I wish I could remember the young guys name that helped me and my friend a few weeks ago--long curly flowy hair guy! Anyways he was super friendly and knowledgeable and was eager to answer any and all questions we had. They closed at 11 and we wouldve missed the chance to stop in if we had just gone by the Google search. Advice would be double check closing times for businesses before passing them up. Yesterday afternoon was my first time ever at this location. The guy at counter was rude to me multiple times then sold me coils with only three in the pack when I asked for a full pack (seen in the pic it’s supposed to be 5). I’ll just drive out of my way to go to the Ormond or Nova location next time.

I’ve been shopping here for about 10 years. They have a great selection and the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable about their products (if there is something they don’t know they always go the extra mile to find the answer for me). A special shoutout to Megan- she was an absolute doll to me yesterday!

Stopped in as this has been by go to shop when I’m in Daytona. Wish I would’ve swung through in the evening to see the Halloween decorations a bit better but Hayley and Hope were there to help us out with everything. Shop looked great and as usual they had something new to checkout with all their Halloween decorations.

Used to love this store. Always friendly customer service, great selection, decent prices, and quality vapes. Have been going to the same store for almost two years and recently every vape that I get burns out in just a few days. At first I thought it was just luck of the draw as this happens sometimes with disposables but it’s been every vape I’ve got for the last couple months. Have even tried switching to another brand and back again, same issues. I don’t want to go to another store but I can’t afford to keep spending money on low quality products. Do better guys.

Im only giving a 1 start because I cant go any lower.I was so excited to finally find a vape store that carries my favorite juice. Me and my son were leaving the store and these two ladies start making horrible comments about the fact that I have a mask on and laughing at me with the employee laughing at me as well and he was in the middle of it. This mask that I wear I have to wear because I an taking treatments for bladder cancer and cant afford to get sick. Im still so shocked that all this took place. Then the women started flipping birds and made fun. They have no clue that most nights Im up all night crying because of cancer. So please take the time and get the whole picture before being a POS

This store has employed a fat, lazy, and rude employee. She has the worst customer service skills. Just what you would expect for the way she looks. You will know if you see her. Dyed hair, entitled personality, lazy, and fat. You can’t miss it.

When I was exiting the store last night, after I had said “have a good night” the girl behind the counter replied with, “you too” THEN UNDER HER BREATH called me a “jack hole” while I was still in the store. Real Nice. This is coming from a Flagler I never get treated like this in FL…

That was quite possibly the worst tasting thca I’ve ever had the displeasure of smoking. Cheap smoke shop. Was rude to my bf. Stay away. Close up shop please you’ve been open 6 years too long.

A week ago I purchased a lighter weed which I was told was reliable. The wheel stopped turning. I went back today and the young lady tried to fix it by adding butane. I mentioned I don’t think has had anything to do with wheel. It didn’t work & she (Toni) assumed I dropped it and damaged it. Really?, I barely used it and it stays at home. I’m a member and she refused to change it out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Go elsewhere

Prices are very reasonable. They have everything you need for smoking comfort, definitely worth the visit. They are very friendly and informative. I found it better than Euphoria on A1A. Variety, quantity and prices

I just bought a pulsar Apx wax vape and it isn’t working at all and I was not told all sales are final and there is no way to test the product to see if it works without opening the box and I wasn’t even offered a receipt I the store was closing and when I got home it was too late to contact the store. We should be able to exchange the devices because you can’t try the ones that aren’t disposable. And sales shouldn’t be final on those

I found this store via google as the most high rated Vape Shop. The thing is that I bought a juice that is my favorite and I buy it all the time, but this one had a disgusting flavor, I check it around and I saw that the color was darker than habitual. And finally... the date. It was expired about 4 months ago (07/20)😒I went to return it and have my money back, and the answer of the guy was that it doesn’t matter if is expired, the only difference is that the nicotine is stronger... come on people, let’s be serious.

Bought one of their in-house disposable Vapes and tried it in store, it burnt the back of my throat so I asked him for a refund he said here try another one maybe its dysfunctional so I tried another one it was the same. Again asked for my money back and he said no he couldnt help me. Wouldnt recommend ever going here again

We stopped in this past Friday night. My first time in that building in over 20 years and my wifes first. While the looks have changed the friendliness knowledge feeling was still there. After strolling around for a second and taking in the awesome selections for anyones smoking needs. We found what we were searching for. Thanks Jesse and i dont recall the other workers name (Im so sorry) for the help. Definitely made this trip a great one!! I Wont make the mistake of waiting another 20 years to come visit again.

