Denisse is one of my favorite massage therapists Ive ever had. If you are looking at a massage therapist that can do deep pressure, its relaxing, friendly, and attentive then look no further! Plus I actually love the sweet text message updates from TBU. My favorite place!

Denisse is truly phenomenal in her work - I just experienced one of the most calming and rejuvenating massages I’ve ever had thanks to her. She has a remarkable ability to alleviate tension and foster relaxation, making the overall experience incredibly refreshing. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!

Best advice, STAY AS FAR AWAY from this place as you can! While the providers I have seen were friendly and great to deal with the owner Norma is rude, inconsiderate and one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately she lacks any customer service skills or empathy. She will berate and belittle you for issues beyond your control and steal your money rather than reschedule an appointment, I guess it’s easier to get ahead that way than caring about customers.

This is such a little gem hidden away in a strip mall! Everyone who works here is wonderful, and Sara is a phenomenal waxer. Every service Ive purchased has been great, the value is exceptional, and its so close to my house!

Best massage therapist facility in the area. They not only listen to your needs but help suggest items of therapy that work with your needs. Its like asking for a slice of toast and then they deliver a Michelin star service. Excellent communication, excellent service, and excellent customer service. Best massage ever!

I had booked a 30 minute massage and eyebrow tint here and, while I was happy with the result of the services, I can only give this place 3 stars for several reasons:A: There was some sort of loud ticking from a speaker in their waiting room which the receptionist said is a wiring issue they cannot fix. The sound was very grating and annoying and made me tense, which is not the way you want to feel right before a massage.B: The music in the massage room was not loud enough in my opinion. I could hear people in the front waiting room, every creak and scrape of my therapists chair as she rolled around me. Again, not super conducive to a relaxing experience.C: The woman I had tinting my eyebrows had stinky breath. Not very professional for someone who is going to be learning over your face for any period of time. Im not sure if it was something she ate or maybe she forgot to brush her teeth that day but either way it was not pleasant and ruined what relaxation I had gotten from my short massage. I didnt want to make her feel bad and say anything directly.The massage with Denise was, itself, wonderful. The staff were very friendly and the office was beautifully decorated. But overall, I feel like this place is overpriced given the previous mentioned issues (I had a giftcard for $100 and it barely covered the services prior to tip).

My wife and I booked the couples massage and had an absolutely delightful experience. The staff was incredibly professional and explained everything and worked with my wife and I on what we personally were after in a massage including intensity and what areas we needed focused on (I personally am always in desperate need of lower back focus and they did an awesome job relieving a lot of tension there). I HIGHLY recommend making this a stop after youve been doing any outdoor and physical activity while in the Denver area to help relieve those muscles and relax your body.

This place may not look great from outside but inside it is a calling color and has a relaxing spot to wait for your appointment. Very nice greeting. The massage a got was so relaxing. The therapist asked me questions to make sure I got what I wanted and respected if I didnt want to talk or when I did. Pricing is reasonable.

I made an appointment for a 60 minute massage with Ryan. He was super friendly and welcoming the moment I arrived. He listened to my concerns and worked on the stiffness in my lower back/hips during my full body massage. He checked in throughout the massage to make sure pressure was good. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in! Highly recommended Ryan!

Always a 5 star here at TBU. Have had different people work on me and they are always fantastic and professional. I leave feeling 100 times better. Thank you all!

I had my first ever couples massage today and my massage expert was Althea (Ally). She was awesome and so sweet!!! She knew what she was doing and was very informative before and after the massage!! I will most definitely go back to her again and recommend others to her!!!

My wife and I got a couples massage. I trained legs that day and I am always sore for two days after. The next day, no soreness! Ryan (sorry Ryan I called you Brian several times) was incredible. 90 continuous minutes of deep tissue massage that was amazing. Althea was my wifes masseuse. After she was done my wife was supper relaxed and dreamy. Very friendly accommodating ro any style you would like.

