Elements Massage

Massage therapist, Luke, has advanced experience on neck alignment. He does more for my headaches than any other type of care. He also listens and applies just the right amount of deep pressure for full body massages. Further, the ladies who greet me are truly AMAZING! They do so much more than simply check in clients! They understand about the additional service options, and they assist by scheduling appointments at least 6 months in advance. They see that clients are comfortable and cared for well. Have never had hurtful or negative massage from any masseuse at Elements, and I have experienced the services of at least two. Thank you!

I went to Elements for a massage in January and saw Haley. I thought she was great! Very relaxing and the pressure level was just right. I will be back to see her again soon!

Surprised my wife with a massage, when she showed up she was informed that they were not able to give her a massage due to her being 13 days short of being 6 months postpartum. On their autogenerated email upon confirmation it asks if she’s 6 weeks postpartum NOT 6 months. Extremely disappointed and will go elsewhere as other local massage places are 4-6 WEEKS postpartum.

I have been here twice recently. The first time was great. The second time was 10 days ago and I have been in extreme pain ever since. Not quite sure what happened but as soon as I fulfill the requirements of my “membership “, I need to find somewhere else to go. I am 100% miserable.

Been to the Beavercreek location several times now and have not had a bad experience at all. This is a great location and I have even been able to get appointments at the last minute. I have also seen different therapist and each massage has been wonderful. I will be back!

I was visiting my wifes family, and only in town for a few days, but the 5 hour drive did a number on my back. I was left looking for relief, and we happened to drive right past Elements Massage. Making the appointment was simple. It was my first visit, and they did a great job of making me feel welcome. Very professional services all around. The massage itself was fantastic. Natalie did a great job of working out my kinks, and I felt almost immediate relief.

Ive been here 3 times and had 3 different therapists each time. The interior is very clean, and I have no complaints with the atmosphere. While everyone was very friendly and professional, the massages were mediocre. You can get a much better massage in this area for what you pay for here. Im also not a fan of places that attempt to get you to sign up for a membership after every visit. That business model needs to jet, IMO.

If you are pregnant, you cannot schedule over the computer. I tried to schedule a massage over the computer and there was a series questions that popped up one of which was the “are you pregnant” question to which I answered yes to, and then I was asked to pick a time and day to schedule. I found it odd that you couldn’t pick what type of massage you were booking over the computer but I figured I should’ve been set because I disclosed my pregnancy when booking and also in person when I filled the 30 pages of liability sheets before the massage. They did not even read the pages I filled out, I got completely undressed and got turned away on the table because I was pregnant and couldn’t lay on my belly. Was asked to reschedule so someone with a “special prenatal certification” (as if a massage license isn’t good enough) and obviously I did not because I’m not paying $100 and driving 45 minutes for incompetence and a sure fire way to ruin my week. I was so upset, waiting in the lobby for my husband to come all the way back after he just drove 30 minutes one way to drop me off.TLDR; Call to schedule if you are pregnant, or better yet just don’t come at all!

Everyone is friendly. Nice quiet atmosphere. Gale is great and spot on with pressure. Once you try the hot stones you will not have another massage without them, awesome!

I highly recommend Elements Massage in Beavercreek! I have been a member for a year now and I’ve seen Steven, Cynthia, and Carly. (Sorry if I misspelled any names!) Every experience I’ve had here has been great, including the welcoming representatives at the beginning, the massages themselves, and the communication during and between appointments.I’d also like to mention that while I have enjoyed all massages at Elements, Carly is absolutely exceptional. She creates a calm, relaxing environment, and gives an incredible massage that relaxes my entire body but also manages to work out my tight muscles and problem spots. She remembers my common problem areas, always asks if she can focus on anything specific, and always confirms areas of consent. She uses perfect pressure and adjusts it accordingly, and I never have to ask for more or less. Carly is an asset to the team here and I am so glad to have found out about her!

Denise is the best massage therapist Ive ever had hands down and Ive had a lot of them. Its always a pleasant experience coming in and being greeted by the friendly front desk staff.My only concern is the lack of care from upper management and corporate towards its customers and employees! Raising everyones rates so dramatically for membership is going to cost them dearly. Not only in lost memberships but with keeping quality employees. Raising the monthly membership fee will cause lower tipping to happen because its so expensive to get a 60-90 minute massage... most people will not tip accordingly. Remember folks this is Beavercreek Ohio... not exactly a big market so cost should reflect the local market not Columbus or Cincinnati..... seems to me like decisions are being made without a decent amount of thought being put into them. FYI Crystal was an excellent leader and manager! Should have found a way to keep her! I give 5 stars for the therapists and 2 stars for the management of the customers and employees.

