Have been here regularly now. The girls at the desk are courteous/friendly. The environment is relaxing and clean. Ive had massages from several therapists. I have been a client of Katie most recently and she is amazing (kind too)! Appreciate all the therapists!

Receptionist was kinda rude and uninviting over the phone while trying to obtain information about a couples massage. Huge turn off to take business elsewhere. Called a different place right after and huge difference so I know something was off.

The front desk staff and management are very friendly, attentive, and professional. The waiting area is beautiful, calm, comfortable, and inviting. Receiving a reminder of my appointment was very helpful. My massage therapist Lisa was very professional, friendly, communicative about my needs and comfort level, and provided a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. I never had a massage at all before but was advised to get one by a doctor. I had a wonderful first experience. The staff was warm and friendly. Brianna was the one who took care of me. She was very thorough, especially on the areas were I had the most tension. Her calm and quiet demeanor helped put me at ease. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Have been going to element massage for almost a year now, staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions or setting up appointments. Environment is very quiet, clean and cozy, which I can really relax when I am there. Rachel is the technician that helps me and she is amazing with the service. Meeting the strength level of what I am expecting and always provide feedbacks and recommendations on what I can do on daily basis to help my condition. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a self treatment day with a massage!

Scheduled an appointment for 6 pm for a massage. Called me at 4:18 to ask if I could reschedule or come in early so they could go home early due to snow storm. So I rushed over in the storm and arrive at 5 pm. Its now 5:09 and theyve lost my business forever. They refused to offer me a massage because I had back surgery some time ago and I dont have a note from a doctor saying its okay. Now Im headed back home in a snow storm for absolutely no reason. Also refused to give me my money back!Edit at 5:29 pmI was told over the phone and when I checked in that a note wasnt needed if its been more than 6 weeks. I got checked in and had a seat, they go in the back to alert the therapist and than the following proceeded. Picture was taken at 5:12 and they already locked up and left.Over 2 months later and nothing. Guess they only replied to this review to attempt to show they care...

This was my third professional massage in a number of years. Lisa, was very thorough and asked questions before she moved to other areas. She explained everything that she was going to do and also ensured that she was not causing me any discomfort. I have already scheduled my next visit with her. I thoroughly recommend this service to anyone with tension and stress which is everybody 🙂

We have been going to Elements for about a year now. Every time we go the staff are exceptional. We have seen a few different people there and everyone is knowledgeable. They all help recommend things that would be useful to help ensure we get the most out of our massage. Everyone is kind and caring.

I always seem to find the best massage therapist for my needs.. I would highly recommend Audra. She was fantastic! The facility is very neat and clean.

Only got a 35 minute massage for which I was charged an hour massage. I was very disappointed for the services provided. Wasnt offered bottle of water after the session. Atmosphere Wasnt appealing either. I will not go back there. They also owe me some money left on my gift card.

I had a great massage experience with Lisa. Went with a pinched nerve in my back. She found the troubled spot and helped to free me from my discomfort.

Staff was very nice, masseuse was better. I needed a medium to strong pressure massage to work out some severe upper back/shoulder/neck tightness. he delivered. I feel so much better.

The people, the atmosphere, and the relaxation you feel after leaving is the best. The therapist was very professional, making sure to ask how I felt during the massage and making me feel very comfortable. I 10/10 recommend massages for your health.

I have had several massages at the Elements in Centerville. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrew is an amazing therapist. He asks questions and really works on your problem areas. He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Very cleanly considering the pandemic, they screen their clients as well asking everyone to fill out a health screening form. They do temperature checks and Ive just never had a bad experience here. I appreciate the therapists so much. They are all friendly! Highly recommend this place as they match you to a therapist based on your massage needs.

My experience with this center is above and beyond. I have had many massages at different states while living/ traveling. By far this is the best. Cayla is excellent in communicating. She understood my shoulder/hand/ rib issues, used tea tree oil for my body type. It was great 90 min massage. Only glitch is They tried to pull me in for $49 membership, but hey that’s the business trend I guess. I would def recommend them. These people are professionals and they massage as per your requirements ( gentle/medium)

My experience was great from booking to walking out the door! The front desk was super polite and interacted with me while I waited, my therapist was amazing, and I didnt feel pressured to join their monthly membership, which was amazing! Everything was clean and I was comfortable getting a massage, even during a pandemic! 5 stars!