I went for a facial and it was a great experience. The esthetician explained everything she was doing and overall it was an enjoyable experience. The only reason I gave four stars is because the suggestions for my skin care seemed ingenuine and very clearly an upsell moment for them. They asked me about my current skincare routine, but didnt ask about my skin type or if I have skin sensitivities. They just recommended three very expensive products and told me I needed them.

Thank you Nudda (facial) and Michael (massage). Michael was so good with my shoulders and hands. Nudda is so gentle and sweet, she put me to sleep with a wonderful facial. Will be back for sure!

Wow! What a hidden GEM! I had the pleasure of a massage with Ida and a facial, dermaplaning & eyebrow wax with Dawn. Both ladies are TOP notch. I’ve been to a lot of spas and Ida and Dawn are two of the best providers that I’ve ever had! Norma, well done in hiring these two!! ;) JFK was friendly and accommodating when we arrived. The spa is newly remodeled, extremely clean and the staff really go above and beyond. You would never know that you are not at a 5 Star Resort Spa! I look forward to my next visit. Thank you, team!

We got a couples massage this past Wednesday and it was amazing. They got us in right on time, both therapists listened to us in regards to pressure, and it was a lovely relaxing experience.

Set up a membership for my partner so she could get massages once or twice a month. I paid 100.00 a month for over a year. We had some issues with my card and when she tried to get the membership renewed she was given additude and treated very unprofessional. We have been talking to the owner and she said she reviewed the camera when my partner was tgeir the other day and sge stated that my partner did not pay. This is very unusual to us because my partner called from the bed to schedule her next appointment and hadnt stepped foot into the establishment. This proofs that customer service is not at its highest quality. So The owner just decided to just write us off as a customer instead of trying to make it right. We will be taking are hard earned money to a buisness that values their customers. I just hope they can figure out their customers service skills soon because in these hard times every dollar counts

John aka JFK is incredibly amazing!!!! I have been in 3 car accidents over the last 46 years. I have 3 bulging discs and a herniated disc in my neck and back plus sciatic pain from arthritis and a desicated disc. The neurosurgeon told me that I am too bad for surgery. After a one hour medical massage from JFK, I felt better than I had felt for 8 years!!!! I thank God for finding JFK!!!! For chronic pain suffers and people who have tried everything, and lost hope, miracles still happen by the hands of JFK.

Wow! I absolutely love this place. I have gone 2 times and today Ida gave me the best massage! She let me know what she was doing and kept checking on my pain level. I signed up for the yearly membership and can’t wait to have my next monthly massage with her! Ty so much for fixing my back today! You were so incredibly nice!

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was completely accommodating, sweet, and professional. My boyfriend had a very relaxing massage, and then they cut his hair for free. Their prices are great. Well definitely be coming back!

JFK was amazing! He knew exactly what my body needed, really worked on each pressure point I had and loosened up my shoulders and back fairly quick. He tells you exactly what he’s doing (and why - if you ask) he knows a lot about each muscle and knows exactly what to do when you tell him where your pain is!! Definitely recommend!!

I have been seeing Ida at TBU for a couple of years now, and every time I go, I am amazed by how talented she is! She is so mindful of my experience and knows exactly what I need before I do! I am grateful to have found such an incredible professional who is kind, caring, and skilled.

Ryan and Ida were remarkable. They were professional, perceptive and absolutely perfect in their techniques and skills. I have never felt such a trance after a massage! They addressed every ache and pain we had and made the 60 minutes feel like hours of good work. We immediately booked again, of course! 10/10

This place is excellent! Very calming environment, great customer service, and I had an excellent massage from Ryan. I was also able to get a same day appointment which I was in dire need of. Would highly recommend!

