefully to my issues and does an excellent job addressing them. Lately, my issue has been sciatica and she works miracles to help with the tightness and pain in my lower extremities!

I was truly excited to see a higher end chain do well with customer service. I get the monthly $110 membership for an 80 minute massage.1. Massage therapists take way too long to come back after you change now. Before they were very quick. By the time they come in my massage is a 60-70 minute massage.2. The front desk person had the audacity to tell me that I wasn’t tipping enough. Even though they didn’t have a problem taking an extra $60 of my money because all they had space for was a 50 minute massage.I paid for two 50 minute massages which should have costed $80/massage at membership price. Total of 160. Instead I paid 220. Where those extra $60 went to? The franchise.3. It was my mother in law and my bf who had never been there before. They still took over 10 minutes to check us in and out.4. PLEASE!!!! Read your website. Read what you offer. If you’re a front desk person or owner, do what’s best for the customer. Don’t power trip. We’re there to be relaxed and give you business. Don’t steal my money and then tell me I’m not tipping enough.2.

Ive been going to Krystal now for a few months for a deep tissue massage and she is FABULOUS. I always leave feeling so relaxed and such relief. She really cares about the client experience and has feedback about areas of tension she noticed and recommendations for stretches after. She is very professional and talented. Cant recommend her enough.

My massage was great! Jennie listened to what areas I wanted to focus on, and I felt so much less tense by the end of the hour.The staff are all nice and welcoming. This location is a bit smaller than the Frisco location, but still decorated the same way - open, simple, and bright energy.I would recommend Jennie if you’re visiting this location!

The Now is my go to for massage therapy in Dallas. Sinaree is such a gifted practitioner that I couldn’t help but right a review. She has the ability to dial in and work very diligently as she moves along. Her pressure is excellent, but really hands are a marvel. I was exhausted going in and left transformed! Also, she is very kind and personable! Request her.

I called at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get one of the greatest massages - even if it was only 50 min - this time! My massage therapist was Anthony - he is great!! He found knots in my shoulders that Ive been trying to work out for a long time!! Thank you Anthony! See you next week - 80 minutes!

Val L. was absolutely amazing! I’ve been getting massages at the now for almost a year now and struggled to find someone who had the perfect pressure, & finally found someone. I appreciated how she went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and was super thoughtful about every step, which some therapist miss the mark on.

Jean A is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. I have recommended her to all my friends. The establishment is always clean, calm and relaxing with super kind staff. They communicate all appointment times and policies in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The experience at NOW Massage does not equate to the pricing. There are other massage establishments in the area that provide a fully private room and far better atmosphere for the same price. The canvas dividers (vs an actual private room) and the lack of traditional spa music made it difficult to truly relax and get the full value of my massage. I will not be back unless the pricing is reduced to match the inferior quality of the experience.

I absolutely love this place but more importantly I love my massage therapist Lehmont. He is so nice, professional, and Knowledgeable. If he was to ever leave he would have to take me with him.

Booked a same day 80 min massage for a first time visit. My therapist was Honest and she was AMAZING!This place is a whole VIBE and I felt transported to the DR. Signed up for a monthly membership and booked my next appointment!

Great atmosphere. Love the set up and design. So calming and relaxing. Enjoy the ocean wave music pumped through the space. Highly recommend.

This was a different experience for me, but did feel better when I left, so it worked. The atmosphere is Mediterranean to me. There are multiple rooms Partitioned off with thick fabric as the privacy wall. You cant lean on anything if your balance gets shifted you could land in the center of another massage session 1/2 naked. The idea here is to sell memberships for short repetitive sessions. Hard to say anything bad, Im just more custom to complete privacy and this is the opposite of that. Good luck and hope your pain gets better.

UPDATE: Management reached out in a timely manner to get a resolution. I just left my massage appointment and all I can say is wow. Pure bliss. 🤩🤩🤩 I feel amazing. Must’ve just been an off day last time I was here.I also want to note that the ambiance of The Now is very unique. I really like the canvas tent style of the partitions, and the decor is very earthy. In each room you’ll find everything you could want to make the best of your appointment. (Hair ties, eye masks, ear plugs)—————————————————————I went for a prenatal massage, and I have had several good experiences here before, but now a few days out from my massage I still feel bruised from the experience, my shoulders and middle back which were tight when I went in are now very tender. Should I have said something about the pressure during the massage? Sure.