Love the Halloween decorations here. Hope and Hailey are were very attentive. Honest, helpful, funny, very knowledgeable in the products. And were patient and very courteous with us. Ive gone to other Pumpernickels and every time at this location the vibe is awesome and so are the people there. Love this place.

Pretty lit store, they have coils for most of the devices I use. Good juice selection. Whoever sits in the ONE LANE entrance to the parking lot for anything other than turning out onto the road should have all of their carbonated drinks instantly go flat for the next 5 years.

Loved this store and the staff. They have a huge variety of goodies!

They carry Suorin vapes for $40 and the cartridge refills for $8. They have a large variety for salt nicotine, which lasts way longer and has higher mgs. Its my favorite smoke shop!!

Love Pops! I have bought all my vapes there and recently wanted to upgrade. I was recommended one, but after using it, I realized the battery lasted maybe an hr, and the tank was tiny. I went back and explained what had happened. While I know theres no refunds, he HOOKED me up on my better upgrade. The battery lasts all day. VERY PLEASED with both their locations. They are always friendly!

I literally just quit smoking about a week ago, I’ve been buying disposable “Monster” vapes. About 3 days ago, I came in to buy two disposable vapes. I am NOT a menthol or minty type of person at ALL and I made that very clear to the man who was helping me. They only had menthol flavors in the monster vapes so I decided to try a different brand. I bought two, “strawberry banana ice cream” flavored vapes after the employee assured me they were not menthol flavored and after I bought them, I decided to try one of them out and sure enough it was menthol. When I asked if there was anything they could do, a woman told me all sale were final and it’s all about perspective because it said “ice cream.” So I had to buy two vapes I didn’t even like. Didn’t even let me trade out the unopened one for a different flavor after just spending almost $40 on vapes. And then today the second vape was sold to a friend who opened it to find it didn’t work at all. The woman was very rude and absolutely no help. Im deciding to write this review because in my line of work, reviews and customer service is VERY important. I will never be back here and I’ll be telling everybody I know to stop coming as well. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone, the employees were very rude and very unhelpful.

Walked in with the intention to buy my wife a vaporizer and winded up getting her and myself one because of how awesome the customer service was! These guys went above and beyond for us, listening to what we were wanting and making sure we got exactly what we need and wanted! I come in here often and last night I purchased some vape gear and Nick was working the register. First time Ive been in on his shift. He offered great customer service, had no problem conversing bout the products and making me feel comfortable in there. I came in a little late closer to closing time and I didnt get rushed out of the door. That is very important to me. Overall great service and Im happy with the staff youve got!

I bought a L200 Geek vape at the pumpernickel smoke shop less then a week ago, and the gentleman at the desk put the merchandise in my bag and after I got home I opened the bag to find the vape I Purchased was nothing more then a empty box! So I had to go back to the above vape shop to get my vape device.they said it was a display model so they forgot and gave me a empty box! So I got my Geek vape L200 but it was having several issues from not registering the Adamizer and it has burnt over a box of coils in less then a week so I have been back to this store a few times and I asked for a exchange and they advised me the employee scanned a whole different vape device so they didnt want to give me the same one or same color so I just left and went to a different vape shop and another thing... Is every time we were there the employee would just walk off on us in the middle of Discussing the merchandise that I was having problems with. Unprofessional! It was a very Unprofessional business.

I came in last week Nick took his time helping me find a great vape set up at an awesome deal. Hes a really good salesman and walked out of there with a product i felt more confident in buying! The store is beautiful and i love The bears on the front of the store and there open until midnight!!!

Im a local, I love this shop. They are allways laid back and just as polite as you are and i like that. They make sure my fave juice is allways on hand 3nic Dead Head bad lemon and they have great weekly sales too. Cant say ive ever had a bad experience here. 10 out of 10 i reccomend. Only place ill go.P.s. long hair dude that works in the mornings is the topper man, allways super nice & time efficient.

Superior customer service. I shop at this store quite often and the main reason I keep coming back instead of going to a store closer to home is the way I am treated. The staff is cheerful, informed, and treat me like family. Jen in particular is hands down the best customer service rep. I have ever come across. I’m in the area looking to relocate from south Florida. I was having a problem with my atty late in the evening and didn’t know where to go. I found this shop through Google Maps. I read all the great reviews and felt like I was going to have a good experience. I was right. Connor and Jimmy were working the night I stopped in. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out what was wrong and I ended up buying a bunch of coils. It was a half hour before the shop closed so I didn’t have to much time to see what juices or other products they have. I’m sure if I wanted to they would have been more than happy to help. I wasn’t made to feel like it would have been an inconvenience. I am going back in the next day or two to check out some juices and other products. Kudos to the great customer service. When I finally move here this will be my new vape shop.

