Gotta say that we just had the best experience with Nicholas!!! His patience with my father and how well he explains!! Thank you so much and high five you guys for employing such a great guy!!!!!

I’ve been going to this location religiously for a couple years now. Needed a disposable vape while I was running around on Sunday evening and decided to swing in. I didn’t look at the time I just walked up and opened the door. Lights were on and door was unlocked. For the first time I was greeted how I felt was very rudely. Didn’t recognize the woman but the second I walked in she started walking fast towards me saying “We’re closed, we’re closed, we’re closed!” In a very rude tone. I didn’t expect to be helped at this point being I was there 5 minutes passed 8, however, I felt she could’ve been much friendlier being she left the door unlocked. This has left a sour taste in my mouth. I won’t be back.

Not sure what the workers name was but she was the sweetest and very insightful!

I love going into the store off of Airway Rd in Riverside, Ohio ..Everyone is always so welcoming and quick to answer any questions I have at the time of my visits ☺️...Will recommend them to anyone ☺️..plus the deals they always have are better than anywhere else Ive been

Great little hidden gem of a store. I had been traveling probably 10 miles away to get vape batteries when I discovered this place.Highly enjoy and recommend the vault mini battery. Its awesome. Ive bought two now. I Keep losing them like id lose lighters.

Shop is always clean, tidy, and organized, as well as the workers being excellent. Everything I need is always available and I never have to wait long.

I go to this location about 2 times a week, I absolutely love the staff at this location Eric and Chris have so much knowledge on all the devices and juices. Every time I go in there I find a new juice that fits me so well! Today I bought a new mod and its absolutely me and my favorite!!

This is my go-to store for nearly all of my vaping supplies. I dont buy mods anywhere else. Ive never had bad customer service or any issues with anything I bought. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. And they support military, firefighters, and police, which is super awesome!!Shout out to Will who helped me pick out the Aegis mod for my wife! Im not one to try and go overboard with vaping. That being said, this place sold me exactly what i needed no more no less. The employs are very polite they create an atmosphere that is inviting and isnt at all suffocating to those like myself that know next to nothing about vaping. The experience and knowledge of their products is honestly astounding. I came in there onetime without my vape but needed new batteries and a mouth guard. With only a few vague descriptions, they new exactly the battery and mouthguard size off the top of their head. I go out of my way to go to vapor Haus. You would be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else.

I had an issue at the Page Manor location and without hesitation I made a review within just a little time the branch manager got a hold of me and immediately rectified the situation as well as apologized for me this was huge customer satisfaction should mean everything to any business and it was handled more than professional I am very pleased, I will continue to make vapor house my home for all my vaping needs.. thanks again Chris I appreciate your time sir..

The employees are very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about vaping, but the prices for coils and juice are absolutely ridiculous. Buy online for better prices.

The gentleman who helped me gave honest opinions. He didnt try and sell me an expensive item. He asked what I was looking for and showed me different types giving me pros/cons of each. Very good prices.

Ive been vaping for a long time and it all started in a Vaporhaus. The staff at page manor are awesome people and its usually somewhere i go to hang and just talk about the industry, learn and get a lot of my supplies. The manager here is totally amazing, the staff is totally amazing Ive never had a bad experience at this location Ive even had bad days and gone to this place and walked out smiling all i can say is clone them because this store is staffed by some of the best people i know flat out

After being out the vape scene for over two years - I went in completely green to all of the new tech this evening. Two young women helped me out and easily answered all of my questions, one of which didnt even work at this location! I couldnt be happier with the knowledge or customer service at this location. Great place for beginners and advanced vapors ! They have almost all of the juice brands out there and always have something new every time you go in.Neal Chaney is always happy to help you with what you need, and is very knowledgeable about vaping equipment.

I would give it a 5 seriously..... Few times Ive been in there the girls we helpful but there is a certain guy that works there and Ive had awful experience with him 3x now. I just bought a spinner and on display was a blue one..... I told him I wanted that one Welp I get home and its black and .... Ive bought 3others from there in the past each one I got a charger with it and it was only 25bucks. I had 5bucks off and it was still 28bucks no charger either..... I asked him how much they are he said these are newer ones so they are 30.00 bucks ummmm no jerk..... And with 5bucks off I still paid 28+ with no charger..... Hes is the worst..... Hes short, dumpy(heavy) ,facial hair dark hair and hes just awful to have to deal with.....

I’ve left my entire setup back in Springfield to take care of my wife at the nearby hospital. I came in needing a USB charger for my vape and the very nice woman (sorry for not catching your name) found one that worked. She made this stressful week a little smaller and I seriously couldn’t thank her more.

The sales person was well-informed and very helpful. I got the exact product that I was looking for and he also showed me others which, I will purchase at another date.

This vape shop has excellent service. They can answer novice and expert questions. If your new to using a vape mod, they will walk you through how to use and care for it. They will even help you set it up. I will shop there again for sure!

Eric and Bryce...let me tell you about this night...my cat died I was really sad...I loved that cat very much, the day before that I got in a car crash and had to pay for my alternator so it was a very stressful day...so I said well at least I can hit my vape but damn...I had the wrong coil...it was to big...made my day even worse...I didnt want to buy a new coil because the could I just bought was brand new...I asked my friend if he had a spare coil he said no...I said alright well Ill try to trade it out with VaperHaus...he said ehhh... since its open they might not take it back and would charge you for a new one...I said well...if thats what it comes to, then thats what it comes too...I came in at 740 PM..no jacket...I was cold...slipped on ice Bryce and Eric saw the entire thing and I know they felt bad...then I entered...Bryce and Eric greeted me instantly and they have a great vybe about them...hey welcome to VaperHaus, look at everything we Haus! How can we help? I told them my coil is to big for my vape but I already opened it so I guess Ill have to buy a new one but I never opened it...they told me oh its alright, we will just let you swap out...they looked at the coil and noticed it was the prince coil and instantly said you need the baby prince coil so its obvious they know their job...we swaped out...installed the coil and smoked...this was good night...promote them.Further more...as I was smoking I realized I left trash on the table...but with my low tolerance I felt good and didnt want to move...Bryce came over and said ah dont worry man Ill throw that away from you...the trash can was a good 15 feet from me...What Bryce and Bryce did?Executed Flawless customer service; tracked 1 valid coil for an individuals vape/managed environments integrity...saved 10 man steps/increased morale for customer by %100By the time I left I forgot my cat died, I slipped on the way out and found 2 quarters on the ground.

I use the riverside and Belmont locations.I love vapor haus, like for real.I always have coupons to use and they always send me discount they also let me use my military discount

Julie the store manager is the absolute best I had a issue with my vape and I came in and she took care of me and got my vape going right away I drive from Springfield just to come to this location cause all the staff are great 💯💯💯💯

Prices are a bit high for some juices but the current staff is fairly knowledgeable. I’ve been twice so far, and will probably continue to go.
