Place was good. Some issues. I found a bug in the massage bed but the problem was fix right away. I am very sore from my neck due to the massage. I. After the message next day sore and bruises on my neck not good. I spent $200 for bruises on my neck due to rough massage. Not good at all

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! I left feeling more relaxed than I have in years and I get massages often. I highly recommend the Vichy shower before your massage. Everything is so intentional and well-chosen in the environment, even the towels are super soft! Brian went above and beyond to make sure I had a comforting and relaxing experience. Front desk staff are incredibly helpful and kind. All staff are clear and communicative and thats an extra plus!

I was able to call on the same day and get a very much needed massage. The atmosphere was beautiful and the young lady behind the desk was very polite and professional. My massage therapist came right in and got to work. She did an excellent job with the perfect pressure that provided the relief I needed. I would definitely return and recommend this location. This has been the 2nd best massage of my life. Blindly recommend the place. Also beautiful decor and service, and most impressively: it’s affordable! The only thing I’d improve is the restroom.

This place is a hidden GEM! I usually struggle to get a firm deep tissue massage, but the staff here are exemplary are can provide it. Absolutely love Felax Spa! First time at this spa. Ambience was wonderful, especially for not being in a stand alone building. I did the combination of 30-min foot massage and 60-min body massage with “B”. Working in healthcare, my feet and back are the most worn out and most often neglected parts of my body. The foot massage was great, and “B” immediately honed in on my lower back which is perpetually tight. The entire experience was lovely, professional, and very relaxing. I look forward to coming back!

30 min First time reflexology, great foot soak and massage and reflexology pressure therapist had just the right pressure level! 60 min Massage with Faith was very firm, therapeutic, worked out back spasms and stiff neck. We went for a one hour couples massage and a 30 minutes shower scrub. It was unbelievable and my boyfriend and I felt clean, relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The employees were all very kind and the massage therapists were both amazing. I wish I asked their names so I could mention them. They were professional and courteous and did a spectacular job of a deep tissue massage. We will definitely be returning for future massages.

We’ve been coming here for years now, rarely have I not liked a massage. Extremely clean and receptionists are very welcoming. We usually do spontaneous massages and they have always been able to book us in last minute. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Massage Felax and Spa for some time now. I have always been happy with the way I feel when I leave my session. Its a relaxing environment with clean rooms, courteous staff and soothing music. Its a good value for your health and pocket.I highly recommend them.

My wife and I discovered Massage Felax several years ago, and make it a point to schedule a couples reflexology session when we visit Dallas. As these trips tend to be “shop till you drop” excursions, an hour together at Massage Felax is the perfect way to recover from both the malls and Dallas traffic. The new waiting area is fresh and welcoming, and we’ve never had a bad experience.

It was okay. I received a gift certificate for a one hour massage for Christmas. When I went to book the appointment online, you need to provide your credit card info, so I drove there instead to schedule. The ambiance was nice, but I didnt get quite the spa feel. During the massage, you could hear the music from the business next door through the wall so.. The massive was alright... The people working were very nice, but I dont think worth the price plus tip.

I had one of the best massages of my life today at Felax Addison and I have had countless massages in many cities from many therapists during my my lucky lifetime.First about the spa. It is peaceful and filled with zen. It radiates peace and positive vibes.But the most important part of this review is the amazing therapist that made my day. BRIAN is in a league of the very few professionals who combine extraordinary technique with empathy. He is a truly gifted amazing therapist. I am not someone who easily compliments but this guy gave me an amazing massage.As others have mentioned in their reviews this studio does not usually begin with a conversation between the client and therapist. So I asked to talk to Brian before my session. While both the receptionist and therapist were surprised they agreed to my request and I shared my goals before beginning.The next hour was amazing. I love deep tissue massage and Brian is a true pro. He frequently checked in with me to how as I was doing as I was groaning through the exquisite pleasure / pain as he worked the knots out of my back. This dude has strong hands.He starts with deep work while you are covered with a sheet then progresses to an oil massage. The extra bonus was the finish with a warm towel (I think it was damp) massage that removed the oil.Like I said, one of the best massages I have ever experienced. I dont need to tell you I have already re-booked.

I really enjoyed my first reflexology session. It was soooo peaceful, relaxing and I really felt catered to. Also, everyone was so genuinely nice. I will definitely go back again in the future.