If 0 was an options that would be it. Every massage I scheduled was cancelled. When you buy the packages the massages do expire for whatever you don’t use. They have been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Literally go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. No one at the desk knows anything either. It’s such a joke.

The receptionists are welcoming and attentive. The therapists are also good at their craft (I have seen four different therapists so far). The rooms are nice, and generally very peaceful, except for one time when I could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. I wonder if there is something that can be done to improve sound isolation?

I was badly injured by a physical therapist several weeks ago and my back stiffed up and was a horrible sore knot. They were able to fit me in last minute and Lisa was able to feel muscle imbalances and work on my knotted and tense muscles. I recommend Lisa to anyone with a back injury.

Argon did great providing me with a comforting and pleasant massage. She demonstrated knowledge of the physiology issues with my back/neck and worked on them efficiently.I can highly recommend her for your session at Elements Massage.

Very positive atmosphere from the receptionist to the massage therapists. Quality service and with a variety of options. This is my favorite place to get a massage. Mike, Bradley, and Jasmine are all superb! I choose one of them based on the type of massage I’m looking for that experience. Sometimes I need the deep tissue work it out kind and sometimes I need a little more gentle which is why I choose different massage therapists at times. All 3 of them are wonderful and listen to my needs and also use their expertise to work out area that I did not realize. I cannot say enough good things about your team! Great experiences!!!

I have repetitive motion injuries to my dominant shoulder and biceps tendon. Its not really anything thats worth surgical intervention but I had a physical therapist recommend massage therapy for deep tissue massage. I have been averse to massage for most of my life just because I wasnt comfortable with the idea but let me tell you.... I have seen the therapist Steven for several sessions and I get a tremendous amount of pain relief! Everybody that I have encountered at the studio is professional and very friendly. I feel that they really do consider each individual clients needs. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Steven. Cant say enough good things about this place! I wish I had done this far sooner.

I am highly disappointed with this company! Ive had 3 sessions canceled! I changed location after 2 & now they canceled! If I cancel I will be charged! I suggest looking at a way to think of it a mutual solution for both! I have been coming to Elements for almost 9 years & until recently....extremely aggravated!

Wonderful ladies here ! I came in around 4:30 Wednesday the 21st to get help turning my sessions into vouchers. They were so kind and nice. They connected with me through a conversation about our wedding rings. It’s always nice going to a business and getting treated like friends or family. Thanks for turning my day around. :)

The staff was caring and professional from the start, which I appreciated so much. My therapist, Katie, was a great listener as she talked with me to understand my goals and specific concerns. She addressed everything, and I felt wonderful after our session. Im glad I called and look forward to my next visit.

Another wonderful massage center. Elements has a fine professional staff that cares for their customers. The therapists are kind and listen to you needs, ( I have an issue with my shoulder so they work around it). I get the gift cards so that my friends and family can experience this awesome establishment.

I have had the worst experience with the front desk employees. Had a massage that was much too rough even when I asked my therapist to ease up some to the point I couldnt stand up straight when I left and had bruises for the next week. I signed up for the membership with the promise of getting a better massage with a different therapist. I was double charged for the membership cost and when I called there was no refund as promised. Tried to gift my massage I paid for with the membership to my boyfriend for our anniversary, called to confirm I was allowed to and they still charged him!! Cancelled the membership and was still charged for another massage. I have paid for three massages I cant get and dont want with nothing but a high bill to show for it. Ive had to cancel three times now and when I tried to explain to the receptionist what was going on she was immediately dismissive and just told me shed firce cancel me and hung up. So disappointed with how Ive been treated here.Edit: even after saying they would get back to me it has been a week and no one has returned my calls and I got a letter in the mail dated 12/1 that was posted through the mail on 12/7 and I didnt get it until today, 12/11 that I had ten days to get a hold of them or I will be force cancelled and lose the massages I already paid for. Great customer service clearly!!

My experience at Elements was really amazing. My therapist was Tina, who specializes in trigger point massage. She was absolutely awesome. The front office staff were very communicative and friendly.

