This place is horrible!! I asked for a paraffin pedicure and then pointed to it because the girl doing my pedicure was Hispanic and didn’t understand one word of English. I was trying to ask her not to trim them but no one was available to translate for her. She didn’t know what she was doing, then she tried to give me a gel pedicure and I kept saying no no no unlit one of the other Hispanic ladies had to turn around and tell her that I didn’t want a gel pedicure. So she had to file off the gel and the top layer of my toenails. She answered a phone call while she was doing my feet, which is so unprofessional!! Then after I told her twice and the other Hispanic nail technician told her that I wanted paraffin, she didn’t do it. She painted my toes way too thick, I knew they would never dry. Then the other lady asked her if she did my paraffin and she said no she forgot so she tried to do it while my nails were wet!! Anyone knows that isn’t going to end well. When she pulled off the wax, half of the polish that I sat for over 1 hour for her to polish was gone!! I asked a man that spoke English if he could get someone to tell her to just take the polish off because I didn’t have another hour for her to fix it. The owner came over and was talking to her in English telling her what she did wrong and how to fix it but she didn’t understand one word the owner said. Someone had to come and translate for her. And hour and forty five minutes later I was able to leave with no polish. A waste of time. They charged me full price and told me that they gave me a discount by not charging me for the polish. What polish? The one stuck to the wax?!? They don’t even have flip flops to let you leave in. I saw the lady beside me get her toes smeared because they put her socks and shoes on right after they finished her. She was upset that she was there for over an hour too. This place needs to close down! Unreal!

I went last night & I was ignored by 3 workers for almost 1 hour after signing in. 1 was eating & on her phone 2 went to get food & came back to eat, so I left went to hallmark & shopped then went back & another lady made 1 of them do my pedi. It turned out awful cause I couldnt communicate with the non English speaking girl about my color. She was on her phone the entire time she was working on me which I found to be so rude!!! I ask she messed.my color up. I wont go back ever.

Louis helped me out. I had a painful ingrown toenail and he made it less painful. Very clean spa. Opened all new packs of nail stuff to be used for me. Very important to me.

Louis did an amazing job on my special request Easter egg nails!!! I definitely recommend to go see him! He takes his time and does exactly what you want highly professional and very polite!!

I have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and get pretty much the SAME color schemes...pink and white! Very simple.Apparently when I asked for traditional pink/white there was confusion 😕I am cool with pink/white ombre also...but I like white tips to avoid the transparency...this is a problem? Like it is impossible to get what you ask for here...probably because the young lady had an attitude problem..then the only two nail techs disappeard after seating me... not sure what that was about but the energy was bad....😒 yall losing money thats all. And I tip good. Oh well.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Literally walking out at 3pm & I got there at 130. There are never any staff there & the wait is always long. I had to come back & get my nails repainted after being in there the previous day for couple hours waiting to get my nails done. Gel suppose to last for 2 weeks! This gel came off the same day! I will never come back to this dump. Don’t waste your time ladies.

Came here before 7:30 and the lady said they were closed. I asked her what time do they close and she said 8. But because they didnt have any customers earlier they decided to close early. They lost 4 paying customers. Then the lady is going to ask, well can yall come tomorrow. Wont EVER come back here when I come back to VA!

Ana is a fantastic technician. Her service receives an A++ and a well deserved tip. I requested a pedicure and manicure at 10:00am. My nails and toes still look freshly and beautifully done. I am extremely relaxed and well pleased with the service rendered. In fact there was no hesitancy in leaving her a well deserved tip. This young lady is certifiably the best I have ever been serviced by. Her knowledge and love for what she does is evident in my pretty toes and nails. Thank you Ana.Respectfully submitted,Ms. Diane

Im only giving the 1 star so i can post. My daughter & I went here last Monday 6/19/2023 to get our nails done (SNS), $53 for her. By Wednesday my daughters nails started popping off. I couldnt bring her back at that time because I had to work so I came back today (Shes lost 4 whole intact nails). The people call the managers on the phone then tell me that u should come back tomorrow & since its been a week Ill have to pay. I told them to just soak her nails off because the rest were coming up & Ill pay for that but it wasnt right to have to pay again when the whole nail is coming off. They didnt even have to soak the nails off she just popped them up smh. Then I asked the 1st girl if she thought it was right that the nails just popped off & im supposed to pay again? She got an attitude talking about im just doing my job. I asked her did her job require her to not answer a customers question. She then said no they shouldnt just pop off. They know its wrong but dont wanna lose the money.....I wont spend another dime here & I dont recommend anybody else to go here.

Anna did my nails and feet did an amazing job. Her work is clean and well done. She gets the ingrown nails out better than anyone Ive been to and Ive been to a lot of places. She took her time and made sure it was done right. I will be back to see her again. Thanks 👍

I had a wonderful experience from the young lady.(April) There are very nice. And they offered me something to drink made a great job for my Christmas nails. You should try them theyre fantastic cause I was checking out other customers work. Start fast and dont keep you waiting.