I and my boyfriend had a couple massage 60min. It was just common massage, service and place. Nothing special. Anyway our therapists were good enough, but we did not get any tea or wine while we were waiting or after massage so It was just having normal, regular massage in the same room. Thats it. So if you think about a romantic couple massage this is not a good place for it, but if you need just massage, it is fair enough for it.

This was my first visit at Massage Felax. I was a little apprehensive because i have alot of sensitivity in my back and cannot tolerate much pressure. My masseuse was very professional and considerate. I was able to relax once she found my tense spots. She asked me several times if I was ok. It was a wonderful experience and I made another appointment.

Called last minute for a two hour massage they got me in right away. The facility is always clean and fresh staff are first class. My appointment was with Fei she is absolutely a master at her craft very professional and quite but knows how to totally make you relax. Thank you Fei for the great job.

I was here pre pandemic and the signature combo massage I had (reflexology and body) was so memorably great that I have been dying to go back here again when I could afford. Well, today my back was hurting so terribly due to my endometriosis and Lynn and Bryan were amazing. I feel like Ill actually be able to get work done this week with a good attitude. Coming from Md & My Boyfriend from NY to celebrate his birthday weekend. I booked a couples foot massage by accident. I realized that when I got there. It was no problem for it to get fixed immediately to a full body massage. It was my boyfriend first time🤣 them ladies hands was anointed. As being Nurse(I definitely needed it) They did such a good job that afterwards my boyfriend was still knocked out( tko) snoring. I had to slap his feet and say “ Hello” 🤣good job ladies. This is my first time going to this wonderful spa. Fei, the Massage Therapist, is who attended me. The ambiance and music were very soothing and beautiful. The front desk was attentive and offered me some water before my massage, which was, without exaggerating, THE best massage of my entire existence and literally one of the BEST things I have ever experienced in my life! I like to pay attention to the techniques used during my massages and I was pleasantly amazed with many new ones Fei used and for the first time ever I was completely satisfied with a massage and didn’t feel like anything was missing or could’ve been better. I recently went for the VShower+Body Scrub Massage and the full body massage. Lynn (L) was my therapist and she was AMAZING. Customer service, patience, ambience and environment was all 10/10. I really enjoyed Lynns communication during both massages-she made sure I was consistently comfortable and the applied pressure was PERFECTION. She released all my tension and I slept like a baby for days afterwards. Will definitely make this a frequent self care stop!

My experience with Massage Felax was not great at all. I called and made a couples massage in the same room, appointment 2 days prior to today for our anniversary. The appointment was confirmed, and I had to pay a deposit in order to book the massage. I paid $85.00 deposit. We show up 15 minutes before our appointment, the place is loud inside, lots of people waiting. The desk clerks both let me know they do not have a room available for the couple massage, the people who came in before us didnt want to split up and they made an appointment today and arrived before us. We spoke for several minutes, and they basically told me they made an online appointment and they cant honor my appointment from two days because the system doesnt know the availability. It was unbelievable we drove 20 minutes to get there and they have no room. When I asked when the other appointment was they started 15 minutes before we arrived. It was not handled well and the clerks at the desk really had nothing to say but sorry. I would WARN against booking and thinking they have a couples room apparently it is first come first server for the rooms. That is literally what the clerks said to me they arrived before you so they go to choose. WOW! After more of a hassle and the clerks trying to get us to reschedule I finally got my deposit back after a long drawn out conversation. I am not able to make a review on the actual service because they could not honor our appointment. Also, the place was very noisy in the waiting area there were at least 10 people waiting. I still cant believe they would not honor an appointment time and wanted me to reschedule with them. How would I know if when we drove back if they would have the room then for the couples massage. Very disappointing.

This was amazing. I am from out of town and was here for a conference and really needed some help with some sore muscles. The offer a clean, peaceful, communicative, safe environment where everyone is vaccinated and masked. I was so thankful for an opportunity to relax. It was perfect pressure, just a really thorough massage by Ivy.

