I was given a 3 Hour Spa Party Package as gift, I called and scheduled my appointment and the night before someone called to cancel my appointment because they were moving to a different location. A month later I called and they gave me a different address and I could not find it and I told them I would reschedule. A month later I called to schedule and no one was picking up the phone. I finally found their location and they are currently renting a space till their new building is ready. I went on ahead used my voucher and had the worst experience. My package included a massage, facial, reflexology, yoga, express mani and pedi, and drinks and snacks. I only received a 45 min massage and 30 min reflexoloy or in other words a foot massage. The massage therapist was interrupted by the owners of the Tower Salon and Spa during my massage! It would be safe to say they are in a transition and currently are not accepting any customers. The massage therapist did say they were redeeming expired vouchers. If you have one I would wait till they are moved into there new building. Also, during my experience the owner was caught in series of lies. Not an honest company.

I have been to a few spas, and I have never been this disappointed. This spa was very disorganized. The staff was polite and the place was kept clean (that is where the second star came into play), but there was no rhyme or rhythm to the visit. We were left standing around, at one point for twenty minutes, not knowing what we were going to do. We had a package we bought directly through them that included a massage, manicure, reflexology, facial and yoga for two. Carlos was helpful, but I felt like he was doing a lot of running around due to how disorganized this spa was. The massage was maybe 30 minutes, the facial was done in the same area as the lobby, yoga was less than ten minutes (all we did was lay on a mat, stretch our arms over our head a couple of times and the lady said we were done), reflexology staff had no pressure in their fingers when dealing with my feet, and the manicurists were mediocre at best. Im not really one to write a review, but I felt the need to do so on this place. I was hoping for a much better experience, seeing as how my fiancee had never had a spa experience, and we were going to the Cityplace Tower. Needless to say, I will never return.

I went to this spa on a Groupon spa package. Its taken nearly 1.5 months to finish up the rest of my package. There is always an issue with my appointment. It never fails that the night before, I would get a call saying that the Esthetician has an issue, needs to cancel or my appointment will run into someone elses appointment. If I have an appointment, that shouldnt happen. That happened on 4 occasions. WIll never be going back and wouldnt suggest it to anyone. However, it is very clean and very nice. I had a wonder pedicure and message. But the negative overshadowed the positive.