Id give 0 stars if I could. To say you dont have a commitment contract them charge people month to month whether they get a massage or not, is a sneaky, terrible thing to do and than to be talked to by a robot and not a human, just makes it worse. Definitely a money hungry company that does whatever it can to take money. You can spend far less and receive much better customer service elsewhere. I will never be coming back or going to any elements massage (except to cancel my membership thats apparently not a contract, cuz you have to go in for that , which is frustrating in itself.) JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have been going to Angelic and she is wonderful in Centerville.. She does a great job and puts more pressure on my back when needed. Wish i could go every week. I enjoy the salt stones during massage too.

Had a prenatal massage with Larry and it was absolutely wonderful! He made sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was perfect. Will definitely be back!

I tried Elements for the first time in November. It had been over a year since my last massage. I scheduled a 60 minute massage. The session was going so well I asked if there was time to add on 30 minutes. Now I have signed up for the membership and look forward to my monthly appointment.

This was my first experience with Elements Massage, but not first massage. I felt their customer service was very good. I came to Elements Massage because of a gift card I received for Mothers Day; I scheduled a 90 minute massage with an add of of the salt stones. Sue was my masseuse and she did an excellent job. I have had massages before and know where my trouble spots are and appreciate a lot of pressure. Sue was very tentative to my needs and did an excellent job with some very specific areas. I would definitely consider going back to see her in the future.

My husband and I both enjoy services offered at Elements Message of Centerville. Terrific customer service. Easy contract. Therapists are good to excellent. Elements makes it very easy if you want to change therapists. Scheduling made easy. Exceptionally better than other chain companies that Ive used.

Due to mixed schedules I tried my third therapist today. They have all been amazing. Establishment always clean/front desk always friendly! After today, I have to say I highly recommend Michael K.--5 stars all the way.

I hurt my back yesterday. Elements got me in within two hours of me calling! The front desk was friendly and personable! My massage therapist was Sue. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to! She doesnt just follow a set routine, she works on areas you mention are troubling and ones that she is able to tell need worked on that you dont mention. I will be returning.

My therapist is Keneshia and I see her once a month. She is the best therapist I have ever had and I have seen at least 10 others over the years. Her passion, attentiveness, and deep tissue pressure are a dream combination. I am still awestruck over my most recent incredible massage. Thank you for being amazing Keneshia!

I had a prenatal massage here at 8-month pregnant with my first child and recently at 6-month pregnant with my second one. My therapists were awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to having another massage session before i pop. 😊

I had a 90 minute session with Michael K today. This was the best session I have ever had. Michael was patient with my questions and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. I was having pain in my arm and shoulder, Michael worked on the area and I had noticeable relief by the time I left. Michael explained how certain muscles connecting to others can cause discomfort in areas I never expected. I was fascinated with all the information he shared. No message therapist has ever taken the time to teach me so much. I would definitely recommend Michael to my friends and family. Well done. Thank you, very much.

The massage therapist was fantastic. I gave only 4 stars because the experience was lacking for the price they charge. For $130 I got a 50 minute hot stone massage. There are several places that charge less. I was disappointed that there were no robes or a nice calming place to relax after the massage which is the huge part of the massage experience.

Was gifted a message for girlfriend and I’s anniversary but after the massage they still had me pay even though it was already paid for. Really disappointed to find out that they have charged us 3 times for one appointment and we still have not received our refund for the other two !Customer service has been poor over the phone and have hung up on my girlfriend when they have called in to talk about what is going on, not really sure why we are being giving the run around on this. Wish I could give a better review of this place but that would be dishonest. Hopefully our issue can be resolved soon and quickly because we have been waiting for a week now when we were told that we would be contacted about said issue.

Honestly everything. its affordable, there are discounts you can get from both the actual elements message coupons as well as third parties, the staff is nice and all do their jobs very well. If I had the money I would go all the time.Shout out to Centerville, in particular, I see this location not only as of the people who helped me be able to walk again, but also as my family (Much love to all of youll!!!).

I have been going to Elements for a year now and every time has been an excellent experience. I have only used Jeanie and she has been more than I could ask for. Everyone at Elements is friendly and professional. The cost is average with other massage places, but you definitely get your moneys worth.

Elements is awesome! I’ve been to the one in Beavercreek and now Centerville and have no complaints! The facilities are beautiful, the staff are super friendly and the therapists are trained and skilled at relieving pain and stress.