Bryan was the massage therapist. He is one of the members of the staff and is very friendly and really listens to your body’s needs and is very respectful and professional. Ive been a massage therapist therapist for 17 years and Brian is hands down the best massage therapist I have had in a long time.Its hard for me to find someone who will go deep enough and also his techniques are incredibly proficient.His style, from what I can tell is a mix between Swedish, Chinese, Thai, and a few other moves I didnt know. Incredible tapotement and combination stretches. Does a good portion on top of the sheet so he can deliver more pressure. He can change his pressure up for you as well . He certainly has the gift of healing. So happy to see real massage therapy. Its hard to come by these days.

I received a 90-minute massage on Monday. The massage itself was wonderful! However, I remain upset about the fact that the Masseus had some coughing spells (even left the room once to hack). This is especially concerning as I just was discharged from the hospital less than 48 hours earlier. And, I also noticed the following at your website:Masks are required for all our staff and must be kept on throughout the entire time at Massage Fealx and Spa.If any staff member or guest has any of the Covid-19 symptoms they will not be permitted to enter the building.I always make it a point to make an appointment at Massage Felax when I am in town from Arizona and I have always had nothing but positive feedback. But, this is upsetting. I did not bring it up as I left due to the fact it appeared to be staff I did not recognize that may have been covering for the holiday.I am posting this review after three attempts to reach out to the company via their email with no response at all.

Came for a couples massage and reflexology. Very pleased with the ambiance of this place but most importantly the massage I had was amazing. I opted for the deep tissue my wife prefers a more gentle touch. The deep tissue massage there were some moments when it was intense but that was exactly what I was looking for the foot reflexology was excellent as well.I’ve gone to several places to get massages and this place I will definitely be coming back again. Yes I was offered a drink, yes the ambiance and the environment were nice and very clean but what your paying for is the therapy massage and it’s why I’m definitely coming back here. I walked out feeling like a new person all my tension and stress was gone.

I was in awww. This was my cousin and I first time going to this spa in Addison, Texas. They were busy. The place was peaceful and clean, and they offered you tea, wine, or water. Before your service, they gave us a robe, rubber slippers, plastic undergarments for your precious area, and your breast. Professional. The vichy shower and massage was calming and to die for... My massage therapist was superb. She definitely had me in a relaxed mood, and I enjoyed myself. I felt amazing. I found my spa place. Thank you, Felax and Spa, for the experience. I will be back!

This place was ok. My honey and I went last night for a couples massage. The facility is really nice, clean, calming vibes with welcoming staff. We arrived and was taken right back to our room without waiting. The masseuse came in shortly after and began. The room was really nice and super relaxing. We asked for a pretty light pressure massage since the deep tissue is typically more painful/intense and we were already extremely sore.The massage was okay. Pressure was A little too light and not very versatile but it was relaxing. Wish it included hot stone. The price was decent. We will probably try it out one more time and hope it’s a little better next time.

I booked a last minute massage while in town for a conference. Most of the reviews online were positive so I felt decent about it.When I arrived and layed down on the table- I immediately noticed how thin the sheet was. It was more like gauze than a sheet- and extremely see through.The building was freezing, and the table wasnt heated so I was already cold. Then the masseuse turned a fan on for white noise- so I was essentially shivering through the entire massage.Lastly, the actual massage just want good. It was extremely rough and not relaxing. The masseuse used her entire arm the majority of the time, rather than targeting spots with her hands. There was no relaxation.Much like another womans review I did not get the chance to speak to my therapist prior to the massage starting. I was unable to communicate any problem areas before she started. I was asked once if the pressure was ok- however she never even introduced herself by name.When I was asked to flip to my back- the pillow that goes behind your knees was removed- which only adds to the discomfort. She then proceeded to actually get on the massage bed, which is something I have never experienced before.I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

This is my FAVORITE spa!! The staff is beyond incredible. Each time Ive gone, I had a different massage therapist, and not one of them disappointed. I especially appreciated that when I went in with an injured shoulder, they were very mindful to avoid aggravating the area and focused on relieving tension in the rest of my body.I had never heard of a vichi shower before... but Im so glad I tried it! Now Im hooked! The therapists were very kind about adjusting the water temperature to my liking, and I felt very comfortable throughout the new experience.The spa is very well kept: clean, organized, with an overall relaxing ambiance.Ill probably never go to a different spa!

