Signature Nails Spa

My friend and I came here today. My friend asked for grey nails with a cross in the center of the ring finger. I asked for white nails and black butterflies on my ring finger. My friends tech was absolutely rude. She filled the nails in different directions and sizes along with the corners of my friends fingers. They were bleeding when we left as were mine. Her tech also told her to stop moving her legs as she does because of her anxiety.As for my tech she was sweet but she too filed my fingers and my nails in different directions and colors. The color was white, more like see through white and slightly yellow. Instead of black butterflies they were blue stickers in different directions than I asked.Our nails were bleeding and were WAY too sharp. We had to get them removed within an hour after coming to Signature at a small placed called Alexz. Those people were so much nicer and gentle as well as not worrying about payment for fixing someone elses mistake.

This place is absolutely horrible. I will never step foot in this place again. First of all, they rush and are very rude. 2nd, I came to get a pedicure yesterday and the guy who did my feet had an attitude because I didn’t keep my feet straight. When I did.. it hurted the bottom half of my foot and I had little bruises on them. When getting a pedicure you should be able to relax, but after 5 minutes I was so uncomfortable and irritated I wanted to leave. 3rd, overcharging. My cousin came there and asked for one more rhimee stone on her nails because they only gave her one. It was 10$ for two and they are sooooo small. I hope they take this review and do better, if not I don’t see why they are still in business.

Ive been going too this nail salon since September and I thought I found a really good place. They always take thier time.. no rushing.. which I love!Till this past Monday.. I went got a fill and color change. I liked them till tuesday morning pointer had gotten chipped then another that evening and another the next morning 😮😠 they lasted that day only!I called and the lady said ok come in will take care of you and thats exactly what she did on Wednesday. Its Friday and my nails are still looking lovely. Thank you

This is now the only place in town I will get my nails done. Ive been going since June 2017 and the service is great. I especially appreciate the attention to detail by my personal faves Wendy, Romeo, and now Kenny. Ask for Henry for a pedicure. Literally the best pedicure youll probably ever have. The ”dip” is totally worth 40$ and it lasts for at least 3 weeks + of you take care of them.Theyre very nice and wont hesitate to fix your nails if they chip or break.

Last time I got a French tip manicure it was 55 this time is was 65 confused about that I just want everyone to know acrylic and dip is the same exact thing just a different application . I’ve salon Kathy is cool

The people are so awesome. Always friendly and welcoming when I get to visit. They give wonderful advice for different styles. This style is called cat eye. My favorite part of my trip is definitely the hand massage at the end. Totally wraps up my all about me hour quite nicely.

Ive been here before and usually had good experiences, but this time was awful. the woman who did my nails was so rude to me, she made me cry. she didnt even ask me what i wanted beyond the color, just went to town. anytime i said i wasnt a fan of something she got extremely defensive. when i finally outright said i didnt love them, she went off on me. said i shouldve stopped her at the first nail and i wasted her time and her product. all i said was that i didnt love the shape and thought theyd be a little longer. at this point i was a mess and just wanted to leave, but she wouldnt let me go until she finished. another lady literally took the bottle away from her and finished it herself. she also completely butchered my cuticles, i was still bleeding when i went to wash my hands. i left completely mortified with my nails super lumpy and jagged, and completely different than my reference picture. $50.

Horrible place to go I had to go three days in a row for the first day look like this. I had to have some one else fix my nails because the lady was careless and rushing then the guy didn’t care so I got left with this. He told me come back the next day did my nails better but did them so thin were they broke the next day so I was back in there the third day. And still got charged each time I do not recommend this place I had to pay for them to fix em horrible

Absolutely not what I asked for. They did dip instead of regular nail polish which adds to the cost, they did not get a nice bright burgundy color and my top coat is super choppy! The girl that did mine said she has been doing it for 3 years, but I’d consider a beginner that’s never touched nails before EVER going back here for my worthless $80 nails. Period.

I used to love this nail salon but I’ve had a few bad experiences here in the past year. They rushed me to pick a color when I just walked in the door and there were only 3 other people getting their nails done. It wasn’t busy at all. My nails popped off after 12 days. $70 for ok nails, for 12 days ? No thanks.