Receptionist was awesome. She immediately greeted me. Knew who I was when I walked in the door even though it was my first time. Jake was amazing. He was very caring. Asked if the depth for the massage was appropriate. Asked what area needed more attention. Kept me informed with every move he was making during the massage. Informed me what I need to do after the massage. Gave me recommendations on when to return. But never pressured me to schedule again. I do plan on scheduling again after I get additional work up on this left hip/sacroiliac area. Overall awesome facility.

I go hear to help my back. Spent years at chiropractors to have no success and decided to just try a massage . Immediate results my pain has been at its lowest in years! The staff is fantastic and friendly and very attentative to your needs. The process is very clean and safe. Sessions are scattered to allow for cleaning and less traffic between customer for social distancing. Great place and people!

The Elements staff match your massage therapist to your needs and preferences. The focus on therapeutic bodywork is why I would choose to return to this spa over any others. I was very pleased with my experience and I would recommend this Elements to anyone.

I went to this location once before around 2015 and was not pleased with my massage therapist at all. Decided that since it had been some time I would give this place another chance and Im glad I did! First thing when you walk in you are greeted by an incredibly kind and welcoming receptionist staff. Facilities are clean and kept up very well, including restrooms. The whole are is relaxing and peaceful. Ive never had to wait long before my massage therapist comes out to get me. Massage rooms are also kept up well. Rooms are dark enough, tables can be heated at the clients request, and they are clean and cozy.I typically see Stephen, who is great for a deep tissue massage. Very friendly, professional, and listens to clients needs. I recently saw Becky (as my normal massage therapist was booked) who is also great! Very gentle and relaxing massage. Left me feeling very calm and relaxed all day.Enrolling in their massage program is great, as well. Saves you money and allows you to receive a massage every month. Usually, there are perks included as a monthly deal as well.Prices are incredibly good, member or not you get a great deal.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Elements was once again the miracle workers I have come to expect. They were able to get me in on short notice. The therapist was able to help my my back relax and not be so tense. I will recommend this place over and over again.

Chris at Beavercreek is awesome. I have been with him for about 5yrs I believe and he has always been very helpful at working out the problem areas. He always makes sure he is doing what I need to have the best session. If you are looking for an awesome massage therapist who always feels like a friend go visit Chris! 😍

Great place for a body tune up. There are a wide range of massage therapists here, several of which are awesome! Most will point out the areas they felt a lot of tension and some have even given tips for how to stretch out certain areas at home. I selfishly wont share my favorite therapists here so that they are more likely to be available when I go in :x

Getting a highly skilled LMT is hit-or-miss. The best LMTs are either booked solid or leave to go somewhere else (I suspect they go in business for themselves). If you are lucky enough to get a great one - you better book them for every monthly appointment you can get for a long time. The good ones will book up super quickly. Elements Massage hires a lot of recent grads too - some are good and some dont know their craft very well yet. If you just want a relaxation massage, you can probably find that here. But if you need a MEDICAL massage therapist - go find one whos in business and has more experience in this field.

When my therapist, Chris, moved from the Mason location to the Beavercreek location it was a no brainer that I would be driving 1 hour each way every other week to receive his therapeutic benefits. I feel lighter & pain-free when I leave my appointments. He is THE BEST!

I was hesitant to book a massage here only because something about it said national chain and I simply assumed it would not be as good or as personal as a small service. I booked when they had a great Groupon rate, and Im glad I did! They made it exceptionally easy to get an appointment with their flexible scheduling, and their initial survey of my needs helped them match me to a masseuse who was phenomenal. I couldnt be happier and look forward to returning to this location soon.