Oh my goodness absolutely amazing 2 days later I still feel absolutely amazing. Its a different kind of relaxed its just very peaceful and serene feeling your whole body feels it for days later. I did body scrub in the massage and oh my goodness I will be doing the body scrub more often. Overall, massage was good. A little different than your usual massage - I’ve never had a masseuse get on the table with me before, let alone very sloppy with draping leaving me practically naked. Gives off “happy ending” vibes.Our biggest problem was my boyfriend booked us a COUPLES massage for our anniversary and they said we had to be in separate rooms which defeats the purpose of us BOOKING a couples massage. Poor customer service when delivering us this news, didn’t offer any add-ons to apologize. Just overall poor experience.

Wow! Best massage Ive gotten in awhile. I had Summer and she was phenomenal. Great strokes and never lifted her hand. Clean, quiet ambience. Not a robe and sit down kind of place but if you need to be in and out but need a really good massage, this is the place! Ask for Summer, you wont regret it.

So I came here with high expectations after reading the reviews. Very disappointed- the ambiance is great and extremely comfortable. My therapist was a different story. I made an appointment for 7:30 pm so maybe she was tired. Her pressure was extremely soft and I don’t really think she knew much about reflexology. I tried so hard to relax and was even tempted to leave early (of course still pay the full price) just because it was that bad. I didn’t want to speak up because I assumed she was exhausted. Hopefully you guys have a better experience here

This is my go to place for a facial. Malik has done two of my facials here, and both times we had great conversations. After my first visit she recommended a product to help with some of my hormonal flare up and it has worked very well. The last time I saw her was for my birthday early this month. She used a new brightening treatment on me and my face was glowing for weeks. She is so nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely continue to see her.

I had to prepare myself to get a message - I’m not too comfortable with people touching me, but I knew I needed this. Fortunately, everything happened so smoothly that I wasn’t uncomfortable at all and instead this turned out to be an experience I should have had a long time ago.The workers were so professional and nice; they walked my friend and I through everything and made sure we were never uncomfortable. Then we had these unbelievable showers - they were amazing. I spent the shower oscillating between no thoughts and thoughts revolving around how I could possibly get one of those shower heads in my home. We added the sugar scrub to our showers and that was a game changer. I came out with renewed skin and 22 years of stress somewhere down the drain.The pricing was incredibly fair. For the showers alone I would have paid the full price.If you’re going with someone else and you want to be worked on together, make sure you call in advance to confirm that they’ll be ready for a two person session. If you also have questions about under garments- they give you special garments to wear for the showers and for the massage you can check with your masseuse. We kept our underwear on for the massage portion.Overall, my friend and I had a life changing experience here. I for one, realized that I should treat my body more often- I can’t believe I was missing out for so long.We’ll definitely be coming back. Because of this experience, we’ll be in good moods for the next twenty years :)

The BEST massages in the metroplex hands down! I have tried lots of other massage places and nothing beats the consistency of massage felax. The deep tissue massages are incredible and the prices are reasonable. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage I highly recommend Brian, Kimmy, Kim or Lynn.. I always feel so relaxed after my session and my back feels so much better. I have been coming for close to 6 years now and won’t go anywhere else, massage felax is the best!

I tried a massage here a few weeks ago and was pretty unhappy with my experience.The massage was easy to book through the website so I was excited to arrive. When I did arrive though, they did not even give me a chance to speak to my therapist before going to the room? Especially as a new client I have always been given the opportunity to talk to my therapist first and tell them my issues, what kind of pressure I like, etc. I had none of those opportunities. The therapist did not ask me either when she entered the room after I was already on the table.I was massaged first while I was laying on my stomach, back up. I had left my underwear on as I am not comfortable with those being off and I have always been told in massages to undress only to the level of your comfort. I have always had massage therapists be very respectful of this. This therapist literally pulled my underwear all the way down without asking!! I did ask her to move them back up, which she did. But it should not have happened in the first place. If I had been comfortable with that....I would have done that. I was shocked this happened.She then was using more pressure than I liked with her elbows (which she wouldnt know the pressure I liked as she did not ask). I asked her to go lighter and she continued with lighter pressure with just her hands, but just as hard pressure with her elbows??The massage also just felt very disjointed. The movements were not smooth as she massaged me. Instead of moving the covering sheet carefully as I have always had therapists do she just threw it off and on me.I literally spent the entire massage with my teeth clenched, hoping it would get better but ready for it to be over. I felt more tense and had more pain after leaving than before the massage. Definitely the worst massage I have ever had, which could have been easily avoided with communication.