Went to this spot because of their reviews & I just knew I was going to have an amazing experience here! So much that I even took my little sisters & brother as well to pamper them. But that was not the case. As I got my feet done the the man who was servicing me rushed and left so many skin bubbles on the back of my feet. When he did my no chip mani he didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails & just did them how he wanted to. And let me not get to the no chip paint material!!! Whatever brand they use for no chip is beyond CHEAP I had never had a no chip job such as this where my nails …. NAILSS started chipping the very next day!!!! I called and was going to get them redone but I thought about it like they are just going to use the same CHEAP product on my nails anyhow. I will never come here again total waste of money

I used to come here... One day I had a chipped nail and they wouldnt fix it because I hadnt gotten them done there. Thing is all I needed was the chip filed down. My nails were clear so they didnt have to worry about matching colors, But I was going to do some accent nails for the trouble of them doing them so I wouldve at least spent some money but I was sent away to go buy a file down the street... Unsatisfactory!

Unfortunately I will not be returning to Signature. I received a pedicure with my friend today & we got the same exact pedicure and hers was 30 minutes longer than mine, started at the same time...I didn’t say anything until I went to the back to get my eyebrows done by the owner. All I asked was to explain how the pedicures work and what the difference was as to why her massage was longer and she just asked who did it. I told her I didn’t know her name, but could tell her if I seen her. The minute she walked out the girl walks in and says, “what’s the problem?” I told her I addressed it with the owner. The owner then comes back in the room, both of them extremely upset I could tell by their tones when talking to each other. I explained to the owner that I didn’t want a discount, still wanted my eyebrows done, she won’t lose my business, just to forget it and I just would prefer her not do my pedicures. Meanwhile, my friend texted me stating the lady doing hers was super sorry that “her friends wasn’t what it was supposed to be.” All of this sudden, everyone is all worked up everyone surrounding the room I’m in to get my eyebrows done and the owner tells me to just lay down. At this point I’m so worked up and uncomfortable I said forget it, I’ll just pay. I was under the impression it was $50, ended up being $60, I said no big deal keep it and walked out. Honestly, if the situation was handled properly I would have been back but there should have never been multiple employees back there about a situation that did not involve them. Such an uncomfortable situation as a customer, and I hope nobody has to experience what I did.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD !! They were RUDE & OVER CHARGED ME when I pointed that out she just said prices have changed !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was waiting for over an hour before I was able to get my nails done. The owner called me back and tried seating me with someone who already has a client (they were washing their hands), and that employee was yelling at ME for coming to them. Completely rude.The owner then at me down at an empty station and forgot about me for around 30 minutes and then someone finally came along to do my nails.This person made nearly all (8/10)crooked as hell and refused to fix them. Then, they told me that Im not holding my hand straight. Apparently I have to turn my hand 7 different ways to look at each finger individually as they are working.When painting, they tried not putting multiple layers on my nails. I can see light through them.$60 later my nails look horribly done,. It was closing time when I was finally finished. So again they refused to fix anything and I still had to pay for everything.01/1. Do not recommend.

I went to signature nails last Thursday. It’s been a week and nails have a big gap. It was 50 dollars and can’t believe they need filled already. The guy that did my nails was agitated easily which made me more nervous. Bad experience.

Excellent service!! Signature Nail is THE only place you need to go for quality salon services in Danville! The owners take pride in their business and work hard to do an excellent job. My husband gets his hair cut, pedicure and manicure here too😊 Romeo is the best at pink and white. I have never had anyone do such a spectacular job. We have teamed up with Signature Nail Spa to pamper some of our customers at our local business. Everyone enjoyed their spa day. This place took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her a ridiculous amount for her nails and eyebrow wax, both of which looked terrible. They only accept cash for a tip, even though they take debit for the services they provide, and theyre in a hurry to help as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, often doing two sets of nails per one tech at the same time. I can only assume theyre worried about nothing but money. Well not be doing business here anymore.

Always a nice experience. So nice. Just had leg/ankle surgery 3 months ago and they were very gentle when it came to my incision site during a pedi.