Unfortunately, our experience with Elements Massage has not been positive. Because of the mediocre massages we received, we decided to cancel our membership. My husband came to the Beavercreek studio, in person, on June 15th and requested to cancel our membership. He was told it would have to be done through the manager (Kristin Artkamp) by email. On June 19, Kristin sent us an email confirming our request to cancel. We responded and confirmed on June 21, that yes, we did indeed want to cancel our membership. We never received a response from Kristin. On July 16, we used our last session on file at the Centerville location. The front desk employee at Centerville was able to see and confirm that our membership was canceled. A few weeks later, Sarah, from Beavercreek is calling saying our payment was not successful. She called again on Aug 19. I returned her call and she was (shocker!) not avaliable to take my call. A message was left (with Kalyn) at the front desk detailing our experience and the poor communication. Today, Manager Kristin, sends a letter in the mail stating our membership will be forced terminated. The Beavercreek location is terribly mismanaged. Good luck requesting to cancel your membership. Kristin refuses to acknowledge cancelations in-person, by email, or by telephone. We had to request our bank to deactivate our card so that Elements could not continue to charge us, after we had provided 30 days notice of cancelation. Save yourself the headache..

Ive been a customer since the day they opened in Beavercreek. Its always clean, the staff is polite and friendly. I finally have a favorite therapist, Hannah. She is the best I highly recommend her. The music is also relaxing which makes it a very relax-able experience.

Elements massage is a great place. This is my second time here and Mel was Awesome! My body has been super stiff from the last couple of days and had severe pain from my lower back and quads. She was professional, had great attention to detail and overall did a good job with the whole massage! Thank you, Mel!

Clean, friendly and reasonable. Alexis gave me a great massage and provided the appropriate technique to treat all the issues that I pointed out in our pre-massage meeting. I would highly recommend her for level II/III CLIENTS! Well Done, Tom

My therapist is Sam. Ive been seeing her for over 2 years. She had helped me so much, is she ever leaves I would follow her.The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Very soothing experience.

The Beavercreek always makes you feel welcome. The front desk employees are always cheerful and helpful. I have had massages from Shelly and Kyleigh, both are outstanding and highly recommended. I always look forward to my appointments and feel great after. Great Job.

Reception and massage therapist were very friendly and competent! Lots of communication, nice atmosphere. I left Elements feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Already booked a next appt. If you are stressed from work &/or sore from doing too much consider Elements in Beavercreek!

I love this location. The facility is always very clean, the staff is professional and extremely friendly. My massage therapist, Bradley, is excellent and I highly recommend him.

I booked a last minute massage here at 1 PM, I arrived roughly at 12;50 pm, had the paperwork completed then waited, got taken back around 1;07-1;09 ish, annoying but not a huge deal, then got given 5 minutes to undress(standard), then another 5 minutes at the end to redress, which cut my ~60 minutes to nearly ~40. The woman was fine, we chatted and she was friendly, however I did have an issue with the final price point, when I originally called a while back there was a $69.00 special going for new member massages, apparently every location but the Beavercreek one is doing this when you visit their respective websites, in Beavercreek its $79, I was like yeah, okay. Lets see how it goes. I went, massage went fine, I like to think Im a decent tipper/reasonable person, the total was $85 after tax and I left a $15.00 tip, to me $100.00 for what really was a ~40-45(and Im being generous) minute massage is very pricey, especially compared locally. I cant knock the business for charging what they want, and they did struggle during a pandemic badly, I just feel slighted for $100 for 40-45 minutes when I can name at least ~8? major local competitors that are ~$60 for an hour or less(not introductory offers either). This place is pricey for what you get but you will get an adequate service is the tl;dr of my review.

Called over two months ago to cancel my membership and found out today that I have still been paying for my membership and no one ever informed me I would have to visit the store to sign papers to cancel my membership. I must have talked with a new hire on the phone who didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed.Update: I had to go into the store to fill out the paperwork and was able to get a one month refund. However, I was just charged another month. I hope they can take my card off of their system so this does not continue to happen.

The therapist was attentive to my concerns. He was very professional and did an exemplary job in helping to disperse the stress induced knots that were in my back. He worked these knots thoroughly but without the pain usually associated with pinpoint tissue massage.The staff was very professional, and took all the appropriate safety measures during these difficult COVID-19 times. I will come again to Elements and see the same therapist.

Ive always enjoyed my massages here, I usually treat myself intermittently, but I just had a prenatal massage with Meeka and it was absolutely amazing. Ive never scheduled another massage immediately after, but I seriously cant wait for my next one. If youre unsure about who to book with, I cant recommend Meeka enough!

Ive been coming to the Beavercreek location for a year now and I have met with wonderful people from the front lobby, massage therapists, and management. I always feel safe and relaxed. Ive never had any issues and recommend anyone to this location.