I had a great experience at the now massage. Jean and Lehmont are amazing deep tissue masseuses. Jean knows how to track down where aches and pains are really coming from, and Lehmont can make even my iron shoulders loosen up.

Earlier this week, I decided that I wanted to give The Now a try so I went online to make an appointment. They showed as entirely booked for the week, so I called and they had appointments available! If youre looking online and dont see any appointments, make sure to call and check.I got The Stretch and Deep Tissue massage with Beka. She is very professional, courteous, and excellent at her craft. Really, really good. She found aches that I didnt even know that I had and she did a great job of working them out. Ill definitely give this place another go and try to get Beka again. Thanks for the great massage today!

I honestly don’t want to do this review because she’s already so popular and it’ll only get harder and harder to book with her - but Jennie is seriously amazing. I don’t even have to tell her my trouble spots to have a great experience - she knows the human body and muscle anatomy so well, is really in tuned with feeling where knots are, and her hand movements feel like a well composed orchestra - not offensive and abrupt like some massages I’ve had at other places. I look forward to seeing her every month!

I really appreciate it and would recommend speaking with her directly if you have ever concerns.I want to preface this negative review by saying my masseuse, Jean, is absolutely incredible. She is friendly, professional, and prompt. Her massages are a great balance of therapy and relaxation. She is the reason I kept coming back to The NOW.I have been a loyal member of The NOW for over a year and have been coming consistently once per month and sometimes twice per month.My husband and I are relocating about an hour away so yesterday when I was checking out I informed the woman at the front desk that I needed to cancel my membership because I am moving at the end of the month. She said no problem and that I needed to email them to confirm the cancellation.My membership bills on 20th of every month and they refuse to cancel it before it bills on 12/20 due to the membership agreement of a 30 day cancellation notice. So I will most likely have a credit that I will be unable to use because we are moving.I explained this to her and she acts like there is nothing they can do. While I understand the agreement, this not how loyal customers should be treated. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. It is not worth it in the long run to collect a little extra money upfront.On top of this, the management is very unorganized. They have scheduling issues and internal communication problems, which I have always overlooked and been very patient about.I will no longer recommend them or book massages with them. Very disappointing experience.

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to get a massage. The people are the front were very helpful and nice to chat with. My masseuse was wonderful, very calm, and she did a great job! Although there are no closed door suites, it was quite and peaceful in my room and reminded me of being on the beach.

I was given a giftcard for NOW for a Prenatal massage and was hesitant seeing it was corporate spa. After checking out the reviews, I decided to book an appointment with Jennie and my experience was everything I hoped for.I booked the 50 minute Stretch massage with a Prenatal Addon and my total was $110 as expected. The front desk area was warm and inviting and the staff was helpful.After using the bathroom, I was met by Jennie who gave me a brief but thorough consultation about my expectations and needs for our appointment and then led me to our room. The rooms are separated by tents, which I was nervous would feel exposing, but they are extremely secure and I barely heard anyone else while I was there.It was cold in Dallas so I was nervous it would be cold, but the room was warm and she had the bed warming too.The actual massage was just what I was hoping for: relaxing, but productive. You could tell that she is experienced and knowledgeable and that she cared.Not only did I enjoy my time here, but Ive already decided to book again in a month.Thankful to this location for a great experience!

I love this place. It’s my happy place. I’ve struggled for years with massages because the tables make my sinuses hurt. I did a short massage with Jenny to accommodate that and then we chatted about the different ways she could accommodate me too. I’ve since gone back for a longer massage and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Jenny really delivered an incredible experience and I will be back asap. Also, the ambiance at The Now is my favorite.