My husband and I went for deep tissues. It was beyond wonderful. I recommend Females; have semi wet hair for the deep tissue because they message your scalp so easy hair up hair down is best. Males; my husband says that basketball shorts and tshirt are best. Overall fantastic service.

The staff is so AMAZING! Not only are they experts at their craft, but they are so accommodating. They were able to get me in that same day and were able to work with my schedule (I got off at 6pm and they were able to get me in at 6:15pm).Felt so relaxed after my facial and the full body massage was the cherry on top. Bryan does the best massage in town!Will be back!

I was very surprised that I was able to walk in and schedule an appointment for the same day. My overall experience was very pleasant including the staff. My only regret was as not scheduling a long time for a massage. I will definitely be returning.

The atmosphere was very chill and relaxing.. we enjoyed our couples massage. We were visiting from out of state and made advance reservations after reading their reviews online..they did not disappoint. I found their prices to be very affordable, with outstanding services. Massages were given by 2 women, whom names I dont remember but they did an excellent job.

This was my first time at this spa, and I will say, I was not disappointed. When you first walk in the setting is very relaxing. I had a combination service of reflexology and full body massage. When you walk to the back it’s dimmed and spa music playing. The reflexology was first, which was incredible. The lady did a wonderful job and it was very relaxing. It also came with a beverage! I got wine obviously. Lol. My only complaint for this part of my experience was the clients who were walking out. They were speaking loudly and not whispering so others can enjoy their service. This was not the Spa’s fault, it was just customers who weren’t thinking about other getting services done trying to relax. O on to the full body massage, the girl I had got down to business! She made sure I was ok with the pressure and had great communication. She did a fabulous job hitting all the spot I told her to get. Both ladies I had were very professional and super nice! I wish I could remember their names! I was so relaxed I forgot! After my service I went up front to leave the girls gratuity and the owner at the front was awesome as well! I had questions about the new service they had which was the shower therapy, he gave me the information and even walked me back to where the shower rooms were and explained how the service goes. I’m definitely want to try it out next time! Prices were reasonable in my opinion for what you get! Forgot the ladys name but pretty much i was experiencing serious full body pain from pilates running and car accident and after the 90min deep tissue massage i felt so much better. i came in with a stiff body and came out with a moveable one.was lucky to score a spot on the same day. easy parking. good friendly customer service. this is the spot im going when i go back to dallas

Oh my!! When I say most relaxing massage ever I mean it! The prices were super reasonable and the service was awesome. From booking the appointment to leaving everything was perfect!

When I tell you this review is completely overdue, I mean it. I had a shoulder problem from working too much and went to see Makelle. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and good at what she does! I highly recommend her for an amazing massage! She knows so much about the body and muscles and taught me a lot about why my body was feeling the way it did. Can’t wait to see her again.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day and I’m so glad I finally used it yesterday! got a 30 minute Vichy shower and a 45 min facial by Malik. I loved my facial, I’m glowing, and the inflammation on my face is so calm today.

The service was excellent here I could not complain about anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality spa day. The prices are well worth it for what you get. My masseuse, Makelle, did an amazing job as well. She was very thorough with her work and made me feel comfortable. I’ll be coming back to see her. Felax is my go-to massage paradise! I’ve been a loyal customer for 4+ years. The epic foot massages will put you in heaven. Chris has always provided superior customer service. There is no doubt you will find what you need in this massage destination. I prefer a moderate pressure for the back massage while my friend prefers “real” pressure. We have NEVER been disappointed. Definitely give these guys a try. You will love it!

Both services I had were extremely excellent, professional. It was my first time there so more direction between services would be more helpful. I was left to wander around by myself and walked into the main lobby several times between services.

Ive been here twice, and had a couples swedish massage both times. They are very professional and have great, competitive rates. Both massage therapists have been so attentive and made my experiences so enjoyable by catering to small details, like putting my hair in a towel to make sure no lotions or oils get in my hair and checking pressure/injury spots. Rooms are dark and moody; there is soft spa music throughout; and checking in and out is easy.

I am so glad I found this place. I love authentic places to get a great massage at a great price. Ivy was amazing and helped me with my sore muscles. I also got reflexology which was great too. Definitely one of the best massages I have got. Don’t hesitate just try them.