Kayla does an amazing job of finding just the right places to work out the tension and pain! Hands down, the best massage Ive ever had!She is a miracle-worker! I clench my jaw both when Im concentrating and while Im sleeping. I asked her to work on my jaw muscles, and I swear she made me feel looser than I have in weeks! She always gives me recommendations for relieving tension and stretching trouble spots in between visits. She is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough!

I was 10 minutes early. I know I was told to be 15 minutes early but when I explained that the my GPS started to direct me to the wrong elements massage the staff said I was cool, but obviously I wasn’t. All massage places that are not in people’s houses since Covid 19 started that I have been to have required you to go the restroom to wash your hands. They said we have hand sanitizer at the front. I work in healthcare and we are told to only use hand sanitizer as a last resort so it’s not the best option. The best option is to wash your hands. They also recommended that before your service you drink lots of water. Well they obviously know that if you are having a massage with a full bladder that it’s not relaxing. I used the bathroom because I needed to. My massage therapist asked me whether I wanted her to focus on the spots that I indicated. I told her I wanted full body. She didn’t say that due to time limitations I can’t give you that. If she had been upfront, I would have given her a good tip and possibly booked again. The manager claimed the email says that they give you 5 minutes to get undressed and 5 minutes to get redressed. So even though it says you are booking an hour massage, you only get a 50 minutes massage. No place on the website is this said or in my email. And if I’m paying for an hour and only getting 50 minutes that’s not right. She ended at 5 minutes early and when I was checking out, there was no one waiting for an appointment. I left at 2:30, 15 minutes after my supposed end time and there was still no one there waiting for an appointment so obviously there was no time crunch. She could have at least given me the 50 minutes that I was paying for instead of 42 minutes. I won’t go back to that location.

Therapists have all listened to my needs and helped with medical conditions (sciatic nerve pain, feet neuropathy), Himalayan hot stones were wonderful and worth the additional charge! Chris at Beavercreek was a fantastic asset to your team there.

I like 1) the facility is pretty close to my home, 2) friendly staff, 3) what Id expect to pay, ) Cole, the massage therapist, did a great job. He concentrated on the areas I had problems with and went deep tissue when I told him he could. My main area of concentration was my back. When I left, I felt like I could go running.

I slept on my neck wrong and was having so much pain. Called Elements Massage and they were able to get me in for 1/2 hour massage of neck and shoulders. Denise was awesome....so friendly with strong hands. It was great.

Easy to make appointments, knowledgeable staff, and Ashley is very good at helping release tension from overworked muscle groups. Very attentive to specific requests mostly neck and lower back. She’s also great at explaining reasons behind muscle soreness based on lifestyle/work activities.

My wife bought a gift card for one- hour massage and was asked to pay $75. When I arrived, they told me I had to pay an extra $24 for the non-member rate. They never asked my wife if we were members. In fact, they saw wed been there before and KNEW we werent members.They hem- hawed around and finally agreed to a military rate which would only be $9 more. I told them I was very disappointed in the entire process and requested a refund. The desk clerk told me it would be processed in 6 to 10 business days. I left.Meanwhile, the manager called my wife at home and told her they dont do refunds for gift cards(!?).This business has dealt with us unfairly, constantly changing the rules as they go, and WILL NOT refund our money. I will never go there again.

I was in extreme pain until I visited Natalie at the Beavercreek location. She was able to work out most of my muscle knots and after one session, I felt so much relief! I signed up for the monthly program to work on the overall wellness of myself.

Love all the experiences Ive had here. I cancelled my membership and it was pretty easy to do. Only reason for cancelling was the drive wish they had a closer location to Springfield.

Im conflicted-- reception staff is friendly and professional and the therapists I used knew what they were doing. But, when I tried to use my last, prepaid massage, I was told it had expired. When I had ended my membership I was told there was no expiration. Elements should have honored the misinformation (their fault, not mine). Going back to Massage Envy.

Its clean, nice staff, great therapist. Only wish you had a plan for the quarterly visitors. Its expensive and the monthly plan is nice but I dont have time or money for that. Quarterly would be so much better.

Abby did a terrific job . Had a deep tissue massage w/ aromatherapy. Found every tight muscle in lower back and applied just the right amount of relief. I would definitely ask for Abby again.

I return at least once a month to have the kinks worked out that have developed from golf, yard work, home projects, getting older ... the therapists are alway attentive, deal with specific areas, if necessary, and I always leave more relaxed/less kinked up than when I came in.