I called at 9 in the morning, asked about scheduling. They did have an opening for 10 am with JFK. I show up at 10. Am greeted by JFK who happened to be up front. Fill out my paper work. And procced to my massage. JFK was super professional and took care of me the whole time. Taking into note and asking questions of my daily life. This with assessing the situations and my body led him to find and alleviate my issue. He is one of the best massage therapist i been to in 15 years. He fixed my shoulder that has been bothering me at work in the construction industry for morths. The time and money were all worth this trip for me! Recommendation DO IT! Tipped him well you should to!50 for the hour he gave me and the price of the massage was reasonable 89$you will not find a better deal then this i promise

Just got home from my first ever prenatal massage and I could not say enough amazing things about Lauren. She really listened to me and my body to give me the best possible, relaxing and rejuvenating, experience. Ive gotten dozens of massages and this was definitely one of the best Ive ever received. Have been a client for three years. Norma is fanatical about a great experience for her clients. Recently, she suggested a couples massage and even offered to help watch our small kid! (Weve built a relationship, but this was over the top kindness)Even more amazing is that when things didnt work out (the kid needed help from parents), she and Ryan were accommodating and rescheduled me without issue, very friendly and kind. I’ve been coming to TBU for about 4 years and I absolutely love it. The customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Their staff is professional and delivers a great massage each time. They even let me choose my own music when I go in! Highly recommend Lauren or Jesse.

Lauren and Donna were awesome! My wife and I came in for a couples massage this past Saturday. Right away Donna knew I worked a desk job and rode a motorcycle, just from the way I walk and stand. We cannot recommend this place enough. We will be regulars from now on!

I was booked with Bailey today. She was very attentive to the modality that I needed (between Swedish and deep tissue) what I like most about the massage is the way Bailey moved from one area to another without losing the state of relaxation I was in, she would either gently touch the next spot or start it very lightly. Great experience, I would definitely recommend her to others.

Don’t buy any of the merchandise, it’s over priced! But the massage was nice! I bought lipgloss and then went home and discovered I could have bought THREE glossier lip balms for less than what I paid for ONE, directly from the manufacturer. And the bioelements products are also overpriced. Get it together! I only have myself to blame, but it does establish a distinct mistrust of your business when you gauge the customer like that. Shot yourselves in the foot with this practice. Bummer for you!

Have been here for Swedish deep tissue massage and a couples massage (both for 1 hour). I was extremely impressed both times. The massage therapists here really know what they are doing, especially Michelle (I think thats her name). Will definitely be back and recommend.

Received a massage from Ida. She was fantastic. Listened to my concerns and gave the most amazing message with the PERFECT amount of pressure. Will definitely go back to her. The rating is only this high because of her. I also got a facial from Rebecca. Not sure if she used the correct products for my skin type as I experienced burning and irritation during the facial and a few hours after. I informed her during the consultation that I experience extreme dryness and redness along with sensitivity. The towels used were very rough on my face, especially as she used the towel to wipe off the products being used. There was a lot of noise outside of the office that I could hear and even had my facial interrupted by a woman yelling the f bomb every other word to someone. Definitely not something that was the cosmetologists fault but the room should have better soundproofing, considering it has 2 windows in it. I also asked Rebecca about a product they had a flyer for as I was checking out and was given a very short response without any information to help me know what her answer meant. Needless to say, I didnt buy any product and wont be getting any other facials here.

Im so glad I found TBU Massage and Ryan! I just had yet another amazing massage here. Ryan is professional with a warm and personable vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. I always leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I am currently seeing Cassie for facials! I love that I found this place and her. My skin is looking better than ever after only two treatments! I am getting married in a month and wanted to get my skin looking great and thats just what she did! Cant wait to try their other services here :)

Best massage place at the best price in town. Staff is very experienced and well trained in a variety of techniques, including medical therapy. Rooms are clean and very relaxing. When we moved we looked for a comparable place closer, but failed. Gladly drive out of our way to go to TBU.

The owner was very rude to me...I understand their frustration with having a client not show up & not call at least 3 hours before the appointment to cancel. Yes, this was explained to me when I first made an appointment for a consultation, but my card was charged so she didnt have to talk to me the way she did. I still had to pay for it regardless of whether or not I received the service. Yes, that was my choice, but I still cant believe a business owner would talk so condescendingly towards anyone.. she left me a voicemail saying the instructions are very simple to follow , we wont be rescheduling now or EVER again and other such comments...WOW. For someone who still received the $54 youd think she wouldnt be so pissed. Shouldnt I be the one here with the problem? Some people have real problems !! I work in a busy restaurant and I couldnt get away from work long enough to call. Due to my account being charged that $54 I dont even have enough money to pay for parking for the rest of the week for me to get myself to work. By the time I got out, it was either go to this appointment or go to donate blood so I would have that money. I dont deserve to be spoken to the way she spoke to me.It wasnt a 5 minutes notice , but it really doesnt matter at this point. You got your money so you can leave me alone now. You already made it clear Im unwelcome at your establishment.