I have had frozen shoulder pain for over a year. I had limited range of motion when it came to lifting my arms and rotating them. The pain was just constant and no matter what I did, my shoulder was still very tight and agonizing. Scott was absolutely amazing at listening to my problem, targeting my pain and relieving me from it. The massage felt intense due to me being overly tight for so long, but was worth the outcome. This massage was hands down one of the best pain relieving massages I have ever had. It has been past a week now since my massage and I still feel great and little to no tightness in my shoulder. I have been able to work and sleep better ever since. Scott has the magic touch to take away muscle tension and keep it away. The Now has the best massage therapist in town. 10/10 recommend.

This place is beautiful. I received an 80 min massage here as a birthday gift and it was a truly relaxing experience. I get massages often and this was one of the best that I have had. I appreciate how quiet and relaxing the room was. They also have the sound of the ocean playing which reminds me of being on vacation and having a massage on the beach. I added the herbal heat pack and it was the perfect addition to my treatment.

Edit: 7.15.23I have been getting massages for almost two years and at first I had Bertha and she left (sad face). However, now I have been seeing Vision (pun intended) and have had several sessions with her. She is beyond amazing! I get The Healer massage and she connects to not only my body but my energy. Her ability is like no other!🫶🏾🤌🏽Ive had the 50 min NOW and Healer massages, both by Bertha. I left feeling relaxed and calm. She is amazing!

They didn’t tell me the price at first or on the phone and they only mentioned $80 in the website but she charged me $125 before tip. The massage was good tho but she didn’t clean the oil after she was done , I felt uncomfortable about overcharge and also she said I have to fill the whole form agreement and it took about 15 min while my hands were slippery and the oil gets to my eyes lol. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience with this place.

Absolutely loved my experience with Honest definitely plan on coming back. The atmosphere was so peaceful and loved the sound of the waves in an ocean. She applied the right amount of pressure and touch.

Literally my favorite place in Dallas! I visit once a month with Kelly and she is heaven sent!! She is very nice & has a cool personality and her massage is even better! Ive been visiting for about 6 months so I have met with 3 therapist (Lisa, Kelly) & one other I can’t remember but Kelly is for sure the best!!!! They have add ons for your massage & my favorites are calm balm & I believe it’s called guasha. Amazing place for sure 🙂🙂🙂🙂 also the vibe of the place is quiet, chill, & relaxing. There’s soft music playing perfect for relaxation.

I’ve been going to the Now for about a year now and love the atmosphere. Definitely recommend trying out a couple different massage therapists to find the right one for you or ask the front. Edgardo was really great on my last visit! He listened to all of my concerns and really WORKED my knots. I immediately felt better after the session. My new go-to!

Honestly SUPER disappointed in my last session here. I usually go to the Greenville location, but opted to try this location for the second time since the first time was good. A man who seemed to be a frequent flier was in the space next to me. He and his therapist talked and laughed loudly and frequently to the point that I could hear their entire conversation. His phone rang at full volume (a full ring sequence) about halfway through my massage. It later rang again and he answered it and took the call. At no point was he asked to consider that he was in a somewhat shared space where others were paying good money to relax. I told the front desk at the front and no one seemed to care much. As far as the massage, I booked the Healer with deep tissue and it really wasn’t comparable to other Healer massages I’ve had at this and the Greenville location. My therapist spent most of the session sitting and I can’t say that the extra I paid for deep tissue was delivered on. I came in a ball of stress and left highly annoyed, sub nearly $200.

This is the best massage place I have been to since relocating to Dallas. I have tried out many other massage places and was never satisfied. After reading the wonderful reviews I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did. Excellent customer service, you will always be greeted when walking in. The establishment is always very nice and clean. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating! If you’re looking for a really good massage place this is it! I highly recommend & this is now the only massage place I will go to.

OMG! My massage today with Jean was AMAZING! Ive tried a few spots since moving to the area a year ago and have left disappointed each time, but NOT today! I even opened a membership!

My wife and I had just gotten off a flight from Tampa. We were delighted at the peace and tranquillity at the NOW! We were so impressed after a 25 minute session that we purchased a monthly membership! Personally Scott worked on me. Unlike others, Scott works smarter not harder. He is insanely knowledgeable about how to use key trigger points to get outstanding results. I walked away n with significant pain and walked out having left that pain in the quiet abyss. I can’t say enough great things about these guys.