Less than a month ago I went into this shop. The customer service was great. I spent over fourth dollars on material to roll my own cigarettes. When I left I planned on making it my permanent shop. Today I called to get a price for a pack of rolling papers. Unfortunately I had thrown the receipt away. Told them I needed a price due to my limited income and may need to borrow the money. They absolutely refused to give me a price over the phone for a simple pack of rolling paper. I am no longer a customer.

My husband and I walked in to just purchase a vaporizor and was blown away by Ronnie and Bailey!!!! Their knowledge about which was better, and most of all what WE wanted from the device was amazing!!!! They cared about what we were trying to accomplish with the vapor...to quit smoking cigarettes and feel better all around (and definitely smell better too!!). They were just amazing and have found lifetime customers!!!! They really made our experience awesome and was super polite. I cant thank them enough!!!! Visited this place before heading back to Louisiana. The juice the staff recommended is very good. Too bad Im miles away because Id be a regular customer. If you happen to vape and your on your way to the beach I highly recommend this place. The service was nice and courteous.

Ive shopped here since I was 16 buying hair dye from the old man and Im 44 now. Seriously. The place has only gotten better! Every time I go in the staff is so cool, friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to take the time to explain things! Its one of the few places in Daytona that still puts a complete smile on my face!

I live around the corner and have been going to this store for years. This evening I tried to purchase a pack of rolling papers and the store employee gave me the absolute hardest time. I couldnt get any help and they were more concerned about my Parking (completely legal) than selling me a pack of $2 rolling papers. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Bought some pretty cool stuff from this smoke shop and Bailey was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Can’t believe these guys don’t make any commission and still go the extra mile to make sure you are 100 percent happy with the purchase. I was impressed with the product selection as there was a lot of cool stuff I’ve never seen before. 2 thumbs up!

After spending 2 grand in around a year finally fed up with being sold defective vapes asked to swap out for a new one for the first time, was denied because of policy. Just beware the way the treat loyal customers who spend weekly. Will be finding a new store unless rectified.

I’m so thankful for Dallas and Steve (I think I have their names correctly- but I’m not 100%). They were both extremely helpful and nice. They ensured that I bought the right product- because a different vape shop sold me a pack of wrong coils. There’s nothing more frustrating, as a customer, than wasting money on products that do not work with the mode you have. The owner is the sweetest, most laid back, give out the shirt off his back kinda guy....AMAZING!!! I would never go anywhere else after I found them. Really good establishment, great customer service! & their selection is phenomenal! Best smoke shop in town & if you think something is to pricey here that you seen was cheaper at the next smoke shop, chances are that item is a knock off. Pops is an authorised dealer for so many of their products that the other shops have no other way to compete other than by selling their crappy brands for lower prices. Another great thing about this shop is that they are always willing to negotiate prices, as far as it goes with their glass, which is a really great way to make your overall experience worth the while. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OTHER SHOP especially if youre worried about getting over charged or purchasing a knock off brand item. Pumpernickel pops is definitely the best shop in Daytona Beach with a big hearted boss who really does care more about his customers rather than his money & his employee is a beautiful, down to earth, sales associate who I could say, is capable of selling water to a drowning man.

Love this place but as soon as I like the staff, they change a lot. Only problem I have, everything else is great. I have spent around $3K there to date.

I live on the other side of Volusia County and drive past a dozen smoke shops to come here. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jen always welcomes me with an enormous smile and warm greeting that brightens my day. Overall the best place in the county and Ive tried them all!

Nick was awesome and the place had Everything I needed and more. They also appreciate military vets by giving us 10% off. If we want a better places to come to prices Are on point. Highly recommend this place.

Alex and Nick were great. They were both engaging and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 was a somewhat limited selection in name brand glass. But if a quick trip to a great local shop for the essentials is what youre looking for, then Id recommend stopping in.