It took a lot of bouncing around local massage studios to finally end up here but Im happy that I did. Theyre a nice midpoint between a hotel spa and a private massage studio suite. Online booking was easy, the staff is polite and professional, and my massage was great.

Malik is my Esthetician and she does an amazing job every time. She’s truly knowledgeable of the products she uses and also skincare. She always finishes up with recommendations and compliments— with me leave the spa extremely pleased and refreshed!!

I’ve had several massages here by different therapists and all of them have been quality massages. The reflexologies are a life savior for my plantar fasciitis pain. Their deep tissue is actually deep and pain relieving! I always look forward to my visit here and the pleasant, professional staff.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. The massage was good. I needed a sports massage due to tight muscles and it did not fully cover what I wanted. Regardless, if you are looking for a relaxing massage this would be a place to go for a reasonable price.Plenty of parking available. I went to Massage Felax for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. We had a bit of scheduling issue and they handled it very professionally and offered me various discount options for my trouble. I got the Felax Special and it was perfect for my sore feet. This is hands down the best place for a foot/body massage in the Addison area. I love getting either their 90 min swedish or deep tissue. Their combinations are great too if you want both reflexology and full body massages. All the therapists are wonderful and have helped me relieve my neck and shoulder pain that no one could really alleviate. Been a regular since then and never turned back! Huge thank you to Chris and to Massage Felax!

Ive had many massages in my day, but this place is one of two that have taken my breath away....literally. It was heaven on earth. The atmosphere was great, the staff was amazing, and I am still unable to find the proper words to describe my massage. Ive had many massages across the U.S. but non better than at Massage Flex and Spa. If you need a deep tissue massage then Lynn is your technician. Be prepared for her using her feet on your back. A whole different experience to complete the treatment.

Couples massage was amazing! Ask for Ivy if you want to get the greatest whole body massage. The facility was clean and they provide excellent customer service. We will be back very soon for another date night at Massage Felax!

I rarely leave a review let alone a 5 star review. The 5 star review made me believe it maybe too good to be true. Also I wasnt expecting much for just a foot massage. But I loved the whole setup. Screened off chair massage foot tub, oxygen with essential oil, cleaning of feet, lotion, massage every part of the foot to calf. the whole attention to detail finish off with hot towel was exactly what a pregnant mom need after moving & on my feet the day before. My feet were barely able to stand on when I come in & when I walked out my feet felt brand new. I highly recommend this place seems like old world method with new age technology mixed in. Friendly & clean! Cant wait to go back to try a full body massage.

I have had many massages in my life, but the body massage I had with Lynn was hands down the best Ive ever had! She was able to work through some pretty tough areas that most were never able to get. I wont be going anywhere else from now on!

I was visiting in Dallas and looked up this place. When I arrived the man was very kind and helpful. I chose reflexology and Kim did an awesome job! The chair was comfortable, the room was peaceful and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend them! I will visit again!

Used to come in the past for an easy and cost effective last minute massage / reflexology. The service has changed. Lady who takes calls is always put our doing her job and never has openings. Used to be able to walk in. Maybe hire more people if you consistently are never available days out. Able to still walk in to yaya on lovers!!

Left with bruises….that has never happened to me during a massage. I don’t recommend this place. You can hear the front desk worker talking on the phone during massage, not very relaxing… At one point the massage therapist sat on me…not sure about that technique.

Quick review, it is a very neat little spa, compared to the cheap oriental parlors that dot the cities its definitely classier, I do have to recommend Naomi, she appears young but is very skilled!!! Seems like shes been doing it for years! Ive had massages all over the world and although I paid city parlor price I received a resort spa experience!

Only place in DFW area where I found a Vichy Shower! (If you havent ever done a Vichy Shower, do it.) Reasonably priced; love the owner. This isnt a posh spa (read: no steam room, dry sauna, etc.) but its priced accordingly. Def worth the drive from Downtown Dallas.

Great massage- I asked for her to dig in deep to my back during my massage after I had pulled a muscle there working out, and she did. My back feels so much more mobile after the massage and I can actually move around without it hurting. Highly recommended.

Excellent massage service. Have tried only one masseuse but will try others this month. Be aware that this place is Chinese owned and therefore some of the massage therapists may not speak English. This is only a big deal if you need to communicate something specific. Have communicated to manager that headrests are old and uncomfortable. Will see if he has fixed problem on my next visit, tomorrow.