Look no further! I visited a friend for the holiday weekend and it was my idea to get a massage since I tweaked my back during an exercise session. The greeting by the gentleman at the front and the owner was so welcoming. The place is beautiful and calming. I was provided suggestions for enhancements which were really helpful prior to the massage. But let me get to the most important part. Lydia, the therapist, was AMAZING! Best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in and traveled to multiple places where I received a massage. She is knowledgeable, personable, and a master at her craft. When I return to the area, I will definitely come again. And I feel great!

This is my second time to receive a massage from Evan and what a treat it was. Evan is so kind and in tune with what the body needs. I came in with an injury and Evan was extra gentle and helped me to relax. I walked into the massage limping and left, without a limp. I highly recommend scheduling a massage with Evan and also love this location.

The massage was probably the worst massage I have ever had.Unfortunately the masseuse was not very good. I don’t think she understood pressure points and would massage random parts of my body (my knuckles on my hand? My ankles around my bone?) she also used her forearm to massage my RIBS which hurt very badly. The oil she used was cold and she didn’t use enough, which made it feel like she was tugging on my skin uncessarily.Your facilities were also EXTREMELY frigid and the heating of the bed was not enough to makeup for how cold it was.It seems to me that this facility is one of those “instagrammable” places that don’t have the experience of masseuses to backup the social media-worthy decor.

I decided to book a massage with Scott M after a very stressful few weeks at work. I’m so glad I did. The massage was amazing. Very relaxing and soothing. Amount of pressure was perfect. I will definitely be back.

I went last week and booked a day of appointment because I had a HORRIBLE knot in my neck. At the front the lady who was there was so welcoming, then she had introduced me to my masseuse Erica. I had explained to her that I was really struggling with my back and neck with one side being worse than the other. She actually listened to me, asked if I was okay with some deep tissue to help get the knots out. I knew I should have booked the 80 min instead I did the 50 and when it was over, I promised myself never again will I make another 50 min appointment. Needless to say; the team was so great, professional, knowledgeable and the environment with the waves really was so relaxing! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Excellent location, and excellent ambiance! the owner is extremely friendly and you can tell he put meticulous effort into his business aesthetic and service menu. massages and spas have become very rinse, swish, spit, repeat. but NOW preston provides the beach vibes with the resort quality of service, and still manages to honor reasonable day spa prices. Last but certainly not least, my massage therapist Erica was AMAZING. very service-y and clearly knows how to combine therapy and relaxation in her work.

The Now Massage has such a calming and relaxing ambiance. Love the wood tones and warm lighting makes for such a cozy vibe. I was massaged by Edgardo! He was extremely professional and checked in on the pressure of the massage. I cant wait to go back!

We were greeted with a very happy, pleasant receptionist who checked us in, offered two types of water (cucumber infused or normal) and she explained the different enhancements we could add on to our scheduled massage (added the deep tissue!).Next up the masseur came out to introduce himself and did a short consultation to learn about any sensitive areas or spots I wanted him to focus on. He also explained there would be a button just under the table next to be to the side where I could let the receptionist know if I needed water or attention (nice security feature as well should a customer feel uncomfortable!).But the magic started when we left the consultation space and walked in to what felt like was like a serene spa at an exotic beach resort. Tons of natural woven lanterns hang over the walkway with the unbleached canvas walls suspended by huge timbers. I mean the lobby was beautiful, but WOW... its next level in there. Youre not going to hear any Gregorian chanting or hoobangy music. Instead, theres the soothing sound of crashing waves, which, not only adds to the feeling of an escape, but provides nice white noise for privacy.He paid close attention to my nonverbal reactions to either focus on areas that needed attention or ease up if need be...After the incredible massage, I had some questions about specific areas that were more sensitive than others and he explained what I could do on a regular basis to reduce the tension and pain. He was quite knowledgeable and informative.From beginning to end, we both had incredible experiences in our respective massages. Felt transported to an exotic escape for 50 minutes and left feeling refreshed. All while staying right here in Dallas.Added bonus... after the massage, I popped over to Mi Cocinas for a post massage mambo taxi and guacamole.Well definitely be back!!!