My wife absolutely loves this place as they have something that is actually healthy for your nails as opposed to gel or acrylic which destroys your actual nails underneath she started going to them after she had been using gel for a month or two and this newer treatment and coloring is powder which has vitamins and nutrients added to not only make your nails look good but become healthier and stronger...You can see from my pics of her nails what the gel had done to damage her nails once they were soaked off the brittle portion at the top of her nails is the result of acrylic and gel to the nails while the newer growth at the bottom of her nails is when she started using powder with this company they look healthy and smooth, friendly staff knowledgeable and they do an amazing job.

I’m new to Danville and this is my second time coming here! Lewis always gives great service he’s very detailed and he takes his time! This service is must appreciate! The nails salon is newly remodeled and very clean and sanitized I would recommend this place for a good spa day! 10 out of 10

I showed a photo to the tech and she replicated them PERFECTLY. I can’t stop staring at them because they are so beautiful. Absolutely recommend this place.

Sam did such a great job. She was very nice and knows what she is doing. I got pink with french v-shape coffin nails and they look amazing . I will be sticking with her from now on. Thanks Sam see you in a couple weeks.

Went to get nails done. It was slow so Sam greeted me however she sat me at another table. I had to wait on another young lady to come in. I needed fill in and cut down. She cut down with dog clipper but it wasnt even which was ok cause I figured she would have corrected with some acrylic and some shaping. Long story short she didnt and my nails were shaped like a w. They were bad so I asked if she was new (respectfully) and had her get Sam over to fix. While sam was fixing she was rude and had the nerve to say that I could have went somewhere else and also didnt want to paint after Sam fixed her errors. Im so shocked that she acted that way and she was the one that messed up. NEVER AGAIN. Sam is good but she only likes to do long nails.

I went and got a set of acrylic nails about a month ago. While doing the set, he tore skin around my nails several times and didnt make any effort to clean them. I ended up getting the nails removed by another salon because of how they werent filed down properly and they looked bumpy. The woman who removed them said they had filed my nail beds down to far. Its now been weeks since getting them removed and I can still see where my nail bed is damaged and its still not grown out fully. On top of that I got double charged for my set. First and last time ever going there.

Friday I visited this shop. I walked in at the same time that the customer before me did. I was amazed at how the technician greeted the woman before me and helped her check in and then went back to his station to resume doing someone’s nails. That made me feel kinda weird to be ignored in that manner but I simply walked away and found a salon downstairs….

I went in for a chin wax which was $8. They charged $5 Xtra for the bottom of my chin which she didnt even get all the hair. She ripped skin off my face when she used the tweezer and wax. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor will I EVER RETURN. She also drop hot wax on my new shirt . She didnt even get the left over wax off my face.i had to go back in and ask for a wipe . Very unprofessional and incompetent . It should have been free with the terrible job she did.

We went in due to the 5 Star reviews but did not receive the treatment the reviews raved about. My water was cold for my pedicure and the first time I mentioned it, the guy ignored me, it was only after the second time one of the guys came over and made it warmer. My wife requested the Basic Pedicure and expected one price and was never asked about an upgrade for her polish, but was surprised at the end with a $10 upcharge and I had the Manicure / Pedicure package for $39 which is proudly & boldly displayed on their huge sign when you walk in, but was charged $46 and told that their prices had changed, $39 was the old price. Not at all happy about the upcharge and price increase with no prior knowledge. Thats bad business. As for the cleanliness, it smelled like sewage inside the shop and we both noticed them using tools that honestly didnt look to be new, (one use), and discarded. The one guy showed me a package for my manicure and said look ....new, but the package looked dirty and when finished, he put the tool back in the package and back on his cart. We would never go back, and regret not walking out in the beginning and going elsewhere. After leaving and walking the mall, we noticed another nail salon downstairs that was busy, it appears thats where the locals go. Lesson learned.

The pedicure was done well, they have definitely cut back on the massage 😢 - and I dont understand this new thing if you dont get gel poythey wont put a design on - they have done it for years why stop now - seems like they just want to make you spend more money

Worst salon ever. The male tech left nail polish on my hands & didnt bother to clean it off. They are rude & unprofessional. I will never go back

First off my toes look like a 2 year old polished them. I paid $42 and left like what just happened. After I was done and leaving saw a roach walking across floor too. Really not happy at all. She didn’t even attempt to clean polish off my skin. So unhappy

Dont let them wax your brows they will messed them up. The old lady with the attitude. Isnt even worth the $8. They should have paid me.

Horrible I been setting here for almost a hour for a fill in and then they told me a few mins it turnt into another 20mins they really need more help because two doing nails definitely not working people walking out not even coming back

Will ONLY do gel polish. This is why society has fallen prey to democracy. You give people access and they misuse their authority.
