The Luminous Pearl is a hidden gem! Phenomenal location, comfortable, clean, with fantastic massage therapists. Monica is incredible and helped me regain mobility in my back and shoulder after some injuries. Separately, (I guess Im injury prone), after having hamstring surgery, Lucy was amazing at helping me gain mobility and comfort. Thank you!

My 90 minute deep tissue massage here was amazing. It’s been awhile since I had last gotten a massage so I needed it badly. Helen, my masseuse worked out knots I had accumulated in the lower back from work, and she had great precision and the right amount of pressure. I’m very satisfied with the quality of massage, very good for the price.

I have received many massage. However, I have by far received the best massage at Luminous Peral Spa. Mandy gave a great deep tissue massage. This is a great help because I race off road motorcycles and have a couple of crashes and the injuries were pretty bad. I will continue to go here so that Mandy can continue to help with my recovery from my injuries. Everyone at Luminous Peral Spa were very friendly and have a very clean establishment and relaxing atmosphere. I will recommend this Spa to my many friends that have had injuries and need help with their recovery. I would like to thank Mandy and Annie for my experience at their Spa.

I live on the north coast Mendocino area. While visiting the Danville area in December, I happen upon the Luminous Pearl Spa. I am an Urchin diver and Carpenter and was a little sore from working hard. So I treated myself to a Deep tissue massage. I had an awesome deep tissue massage from a very nice lady named Mandy. I found the place clean and the service was very good. I would recommend a massage from Mandy and Luminous Pearl Spa. I have been back 4 times and havent been disappointed, well worth the drive from Mendoino. Thanks Mandy

This was a impulse massage and wax secondary to to being a little homesick.I was dropping my service animal off at the groomer next door. Therefore my attire was Nike yoga pants and an Old Navy sweat shirt. But that shouldn’t matter because people are people no matter what s/he is wearing. Everyone should be “loved” and treated with kindness.I was made to feel like a second class citizen when asked to pay for my service up front. She then appeared surprised when I handed her my debit card. I have NEVER been asked to pay for services up front. Being a traveling therapist, from SC, I have gotten massages from the east coast to the west.The massage wasn’t anything to rave about. It was a nice but didn’t have any trigger points worked out. The massage therapist didn’t know what/where the IT band is located. My problem areas are my legs especially my right leg. She spent maybe 3 minutes on each leg.However, I am more upset that she took 1/4 of my eyebrows off. I heard her say “OH” when she did it. While I understand that it was an accident and they will grow back. What upsets me is that she didn’t say a word to me about it. She kept waxing/plucking away on my face. Thus messing them up beyond repair with shaping. I didn’t know until I looked in the mirror the top of the inside (close to the nose) of my brow was off with the bottom still intact.She did attempt to fix them with her personal pencils. I thought they were sample pencils until I noticed her makeup bag sitting there. And then offered to give them to me.I give one star because she was super sweet. She was trying really hard to do a great job. Nonetheless, I paid for a so-so massage and left with my eyebrows partially missing.The bottom line is I left feeling worse than I did when I got there.Don’t get your brows done 😒

Had horrible lower back/ sciatic nerve pain and could hardly stand up straight. Tried massage and helped a lot with first massage. Went back next day for another. Back pain totally gone after 2nd massage. Masseuses really seemed to know what they were doing, were very friendly and professional. Not some seedy massage parlor.Will be back again with or without back pain. Highly recommend

Average experience. Massage Session didn’t even last 60 minutes. They intimidated & forced me to pay $40 as tips for a 60 minute massage. Total scam.