Staff is very friendly and setting was very relaxing. My husband and I competed a couples massage and reflexology massage. Therapist was able zone in spots in ny back and hips and left both of us feeling like loose.

The place is nice, clean and convenient. However, the worst reflexology I have ever had. No I take that back. There was NO reflexology. It was evident the lady had never been trained. For 40 gruelling minutes she did nothing but out lotion on my feet and legs. Zero pressure points. Zero stretching. Even the knocking afterwards was 3 slaps to each leg. What a joke. I will never be back.

We recently moved to the Addison/Carrollton area and my favorite massage guy is now just too far away. I have been searching for someplace close but I doubted I coudl find anyone as good as my guy. I decided to try Massage Felax in Addison based on Yelp reviews and a high recommendation from a friend. I have now been to Massage Felax twice in the last month and this is officially my new spot. I have received many massages in my life and there are so many techniques out there. I cant explain exactly what makes this place different but I can say Chris at the front listened to me as discussed my problem areas. He made recommendations for my massage treatment and spoke my my therapist to make sure I was taken care of. The two deep tissue massages I have received have drastically improved my posture, decreased pain in my hips and back and overall increased my happiness! This is more than a luxury. This is a necessity in my life now and I am greatful this place exists!

This place is amazing, I come from Florida every other month and stop in Dallas just to come here. Very clean smooth and very relaxing. They have a young lady there I would highly recommend. I believe her name is Malina or malin I hope I spelled her name right. She really seems to enjoy her job. Very passionate. I have had both foot and body and I have to say she never disappoints. LOVE this place. Unlike the other foot spas, you can get JUST A FOOT MASSAGE without the pressure to lay down on a table with 20 other people in the room only to be beaten down by some ladies elbows in your back! These places labeled foot spas only use that as a rouse to get you in the door and then sell you on a full body massage. If I want that, Ill go to a spa or full body massage facility. DO NOT be fooled by those places. The Felax will let you do JUST YOUR FEET for a very reasonable price. I could NOT live without this place!!!! Run, dont walk there.....

Customer service was very poor! The receptionest is very rude When I get inside, I say hi and she never say anything, she was busy talking on the phone on their language!! I keep waiting to her to talk to me and it dint happene

Horrible uncomfortable experience. Masseuse was not an RMT and had no idea how to massage me. It felt awkward and it got worse when she climbed onto the table and walked across my back while holding onto handrails mounted to the ceiling. Would not recommend or revisit. Waste of money and just a huge letdown of a massage experience. Left feeling ripped off of my time and money.

If you’re looking for deep tissue or firm pressure, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I asked for firm pressure focusing on my neck and got a regular Swedish massage with some awkward elbow/knuckle action. Also, they’re overpriced for the service they provide.

All Pro. The first thing you notice is how clean the place is, and then how friendly the folks are. As a runner and triathlete, I look for deep-tissue massage that works out the rough spots, but doesnt create injury. These guys deliver. Id recommend Felax to anyone, not just athletes.

I can always get in when I call a day or two before (I’m sure I could if I called the same day, I just haven’t had to yet). I have some back problems that sometime stretching just can’t fix, and every once in awhile I need to have some chronic tension and pain relieved. I come here and know I’ll be taken care of, whether I need a Swedish or sports massage.

Felax is the best reflexology place in Addison and I am a connoisseur. I am a big fan of their combo with massage and reflexology. I often go to Taco Diner, get reflexology and I sleep like a baby - better than Ambien.

Went in for a relaxing massage and got a massage that was painful. Ended up bruised and with a bad headache. I didn’t hurt before the message and now my neck hurts terribly.

Booked an appointment well in advance for 3 people then on the same day I receive a reminder by text stating it was for 2 people. When I called they said they could only do later that day. They should definitely send reminders before and not the day of.

The Vinchy shower was heaven on earth. The most relaxing self care that makes you feel like royalty all in one experience!

The $65 signature massage package was incredible and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage and a great foot reflexology.. It even included aromatherapy and oxygen.

First time at this place. The guy at the front desk was so rude. He was on his laptop when we walked in. As first time customer we wanted to ask questions regarding the types of massage in the menu. He kept looking and working on his laptop. He kept saying everything is in the menu. So unprofessional and rude customer service.