TRASH I have not been in a nail shop since the Pandemic started, I have a nail tech but I couldn’t make it so I settled for this shop, got my nails done Sunday they were cracking by Tuesday and off by Thursday ! HE Didn’t even file the nail to shape it before applying the dip which made them FAT and not to mention, I called before I came the lady said no wait but I came in and waited but two white women came in after me and they helped and seated them immediately, just a all around terrible experience I will stick to my nail tech !

Went in yesterday with a friend to get a pedicure and fill. Friend just wanted a fill. Sit friend. 5 minutes later they take me to the pedicure room. 12 people sitting down, 6 people doing nails. Put me at a tub with cold water. I wait 10 minutes no one helps me so I get up. They say 5 more minutes but I wanted to spend time with my friend so I said forget it. Go to sit next to friend and they get upset I left other room. Then I get asked to move because they have a paying customer needing the booth I’m at. Then they ask if I still want my nails done, when I say no they say whatever that’s fine and work around me. This place used to be good but they are friendly or considerate anymore. Not enough staff.

My daughter (4)and I went here for pedicures! The staff was so nice and very good with my daughter. They did an awesome job and I couldnt be happier!! Definitely will come back next time we are in town! Thank you

Paid $60 for a full set of eyelashes I woke up the next morning and they had fallen off. So I went back and they fixed them. By the next day they the had all fallen off again!!

They charged me for a manicure when all they did was paint my nails. It looks like Im going to need a fill in very soon,plus some of my other nails paint is thin, showing some nail through. They also rushed through the pedicure. Too expensive for minimal service.

Kathy the owner is amazing, funny, and will take good care of you or your group you bring in! 💕💕Natalie is so helpful and patient. She made suggestions on the perfect color for my vacation!! Loved my pedi with her. 😊GoGo Tina is the single one out of the bunch and looking for a man. 😈😉 She says no Corona only Blue Moon men! #cheers

When I was there the lady was very harsh with my nails. When i told her it hurt she said “okay hunny”and continued to hurt me. I was never offered a drink ; nor did I get the hand massage with lotion or the the hot towel. She charged me $50 for very simple nails , and my friend $45. I think they took advantage of us for our young age. Don’t recommend.

I have been coming to signature nails since they opened and I love it. It is convenient and everyone is easy to understand. I use to go to other salons in Danville and my nails would peel off or break and I finally don’t have that issue anymore. They use great quality products and I would recommend them to anyone.

They was horrible the lady was kind of rude she won’t let nobody talk. I ask for filling the color that I want it was a blue color she put green on my nails and I will study Tallaha that’s not the color that I want it and she gonna say is go changed in when you move your hand horrible service. I got last extension they coming out within one day

Love the workers, customer service, products, and quality! I have been going here since they opened and I have had amazing service. The owner personally makes sure my friends and I are comfortable and happy every time and on the rare occasion that something is wrong, they have always happily made it right.

I have been here 3 times and each time the shellac started to chip off in 2 or 3 days. The only reason I went back in because it was close to work. I went elsewhere and have had my shellac on for almost 3 weeks with no issues. They also only accept cash but have an ATM. It was $25 and I gave them $40 since I could only get out $20s and the lady walked away with my $40 and walked away. I had to follow her to get my $15 back then ended up giving her $5 for a tip. I dont like when people assume your change is their tip.

Charged me way too much to paint my nails. And rush through it. Not a manicure by any means.. Unorganized nail color selection. Made my cuticles bleed by drilling over them instead of cutting. Voiced my concerns and noone seemed to care to fix it or explain. I will not be returning to this place.

Costumer service is HORRIBLE!!!! From out of town working and decided to come in. When prices were being discussed amongst my coworker and I from the areas we are from, one of the workers stated “you all can go”. Money is NOT a problem and spend everywhere but you won’t talk to me any kind of way!

I love how they do nails there 🥰 but i recently Came to get my makeup done called before hand and they told me to come in 20 mins i did... sat down and the girl that did my makeup put a color 2 times my skin tone on my face my friend had to get her foundation... if you guys go by appointments I wish I was told that instead I was told to just come in !! The problem got tooken care of thanks to my friend if it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would’ve did & I STILL had to pay 40$ i probably won’t be back !