They have a small selection of cigars but the selection is made up of quality cigars. The young man behind the counter was friendly and professional. The place has every type of vape product you can think of. They stay open late which is nice. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars, because I wish they had a bigger cigar selection. Overall I would go back.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any store. Randy and Shane were wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and very entertaining. Leaving my vape at home (in NY) turned out to be a great stroke of luck since it led us to this gem of a shop. The array of products and choice of vape juice was mind boggling. Came all the way from pa to visit this world renowned smoke shop....well not really. Just stumbled upon them while on vaca but had a great time with Randy. Best prices around the area (I looked around). Tremendous selection of pieces. Very knowledgeable and helpful and Randy is a great salesman...worked with me and was able to bundle and save. I have been coming here for years and im extremely impressed with how nick always welcomes guests , very polite, he knows his way around the store and I never have to wait very long ! I was in the market for a new vape. I wish I could have remembered my sales persons name for the fact that his knowledge of the locations inventory, helping me choose from within my budget and his friendly instructional demonstration of how to setup the particular item that I purchased. All I can say do not I repeat do not buy their house blend kratom it is full of filler and dyed green I am a daily kratom user, and this stuff they sold me will not stay down it comes right back up Im going to send it to a lab

Husband & I went into Pumpernickle Pops on 2-25-18 and upon entering we met Sam. Hands down she was absolutely the best and helped us tremendously in deciding what would help us with our vaping experience. She went above and beyond and took so much time with us and answered all of our questions. My husband an avid smoker for many years even bout a mod with the advice of Sam. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time we were in the store. She was amazing and I cant wait to visit the store again. I was visiting Daytona from NY and wanted to find a vape shop while I was there. So I googled vape shops and this was the first one that popped up. I noticed the 4.9 out of 5 stars @ 934 reviews, so I was excited to stop in! Of course, every persons opinion is different, especially when it comes to vaping and what stores carry.My expectations were met and then some! Both gentlemen where super knowledgeable and very personable! They were both a great help and made me feel like I wasn’t 1,000 miles away from home! Extremely laid back and chill atmosphere and people. The owner is always behind the counter ready to greet and help you. They literally treat you like family.My car broke down in their parking lot in the middle of a rainy day, and the owner himself came out and helped fix it and in the meantime allowed me to hang around in the shop and relax. Also gave me free kratom for my troubles (which by the way is the highest quality I have ever had. Only kratom that has never made me nauseous.)Prices are good and people are SO FRIENDLY and informative .I drive from st Augustine once a week to get anything I need from them. Ill never go to another smoke shop.

Perhaps if the employees parked in the 100% empty parking lot out back the customers would be able to park right beside the front door on ISB. With the employees parked out front all day it obstructs the view for any customers trying to exit. Just a bad setup with no common sense.

I love this place and the one in Ormond Beach. My boyfriend and I have been going since we started vaping and the customer service is the best every employee is extremely kind and helpful. And the point system they use shows that they really want to take care of their customers.

I just moved here from Orlando about 6 months ago and have been looking for a really good vape shop to replace one of the best vape stores in Orlando, The Vapertory.This place fit that bill.They have an insane selection of vape juices (almost too many) as well as knowledgeable staff regarding the latest tanks and mods.I ended up getting a new MESH COIL tank which I was previously unaware of until my wife came home with one.$40 was an excellent price considering it came with not only the replacement glass but TWO coils!Hunter was super great, knowledgeable and easy and fun to chat with. He makes you very comfortable even at his young age which becomes hard to discern because of exactly that. I didnt get to speak with Conner of any other person who works there but Im sure their customers service is just as good.I wont go any place else.P.S. They do carry Kratom in different forms and Im happy to say it works VERY WELL.~TRA

Tucked away in the corner, its easy to miss. After all, the worlds most famous beach is right across the street. We go for one special thing. Im happy its there and we didnt miss it. If youre lucky, you can park up front, but there is plenty of parking in the back. Stop in. Check it out. You will be surprised at what is there. Then, go enjoy the beach and have a good time. Overall a great smoke shop! Very friendly and very helpful staff, Nick helped us tremendously and putting together acustom Vapes for my girlfriend and I so we could quit smoking cigarettes, another employee whose name I forgot tall skinny guy with glasses was also extremely helpful helping me pick out a nice glass piece with a recycler, over all the customer service and prices were phenomenal, better than any smoke shop Ive ever step foot in this place deserves an award!

Priced decently for where its at and the people who run the place seem nice and willing to haggle but its mostly a tourist quick-stop. Really convenient if you are in the area but Purple Haze is your better bet by far and they have 2 locations that are almost equal distance North and South from each other from this shops location - the one in Ormond is newer and primarily a smoke shop whereas the one in Daytona-proper operates under the guise of a t-shirt shop out front but a sizable collection of pipes hidden in the back that are worth checking out.

Elizabeth and Jennifer were so friendly and helpful. I am here in Daytona for vacation and i recived more information for sites to visit and things to do than anywhere else. Both are lovely ladies. Cant wait to come back.

Went in there to pick up a fairly cheap mod to get by cause Im from out of town, went in and told the guy behind the cou terminal exactly what i wanted and he directed me to an entire mod kit that is perfect and a wonderful juice assortment. I definitely would recommend this place and will definitely try to make it back in before i head home. Love this place.