Immediate impressions were nice. The massage lobby area was very nice and relaxing with a stone water feature and lemon water available to drink. The staff were warm and friendly too

Ive been going to A TBU for years the staff is always courteous and prompt, the facility is clean and inviting. They have some of the best licensed massage therapist and a truly amazing medical massage therapist that Colorado has to offer! I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

The massage therapists here are awesome! Specifically Kristin Uchida and Lauren. They both listen to you and work the links out of you right where it hurts- or finds the point of origin of the pain. TBU doesnt hire new grads like other places- ONLY experienced therapists!!!The massage rooms are nice and spacious- not like otherspas that the therapist has almost no room to move around. Their prices are decent considering the therapists actually help you. You can tell that the therapists care- its not just a job, it is their career.Save yourself the headache, go to TBU!

Ive had four different masseuses here and all have been fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and their atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Best place Ive found in Thornton for a massage! Either therapeutic or for relaxation.

JFK YOU MIRACLE WORKER!!!! I went in yesterday with a muscle in my leg that was so tight, for weeks it was giving me trouble and I had a hard time walking because it hurt so much (I went from walking (1000 steps a day to 10,000 steps a day) to say the least it caused havoc on my body (muscles). JFK worked the muscle out and Im not going to lie I was sore for the rest of the night, BUT when I woke this morning and put my feet on the ground!!!! NOTHING, not pain, no discomfort. Thank you so much JFK!! I will defiantly be coming back.

Ive been trying to lighten my dark brown hair to blonde for years. Rebecca did more in one appointment than most have ever gotten to. Its a beautiful shade that contains no brass, which I always dread. We only needed a light trim after, as my hair still feels so healthy. I cant wait to set up another appointment to finish my blonde transition. I cant recommend Rebecca enough! She definitely has the knowledge to know what you want, and is one of the few people Ive ever met to make me feel completely at ease trusting her.

Bethany Kline is a skilled and experienced esthetician - everything you want, especially when looking for a waxing. Bethany is fast, while also paying close attention to detail. She puts you at ease, and makes what can often be a painful appointment more comfortable. HIGHLY recommend.

Got a couples massage with Bailee and Norma, and it was the best massage Ive ever had. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do their best to cater to your certain needs. Definitely will be back.

My daughter had a acne facial and ones it came to extraction the lady use bare hands With needles and provocative clothing in what it’s suppose to be a professional office. Would not recommend this place. I have been to other locations and they have used standard infections, bacteria protocols.

This was the worst massage I ever had atmosphere was terrible I was in a room no music no dim lights no smell of a Roma it was just kind of quick Half fast I paid for an hour and they were late getting me back there and when they went to every area they were quick about it Will not be returning

I sent my wife for a facial and she had a bad experience. The stem was off to the side barely hitting her face. The product was slapped on getting all in her hair. The girl left the room while product was leaking in her eyes and ears. No massage just a overall bad experience.

Ryan and Ida did a phenomenal job with our couple massage. We both left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, worth every penny! 😊

I needed to find something to do for my granddaughters 18th birthday, it was so last minute and around Valentines Day I figured it was hopeless. I called and talked to Norma and OMG she made it happen she was able to accommodate me and 8 others on a Sunday afternoon for a private party for us with massages and facials. I will be returning for other services as well all the ladies there were so nice and helpful, I total recommend A TBU they are awesome :)

I got my legs waxed here for the first time. It was a good price, and actually a very relaxing experience.

I came here a wreck and Lauren had my neck and shoulders feeling looser and significantly reduced my pain. I will be rescheduling here in the future.