Kathy has cut my hair, the last 2 times, and did an amazing job and charges a good price. I will keep having her cut my hair. She takes walk ins.

I used to love this nail salon, but the last several times I went the quality was awfyl. Multiole times the tech would paint, shape and trim my nails to what they wanted, not what I asked for. They also didnt have me wash my hands on multiple visits, after the 1st time I made sure I said I needed to when they got ready to paint. Lastly, my nails would break often and the polish would chip off. I sadly quit going here because the number of poor experiences out weighed the good ones I had in the beginning.

Best nail place I have ever been to!! Never a wait. We always get right in, and have the best experience! Always do what you want done, no matter what it is!! Such a huge variety of colors, powder, designs, etc. Don’t waste your time and money on places that don’t treat you like a queen. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! ❤️

I got a massage,facial, pedi and mani with Natalie! Took two days and an apt for my and my friend but she’s AMAZING! I def recomme then. Especially for massages. Im still extremely impressed. Everyone was in high spirits and friendly. Talked to u and laughed! Great place to go! Recommend recommend!

Went in to get a pedicure and they charged me more than the sign said it was going to be. they also forced me to pay in cash and to use an atm that had “no charge”. the ATM charged me $1.50 and i was given the incorrect change when i paid. i will not be coming back here.

Very rushed services. Paid for girls to have gwl was suppoosed to be longer their finger polosh came off same day and toes next day. Very ride to some of customers who came in complaing of poor service and polosh falling off. Threw one lady out

Very unorganized and one man ride. The man that was rude also did a bad job on my daughters nails. The man I had was nice but went very fast and not very thorough. Felt rushed through and not comfortable.Will not be back.

I really like going there but I got a new guy today that did not do a very good job. He rushed to get my nails done , they were uneven and no arm massage after. I’ll go back I’ll just not let the new guy do them again.

We got pedicures and they were great!! Kami and Joe were wonderful!! The prices were very fair and we didnt have to wait, they got us right in!!

Romeo is the best in Danville. I wont let anyone else touch my hands. Hes sweet he actually talks to you & makes conversation. Every other place since I moved here has done a horrible job like they dont care just want to get it done & get ur money. He even stayed late one night to finish doing mine & my friends nails. Amazing place. Relaxing. Drinks if ur thirsty. They bring a drink to you. & they massage your arms & hands & put hot rags on them. Best place ever!! Go see Romeo!

Clean efficient friendly easy to understand. Best pedicure I have had since Mindy left Regal nails at Walmart! $30 for a basic pedicure.

I just left with my son who had his eye brows waxed..the woman who waxed him did a HORRIBLE job..she did not let the wax cool before applying and now my son is sore, swollen,missing skin every where she applied the wax and burning bc she cleaned him off with rubbing alcohol!!! He can even have his eyebrows fixed( after she left them uneven and one thicker) untill his skin heals....will never go back!

You must check Kathy out on the hair style tip. Nancy, Romeo and Tommy are great with the nails and toes. Oh and you must not forget to try a massage with Wendy. She works wonders!!!

My favorite place for getting my nails done! I especially love Jack. He takes his time making sure my nails are perfect and makes them unique each time.

These people are beyond rude and highly overpriced! One of the main ladies Kathy was rude to me and my mother because we asked for gel top coat instead of regular!

Would give 0. my nails are completely messed up. my nails hurt so bad i cannot even sleep! my skin around my nails are swollen with so much pressure. don’t recommend.

It was a great experience to walk in and have someone greet you kindly. They are patient and good at what they do. 10/10 recommend

It was okay. She quick at the tongue with persuasion. Be careful you will spend $150 - $200 in no time.

The new owner done my nails. He talked on the phone the entire time and although I just got them done one week ago. It looks like it’s been three weeks. They need filled already.

First time there and I was greated like family. Great place to go get your nails done.

They left me sitting in solution for over and hour and then moved me to another chair and then wanted to wrap my nails with foil and make me sit even longer and when I complained the told me to leave they would not do my nails and I always went there and I ended up with a nail fungus