Ive been a wellness member for over a year now, and have received fantastic massages. But the customer service is seriously lacking. The studio offers online booking, which is a great feature for anyone that works full time, IF it would work properly. At least 3 times over the past year, I have booked appts online that have been approved and confirmed, only to receive a call the day before that there is a scheduling conflict and the appt needs rescheduled. Im an understanding person, but today was the final straw. I booked a massage on Thursday for the upcoming Monday, and I receive a call today (Sunday) saying there is a conflict and they need to reschedule me. Since Mondays are my only day off, the replacement times they offered would not work, and it happens that this time I medically need a massage. Frustrated, I go to the studio to cancel my membership, and Im told that I can cancel but they need a 30 day notice and they will still charge me for October. When I ask to speak to the manager, I get told that its basically my fault because the online booking doesnt allow time for the therapists lunch break. Fine, but how is that my fault?? And when I ask to not be charged for October because of the issues, I get told no, and offered a free upgrade instead. Seriously? Im trying to leave this place. So much for the Elements Promise... Beware. The massages are great, but the management and customer service needs work. Thankfully Massage Envy is right down the road....

Their massage therapists has been good, Rebekah is an amazing therapist. The other therapists have been okay, but my boyfriend had a terrible session with one of the newer therapists recently. The reason for the 2 stars however is that the front desk staff is very disorganized and has given wrong information to me and my boyfriend multiple times. Recently I scheduled an appointment a few weeks out and when they called and left me a message with a the reminder the week of they ended up giving me the wrong time. They called to say I was missing my appointment which I thought was later so I raced over and missed a good portion of my appointment and the front desk admitted to and just laughed at their mistake. We were wellness members and several times were told wrong information about our account and payments for sessions. When we talked to management they offered no apologies for the misinformation or mistakes made by their front desk staff and when we requested to cancel they said they needed 30days notice and we have to pay for the next month even though we did not want to go back.

Massage was good but it was a pain to try to cancel membership. Told the front desk I want to cancel membership 50 days in advance, was told to fill out the cancel form at next visit. But At the next visit told me it’s not 30 days in advance now and made me pay one more month. Said nothing was documented saying I wanted to cancel so they can’t do anything about it. Also you can’t use any gift cards toward paying membership fee.

Friendly, patient, informative employees. Great service. Nice waiting room. Overall positive experience and easy to book appointments. My therapist wears her mask and is respectful.

The Himalayan hot salt stone massage was amazing. The therapist, michael, was great. He was willing to increase or lessen pressure to my comfort and was very professional. It was kinda a hurt so good feeling, the next day I as sore—but I like deep tissue.......It really made my muscles loosen up, and I feel great.

When you need to relax from a stressful dayor you are suffering from an car accident or sports injury! The LMTs are highly skilled and the WMAs front desk staff also very well trained!The Centerville, Ohio location is highly recommended to stop in and treat yourself to a 60 minutes to 2 hours massage!

Michael did an amazing job stretching my muscles, relieving my joints and helping me relax. He also had a lot of knowledge about the muscles, exercises and treatments for my trouble areas. If they can get your appointment correct at the front desk, they do a fair job with the massage. Signed up for the health program and this is the 2nd time they failed me with scheduling the next appointment. Had an appointment card with 1/5 at 11:00 written on it and they don’t have me on the schedule AGAIN. Canceled the wellness program because it’s clear that customer service comes before the sale and not afterwards.No one has reached out-looks like you’re posting updates to save face so it appears you care about customer service.

My therapist was very sweet and make sure I felt safe and comforted. She seemed to be in tuned to what I need and had very good training! Very happy with that experience!!!

Mike did an amazing job working on my upper back and shoulders. He tailored the massage to take care of the problem areas but also worked to release the tightness in my lower back and hips. Feels even better today!

Called to schedule massage for girlfriend. Lady on the phone gave me a price. Come to find out they over charged the massage. Dont go to elements massage. I was told how rude the front desk staff was to my girlfriend and with them being dishonest. They arent worth anyones time for the over priced charges they have. I like this place and have had massages from many different people. The staff works with you to make good recommendations of what therapist to see. I am a member, so I get one massage a month.