Decent shop. Great selection of pipes and vapes and all the accessories. Good variety of kratom and CBD products. The sales staff is super knowledgeable but also can be pushy (Im guessing theyre on commission) at times and Ive also been given incorrect answers to questions that have left me with things (vape accessories) that I cant use. As well that info led me to buy certain things over others that I otherwise wouldnt have.Theres so return policy so I kind of just had to eat it on some small stuff. Just make sure you know what your getting and ask to be shown to be sure if you dont.

My girlfriend and I were ready to replace our e-cigs with a mod device, so we drove 45 minutes just to check out Pumpernickel Pops and were pleasantly surprised. The inside of the store is very well organized, the location is great, and the employees are super cool. NIck helped us out intially figure out what we were actually looking for and Jimmy finished helping us get set up and familiar with the devices prior to leaving the store. There are a few smoke/vape shops very close to me but Ill pass right by them every time I need to go to a shop.

Im currently visiting from Jacksonville and Im used to having smoke shops open until late at night. Worst out of town experience Ive had with someone selling kratom. Theyre unknowledgeable in their product even though they say the house blend is better than the others they have on the shelf. Seems to me they have a crappy product theyre trying to get rid of. If your a local then purchase elsewhere or be disappointed.

Pumpernickel in south Daytona is a smoke shop I can go to every day. Jimmy was amazing he helped my boyfriend and I set up our new tanks and told us everything we needed to know. the atmosphere is one you will love!

Bought a portable herb vape. Was charged $127 for a product that costs $80.00 or less online. Called and asked if they could do better on the price. NO. Also come to find out you can’t return or exchange the product even though I called within an hour of purchase and have not used the device. This is not acceptable and I feel like I was ripped off since the sales person was pushing this product. By the way, the pax is priced the same here as online. I’m very uphappy with this experience and I won’t go back to this place.

I visited this shop while on vacation. I was surprised by the level of customer service by the owner and staff. They were able to answer all of my questions and get me the right products for ME. I also loved the decor and the inviting atmosphere! I told my family that lives there about this place and now they shop there for all their vaping and smoking needs.

Grab a pedicab driver and have them take you over to the store, thats what I did, hahaha! They have a huge selection of e-Juice and NicSalts, all is cheaper than other stores and they have awesome sales too. To name one, 2 for $25 on select liquid. They also have a wide assortment of mods and devices, tons of glass rigs, smoke-related stuff, rolling papers, etc. The store has Grateful Dead Bears in the window and has a staircase leading to the front door. They have something for beginners, novices and experts. Happy Vaping!

This place is really goog. They have good prices!! Almost as Internet price. And you can buy it right away without waiting for delivery. I personally buy vape liquids. And everytime I go there I trust the worker to recommend me a new flavor and they really know their stuff because I will say sweet flavor. And he will recommend me a few ones.. and I have never tried a flavor that was not close to the flavor a wanted.. some times they are even better. Hahahahha I was looking who gave them bad reviews because I couldnt believe it. And before me start buying from here. I used to buy in purple haze and one guy work there. I purchased a purple/blue MAG 225W.It lasted 3 days until I faced problems with it. I visited the shop again since I was told they have a 30 day policy.Only to be told they will not take it back and for me to go through SMOK.Meanwhile they insisted it wasn’t a defective one (it certainly is, I took it apart and the wires aren’t connected, completely cut off) and they said they fixed the issue. That lasted a couple hours.I went back the next day and they insisted I take it to SMOK.You should have seen how the Moroccan manager tried to sell me his products, only to screw me over and not even come and talk to me.He sent his employees to “deal with me”And now I’m $150 down total costs.Go to Ash Vapes on S Clyde Morris Daytona. Much better!I hope you fix my issue Pompernickle after seeing this.

I first shopped at this store 2 years ago not realizing that I wouldnt find anything like it anywhere else especially not in Ocala. I am still shopping there to this day because the owner made accommodations to get it to me here in Ocala! My boyfriend and I came down from Ohio for a wedding, and our Vaportech coil broke the day after we arrived. We originally went to Purple Haze and wound up wasting our money on a brand new heating attachment.We decided to go to Pumpernickel Pops Smoke Shop & Vape Store the following day, and we were met with fantastic customer service and extensive knowledge of vape products. The owner helped us with a little experimentation to see which coils would fit the attachment we already had, which turned out to be ingenious and saved us a lot of money in the end. We wont be forgetting this place. You guys rock.
