Very customer involved they want to make sure that what you buy is what you need and customize to your specifics. They have no problem answering questions without getting defensive and allow you to know their personal beliefs on products. Will be going back 100%!

Kratom has helped me to not go back to using recreational drugs and even alcohol. It has helped me with pain management as well. My recommendation to anyone who is suffering from these issues is to consider trying Kratom instead of narcotics but use it responsibly and buy it from a reliable source such as Good Vapes in Dallas.

Hands down the best vape shop in the city! Ive been a customer of this establishment since they were located off that shady little building they had on Northwest Highway! This vape shop is great although Ive had some screw ups with my juice I order from them from time to time. The prices for their small batch program are way too high too. I hate how much I have to pay to get the juice I get from them, I wish it was still the same price as it used to be before the govt got involved with all their regulations. If the price for the small batch wasnt so high Id give them 5 stars.

The staff member we spoke with, a gentleman named Jeff, was extremely informative and patient, helping with every detail of a low priced new rig purchase and acting as a liquid sampling guide. The reviewer who posted below about needing to lie to get attention or be flatly ignored couldnt be more incorrect. While I was a bit skeptical about the juice quality being higher than others this proved to be absolutely true. Will definitely be back for many more visits!

First off, the juice is fantastic, and a the pricing is on point. No wasting time with tiny bottles of over priced juice you have to reup on every couple of days. Their customer service is awesome, and the people in the shop know their stuff, and they know their customers. If you want to get in and get out, theyll make it happen. If you want to browse and shoot it, theyll do that too. I go to school in Ohio, but still order online through them because the juice is great, the price is awesome, and I just generally feel good about giving them my business.

Good Vapes is the best vapor shop I have ever been to. They have the best tobacco/cigarette juice flavors. It is really hard to find great e-juice that tastes better than a cigarette and help remove that craving for cigarettes. I love a great tasting cigarette and their Turkish tobacco flavor juice really helped me quit smoking. THANK YOU! I havent had a cigarette in almost 3 years. The Good Vapes staff is awesome; friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this place and their products. I buy the Delta8 and the quality is amazing. My first time going there Chris answered all my questions and gave incredible background on the production of their products. I recently tried another smoke shop’s delta8 and it was very disappointing. 10/10 recommend their delta8!!

Great house flavors but they are slightly expensive compared to online. But it is worth the money to be able to test the flavors prior to purchase. However, they charge 25 cents for testing due to the new FDA regulations.... Otherwise, this is one of the best vape stores Ive visited.

Ive vaped on & off for a few years and I walked into this shop without any expectations. I was helped by Alyse and she is wonderful. She told me she had 6 years of experience working at vape shops so there wasnt anything she couldnt answer. She was the only person there and even with a shop full of customers she never rushed me or put any pressure on me to buy anything. She walked me through the entire process of buying a new vape, explaining what I can expect, what each mod/head/coil means for my specific vape. When we ventured into really technical specifics she never missed a beat. I made two mod purchases and she even put them together for me while telling me the best ways to get the most out of every hit. Im so glad I walked in. Extremely professional shop.

I visited this location curious about RDA Mods. As soon as I entered I spoke to Will. First off, the guy is Awesome. He knew and answered all my questions. Will has a great personality. He explained how RDAs operated and took his time to demonstrate the equipment. Secondly, I was blown away of the great selection of modifiable parts they had. Chris another guy that was there also allowed me to test out his personal mod which was the one I ended up buying. Lastly the flavor I asked for, they had and much better tasting. They explained all the fundamentals and I walk out a very satisfied guy. How could I not rate this place 5 Stars!!!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. They really want to help you find a set up that you enjoy using. They have been able to solve issues myself and my friends have had with there vapes from minor repairs to suggesting a different mod depending on the issues.

Friendly staff at least four people working the floor, no high pressure sales guys, helped me with all my questions. They had a lot of good flavors and good price ranges on equipment. My only whine is they didnt have samples for the different nicotine levels and I ended up with levels a touch too strong. Will definitly be back!

So I usually go to my awesome vape shoppe in Mesquite but I was tired and said what the hell Ill stop here. First off its too expensive with the little variety they have for saltnic. The owner/sales chick was trying to sell ocean front property in AZ. Saying salt was expensive and hard to find. Um no its not...any vape shop on the corner has salt and cheaper than GV. I spent $30 on 60ml with a nicotine bump. When I tell you that mess was so disgusting with a horrible aftertaste. I literally pulled over and immediately poured it out of my tank before too much of it got into my coil. The juice was dark brown. I was taught that was an indication that it was old. My juice is usually almost clear and if it starts to get an amber color I know my coil is burt. Never again. First vape shoppe in Dallas? Pathetic

Ive been coming to Good Vapes for years. Whenever I run out of juice or need any help, I refuse to go to any other vape shop because I know for a fact that Brendan, Maddie, Josh, Amanda, Layton and Robert will take good care any need that I have. Theyre always very knowledgeable and friendly. On top of this, their Top 40 brand is on a super sale right now. $2 for 15 mls, $4 for 30 mls! Cant recommend Good Vapes enough.

Only buy juice from them. All other products are way overpriced. You can find just about everything they have online for half the price. I had to pay close to 30 dollars for batteries that are 8.99 online. 25 dollars for a package of coils that are 13 online. No shipping charges either. I recently wanted to get a package of coils for an aspire breeze and lo and behold it cost just as much for coils as it does to just buy another breeze.I guess there stuff has gold in it or something. In anycase i will continue to buy liquid from them but nothing else. Fix your prices.

Cool local vape shop with a great variety of mods and accessories along with a good ejuice selection. I have tried the house blend and its ok. They are priced higher for their merch than other places I have shipped and way higher than online but now that the government has banned the delivery of vape products via mail or other delivery services its gonna be more expensive than if I were just to stay a smoker but I refuse to go back to the icky sticks. Its just ashame our government cares more about the tobacco tax money they are missing out on over its own citizens since more and more people are choosing to vape in order to save their lives. Dont they realize that they wont make any money if we are dead from smoking cigarettes.

I just got into the E-Cig. I didnt know much except what I learned from online research, and what my cousin told me. He recommended them to me. So I went there to buy. It was crowded. I got there 30 minutes before closing time. I looked around, listened to sales directions aimed at other people buying. When it was my turn. Paul took time to answer all my questions. Showed me everything I needed to know. Helped me custom mix a juice flavor. They stayed 45 minutes after closing to help me get all set up. When I left, I was all ready to go and set up for a month. I will recommend them to others. A good supply of juice and Price. No oversell, at least to me. Theyre close to home, helpful, and stocked. Check it out before you buy. Youll be glad you did. I am. Needless to say, they just earned a return customer. I should have done this a long time ago. Quit Smoking Cigs Now. Go there and save your Health. All you have to do is say, I QUIT. I have been a customer of good vapes for at least a few years, I purchased an E1 mod from them less than a month ago. The mod worked great for a few weeks, now the thing burns so hot on the lowest settings (10w) that its unusable. I took it in today to see if there was a setting that i didnt know about or a malfunction. Turns out it was a malfunction. The guy helping me called the manager and these were my options. 20% off a new mod or they could show me how to turn it in for warranty. I just purchased this POS a month ago from good vapes, in my opinion it is their responsibility to make it right. 20% off is not making it right. I made it very clear that i was not spending more money on a new one and I am not going to wait for one to come in the mail. Guess I will buy my vaping products elsewhere from today forward.On the plus side their juice is good, but they arent getting another cent from me.

I had great experience buying 2 new vapor rigs today. I have been going to a competitor for about 2 years and I my change vapor stores. I actually went in there for 1, but since they were so helpful and courteous I bought 2.

I’ve typically never had a problem here however, the store sign and the website give two different hours of operation for Sunday’s. I arrived here at 4:43pm and it’s closed. That is not good business.This occurred 1/27 at the Northwest Hwy Location. The door says that I closed at 6pm I think. The website says 5pm but I arrived at 4:43pm.

I went to this store, well actually their 1st store one and a half years ago. I no longer smoke and I only Vape without any nicotine. They were very helpful and always super nice.My wife and daughter are thrilled with no cigarettes on my breathe any longer.

I started as a regular customer here back in 2010 when they had the hookah nights, and wow theyve grown but sad to say the experience has started to decline including customer service and product. Inconsistency has become a common occurrence. It used to be that you saw a familiar face and why I dont fault the turnover the service has become lackluster.

SOOOO disappointed with my 1st trip to Good Vapes, I picked a juice 2 batteries and otherstuff. Only wanted 1 single coil for smok prince, wasnt sure if Id like it currently using smoks mesh coil. Was told I had to buy all the coils!!! Every other vape shop sell single coils so why not good Vapes. You lost a sale and a customer and possible word of mouth recomendations.

Went over and beyond to satisfy my every need! I broke my vape at work and the cashier helped me set up my new mod with my tank! She’s was a really sweet girl! Thank you sooo much for making my day so much better! Will be coming back for sure and everyone should too!

I have been to a lot of vape shops in 2 different states. This one is definitely a top 3. With a better than most selection of products for a rookie or veteran vapor. Most of their staff is very knowledgeable with the products they sale. Like most vape shops they can be busy so be prepared to wait your turn. Their juice selection is great and the flavor can be customized. However, the testing clearomizers are frequently empty, leaking or taste burned. That being said, even with their great flavors I usually go to Vape Lounge for my juice. They have better prices.P.S. never buy anything from a vape shop without doing online research first and never buy anything online until you have seen it for yourself in a vape shop. Prices and quality can be drastically different.

Good Vapes used to mix delicious flavored e-cig juice onsite, but have moved to a prepackaged bottle mix instead. The quality has suffered, but I dont see them returning to the way it once done.

Having been to a few B&Ms in multiple states, I feel I can safely say this is my favorite. Vaping had its birth online with webpage vendors able to sale at steep discount. All B&Ms are going to up charge for equipment, but Good Vapes has to be the most honest about it. Very bad quality of products, I dont recommend this store. Bought a new mod 2 weeks ago and it already stopped working. I had a bad experience on the first one as well. Try to exchange it but Luis said made in China, send it back to the manufacture There goes $150 down to a bad company.

I came in and bought 2 batteries and all for vaping 10 mg liquid had to go to the doctor had trouble breathing so go back in and they tell me I need 6 mg so bought more liquid they said thats all they could do so tried the 6 mg and went back to the dr. Yesterday morning and he told me to leave it alone now I am stuck with 50.00 worth of vaping items and 2 doctor bills because of this product and I dont feel its right Id like my money back and thank goodness I have insurance I have never had this problem before until vaping.

This place has the best juice in the country, I’ve been to 47 different states, and Good Vapes is by far the best when it comes to flavor and smoothness of their quality juices.
